They watched silently from afar as they watched your skin lightly glow under the sun, god you were perfect you were an Angel compared to them they didn’t even deserve to be so close to you right now, but they couldn’t help themselves they just had to. They sighed contently as they watched you and your elegance, perfection was the only way they could describe you but at last all good things must come to an end as your friend walked up and started talking to you. Their hands balled into a fist and their eyes furrowed as a frown formed on their face “damnit” they muttered to themselves as your friend blocked their view of you, they would have killed them right there and then but they knew better then to do that after all they wouldn’t want pigs blood on a precious thing like you. Just imagining it made them gag in disgust, they quietly shook off the reaction before backing up into the covers of the shadows and quietly walking over to a new better view. They smiled softly as they heard you giggle, even if they hated that they weren’t the one making you giggle still, they would take what they could at this desperate time they’ve been in, all they wanted was you in their arms and only In their arms the urge to run up to you and tackle you to the ground and never let you go was hard to contain but still they had to mange until their plan came into motion. Just a few more day and they finally might have a chance to be near you and breath your all so lovely scent and to hear that voice they love all so too much.

“Well I’ll be heading off now!” You said to your friend as you gave them a small wave before stepping back and walking off “Bye Y/n!!” They said as they waved behind you, you smiled as you waved back and turned your head to where you were walking to. “I should probably Oder food today.. its way to late to cook now..” you sighed running your fingers through your hair as you thought about the day you had. All day the feeling of eyes watching you was apparent.. yet you could never figure out why.. that uneasy feeling in your stomach didn’t help either it’s like your gut was telling you to run but you didn’t…god you were going to regret that one day when you look back on this moment

A hand found its way to your shoulder as a small tap was made, you jumped slightly from the sudden touch, your skin was covered with goosebumps as a pit formed in your stomach and a ball of saliva formed in your throat which you swallowed nervously as you turned around “hey there! Didn’t mean to scare ya” they chuckled as their eyes scanned over your body “oh no! That’s quite alright, uhm do I know you?” You asked as you tilted your head to the side in confusion, god you were just sickeningly adorable I mean who couldn’t love a face like yours?? “No, you don’t but hopefully you will soon!” They answered happily.. almost to happily something was definitely odd about their character but you quickly shook off the feeling as not to be rude. “Oh?” You said questioningly as you continued walking and watched them quickly walk next to you “I’ve seen you around often!, we live in the same apartment building” they said with a small smile “oh! I’m so sorry.. i must have not noticed you around, it’s been busy these past months” you chuckled nervously as you looked off to the side not sure of what else to say. “That’s alright, I’ve just thought if I see you so often why not get to know you” they said shrugging their shoulders “understandable I guess…” you whispered under your breathe “hm?” They said looking towards you “ah!, nothing, nothing, just talking to myself” you said as you desperately tried thinking of a way to get out of this interaction

You knew it was stupid but the pit in your stomach only grew every second they were around you, you honestly didn’t know why but the uncomfortableness was almost unbearable at this point. Your eyes widen at an idea as a soft smile spread across your face “hey look it was nice talking to you but I gotta go get groceries, thank you so much for the talk though!” You said, if going to the near by dirty grocery store meant getting them off your back you’ll gladly go, fuck take out you’ll just buy a heat up dinner. “Oh well I guess I’m in luck I was heading there too!” They chirped as they smiled to you “oh…. Okay then” you said giving a small fake smile. The feeling of unease just grew and grew the more you walked as your mouth formed a line and your body tensed, maybe you were just being paranoid! Yea..yea! That can explain everything, I mean after all those horror movies you watched yesterday probably had something to do with it

“So what do you do for a living!” They asked eyeing you, they already knew, they already knew everything about you actually but having a chance to talk to you was to hard to give up. “Oh I’m a I/J” you smiled as you kept eyeing the store that you were nearing, maybe you could just sneak off while they weren’t watching and just blend into the crowd of people. “Really? How nice” they said getting even closer to you then needed, you didn’t even notice due to being lost in thought about the plan you’ve created. Finally after an awkward silence you guys stopped at the entrance of the bustling small building, many locals went here even spite of how dirty and old it was, it looked as if it was about to collapse in on itself in any minute hell it still had the old rusty sign from when it was first opened “you first” they said as they walked up and opened the door for you “thank you” you said almost above a whisper

Their un dying smile just grew more, oh this day is gonna be so fun….

Bendy

- Bendy becomes the most cockiest guy you’ll ever meet when he’s around you

- He gives you a variety of different nicknames! “Babe”, “Honey”, “Doll”, “Beautiful/Handsome” stuff like that

- He’ll stop or tone it down if any of it makes you uncomfortable

- Although he can be a bit cocky sometimes, he can also be a perfect gentleman

- He’ll pick up something that you dropped and give it back to you, gives up a seat for you, pulls a chair out for you at restaurants, compliments you, offers to pay for drinks and food, kisses your hand, and sends you flowers.

- He gives you all different kinds of jewelry as gifts

- He always wants to look his best for you, so he is almost always overdressed compared to the rest of the questers.

- A small thing that happens with Bendy, is that his tail starts to wrap around your leg or arm when he feels safe and relaxed. He doesn’t notice when this happens, so he gets extremely embarrassed when you point it out, and quickly apologizes.

- He also purrs when you hold him close to you, and he also doesn’t realize when he does this either.

- He’s not very great at jokes, but when he’s with you, he tries his best to make you laugh, especially when you’re upset.

- He’s always there when you need him, even when he’s busy, he’ll immediately drop what he’s doing, so he could focus on you.

- He’s always the one flirting with you, so he gets caught completely off guard when you even slightly flirt with him back, and he becomes a flustered mess.

Cuphead

- Cuphead may not know he has a crush on you yet, but between you and everyone else, it seems pretty obvious that he’ll realize it eventually.

- He treats you the way he’d treat any of the questers, only a little bit better. He DOES respect and trust you. Definitely a lot more than anyone else there.

- He spends a lot of his free time with you, and he’s always there when you need him.

- When you walk into the room, his face lights up a bit, and you could practically see a spark in his eyes.

- You always manage to put a smile on his face when you’re around him, even when he’s going through a difficult time.

- After a while, the realization that he loves you practically STRIKES him like a lightning bolt through his head and chest.

- He does love you a lot, but at the same time he doesn’t wanna ruin what the two of you already have going on, so he keeps his feelings for you repressed.

- But now that he knows that he’s in love with you, he becomes extremely nervous and tries to hide it by acting cool. Which is a disguise that anyone could see right through.

- He’s way too scared to actually tell you that he has a crush on you, so he tries to tell you through the small things that he does. Holding the door open for you, offers to give you his coat when you’re cold, makes sure that you get home safely, and puts his coat on you when you’re asleep without a blanket.

- He also starts giving you nicknames, though he immediately regrets saying them the second you hear them being said, and he gets so embarrassed. He calls you “Princess/Prince/Princette”, “Babe”, “Love”, “Sweetheart”, and “Hun”.

- He will immediately stop working if you flirt with him, and his face will turn completely red. It might take him a minute to process what happened.

Mugman

- Mugman becomes very bouncy and stimmy around you, but tries to tone it down in fears that he may scare you.

- He tries to make it obvious that he has a crush on you

- He hugs you a lot, and hugs you a little longer than he normally hugs other people.

- But if you are uncomfortable with hugs, he understands, and will steer away from doing so.

- He never misses a chance to compliment you, even if it’s on something simple

- When it comes to nicknames, Mugman has only ever called you “Pal” or “Buddy”. But once, he accidentally called you “Sweetheart” and after that incident he blushed and immediately apologized multiple times. Cuphead never stops reminding Mugman of that moment.

- He always wants to spend time with you, wether the two of you are playing games or just talking, he’ll enjoy you’re company no matter how it’s spent.

- His face lights up when you enter the room

- He always tries to make you smile when you’re down

- He’s always telling a joke around you, because he likes listening to you laugh

- Mugman learned how to bake so he could make all sorts of treats for the two of you to enjoy

- Mugman always says I love you to you. To him, it could be read as either platonic or romantic. And he gets so happy when you say I love you back to him.

- He’s not very good at flirting, he always fails miserably, but you can always tell he’s trying his best.

- And if you were to flirt with him back, he hides his face with his scarf so you can’t see how red he is, or how you could practically see the hearts in his eyes.

Felix

- Felix is always nervous around you

- He blushes uncontrollably when he sees you

- His hands become very sweaty, so he always wipes his hand on his clothes before he touches you

- He constantly stutters when trying to conversate with you

- He acts half his age around you, like a flustered teenager

- He always pays attention to you when you need it

- He smiles at you a lot

- He’s always asking if you need his help with anything, so he could spend some time with you

- He can’t help but get lost in your eyes when you speak, he looks at how beautiful your eyes are, while also paying attention to what you’re saying.

- He loves your voice, and he loves listening to you speak, even when you say something so simple. And he even admits this!

- He purrs when he’s around you

- He always tries too hard to impress you

- He’s always there to talk when you need to, and he’s a very good listener

- The only nicknames he calls you are “Darling”, “Love”, and “Hon”. He doesn’t think much of the nicknames, as he just thinks he’s being friendly.

- Felix is the worst at flirting, but he tries his best. His flirts end up being incredibly corny and sappy, and he internally dies every time he says one, so eventually he just stopped.

- The first time you flirted with him, he was drinking, and once you said it, his face immediately got red, and he choked on his drink. He always feels so embarrassed when he thinks of this moment, there was no way to act cool after that happened. And now he just hopes that somehow you forgot about that moment.

Cuphead:

If there’s one thing to know about the older cup twin, it’s that subtlety isn’t his specialty. He’s brash, loud, and prone to being painfully blunt. Cuphead doesn’t mean anything malicious about it, though! He just doesn’t see the point in hiding it.

The few times where he TRIES to be subtle, however, go poorly. He can not play it cool to save his life, and ends up putting his foot in his mouth more often than not; asking Cuphead to be suave is like trying to herd a cat. It’s just not going to happen.

With that being said, Cuphead with a crush is almost no different than his normal self. He’s still just as eager to showboat— taking extra care to make sure you’re watching. There’s a 50/50 chance that it backfires on him. Knowing his luck, it usually does.

You may or may not have watched him faceplant often…It’s a blow to his ego, but having you fuss over him and hold his face in your soft hands was absolutely worth it. He’s absolutely spoiled for your attention.

Jokes galore around you! He wants nothing more than to make you laugh! If you’re having a good time, it’s a win in his eyes.

He visually perks up whenever you’re in the same room. Cuphead’s face brightens as color floods his cheeks, and he’s quick to beeline towards you. Even if the two of you have a short conversation, Cuphead is just happy to spend time with you.

Will absolutely make up bullshit stories or embellish them to make himself look like the hero in the hopes of impressing you. Mugman, meanwhile, is standing on the sidelines rolling his eyes. The younger cup ought to have half a mind to kindly correct Cuphead how he had also been equally frightened about the graveyard incident. But he won’t. Not now, at least.

Any time he’s confronted over his feelings for you, Cuphead tries to laugh it off and deny it. Him? Crushin’ on lil’ ol’ you?Nah, you must have the wrong guy. Nevermind the fact that he grows red like a tomato at the sight of you; or that he finds himself wanting to take you out on a carnival date… Nosiree! He’s definitely no lovestruck schmuck.

Mugman:

Bless this sweet boy’s heart. He’s cripplingly shy around you. The last thing he’d want is to embarrass himself around you. Mugman ends up panicking and freezes up on the spot, leaving Cuphead to try and distract you. Even so much as a pat on the shoulder leaves him frozen.

Often daydreams of finally mustering up the courage to ask you out on a date. So much so that Cuphead usually has to shake him out of it. The poor boy is embarrassed and has to sit through his twin’s teasing.

He tends to nervously ramble around you or stumble over his words; too busy overthinking over the little things that he forgets to relax. It’s a miracle that you’re able to calm him down long enough to get out of that mental fog.

Mugman is a gift giver! He sometimes will stash away small trinkets or snacks that he’d think you’d like, often offering them to you with a heavy blush. He also likes to make littles crafts for you, too! Things like paintings, drawings, or even hand-made sweaters and scarves.

Speaking of blushing– the boy's face is practically as red as a lobster whenever he’s around you. His cheeks are so hot that you once had feared that the milk inside would end up boiling.

He’s incredibly eager to help you in any way he can. Mugman would happily lend a hand or shoulder for you to lean on– the boy just wants to prove that you could rely on him for anything. Almost to the point where he forgets to take care of himself.

He may or may not have written love poems or short stories where you fall in love with him. Since he doesn’t have the courage to speak to you face to face, Mugman lets himself fantasize a world of what-ifs. It’s a bit unhealthy, he knows, but he never shared Cuphead’s confidence.

Unlike Cuphead, who prefers to wing it and find his own way to “woo” you, Mugman would turn to the advice of adults for help. He often looks to Elder Kettle for help, who usually favors an old fashioned approach to romance. Expect to see a mortified Mugman, dressed finely in an old hand-me-down suit, on your doorstep one of these days; surely Elder Kettle’s advice would work, right?

If ever confronted about his feelings towards you, Mugman would absolutely die on the spot; soul practically leaving his body as he’s left standing there, inhumane wheezes leaving his red face.

I feel like he would freeze up before slowly getting used to it, once he does he absolutely adores it!

Sometimes on hard days he absolutely loves when you do this it makes his day a bit more barely and to be honest if he had a choice I feel like he would love to spend hours cuddling you!. But sadly being the devils help man is a very busy job but trust me when he gets back he’ll make up for it <3.

As I said he loves playing around and flustering you in public but In situations like this I feel like he’s the flustered one

If you guys are alone and have no where to be he would gladly allow you to kiss his face as much as you want! Sometimes though he does have to wipe it off due to having to go off in public. But when that happens he usually just sneaks back to you and gets another one 💀

The only reason he doesn’t like showing physical affection in public is because it can be easily disturbed also he doesn’t like when others he doesn’t know get into his personal life and start asking to many questions so please don’t take it personally! ):

He would shower you with affection back just a little bit more tame, like holding hands and kissing! But when it come to cuddling you have to take a bit of charge cause he doesn’t wanna accidentally make you uncomfortable

Sometimes when you do give him affection out of the blue he would tease you for it but in a joking manner, sometimes you cant tell if he’s flustered depending on what you did like say you held his hand he is most definitely flustered but can hide it quickly and easily. He definitely doesn’t let you do it near the devil or cup brothers because he for sure knows he won’t hear the end of it from either one of them. As much as he loves you he hates when people ( other then you) tease him. But sometimes he does hold your hand or kiss you when no one’s looking <3

He’s a gentleman so he would definitely kiss the back of your hand as a thanks or just give a lot of his attention to you!

Is OBSESSED with you petting his fur or untangling it while cuddling like he’ll just sit there for hours as you do so purring. And the only thing that can probably make him move is you asking or the two cup brothers being annoying but other then that it’s basically impossible-

Sometimes king dice or the devils henchmen get confused when he’s going ballistic and immediately calms down when you inter the room like dude can be setting fires and shouting but when he sees you in the room he’s just like “ oh hello dear!” It’s honestly a bit scary-

He’s a big drama queen when you guys have to stop and have to do something especially when you tell him you got to go to meet up with a friend or something he gets really whiny and dramatic 💀

Oh boy good luck if one of them isn’t enough imagine both of them-

They both would do it together and everything they even map out when your about to give the affection randomly- its like a 6th sense- they usually do this so they can do it before you and absolutely fluster the hell out of you

I feel like you and the devil do the same but king dice is in your potion like not knowing you two are going to. But sometimes he can tells somethings up and try’s figuring out but the devil is very good at lying ( I feel ) so he’ll hide both of your tracks with ease

They both like sandwiching you between them while you guys cuddle! They love it especially sense they find it adorable

Sense dice doesn’t really show PDA the devil would make up for the lack of it! ( if you like it of course!) he doesn’t shy away from flirting with you or out right kissing you in front of anyone, sense no one would say anything nor intrude. But sense people know King dice is also apart of the relationship I feel like King dice would start showing more of it sense people would be less likely to bother him and you

I feel like their competitive ( as said in my last HC I did about them!) so who ever wins more of your affection wins, but of course this all ends up in a tie due to you mostly giving them the same amount of affection, also you mostly give affection to both of them at the same time so they didn’t really plan that out 💀

Sometimes cuphead and mugman accidentally interrupt you guys spending time with eachother like E.X: you, king dice, and the devil are just minding your business going shopping, Eating, etc. Until cuphead bumps into the devil and they both start to argue ( about anything really 💀) while mug man looks a dice with a nervous smile. King dice starts arguing with him too and it all turns into a small fight honestly, you have to pull both of them away while they spit small insults at the cup brothers while glaring at them. Honestly after that they both just drag you to bed to relax after the heated argument

Sometimes when you give both of them kisses,hugs, and other things out of the blue they both have mixed reactions, like the devil will go full head on flirting with you and doing the same thing while king dice is just a blushing mess as he gives you a quick kiss back 💀

Overall these two are absolute idiots in love for you ( and each other ofc) but they can be a handful but somehow you manage ( to others surprise 💀)

The first few minutes out of Inkwell Hell were more entertaining than anything. The Isles citizens were quite surprised to see a kid running from the Devil's Casino. You answered nothing, instead getting to an ice cream store. It was a rare treat, considering Hell isn't exactly the coolest place.

Payment was also entertaining as well. Just giving some money, despite being totally unsupervised and having come from Inkwell Hell. You left that store happy with your treat, and with the rumors that were already spreading.

You noticed a sign for a show, boasting a name you had heard complained about several times. Why not visit? You had the money and if you regained a contract on your adventure, there would be less reason to be grounded for the rest of eternity.

As you walked into the theaters lobby, you saw a fight happening right there. Two Demons from the casino- Pretty important ones from the little you knew- were in a scrap with the Woman mentioned on the sign, and two cups.

You assumed all three were debtors before your situation fully clicked and you decided to start running.

A stray shot of magic in your path caused you to stumble, and by that point, you'd been spotted. And that was the end of your freedom.

Sorry this is so late, I’m on that winter grind and apparently my school is too with how much homework their giving me😒😒 But I’m sorry this is so late, I‘ve been having to write ridiculous amounts of essays and letters. But I hope you enjoy this!

Cuphead x Reader

A sharp inhale.

Crunching of snow.

Ragged breaths.

Adrenaline ringing.

Footsteps walking away.

Y/n let out a soft sigh of relief, taking her hands off her mouth. She slowly relaxed her muscles and leaned forwards. Y/n exited her tiny cove, an imprint her back left on the snow wall when she was pressed up hard against it.

Peering around as best as she could with the snow all around her, Y/n searched for her friend, trying to see where he wandered off to. She got into a small crouching position and gazed above all the snow piles, she almost resembled a meerkat.

As quietly as she could in the crunching snow, Y/n stood up and began to walk slowly out of her snow bunker.

“Where’d he go?” She mumbled under her breath. Y/n walked around more and finally spotted the back of a familiar red coat belonging to a cup.

Smirking, she crept up slowly behind the ceramic, getting low to grab a clump of snow. Y/n shivered slightly at the coldness of the snow, maybe Ruck was right when he told her to bring gloves.

Nevermind that though, she could barely contain her chuckles. Y/n formed the snow into a ball firmly.

After creeping up on the dish for a good minute, Y/n was now directly behind him. Quietly but quickly, she wound up into a pitchers stance and absolutely launched the snowball at point blank.

Cuphead let out a shout and fell forwards with a loud thud.

Y/n bent over, putting her hands on her knees while she laughed loudly. Cuphead quickly twisted over when he heard her laughs, still on the ground. He had a shocked look, not expecting her to be right there.

Through her boisterous laughs, she managed to get a sentence out. “In- your- your face!” Y/n held her stomach with one hand and pointed at Cuphead with the other.

Cuphead’s face shifted through emotions but in the end, he settled on a look of pure awe and admiration for his human friend.

Y/n finally began calming down from her howls of laughter. She was still chuckling lightly, bragging about her win against her friend.

“Would you look at that! I thought you were good at aiming? I just point blanked you!”

As prideful as she was, Y/n stopped bragging when she realized that Cuphead was chuckling at her. She gave him a confused look.

“What are you smiling at?”

“You.”

Never before had Y/n been so caught off guard and flustered. She covered her face with her hands and turned away from Cuphead, beginning to walk away.

Cuphead laughed, getting up and off the ground to follow her back to her house.

• you and him often sneak off to areas of the casino where nobody is , he and you see this as an escape . The casino is extremely big . So you and him get a inside look at everything there is to see . From the hidden rooms , abandoned machines and poker tables and everything in between.

• he always loves to take you out , even when your tired .. he does try to make it low key though. Especially when your half asleep on the car ride there . For instance.. last week he took you to this really pretty spot and y’all layed on the grass and looked at the stars . Pretty chill but you both enjoyed spending more quiet esc time together, or you guys stay at home and watch movies , even though you fall asleep about half way through.

• he honestly just likes laying with you , on the couch .. in the bed or anywhere. He’s always pretty tired from his work schedule so this helps him out a lot .

• because you have a tendency to get tired of the normal , cuphead always loves taking you to places you’ve never seen . I’m talking everywhere on the isle you’ve never been . He loves seeing your face light up and a smile rush to your face .

• let’s you lay on him , anytime. Wether it’s your head on his shoulder or laying in his lap .. he just loves spending time and getting close with you .

• “ hey doll , there’s this new theater down town . With a late night showing of * film name* You wanna go? “ , as I said .. he loves doing things .
