"Perhaps it is just because you are simply the most beautiful creature I've ever come across?" His words sent her cheeks into a frenzy of blush as she giggled and snuggled further into his side. 

Asking Loki why he loved her was Y/N's favorite activity. His answers always resembled this one, and always made her feel giddy and amazing. Never a confident person, Y/N required constant validation and Loki was never shy to comply with her needs. 

They were snuggled up in the common room on a Friday night, watching movies and giggling like teenagers. They both brought out a side to the other that no one had ever seen before. Loki loosened up and laughed, allowing himself to relax. Y/N was finally confident enough to be herself around someone, letting herself giggle and talk without fear of being shut down or silenced. 

Their Friday movie nights were regular, any Friday when they weren't on missions, you could find them snuggling on the couch, completely ignoring the movie and showering each other in affection. The nights usually ended in a fit of giggles when Loki hoisted her into his arms and carried her off to their shared bedroom for even more fun. 

They hadn't reached that point in their night yet, but their movie was long forgotten as she snuggled in his lap and played with his long hair. 

"You're the best thing that ever happened to me." She whispered, watching as his cheeks turned a charming shade of pink and he dodged her eyes. For someone so good at giving compliments, he never knew how to accept them properly. 

"As are you, darling." He murmured, kissing the crown of her head. "Marry me," 

Now she was rolling her eyes. He asked her to marry him at least ten times a day, and every time she reminded him that they'd only been together for a year, and she was not ready to get married yet. 

She knew he wasn't completely serious, and he knew that he had to keep saying it now because of how brightly she smiled every time he said it. Loki had a deep belief that Y/N didn't smile enough, and found it was his personal mission in life to fix that. 

Reminded of that at the moment, he ducked down quickly and latched his lips onto her neck, sending her into yet another fit of giggles and squeals. Playfully trying to push him off of her, Y/N repeated, "Mercy, mercy! I surrender!" 

Laughing, he kissed her lips and pulled her closer. "Did you know that I lo–"

"Oh look," They both pulled back at the sharp voice which entered the room. The blonde standing in the doorway with Steve appearing behind her was the only thing that could make Y/N shrink back into the person she used to be before Loki. The bullied down and quiet girl that Loki saved from utter silence. 

"It's the prince and the damsel," She mocked. "Are you always this clingy Y/N? What am I kidding, of course, you are, you never leave his side." 

"Fuck off, Sharon," Loki growled, surprising everyone now in the room. 

Sharon looked hurt before scoffing and turning on her heels to leave the room. Apparently, long before Y/N had joined the team and met Loki, he had turned down Sharon's advances and ultimately told her that he'd rather die than court someone of the likes of her. 

Once everyone was cleared from the room, Loki looked down at Y/N to make sure Sharon's words hadn't affected her too much or hurt her in a way that Loki's heart couldn't bear to see. Instead of being met with some shy eyes or even tears, he saw her smiling and staring at him in awe. 

"What?" He asked, his voice gentle to avoid eruption. 

"Thank you," She whispered, her voice soft as the wind. 

"Of course, darling." He seemed confused as to why she was so appreciative. It wasn't like he didn't defend her against their awful colleagues daily. This time though, it seemed to soften her some. 

"I love you," She blurted out, pushing her lips into his and wrapping her arms around his neck. He didn't get a chance to repeat her words until hours later that night when she finally quit kissing him, but as soon as he did repeat them, she blushed like fire and pulled the blankets of their bed up to her face, trying to hide. 

You'd think she'd realize how silly it was to try and hide after hours of sex with this man, but try she did nonetheless. 

"I will never not love you, Y/N." He whispered, kissing her hair and lying beside her, still trying to catch his breath. "And I will never choose someone over you, let alone that evil bitch Sharon." 

And that again sent her into a fit of giggles.

i have wavy black hair, it’s layered and i have curtain bangs. my eyes are a very dark brown and i wear glasses. i’m south indian and i speak tamil.  i like spring a lot! especially because flowers start blooming around that time and i think flowers are lovely. i also really like to doodle. it’s fun, it’s quick, and  it’s relaxing!! but art in general is one of my passions. also music is almost always playing in the background whenever i do things. and i really love rom coms and romance novels!! idc if it’s really cheesy, i just think it’s cute! i definitely believe in true love, even if i don’t think i might be able to meet mine. my favorite color is maroon! i’m also a virgo and i value my grades a lot and that can spiral in the wrong direction at times. i’m also short, 5 feet to be exact, and people tell me that i have small hands. i love high fives though. my love language is either quality time or words of affirmation. i’m leaning towards quality time but words of affirmation does help keep me grounded. i always earrings and barrettes, and occasionally this one necklace. i’d like to think that i’m a nice person! i really like to explain things to people if they don’t understand a topic and i’m pretty good at it too. i compliment people a lot. like at least one person a day, it helps me not close up and like talk to someone new. i also find everything really pretty and beautiful. like literally everyone and everything is beautiful in one way or another and i find that so intriguing. if you really look into it you’ll see beauty in everything. oh also my brother is autistic, so i need someone who’d be okay with that. this went through a lot of random topics, but i hope it’s still okay. i’m sorry for rambling. thank you so much! take your time and have a wonderful day! i love you!

i. the instant he finds out your love for flowers, he’s looking for every opportunity to get them for you, for your birthday, holidays, a random wednesday, when you’re sad, when you’re happy, when you pass an exam — every excuse! he just adores the smile that it puts on your face. he loves that smile of yours so damn much. he also finds out that you love doodling and offers himself up as a canvas for you when you run out of spare parchment to doodle on, it kinda tickles but he loves walking around and admiring your inky doodles on his forearm. One time, you doodled a heart on his cheek and he adored it, insisting that you kiss him there every few minutes and, of course, you would kiss him because he’s adorable. 

ii. he wasn’t really into reading romance novels until you came along and introduced him to them. he’s a hopeless romantic so he adores them just as much as you do. in fact, he read a majority of your favourite romance novels and replicated many of the romantic gestures the love interests did with each other, hoping to love you the best way he can; that is his one and only wish. 

iii. he admires how dedicated you are to maintaining your incredibly high grades. being with you has the benefit of better understanding topics that he didn’t already excel at either, james now has better grades across all subjects because you explain things so well to him. because you work so hard, he makes it a point to praise you often but he’s become very sensitive to the little quirks that give away your exhaustion and burn out. the instant he notices you spiralling because of your grades, he takes action to reassure you and pull you away so you could take a break and relax so that your health, mental and physical, stays at a good state. “just a quick break, angel,” he coos to persuade you, tugging on your hand and slowly pulling you away from your desk, “i promise you’ll feel better after,”

iv. he loves your small hands and the fact that, whenever you give him a high-five for a job well done after a quidditch game, your hands barely make it past his fingertips makes him awe at you. he loves picking you up and holding you there so he can pucker his lips and receive his kisses as you hold his face and lean down towards him. He just adores you and the way you look with the sun casting a halo around your head — you’re his angel. so you deserve all the jewellery he buys for you, mainly earrings and necklaces, you even got him to beg sirius to get barrettes for him to give to you whenever he went to france.  

v. he also loves how kind and friendly you are to people, complimenting them without prejudice. you’re always so kind and sweet and soooo perfect… you need to be told how pretty and beautiful you are always and he does just that for you, every day! he loves spending time with you just doing nothing because you’re all he needs to feel happy; when sad, all he has to do is see you and be around you to feel that the world is right again. naturally, you feel the same way about him. that feeling is increased when you finally introduce him to your autistic brother and james treats him like a brother he never had, much like sirius, they're practically best buddies and your brother adores him, maybe even more than you sometimes but you couldn't be happier!

48. Notably, 19 of those are podfic. 🎙️💪

2. What's your total AO3 word count?

3. What fandoms do you write for? 

Mostly Black Sails, but have also written for Cobra Kai, OFMD, and Sunder City/The Fetch Phillips Archives. Will probably write OPLA fic here sometime soon.

4. What are your top five fics by kudos? 

1. some ancient call, 7k, OFMD. A creature rom com I wrote right after s1. Weird, funny, and sweet.

2. Strike Hard, 4k, Cobra Kai/Karate Kid. LawRusso do the classic fighting to fucking. Baby's first porn in like 6 years to that point. Also written right after s1.

3. in over our heads, 13k, Black Sails. The first fic I wrote for Silverflint, called Flogging Verse because the events play out after Silver is flogged post 2.1 for firing on the warship.

4. don't let me in with no intention to keep me, 7k, Black Sails, nicknamed Petplay. Silver and Flint discover some things about themselves mid s2. Still one of like, hmmm four total petplay fics in the fandom.

5. the sweetest devotion, hitting me like an explosion, 39k, Black Sails, nicknamed Cupcakes AU. A bakery-street performer romcom, the only time I've give the boys a no strings attached happy ending.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not? 

Religiously, lol. And it's because I want to talk about my story! I spent a lot of time on it so I take any chance to ramble more with someone who did me the compliment of reading it.

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Definitely hand in unlovable hand aka The Worst Ending. Second place is Hanahaki.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending? 

Cupcakes AU 🧁 Generally speaking, if you're looking for unambiguously happy endings, you've come to the wrong place lol. However, if you want a fluff cheat sheet--besides Cupcakes, you can also check out the Soft Verse, Milkingfic, Bellyfic, and the Halloween Corn Maze fic.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind? 

Lmao indeed. It's part of my Brand at this point. Love to use sex and kink as tools to dissect characters. Altered states my beloved.

What kind is a mix of if something tickles my brain/what the story needs, though you will most always find some amount of powerplay dynamics.

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written? 

Ummm, back in middle school I wrote some crossovers, but none recently.

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen? 

Not that I am aware of.

12. Have you ever had a fic translated? 

Not yet!

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before? 

Yep. Many of my early offerings to the Black Sails fandom were collabs.

14. What's your all-time favorite ship?

Oh You Know... (It's Silverflint)

15. What's the WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?

The Black Sails post canon Fix It Fic that started it all. It's just very complex, which is why it was abandoned in the first place. And there are some other factors that just make it untouchable.

16. What are your writing strengths?

Overarching structure/plot beats, poetic language, characterization, conveying emotion, searing hot smut and kink.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Editing full stop. Historical/period accuracy type details. I have to do buckets of research for that kind of stuff. External pressures on the characters. I'm very very good at the zoomed in relationship view, but expanding/getting outside of their heads is not something I've done a lot.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic? 

It's fine, as long as there's a story reason for it to be there.

19. First fandom you wrote for? 

InuYasha when I was about twelve years old. Those stories have since fallen into the void.

20. Favorite fic you've ever written?

Break Up AU of course :)))) My baby, my masterpiece, my heart, soul, blood, sweat, and tears. I was definitely possessed the year it took to write it.

could i please have a thing of ms pauling, pyro, or soldier dealing with an s/o who has to have a needle stuck in them for some important reason (medically necessary blood draw, teatnus shot, etc), but has a debilitating phobia of needles (not only kids have those) to the point that they have a fight flight freeze or fawn reaction upon being faced with the prospect of interacting with a needle? apologies if this is dumb

Trypanophobia Y/N x ms Pauling, soldier and pryo

This is a cute one and no! It’s not dumb at all <3 tysm for the request! ❀✿＊*

General setting: Y/N was getting a checkup with medic and it was time for their flu shot. Y/N was patient up until the needle breezed against their skin and flinched making medic plunge the needle into their arm. Y/N was frozen, staring and screaming as their hands started to shake violently and their eyes filling up with tears

Miss Pauling:

-shocked, surprised, nervous. Had no idea what to do, even she started to shake

-Most of the time was spent with Miss Pauling going “UHH—HAHHHH-!” And scurrying around to find something that’ll help. Medic also losing his shit

-obviously not a doctor, Pauling came back empty handed and just held Y/N’s cheek reminding them that they’ll be okay.

-“It’s okay, Y/N. I’m here. Everything will be okay” Pauling says endearingly as she strokes their cheek and tightly holds onto Y/N’s other hand as medic pulls the needle out.

-Pauling wipes their tears away with a handkerchief and scolds Medic. “Seriosuly, you’re getting paid for a reason. Aren’t you a doctor?”

-“vell, “ex” doctor to be exact” he says back in a sassy town as he chuckles to himself and removes the syringe.

-Pauling help cleans your wound with medic and you get the shot on your other arm.

-she rests with you in a big blanket and rants about how she’s this close to firing medic XD. She’ll also talk about her day and how hard it is for her to finish things.

-both of you make each other laugh, so after that shot incident both ramble on embarrassing moments and you guys laugh so hard you cry and your lungs hurt

-you fall asleep before her, and she kisses your head, gets up and finishes some work.

Soldier:

-walks into the room after originally coming in to tell Medic he may have rabies.

-“Hiya, Doc! I got this weird- WHOAAHWHAO! Cupcake!” He grabs onto his helmet.

-He runs over and examines you while you’re literally bleeding out and puts his index finger on his chin “hmmm”

-Eureka! He’s gotten an idea! Soldier runs off to get you some rubbing alcohol because

He overheard Medic talking about how it’s needed for wounds. He runs over and …

-brings back a bottle of whiskey and pours it all over your wound and medics hands.

“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!!!???!!” Medic screams out in anger “I’m helping!” Soldier responds with

-“GET ZE FUCK OUT RIGHT NOW” Medic screams as he points to the door. Soldier walks out of it and sits on the floor playing with a bug he found

-he waits a while until Medic allows him back into the room and he walks over to comfort you

-“Heya cupcake, how ya doin?” He says as he rubs his back “I got you something!”

-“what is it?” Y/N asks. Soldier hands Y/N..a cupcake! 🧁!! What I nice champ isn’t he?

-soldier would compliment and tell you that you’re doing great after the whole thing and makes sure you’re happy

-After it all he asks Medic to give you a lollipop and then an extra one for himself.

Pyro:

-“ Mudda murdder mudda!!!” Pyro says in shock. Seeing a needle stuck in your arm and his dear Y/N scared is terrifying

-he pushes Medic away and pulls the needle out himself. The blood splatters everywhere

-“PYRO PLEASE LEAVE-!!!”

-“MRRDA MUDDAH!” Pyro angrily yells back with. (Translation: I wanna help!!!)

-Pyro will help by putting pressure on your wound and hugs you from behind as he

-he rests his head on your shoulder and you can hear cooing and “shhh’s” coming from his mask to comfort you

-Medic will obviously step in and Pyro watches from afar and he operates on you and cleans everything up

-Pyro is really sweet about the whole thing and so after you’re done he’ll give you a drawing!

-it’s you and him in a field of unicorns and flowers with sparkles and rainbows all over, the writing says “good job” sloppily

-“Thank you, pyro I appreciate this ^__^”

-A rubbery kiss comes onto your cheek when Pyro kisses you with their mask on still and hugs you tightly

-“mudda mudda mrdder!” (Translation: get well soon!!)

a lot 🫣, ppl seem to judge me and are always shocked when i tell them the truth/abt me??? but the main two that STUMPS ppl are

1 - a if they’ve only seen me (like never interacted with me or seen my personality) my interests shock them. horror, gore, metal/rock, etc. i’m a pink bubblegum sanrio rock princess 🧍🏼‍♀️

2 - the fact that at the ripe age of 19 ive never even held hand romantically 🫶🏻
