#did you know he was the villian in the manga?
OC Crossover Event
Quick bit of background info is that all of Skylar's animals are weird in some way (expect maybe Mitchy the Ostrich who's just a regularly mean bird). They're typically found by other adventurers or members of the ministry and handed over to Magnus for study. But Magnus doesn't know how to take care of animals very well so he hands them off to Skylar instead. Lord Baron (the ¿goat?) and Kouta (a ¿¿cow??) in particular both have a unique ability to control plant growth and make portals. Kouta is generally more peaceful. Only bringing in strange fruits that Skylar attempts to grab for study, but Lord Baron sometimes causes a bit more havoc.
For the sake of this, we're saying that Lord Baron is the cause of my other ocs getting stuck in the Stardew universe. It started with Parker, then Jade, then Sol, and Skylar is trying their damned hardest to figure out how to get everyone BACK to their worlds because they're kind of getting sick of all these people in their house.

I tried to escape from being a villainous daughter but the earnest good-natured Yandere Highness did not give me the peace I wanted (Manga)
Created by: Hatori Hato
Genre: Isekai/Smut
If you remember me translating some of their other works I will never let you go, so please be preyed on by me ~ The younger man I met in the countryside was a former Yandere boy from hell~ and Please Know That I’m Really Jealous ~A Former Yandere Boy Can Be Brutal To Get Married, I've come back and holy it is so difficult to translate isekai things. The same face is also killing me internally. Nevertheless, here's a good 70 pages of yandere smut stuff.
The story starts out with Mei worried about meeting up with one of the capture targets, before explaining how she was isekaied into this world, an r18 otome fantasy. Her goal is to basically get a harem route, however, she has to compete with two other villianesses, Ann and Julia who are much better at the game then him. Mei has died about four times, as she is often killed by the other villiannesses. While greeting Julia, she is interrupted by Prince Remy (yes, that's his name) who is happy to be with Mei. Mei refuses to dance with Prince Remy as he doesn't want to go to that route, but ends up sleeping with Prince Remy. A couple months pass and she seems to be living happily though she hasn't really met with the other capture targets. Soon after meeting up with Prince Remy, she dies after being beheaded by one of the villianesses, only to reincarnate the fifth time. She decides to live at home secluded from the outside world and happily does for many years until Prince Remy comes to visit. Prince Remy basically traps Mei in a room using a magic seal and has sex with her. He reveals that he remembers his past lives as well, wanting to protect Mei from the world. The next day while Mei is trying to escape, Prince Remy gives her a box that has the hairs of all the capture targets and villianesses. Mei realizes that the reason she's had such a peaceful life was because of Remy and the two have sex. While having sex, Mei realizes that she actually was really afraid of dying in all of her lives and the prince makes her vow to be with him forever. We learn soon after that the Prince basically forced the capture target Mage, Leo to create the spell, the one that locks them into the room and the one that bounds the Prince and Mei for the next lifetime, which ends up sucking up all of the Mage's powers forcing him to retire as a mage. While Prince Remy doesn't kill them thanks to his promise with Mei, he does torture Leo afterwards. The two have sex with each other one last time.
I got to say that this artist's same face is really uh, noticeable in this smut. I know a lot of smut artists (and just artists in general) tend to have problem with same face but man... It's pretty jarring. The plot on this one is more interesting than the two snake ones I will say, even if it is an isekai. The concept of having to fight with two other people in an isekai to get a harem ending is actually a pretty interesting concept, though of course the main character is the "weakest" out of them not wanting to even get the harem ending at one point, just wanting to survive. I will say that the way the plot goes is very confusing- it jumps between time so easily that it's easy to get confused. Especially when she dies in her fourth life, I didn't even realize that she had died until they mentioned it straight after and they don't even show any of the moments of what led to her death or anything. And the fact she just stayed inside for years on end without issue is very strange, especially to this world. We don't even know what technically happened to either of the other villianesses, whether or not they died or were tortured or get jailed. I also don't really know what took her so long to realize that this guy has memories of their past life together since it seemed pretty obvious the first time they met in this smut that they have. I also don't know why it took her so long to, you know, not deal with getting a harem route. She was murdered like 4 different times before she realized she could just be in the house, which has got to be painful considering she got beheaded once and poisoned once, I feel like you should have just stuck with the staying at home kind of thing first. But who knows after all, this is a smut and you shouldn't think about it.
Prince Remy, despite having a pretty dumb name, is a protective yandere which is different then Ren in the previous iterations. It makes sense that after seeing Mei die so many times because she was too kind or not ruthless enough that he would become overprotective, locking her in a room (through magic) and torturing anyone that hurt her. I do like the concept of a yandere that becomes the way they are because they have to protect their love. In this case, it's watching and failing to protect her from being beheaded (and possibly poisoned, though I'm not sure how long or even when Prince Remy retained his memory from), probably drove him to be overprotective and lock her up. I do like this concept of a yandere since it's the darling's actions that lead him to be overprotective.
At some point I'll probably be ready to do the Omegaverse yandere that this author has made but it will take me a bit so just be patient. It's weirdly complicated for a smut plot and honestly is confusing with the way it jumps around and inserts sex scenes in places it doesn't really need to be, but you know, smut is smut so.

how do you write the league of villians what are things to pay attention to when writeing them like with dialouge and gestures and stuff
Uhhhh, to be honest what I do is try to reread the manga a lot or write down certain chapters that help me with the characterization. Maybe another list would do it? Idk idk, I'm terrible with trying to explain myself today ejdndnjf. Let's try anyway.
Tips on what to pay attention to when writing the League of Villains:
1) You need to understand that the League is very individualistic.
If you compare the League of Villains to other teams like the Meta Liberation Army, then you will find out that the League really values their personal freedom and the ability to do as they please.
They have strong personalities that clash all the time, but they also know how to act together because they have a common goal. You need to be careful with those, because it's like handling the little threads of a puppet to make him walk in a certain direction.
Dabi tends to like working alone, but he always comes back when the LOV needs him. Twice is not very good in solo missions, but he's a real overkiller when he has someone he wants to protect or take care of. Mr. Compress doesn't like big fights and prefers to stick to subtle roles— he's the wild card of the team. Spinner is often in the support role, while Toga is the one with more secret missions among them. As the leader, Tomura is the main show and the most direct attacker.
I often try to categorize their dynamics and study how Horikoshi uses them in the manga.
2) Pay attention to how their backstories dictate how they see the world around them and how they interact with it.
A good characterization comes from knowing the character, understanding how they came to be and how they can grow. I suggest that you reread the manga and ask a lot of questions.
One of the best examples is Dabi. I've seen him depicted as this cool suave character, when in truth his very awkward!
There are several moments in the manga when a LOV member pointed out his low self-esteem or tried to comfort him over it. Toga said that he was running away because his fire couldn't hurt Gigantomachia, while Twice tried to cheer him up during the attack to the summer camp. He dances like a little kid when he gets excited and couldn't recruit one (1) good new member, the only one being a traitor. He's also very very dramatic, "falling from a second floor widow as I destroy a building" dramatic, which would be super aloof if it wasn't for Toga noticing that he did that to cheer her up after Twice died.
Another example is the difference between Dabi and Spinner:
Even when they are both Stain fanboys, they differ on what is a pro-hero and who gets to become one. Spinner is more idealistic, being a civilian kid that still has hope. Dabi is way more cynical, given that he knows by experience the inside workings of the Hero Society 'cause his dad was a pro-hero. On the other hand, Spinner suffered from a type of discrimination no one else in the League could understand.
They do not see the world the same way, so they won't react to it the same way either.
3) You don't want to turn them into a stereotype instead of the multifaceted characters they are.
I find that fandom spaces are deadly scared of making a character ooc or scared of turning them into a stereotype. I personslly think it's kinda silly to expect fan creations to be exactly like the main source.
Characters are defined by maaaany things like their past, their environment or the setting of the story, the current arcs, the message that the author wants to communicate, etc. They'll be different in each story, but the goal is not to write them to the point they are unrecognizable
If you're afraid of writing the LOV shallow or making them feel alien, remember: the most important part is to figure out the core of the character, aka those traits that cannot change under any circumstances or you'd be writing an original character.
Once you have those traits, you should focus on consistent writing. Every action must have an explanation, an origin. Create your own guidelines and stick to them.
For example, in my I Don't Dance au, Tomura leans into his "Tomura" persona for a healthier reason, but he still does it. AFO didn't force the identify change on him, instead Tomura took it as an artistic name to distant himself from the Shimura tragedy. While Tomura is still a shield for Tenko to hide behind, just like in the manga, giving him an artistic way to express his sorrow and guilt instead of a destructive quirk and the worst mentor figure ever— well, it gave me an excuse to make Tomura just as unwell, but a lot more sane and in control of his emotions.
He might be a bit ooc, but that's expected of an alternative universe where I changed a lot of his past! The important thing is that he's still a menace and that his issues are the same, just treated differently.
4) Like when you're learning a new language, you will have to exaggerate before you learn how to control their personal "accents".
Remember the essential traits I mentioned? One of them is the way they talk!!!!!
Try to think about the level of education they had, who were their friends, the socioeconomic status of their families, what jobs they worked in, what series they watch... Of course, you can ignore this and try to write them all on a basic vocabulary. This really depends on how deep you want to dive in the characterization.
You know that Dabi is really rude and that he grew up in a wealthy family. However, he'd try to hide his upbringing so as not to make others question him. You can write him talking more in the street style and maybe make him slip and add a witty comment from time to time.
Toga has a very kawaii talk. It's exaggerated when she's on beast mode. Like Dabi, Toga is pretending because she wants the world to perceive her as a little girl and not a monster. When Toga feels more comfortable she is kinda childish, but something closer to her age. She is more calm, more sober with her words.
This applies to the gestures too!
Spinner would try to act cooler because he wants to look like Stain, but he's a nervous wreck. You can write him as someone who tries to flex with his giant sword, while screams the most nerd stuff ever to exist.
In serious moments, Twice is able to look fully present, less divided; on the day to day he jumps from grumpy to childish with little worry. He's movement is probably clearer when in a fight and his words are more severe.
Mr. Compress acts like a coward, but when the time comes he's not afraid of the spotlight. He is not one to talk a lot. Theatric gestures like fixing his coat, his hat or his gloves are unique of him.
An exercise is to make them all say the same dialogue or do the same gesture, exploring how different can they perform under the same circumstances.
5) Know your limits as a writer or know when you want to explore / expand your range.
As a writer, you must know where you are, where you want to go and what you want to do. Or at least realize you don't know and that it's a new adventure for you!
Sometimes you'll have to write that fanfic and let it be for a while. You can reread it later and ask yourself what can be improved. Art is a process of failing and failing and taking notes of those failures, so you can get better.
Another good exercise is to read a lot of fics and study them. If you think a fic has good characterization, try to pinpoint what gives you that feeling. Be critical. Overanalyze. Complain on your own if you need to.
Instead of expecting it to be perfect on the first try, imagine you're building a stair. One step will not take you there. Work with one character at the time or with only one aspect, maybe the dialogues only. Focus on a part and then you can continue with others.
I'm aware of how general and vague I'm being, but I don't have specific rules for writing the League of Villains. I try to do the same thing I'd do with any other characters. So....
Hope this works for you too <3

Hi I have two questions about chapter 108 do you think Amane never came to Tsukasa when he called out is because Amane was/is afraid of him when he all of a sudden changed when they were little !? And the second question is do you think we will hear Hanako and Tsukasa's backstory? do you think Hanako will become the true villian because he has done some evil things ?!
1. Do I think Amane is afraid of Tsukasa?
Hm... in a way, yes!
But I think we all need to remember that Amane and Tsukasa were very close when they were alive. It's been shown that they were able to get along perfectly fine, most times.
Tumblr media
I know this is a joke comic, but look at how naturally they exist in the same space. They're back-to-back, just hanging out. There's not an ounce of fear in Amane here, just a bit of... I don't know, grumpiness? (He comes off somewhat resentful here IDK...)
So nothing about this behavior makes me think Amane is afraid of Tsukasa... in the way that someone might be afraid of a rampaging bear, anyway.
Rather, I think he's afraid of confronting Tsukasa in an emotional sense. Like he's afraid of his feelings for Tsukasa, and what they might do.
Less we forget he murdered him?
Based on what we learned in the recent chapter (that Tsukasa was trapped and Amane ignored his cries for help, which may or may not be related) I think it's reasonable to assume that Amane was just... too scared to confront his little brother after what he did to him.
So he just... tried to ignore it.
I think now is also a good time to bring up this illustration, something I love doing at any possible opportunity:
Tumblr media
This is Amane's reflection in The Hell of Mirrors. It shows your worse fear. What we see in his mirror isn't just Tsukasa... it's Tsukasa's corpse.
Answering Tsukasa's calls after Amane murdered him is tantamount to suffering his greatest fear.
Tumblr media
2. Do I think we will hear Amane and Tsukasa's backstory?
It might be wishful thinking on my part but I really think AidaIro couldn't resist showing it to us, lol. They have a thing for flashback sequences.
Lest we forget the time spent on Hakubo and Sumire's backstory alone...? (Sorry IDK why I like phrasing sentences like this so much recently.)
But yeah, I really think it's likely we will see more of their backstory. At least stuff leading up to the murder, anyway. We still haven't got a good canon explanation for why Amane murdered Tsukasa, or enough substantial tidbits to deduce it.
3. Do I think Hanako will be the true villain?
Umm... well, that's hard to say!
In my opinion, the "true villain" of Hanako is fate. Like how Yashiro is fated to die, and how Amane was going to die but Tsukasa sacrificed himself to save him...
But I could easily see Hanako making some hasty, hare-brained decisions at the end of the manga and trying to "fix things" by doing what no one in the manga actually wants to happen... (as he is prone to do...)
The God that Tsukasa sacrificed himself to is curious, though. I think it has "true villain" potential. We just don't know enough about it yet. So basically, we'll just have to wait and see.
☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
Hope these answered your questions! Honestly, your guess is as good as mine on these...

Missed Potential in MHA - the Mutant discrimination subplot and the Quirkless Discrimination.
Both two really interesting concepts that fall flat in canon because of Hori refusing to develop them.
And seriously Hori did Shoji really dirty with the Mutant Discrimination subplot, like no just accepting the realities of the shit world you live in is not an acceptable option because it is "getting better" it gives the vibes of not wanting to rock the boat for an easy life. But it won't get better unless you stand up for your rights - there's tonnes of real life examples where people have had to do this. Where Discrimination and Discrimative attitudes have only 'gotten better' (broadly speaking in terms of making it illegal to be discriminative) when people have stood up against the system that oppressed them which is what the mutants believe they are doing by siding with Spinner.
To drive it home - these people are so desperate they are siding with AFO and Spinner - even though they know it will make them seem more villianous by doing this. Even though they know they could set their cause back if they fail. These people are so desperate they are chewing off their metaphorical arms to escape the hellish discrimination they're facing! Hori what the fuck? Just... What is he trying to say here?
Side note - can you imagine how much harder the Mutant subplot would have hit if Hori showed some of Shoji's backstory before now?
Or showed Spinner being discriminated against beyond Dabi being a dick and calling him a 'Lizard'?
Or made that part of Spinners backstory from the start instead of it feeling like a tacked on part of his Stain fanboy earlier self?
Or showed the Dog Mutant police chief even being offended when Shoto called him a "dammed mutt"?
Just give me a reason to care Hori! I want to care about this!
The Quirkless discrimination - again a really interesting idea for Izuku's backstory and a similarity with All Might! That's great! Then there's Yuuga the "dark Izuku" oh I can't wait to have this be explored from Izuku's POV -
-Oh. Wait. Can't have that Bakugou will look bad because there's no getting around the fact that Bakugou was and (still is IMO - the story just doesn't focus on it now because he has no Quirkless around him to abuse) a quirkest, abusive bitch and we can not have that. Good God.
If I may get a bit personal for a moment - Izuku's story being turned into the Bakugou show, in particular, with his quirkless past being pushed to the way side is extremely hurtful to me on a personal level. I had bullies like Bakugou, I had abusive people like him hurt me and get off with a lame fake apology just like that. Quirklessness seemed disability coded with how people treated Izuku I saw a lot of myself in Izuku and I wanted to see him eclipse his old bully, make true friends and be the number 1 hero.
And instead we get - "My Kacchan Achademia" as someone put it.
If someone told me the manga I was going to get into would have turned out like this I would have never gotten into it.
No wonder so many people are dropping this manga.
All of this. It's crazy that Izuku's character was built up around him being quirkless in a world of quirks yet outside the first episode, we get nothing else about the quirkless and how they're treated. As for the mutant discrimination part, everything revolving it was underwhelming. Minor hints and then a quick resolution. It's kinda pathetic how poorly MHA tackles its themes.

They just keep on..
Soo
Why is one of the main concepts of ML have the hero be related to the damn villain???
Like
The main villain is the father of the hero and doesn't know his son is the hero. He needs both the heroine and hero power to set his plan in motion. Which uses people emotions to make them into monsters to try and get the heroine and hero powers.
The hero doesn't know that the villain that him and the heroine is fighting is his father.
WHY YOU HAVE THIS AS A MAIN DAMN CONCEPT IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DO SHIT WITH THE HERO CHARCTER CONCERNING THIS CONFLITCT THAT VERY MUCH CONCERNS HIM??
HIS FAMILY DRAMA!
HIS DAD IS THE DAMN VILLIAN WHILE HE IS TRYING TO STOP HIM FROM FUCKING UP PARIS , THE WORLD ,AND STEALING HIM AND THE HEROINE MIRCLOUS AND HE DOESN'T KNOW IT!
MEANWHILE THE DAD AKA VILLIAN HAS A MIRCLOUS HOLDER THAT HE NEEDS LIVING UNDER HIS DAMN ROOF AND DOESN'T KNOW IT??
Do they realized they was sitting on a damn goldmine if they did it right?
Besides the whole Love Square concept which is
The heroine has a huge crush on the hero civilian form to the point that she gets really anxious around him.
The hero has a huge crush on the heroine but doesn't really interact with her civilian form that much.
The hero and heroine interact with other as
Heroine/Hero
Civilian/Civilian
Heroine/Civilian,
Civilian/Hero
Hell the fandom the do.
Like how hard is it to develop a show with that concept?
The ramifications of both of them founding out and the fact the mother maybe in the center of it all?
COME THE FUCK ON!!
All hell would break lose when not only the hero and heroine found out each other identities are in love with each other after they get character development individually and together but when the hero found out that his father is causing all the shit I mean problems that him and the heroine is facing?????
Then the villain found out that his son is the hero and you found why the villain doing what he's doing because it directly effects the hero??
Then the hero may have to choose between the heroine which he loves and they have given each other so much support and love and his father who is the villain??
How hard is to grasp this concept?
Give that to concept to Manga writer that writes magical girl and they give you something good.
What's the point of making him an interesting and the "main character" if you are not going to do anything with him?
And still develop your heroine in the process which what you supposed to do?
Develop both of them since they both supposed to be the main characters of the story?
I don't have nothing against Ken but it starting to feel insulting to male characters.
Like you just want them to be an accessory to the female character which to be is boring if you can add nothing to my female character slay. Have the male character do nothing.
That is not girl empowerment if you are making her male counterpart less than her and he supposed to be equal to her.
If you are going to give your Main heroine a love interest that also supposed to be the secondary Main Character, make sure him or her is her equal, as badass as her and get as much character development as she do.
Their powers supposed to be yin and yang to each other.
He supposed to be her match and equal in every way.
Her best friend.
The person that support her though her shit and she support them their shit to.
The person who make her better and she makes them better too.
Why is that so fucking hard to do?
Fuck it.
I aint watching the movie either.

Wtf is happening in the manga!!??? I just went to anti bakugou/izuku deserves better tags to get my weekly dose of justified character criticals, and see how All might might be dead and does a homage to Bakugou in his final moments?? I am not touching that can of worms until later and never have been so glad to stop reading manga.
However, right now I want your opinion on vigilante Midoriya fics. This interesting concept unfortunately falls into the popularized trope, so most fics are almost the same. I did my own rant in my vlog, but am curious about what do you think of it as you are much more experienced in the criticism of mha
Hi @venting-ghostwolf 👋,
I know ☹️ so much has happened in the manga that I dislike at the moment that I don't blame you for giving up reading.
Also second, don't put yourself down I like reading you critiques and seeing your thoughts and posts too 🤗.
As for vigilante Midoriya fics, I like the premise of a Midoriya (usually quirkless) being a vigilante I feel like that's in character for him. But what I resent about them is the usual All Might Bashing / Dadzawa coupling that usually comes with it with an OOC Aizawa saying that "Of course you can be a hero while quirkless, problem child."
A few things:
Are we going to pretend this response is in character for Aizawa? This guy threatened to expel Izuku because OFA broke his arm! Canonically, he'd expell a quirkless student the first chance he got therefore with a quirkless vigilante he would encourage them to stop before they got themselves killed at minimum if not turn them into the police. Aizawa certainly wouldn't aid in Vigilante!Midoriya's activities like I've seen a few fics make him do.
I can read Dadzawa in a fic, it can be done well but what I resent is the large amount of AM bashing that usually comes with this trope. I can't stand it. Vigilante and Villian Midoriya fics I've seen are some of the worst offenders at this.
To add on to this, I can't stand it when fics have ALL MIGHT someone canonically disabled and who began his life quirkless act OOC levels of ableist, quirkist, awful or stupid to justify Dadzawa (and insert another mentor here in some cases) telling him off.
This scenario can lead to some good #Bakugou faces consequences outcomes if done right especially if Izuku gets some vigilante justice on him. But it also can be done very wrong with Izuku in some scenario's still admiring Bakugou and thinking he'll be an awesome hero which is gross🤢. Or Izuku 'taking the high road' and forgiving him, which is a...choice but after everything Bakugou has done to Izuku I feel like it falls flat.
However there's sometimes #good friend Bakugou which is wildly OOC - just make an OC to support Midoriya at that point because BAKUGOU wouldn't do it being the POS he is.
A lot of the time Inko is also either OOC levels of abusive or dead to justify the existence of vigilante Midoriya which I personally don't like much in a fic - the latter can be done well in some cases, the former is harder to do well and makes me nope out of a fic more often than not.
To be honest I haven't read a vigilante Midoriya fic in some time, I like the trope but I kept running into severe AM bashing and Inko being OOC levels of awful which made me annoyed.

Hey,
people keep arguing about Akihito's character development and how is idendity in seemingly reduced to just being Asami's lover. However your stance is on this issue, do you think sensei will ever go down the path where Asami's and Akihito's connection is exposed to the press/police? Like not necessarily the depth of their feelings but the fact they live together and or have sexual relations at least? Since Akihito got some new fighting skills we might actually see the day where his story does not revolve around him needing rescue. And the conflict of interest that comes with their respective occupations has never really been explored. Not to mention their need for chatacter development. Now that Akihito is comfortable in admitting his feelings for Asami, putting them to the test is the next obvious step, right?
I feel its a fair assesment to think Akihito is being reduced to being just Asami’s lover, I espiecally see it in this last arch. But at the same time i dont mind it, if its the cost we must pay for getting Asami’s character development. One thing i will say about this arch, is though it isnt my favorite, I do like that we really got to see things from Asami’s POV. We get to see Asami finally admitting that he’s in love and that he’s gotten soft because of it, and he’s scared (if not terrified) of a future without Akihito.
If anything i think Akihito’s own character development will improve once they finally return to Japan. Because for a while, the story has really spent a lot of time focusing on Asami’s business, the fighting with chernobog, being on the run, being stuck on the island, and then the brainwashing arch - has all really been a consequence of Asami’s business and the ongoing war he’s had with chernobog which was set up in the Sudoh arch.
Since Chernobog is HOPEFULLY gone for good this time, I hope in the next arch they will finally have a homecoming where they both return to Japan. Sometimes Sensei does do an arch or at least a few chapters, like after Naked Truth where she did the temporary paradise story. When things calm down finally after all the drama.
But at the same time, i am almost thinking she’s gonna go - NAH heres the next villian you have to deal with! No rest for you!! 😂
As the last few archs happened in such quick session that she might want to get right back into the thick of it, without a break for our boys 😭
I feel like i can no longer guess what Sensei is going to do anymore, because I am just total wrong each time. I would honestly love all the things you mentioned. But i can’t guess if it will happen or not. I was hoping if and when there is a homecoming episode of them returning to Japan, there would be an episode about Akihito’s friends and family are riotting about where Akihito was this whole time and maybe Akihito having to admit he’s in a relationship with a man. That would be super fun, but I have heard people say that something like that wont happen because Sensei has apparently said in the past that finder is not that kind of manga where the focus is on family drama and such - its a gangster manga. So that makes me think a storyline like that would not be something sensei wouldn’t be interested in telling. Which is too bad honestly.
I could see a storyline where police or press get involved- i feel that is still in the realm of “gangster” manga? But at the same time, we’ve never seen police involvment at all. I mean they shot up a cruiseship? A bomb in a warehouse went off? and yet we get no hints of police at all, or even fear of running from police. That doesnt mean she wont do it - after all Yamazaki was police and that was way back in episode one. So i can see a universe were police get involved. Imagine if during their homecoming to japan there is some problems with the police because the old apartment was shot up and they’ve been investigating that. Remember we know that event was covered by the press, via the newspaper Akihito read when he was staying in the monestary - so that could be some problems they face when they return back home.
I also completely agree with the idea that Akihito will no longer be a damsel anymore- this was one of the bright spots of this most recent arch. Akihito is now properly trained. I can see a future where Aki and Asami fighting side by side this time. Though i am happy that Aki might in the future have the oppertunuty to fight for his man and no longer be side lined like in the past when its “too dangerous”. But at the same time I am not sure how i feel about Aki loosing sight of who he is. The big question to me is - will Akihito return to being a neighborhood photographer, but one who is now less naive and can save himself? OR will he join up with Asami completely and join his organization?
There is still a lot sensei can do with this series so we will see whats to come next. I feel like with the love confession? Its really only the beginning of potential storylines she could do. Really my only hope is that she is willing to tell stories that aren’t just all explosives and guns 😂

y'know, i get this feeling that the order of the clock tower arc is not going to be the next one as everyone says.
im pretty sure it's going to be the next one after the new one that has been introduced at the end of today's episode 'cause this one is going to be a small one.
i've got the idea that this arc rn is going to be the fight against akutagawa alongside with atsushi and the person with a naruto-like outfit whom i assume it's fukuchi.
not any fukuchi tho. i'm pretty sure this is young fukuchi (unless this mf has decided to shave his moustache) because if you paid attention you would notice that they share the same shape of hair, the same mask and clothes from the official art that came some days ago. Also it seems he is carrying amenogozen or whatever that stupid sword is called.
Now we know that amenogozen can go back in time or whatever. Anyway, fukuchi's abiliy is to intensificate the efficiency of something 100 times more or smth. So let's say that 0,10 sec = 10 sec.
here's why i think this is young fukuchi and not normal fukuchi: what would happen if there's an ability out there that can intensificate fukuchi's ability or amenogozen? what if we're introduced to a time-controlling ability ? what if one of those two abilitys manage to affect fukuchi and bro goes back some few years ago? i don't know it seems a little bit plausible to say the least.
back to the point, it seems that fukuchi, young or not, is going to fight with emo boi and tiger boi. So, if this man keeps bullshitting then that means that there's probably a second part to the decay of angels arc. This is probaly a mini arc bc we already got a massive one prior to this one, besides i think it's going to be just a fight between them, i don't think there's ging to be much plot besides that; maybe an introduction to the order of the clock tower as those three idiots fight eachother.
following the mini arc, i'm pretty sure we will be iwelcomed to the order of the clock tower arc. Since i'm sure that chuuya won't really be of much importance to the mini arc, he's definitely going to be of major importance in the order of the clock tower arc.
(i already made a post explaining why chuuya's going to have some sort of main characater role in the order of the clock tower arc but basically the order of the clock tower is in london, guess who's also in london? that's right, shirase and adam. Gues who are of major importance in stormbringer? that's right, shirase and adam. Guess who's the mc of stormbringer? that's right, it's chuuya. so there's no way of denying this man will play a major role in the order of the clock tower arc, he's been neglected by asagiri in the main manga for too long, let him have some spotlight)
either way, i myself don't know where tf this is going, but i think that this arc is going to be small, the order of the clock tower arc is going to be REALLY BIG bc the latter has been referencing itelf since the beggining of the manga, and im pretty sure that agatha christie is going to be the main villian of that arc. And i'm not sure if there's going to be another arc after the order of the clock tower one (let's hope yes).
but yeah that's all lmao, this was rlly pointless but i just wanted to give my thoughts on this.
NEVERMIND BRO I GAVE IT A THOUGHT AND WHAT IF THE PERSON WHOM AKUTAGWA AND ATSUSHI ARE FIGHTING IS AMENOGOZEN??? THEY DID SAY THAT THE SWORD WAS ORIGINALLY A PERSON B4 AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE 'NEW 'CHARACTER THEY VERY MUCH DRESS FUNNY

DMC Questions Anon here!
Before you read this next question:
I was informed that it would be a good idea for my questions to be answered with a specific tag so if people wish to block it they could. Please tag your answers to any question I send you with "dmc questions anon" and I think that should work.
If you wish to be taken off the list, ask. If somebody wishes to be placed on the list, ask. If your anon asks are off and you wish to participate, just make a post answering the question you see going around.
Remember you do not have to answer every question, so please don't feel pressured to do so.
Please also remember to take as long as you need! Do not rush yourself, this is supposed to be a fun activity and I don't want anyone to feel stressed out by trying to rush to answer questions.
Now onto the actual question:
How would you rank the 5 games in the Devil May Cry series? (By story)
Separately, if you want, how would you rank extended material? (The DMC1 Novel, The DMC3 Mangas, The Anime, The DMC2 Novel, Deadly Fortune, Before the Nightmare, and Visions of V, all of which can be found (along with other stuff) here: https://originaldmc.github.io/DivinityStatue/Downloads.html)
If you wish, how would you rank all of it together in one big list?
DMC QUESTIONS ANON!! :D
Okay, I'm gonna do everything together, but i will preface this by saying i have a lot more exposure to some things than others, thus I will have varying degrees of 'much to say'.
DMC 5
I'm definitely biased for this (it's the one that got me into the franchise) but I digress.
FAMILY THEMES BABI MY FAVORITE THING
I just adore the main cast so much u do not understand. So much hype shit happens with em too, it's great. The characters are simultaneously over the top but also very real? Like Dante is the wacky woo-hoo pizza man but also horribly in control of his emotions and how to express them.
The Vergil reveal was so obvious but I dont care. It's good. The depths given to his character through V and Urizen are VERY good.
And NERO- lord everyone in this family has trauma
Also SDT was introduced in this game I'm sorry but no piece of DMC media will be able to top this because of it.
2. DMC 3
is anyone surprised
I love the bois so much, with their stupid catchphrases and horrible family dynamics. it's so weird looking at them like
I was nighteen once. I wasn't like them but I was nighteen.
Also the THEMES once again center around family, especially with the addition of Lady and Arkum. I also love this cast SO MUCH
except arkum fuck arkum all the homies hate arkum
Literally the only reason this is lower than DMC 5 is because no Nero, Trish or Nico. That's it.
3. Visions of V
i haven't talked about him much but I would also gently hold V (and by extension Vergil)
Really I just love this manga because of how much is shown and revealed through it. Everything is really visceral and hits so hard.
Literally everything in this manga stabs u in the feels especially the final shit GOOD LORD
but it really is tied with #4 because it can't really stand by itself? It needs DMC 5 to be whole, in a way.
4. DMC 4
I really wanted to put this above VoV but my DMC 5 bias shown through in the end IM SORRY
also yeah Sanctus as a villian is dogshit, i agree
and some characters REALLY needed more screen time (see: Credo, Angus, KYRIE) but also this game has the Shakespeare scene so....
also I just love Nero and his teen angst can u blame me
But GOD did Kyrie need more screentime
5. Before the Nightmare
Wow the DMC 5 bias strikes again, huh.
IDK man I just love the prequel shit. Like, Nico and Nero meeting is so fucking funny
Also Lucia makes an appearance for the first time since DMC 2 so thats cool
It also expanded the lore on how devil arms work through Balrog which I am SO thankful for.
Also Roc Goldstein exists now and everyone should know about one of the ONLY GOOD DADS in DMC history
Really the only other one I give my full respect to is Sparda, and he died when his kids were like, six. (Dante and Vergil r getting there tho, give em time.)
6. The Anime
Look Patty is the only reason this is so high I love her and if u look at my previous posts u can tell I love her and Dante's father daughter relationship u can pry it out of my cold dead hands
Also the lore with Sparda's apprentices, demon smoners being a thing, and the introduction to Morrison is very nice.
But also Lady was WAY off the mark almost the entire time, and the plot with Patty only really took center stage towards the end so :(
ALSO THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW DEVIL TRIGGER IN FULL I WILL NEVER FORGIVE CAPCOM FOR THIS INJUSTICE
capcom if u put Patty in more shit I will forgive you (maybe)
7. DMC 1 novel
This novel is weird because it was written before almost all of the other shit so Canon often either ignored it or bent over backwards to avoid it until the DMC 5 era
But I like it. All of the new characters r very good and I love them all.
Grues death STILL hits me in the feels so hard.
Dante has lost so many parental figures ya'll
One of the only reasons it's so low is because of Gilver, the fuck
He made NO fucking sense for the longest time until the timeline rewrite and the retcon that he's a Vergil clone.
That fits his character so much more bur looking at him as Vergil makes no fucking sense. Everything about his character contradicts what we know about Vergil, even back with only DMC 3 as a reference.
Despite those issues, i am very happy we are seeing some rep for this book in the games and other media. U do not understand the screech I let out when Grue's daughters were shown years later.
8. DMC 1
is this sacrilegious?
Yeah the gameplay is good and it was a hallmark of its time but also Dante is as stale as cardboard here I'm sorry
Like his plot is the most uniform and overdone revenge plot I have ever seen and his relationship with Trish....
it's funky in this game, let me tell u. Thank whatever higher power exists that they leaned more towards siblings in later installments because I would be pulling my hair out otherwise.
But the quips r also really good and all of the Nelo Angelo stuff is my favorite part of the plot, so I guess that evens out?
This game was a very good launching point for the rest of the series except u know what
Also fuck mundus all the homies hate mundus he sucks
9. Deadly Fortune
Uhhh yeah it's just.... DMC 4 again with some things changed?
Honestly the reason this is so low is because of my preferred way of absorbing story is through video games than manga.
It's okay. Not trash or anything. It's just alright
10. DMC 3 Mangas
They're ... fine? I guess.
Like the first meeting between the twins in YEARS is very good, but also the manga is unfinished and all...
So I'll just leave it at that.
11. DMC 2 Novel
Gonna be honest I've never read this one.
So I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt
12. DMC 2
Yeah remember when I said Dante was cardboard in DMC 1? Yeah now he's silent, emotionless cardboard.
the villian is bad, the location is okay i guess, really the only saving grace for this games story is the concepts it introduces
Demon civil wars? Artificial demons created by people? Those are cool concepts! So cool that one was reused in a much better game, but I digress.
Honestly the story is probably one of the least sacrilege parts of DMC 2, and it still isn't the worst piece of DMC media based on story. That goes to our surprise contender....
13. DMC: Devil May Cry
DMC questions anon did NOT ask for this, but I'm putting it here so that everyone understands that this games story and characters are SO BAD that I'm putting UNDERNEATH DMC 2
But what can I say that hasn't been already stated?
Vergil is so far out of character he's basically an OC and his turn around at the end makes no fucking sense
Donte is an asshole who has functionally abandoned what made Dante likeable in ANY GAME
The plot itself is the most rehashed 'the government is evil and we must resist it' plot EVER
Even the new shit they added for this game doesn't even fucking work well.
Having demons that look like angels be the antagonists is much more interesting that just having angels and having them do NOTHING
Kat is literally the only thing that I don't have a super negative opinion on because she was NEW and I hadn't watched them fuck up a character I love. They just made a mediocre one at best
Needless to say, I utterly despise the plot of this game with my entire being.
Thank you for the question, DMC Questions Anon! I'm sorry I went a bit off script, but I hope it was at least entertaining.

I've seen your Fuuma supremacy post on birb app (and love it!) and as a fellow Fuuma appreciator I'd like to ask you for gathering twelve reasons to why Fuuma is great / should be appreciated more~ uwu 👉👈
Hohoho that's an interesting one. Honestly it's a bit hard to put into words why certain character is underappreciated cuz it's hard to pinpoint what makes ppl get attached to character in the first place. But I'll try my best :D
1) honestly his early X self. He's so kind and gentle to Kotori and Kamui, very protective brother and friend. Also how soft he and Kamui are back then 🥺 and touchy feely with one another
2) speaking of early X Fuuma, just look at how gay he was for Kamui from the very start
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Who the hell thinks of their friends in this shojo typical style??? With sakura petals and sparkles to the boot?? Good boy Fuuma was so head over heels for Kamui, it was adorable 😭♥️ good bf material
3) oke so onto his more complex and intriguing late X self: the enigma of what precisely happened. I've seen some people are discouraged by permanent hiatus and lack of elaboration just what happened to Fuuma. And while yes, I too would prefer if we had answered, mystery and head-scratchers are intriguing to me. I love to speculate, to analyze the possibilities with what we've been given so far. Which brings me to the next point:
4) there's more to late X Fuuma than it meets the eye. It's easy to dismiss him as sadistic without a cause villian (as he's portrayed in X anime sadly) but in manga that's far from the case. Like take this scene for example:
Tumblr media
It's true he's ruthless in fulfilling people's wishes and doing bad deeds but look at his expression. That's not face of a man who's too delighted by causing mayhem, in fact looks more saddened by the fact too many people lose sight of themselves in process of caring for their loved ones
5) his more childish/bratty side
Tumblr media
This scene in Ebisu before the destruction in vol4 for example. It was equally adorable and sinister given you know who Fuuma is but his kindness did seem genuine. Similar mischief can be seen in his interactions with Seishirou, Kakyou to some degree and sometimes when interacting with other Dragons
6) wish seeing ability and his general omnipotence. I love how he appears like personification of Judgment arcana (just taken on a darker meaning), how he can see deep inside person's heart and see what wishes dwell there. And how he delivers judgement by making those wishes reality. Tbh, I'm not trying to justify Fuuma's actions here but characters around him really do have fucked up wishes (ahem, Subaru, ahem Nataku) - X is basically a story about messed up people in messed up situations. In some lighert X AU he would have severed as a Santa claus or something but alas, X is far from light story
7) simply, these ambiguous lines
Tumblr media
Fuuma is judging others on their lack of self awareness 25/8. Add scene with Karen and that "if killing others is wrong then why do we lose sight of what's truly important" line. As well as many more. Honestly maybe it's just me, but there's something ♥️ about characters that are 'above others' but still have a weakness/vulnerability that's tying them back to same humans they're supposed to be above (in Fuuma's case that's obviously his connection to Kamui). In X it's wishes that give characters sense of humanity and will to live and Fuuma himself isn't above wishing; his wish is connected to Kamui one way or another
8) how to not mention his homoerotic courtship battles with Kamui? Iconic honestly. Where else would you get this type of content that's not a BL manga
Tumblr media
All shonen battles can go home these are only type that matter
9) oke so since since we're getting shallow for a bit: HE'S HOT AF ♥️🔥 I mean look at those evil smirks
Tumblr media Tumblr media
10) I can't find a panel rn but at one point when Kamui said his wish is to bring old Fuuma back current Fuuma's eyes widened and that's the first and last time in series he appeared genuinely shocked. Which leads me to obviously question: why? Does it shock him Kamui wants other Fuuma back? Is Kamui wanting old Fuuma back somehow contradicting Fuuma's own wish (like if only way old Fuuma can come back is if Kamui were to die and Fuuma's wish is for Kamui to live)? I want to know what his wish is 🥺 I'm torn between him wanting Kamui to acknowledge his new self and wanting Kamui to start appreciating himself and wanting to live no matter what. Maybe it's both of those, maybe those wishes are connected somehow 🤔 either way it's that head-scratcher of what precisely late X Fuuma wished for that's intriguing. Maybe it's connected to old Fuuma's wish to protect Kamui but why hurt him so much then??
I need coffee for this
11) honestly, all the softer conflicting expressions he has, especially when Kamui is in question. Like this one for example
Tumblr media
So soft and torn 🥺 Imma go cry why so emotional 😭😭😭 obvs this isn't the only instance, manga is filled with those subtle scenes where he's talking to Kamui or thinking about him with rather conflicting yearning expressions
Which bring me to the last one:
12) this scene. Prediction, whatever you call it. I need to know what will happen 😭😭😭
Tumblr media
Look. Fuuma is one of my fave characters so it's only natural I want to see him suffer. I need him to break down cuz of something Kamui did, or even cuz of his death. I want him to be crushed under weight of his emotions and angst 🥺🙏 Wish master who can grant anyone's wish yet there's noone to grant him his own now that Kamui is no longer alive. So my point here is that Fuuma and generally whole late X setting is perfect angst material
All in all, I guess it's Fuuma's complexity that made him one of my faves. There's way more to him than it meets the eye

Hi....If you don't mind, can I ask, what are your top 10 (or top 7) favorite media (can be books/ manga/ anime/movies/tv series)? Why do you love them? Sorry if you've answered this question before......Thanks....
Ooo this is a good question but a difficult one to answer but I'm gonna do my best!
Also these are in no particular order cause I just can't rank them
1. Smoke and Mirrors by Neil Gaiman
It's a collection of short stories that I first read as a teenager. It created my love for short stories as a genre and how wonderfully weird they can be. More importantly though the story Changes was the first hint to me that gender wasnt a fixed binary. I read it over and over again on the floor of my bedroom and cried and didn't yet know why. It became incredibly important to me.
2. The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien (both books and the Peter Jackson films)
It's a story about hope in the face of despair and fighting in even when that glimmer of hope has faded. Because at least you can say you tried. At least you did not go quietly into that goodnight. It's a story about found family and companionship and compassion. And god knows I need that
3. Scum Villian's Self Saving System by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu
It's in many ways very shit posty and funny and not for everyone but it's at it's heart a story about the cycle of abuse, of the need to communicate with the people in your life fully and honestly, and love. It's about stopping and listening and opening up your heart. It's also funny as hell and the main character is infuriating and the most queerphobic queer protagonist ever so your milage may vary
4. Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible (both manga and anime)
This is my soft comfort pick. It's such a soft story about highschool romance between two characters who take a long time to even realise their feelings. But it's also a story about a boy who has been extremely isolated and alone his whole life being pulled into the world. It's about friendship and kindness and the importance of connections with others as much as it's about the romance. It's extremely cute too and it's my current go to media when I'm feeling sad. The anime only just started so there is only 5 episodes out atm
5. Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman (Book)
This is one of the most read books in the house. I fell in love with it as a kid and it's still one of my favourites. It's exciting and funny and an examination in a lot of ways on what it is to be human. It's also in a lot of ways a coming of age story as one of the main characters is a boy who is on the cusp of being a teenager. I love it but there are some bits that are products of the time that it was written and also if you want more of our Demon and Angel duo who carry the story then you might prefer...
6. Good Omens the TV show
It's got everything I love about the book but updated to more modern times. Also more development of Crowley and Aziraphale (the demon and angel) and their relationship. It's very true to the book and what's changed is still fitting to the original. Also reminded me in feel of the first Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy TV show. Which in my opinion is a plus
7. Taskmaster - TV show OG British version
British show where comedians do silly tasks. There are 14 seasons out and it's just very silly and fun and endlessly entertaining
8. Mashle: Magic and Muscles - manga
In a world where everyone has magic one boy doesn't. But he is swole as hell.
There are a lot of reasons I love it but I think I can capture the main reason why with one image:
Tumblr media
9. Yuri on Ice - anime
I love it one because I was there when we all realised this was canonically gay and lost our collective shit. I love it because the relationship between Victor and Yuuri felt very authentic and genuine. I love it because the antagonist was Yuuri's own anxiety/insecurities. And it still has one of the best twists I've ever seen in media. Also the music is amazing
10. The Goonies
This movie was a staple of my childhood and is still my biggest comfort media. It's silly and weird but it is like an old soft blanket that I wrap around myself when down
Hope that answers your question! This was fun to do :)

I don’t know if someone already asked you this but when did you get into Douma’s character and start writing for him? Was it when he first appeared or did you start to like him over time?
It was around beginning of 2021 that I was first introduced to that character.
I actually don’t like Douma when he first appeared in the manga. Dude looked goofy, and out of place because of his cheery and friendly personality. I was irritated at him when he fought Shinobu, Kanao, and Inosuke, and choked when he started rizzing my girl in the afterlife.
At the time I was solely interested on Muzan at first, idk why, whenever I hop into a new fandom I always search out for villains, idk I’m a sucker for bad boys I guess. He was sort if an interesting antagonist to me but when I got to the ending, his fight and backstory, it is just eh… Muzan would’ve been a good villian if he’s not a coward and stupid. Kokushibo should’ve been the final boss.
Anyways, I realized that no one else can pull off being a great villain than Douma. Legit everyone hates him, I get it, but his character is very interesting to me. It’s not because he’s emotionless, it’s the way how he played out in the series. He’s actually clever and smart, yet the flaw to that is his clownery. He never takes anything seriously which is funny.
Author of KNY literally gatekeep Douma going berserk mode like actually full on slaughter and genocide and never wasting his time joking around. At least Shinobu got the laughs in the end haha.
I wasn’t supposed to write a slow build fic, but I’m so interested in Douma character that I went on write him. So yeah, I gradually like him overtime.

WARNING: MIGHT CONTAIN SPOILERS FROM MANGA SO IF YOU ONLY WATCH THE ANIME AND NOT THE MANGA THEN DON'T READ THIS.
Today the morning heavy rain that happened where i live fitted my mood from today and last week manga, because those two chapters really stabbed my heart and made me want more, especially from last week. Im talking about Chapters 385 and 386 of Boku no Hero Academia manga.
Ever since Chapter 386 many doors of possibilities were open and now many of us are uncertain of the fate of our favorite heroes, especially after, you probably know who :_( , lost his wings in order to protect his pupil, if it wasn't for him ( and Mineta which I have no idea where he came from) Dark Shadow woule have become an slave to that demon. Seeing how umpredictable this arc and Horikoshi are who knows who will lose either their quirk, a limb or their life next and what will become of them after the war.
Even when we not know what will happen next, the chapter from this week might gave us a guess and confirmation of the fates of some beloved characters, especially our favorite LOV generals, Dabi aka Touya Todoroki. And, even if it hurts me A LOT to say it, but now the chances of saving him are a lot lower than ever, especially after learning this:
Tumblr media
Even if we had the hope of him surviving the battle, and maybe having his body rewinded by Eri (after all, NOBODY likes when a beloved character, whenever they are a hero or villian, from a beloved series perishes) , now the chances of him surviving are most likely 1%, but even now that only seems like false hope since any moment now, our beloved Touya will blow up into pieces destroying everything around him, which will probably be witnessed by Shoto and the other Todorokis, which will be a huge blow in their hearts having to lose a loved one twice and right in front of their eyes. Like a certain super pig once said:
"Miles, the hardest thing about this job is you can't always save everybody." - Spider Ham from Spiderman into the Spiderverse.
Which also brings a huge theory that came into my mind: Will Endevour live or die?
With how many ocs we have lost in the anime like Sir Nighteye, Magne, Twice, Gran Torino (probably), Midnight, the heroes at the paranormal front war, and sadly our explosion boy Dynamight who they are really taking their time to bring him back to life, we might see more sad deaths in the future, and with one possibly confirmed we may have two more as a probability, one being Endevour aka Enji Todoroki. Lets be honest here, besides Mineta aka Grape Juice, Endevour its one of the most disliked characters in the series because of what he did to his family, even in fanfiction he is a complete jerk or even 10 times worse than in the anime. Even so afrer becoming Number 1 and reflecting on his past kinda did a turning point on his development and made him determined not only to become a better hero but a better father as well, even if Shoto and Natsuo reject his attempts. No wonder Toshinori compared Bakugo to him since they are kinda alike. So its more of a conflicted though even though its a possibility especially since he is the one closest to Dabi who has literally become a living time bomb and doesnt know it. And even if he learns of it i dont think he will want to abandon his son again, even in his last moments and it may risk him his life.
And he already has been having thoughts of his family been better without him and especially with this hints from the series: his guilt and depression over Dabi's identity reveal and remembering what he did to his family in the past, he building a separate house for his family due to believing that they are better off without him, and most importantly his dreams of his family happily having dinner togheter only that he is not there. And i think he is really serious about stop running away from his problems and his own son even if it gets him killed. I kinda imagine it him saying meaningful words to Touya before he reaches his limit and hugging him in tears as he is about to explode while he apologizes to him, Shoto, and his family( if the last two get a glimpse or view of each other as it happens) and I even imagined his picture next to Touya's in the altar. So this is my theory.
So about the other loss im not sure it will happen but this really surprised me
Tumblr media
I knew this guy wouldnt just sit still and do nothing, and it touched me how he remembered the words Izuku asked him in the rooftop and became inspired by them. And i never expected him and AFO to have a rematch after Kamino. But even so after seeing him defeat the heroes in the last battle the chances of All Might winning may be low but he still fights ( and I wouldnt be surprised if those Iron Man like support gear came from Mei Hatsume) even though seeing how AFO is being consumed by Tomura's wild negative emotions and if the tables get tuned, im not sure both lives will be spared in this match, either Toshinori reunites with Nana, his former mentor, right away after this or gets fatally wounded and we might get another sad hospital farewell like Mirio and Nighteye. We already saw how Izuku reacted to Bakugo's death, imagine how will he react when he learns of what happened, or might happen, to his mentor, idol, and father figure.
I really hope we dont have too many chapters left for this to be over, and that we dont get 1 week delays too ( even if we do need a break after each chapter release the closer sooner this is over the better). Wonder what next week will have stored for us, we'll have to wait and see.

I’ve read all your work and delusion hun and I just gotta say your incredible, the way you write the characters , the theme the setting is amazing ! If you ever publish a book , tell us and I’ll be the first to buy . ( also I’m wondering about Vigilante! Deku have you got any HCs on him or was he based on a au , same question with villian waifu Deku ,I’m really interested in them , I would love to hear your thoughts on them ! Also hope your doing ok and drinking plenty of water ❤️) 🌸anon
Aw, omg it makes me so happy! Literally, you made my heart squeeze with happiness. I really hope to continue writing stuff you'd enjoy, cause it all I ever wanted.
Getting to know people who read my stuff makes me feel like people are around me, like what I'm doing isn't a waste.
You really have no idea just how much this means to me. Thank you so much, 🌸anon!
P.S. Why does water taste so weird to me
[Slight Manga Spoilers Ahead!]
Vigilante Deku is an interesting character to me and I use the recent events in the manga to base him. Cause Deku kinda went off and did the vigilante thing anyways- I imagine he didn't make it to UA and the whole One For All thing didn't happen.
I think he is completely dependent on his intelligence and tools to do his job. He didn't just start doing the Hero thing, he had a job and collected savings to buy his tools, and even made some of his own, though that largely ended in disaster.
He works with the underground heroes along with his vigilante works. He is actually a great resource for heroes even underneath the fake name. Izuku kept analysis notebooks since he was a kid, and now, he keeps them for information to give to heroes as well as analysing villains and selling weaknesses and strategies to the underground so he can take them down.
It was simply the next logical step, right? From gathering and selling information to fighting face to face with villains, proving Quirks do nothing in comparison to determination and perseverance. He's very proud of himself, seeing what people used to identify as a disability now used as his greatest strength.
It was a nice little fuck you for everyone who underestimated him.
Vigilante Izuku is on the run. All the time, it's a difficult life to lead. So you will probably have to follow him around too. He's sweet too, though. He makes up for it by being an amazing partner though, he tries to make the best of things because he understands that his life is a lot of work. He's always a bit paranoid that you'll get sick of him, sick of his lifestyle. So he overcorrects a lot, he also understands just how difficult it is to see someone you love coming home with injuries that may be life-threatening at times.
All in all, he really tries his best.
Villain Waifu Deku from all my research came from a webcomic created by @kimbapchan. When I first got the ask, I looked into their blog and then thought of how a villain spouse would be, especially when their hero partner doesn't know about their present.
He is a bit of a chaotic man, so he doesn't always cover his tracks properly. Though his ongoing hero obsession is a great cover-up. Find a weird pocket that has a gash that seems familiar to you? Well--um he's trying to recreate that villain's suit which you gashed so expertly, he's your biggest fan!
That's what it is, of course.
Though he's a great homemaker! The house is spotless at all times and food is always ready for you when you get home. Your clothes get washed and are pressed well when you need to go to work. Of course, there are bloodstains, and you get injured! You must not remember, you're not home a lot of the time.
He's quite the manipulator. You're not gonna know anything is wrong because he is sniffling, the glint in his eyes, the quivering lip and side look, the little notes of how you're not home, you're not noticing enough about what he does for you, and yes, he knows your work is important but he is also your husband, you should know! You should notice! He does so much!
Then he'll throw in his hail mary. He loves you, he doesn't want to fight, he just wants to nuzzle in your comfort and hold you in his arms...It definitely escalates. He loves you so much after all.
Then it's back to the way it always is.

Disorganized rambles about Earthspark under the cut, short version is that it was literally perfect and then it did a Thing and I'm weird about it
As I said after watching the first ep, I'm way more interested in the not-kids, than on the kids. That being said they didn't get annoying or boring at any point. Mo and Robby are okay, they're cute, but I truly love seeing Twitch and Thrash exploring their unique identities. The children have some dialogue that feels off to me and the emotional link makes me a bit uncomfortable at time but eh, i can live.
Twitch is my favorite, there is no contest. She is my daughter and I love her. I love thay she's the "goody two-shoes" but she's still fucking unhinged. Bless her.
I did not expect to become so endeared to Alex but he is also great. He's so earnest and tries so hard to connect with his family and his interactions with Bee are fantastic. I loved seeing their relationship develop.
BEE!! My boi, I adore him. He still feels younger than Optimus while clearly contrasting with the terrans as someone more adult and a war veteran. It's a good look on him. I feel like I liked his dialogue best, it flows really nice. I wonder what's going on with him. The fact that he has to be hidden from GHOST and that he wants to be a hero "again", makes me think he may have messed up an caused human casualties. Or maybe is a situation like IDW1 Jazz shooting a cop in live television. Either way, I'm excited for more of him.
Dot, the star of the show. Everything about her is so interesting. She steals the show every time she's on screen. Her interactions with the Cybertronians are the best. I want to learn everything about her adventures with Megatron. Really, giving him a human companion was the most galaxy brain thing the writers pulled.
Megatron is fucking perfect oh my god. He has all the presence and charm and he cares about his Decepticons SO MUCH. He truly just wants them all to live in peace and knows the only way for that to be possible is to get along with the humans. It makes sense why he is so concerned about their image. This man has his priorities straight unlike all the others Megs sqvbdysd The other major difference with them being that he clearly sees humans as people, as his relationship with Dot shows.
And omg Nova Storm (or was it Skywarp) asking if it's too late to be Autobots and Frenzy (she's a girl!!!!!!!) saying they're free and don't have to follow Soundwave. Megatron is not off, it shows the Cons are also tired and want peace.
Optimus, my beloved!! He's great in this, so earnest and awkward. He truly just wants to do the right thing, but struggles with what the right thing is and how to live in peacetime. I always love that on him. He's trying his best but needs a check sometimes and dear lord, GHOST sure are sketchy.
The megop is ofc great, I am being fed. Love their banter. Love how they feel so familiar now. Love how Megatron spoke high of Optimus to Dot and still takes any chance to make fun of him. Love that you can see what Megatron has learned from Optimus, but that he still has room to set him straight. I was telling Squiggle I low key regret not pushing the megop gift exchange further so that people could ask for ES prompts, but we were already so late with it sshjdhe.
Absolutely adoring jock!Elita. With this and the Go Go Go manga it feels like a theme now and I hope it continues. As I suspected, she's not actually OP's love interest and I'm glad she has now escaped that role to be a character on her own. Hope she gets a focus episode later on cuz she had relatively few screentime.
I am so so happy with Arcee. Flavour-wise she feels like a mix of IDW and Cyberverse, which is truly not something I ever expected to see. But like that time I ate a blue cheese chocolate, it is a unique and interesting flavor.
Wheeljack was fucking adorable.
Mandroid is a good villian. He reasonably hates the robots for bringing their war here and he's gonna deal with that by causing more war. The hypocrisy is nice and it makes a good contrast with Megatron. Doubt he's actually dead since he still has to fill some narrative potential. That is, they wouldn't allude to his past with Alex if that's not gonna come up later.
But oh man, with Mandroid, GHOST and cons like Soundwave and Starscream, there's seems like there's a lot of antagonists to deal with. I hope that means the show will run past the first 26 eps.
So I was having the time of my life and then we got to that episode and I was like "they aren't going to create more Terrans right now, are they?" And they did, and it didn't get better. And I felt so viscerally uncomfortable I considered stopping watching altogether. Because I have weird issues and they're always children related.
It's something about the carelessness of creating new life deliberately, coupled with the fact that these Terrans are being created explicitly as memebers of the Malto family and no one asked Dot if she wanted more children and how Twitch and Trash inclusion to the family dynamic had felt so organic up until now, and now it all feels like, like, ugh, Milan Kundera, you're the only one who understands me. It's feel like it's too soon. The dynamics had been so well-balanced until now and I worry how they're gonna handle these 3 new additions.
And I know this is just me being weird (ok, I do think giving Dot more kids without asking her is not fucking cash money). And this choice makes sense narratively. The Terrans are the way to take the Transformer-human relationships where they need to go so more would have to come eventually, and the Terrans are still a secret, so given the status rn there can only be more if they are also members of the Maltos. And really the show has been so good at handling every other dynamic, it can be trusted to manage the newer inclusions to the main cast.
I do hope I can get over myself because I like literally everything else about the show SO MUCH and I don't want to stop watching. But it was hard to sit through the last parts. Shsshgwhd is that thing Polyhexian makes fun of about how I will read their most uncomfortably personal sex trauma fic but I won't touch their robot children with a pole. Why am I like this?
