They say that first step of recovery is admitting there is a problem. So.
There is a chance, a small, really, an insignificant chance, probably not even worthy of mentioning, that I. Might. Have some type of grain related allergy. Maybe.
Probably not. The indigestion, exhaustion, bloating and vicious repeating cycle of recovery after dropping certain foods and the relapse after said recovery when said foods inevitably return to diet is probably just a coincidence. Right. Right? 🥺
