Masaya akong nakilala ka, masaya akong nakita at nakasama ka sa maikling panahon, masaya akong naramdaman ko ang pag mamahal mo, at masaya ako na kahit papaano ay naibahagi ko ang pagmamahal ko sa’yo.

Everytime na iniisip kong mawawala ka o mapupunta ka sa iba, hindi ko kayang makita. At doon ko narealize na mahal na pala kita, hindi ko lang maamin sa sarili ko.

Yung mga araw at gabi na nag ccrave ako sa presensya mo, sa yakap at halik mo, doon ko napagtanto na gustong-gusto kita— na gusto kitang makasama.

Halos wala na akong nakikitang mali o kulang sayo kasi kuntento na ako kaso pasensya kasi hindi yun yung naramdaman mo.

Mahal ko, malapit na matapos ang gabi na ‘to pero patuloy ko pa rin pinapaniwala ang sarili ko na babalik ka pa, patuloy ko pa rin niloloko ang sarili ko na kakausapin mo pa ‘ko.

Binigyan ko ng ilang araw ang sarili ko, sinaktan at pinaasa nang paulit-ulit pero siguro tama na ‘to, mamahalin na lang siguro kita mula sa malayo.

Original version:

Anjali shows up to Arnav’s fashion show ramp unannounced and they have a deep discussion which Arnav cuts off and introduces Anjali Jha to the audience. They have the discussion on stage with millions of eyes on them and he hides his mic and eventually removes it to talk to his sister.

Jalebi edition:

I like to imagine Arnav and Anjali having this conversation backstage, away from reporters and prying eyes. it is also more plausible that Anjali got direct access to meet her brother backstage than interrupt a carefully planned fashion show.

And when she tries to dissuade him against sticking to the past, and he says he has moved on (with the background score announcing that ladies and gentlemen, here’s the Arnav Singh Raizada) and he leaves her abruptly to go on stage with his mask of coldness on.

Although he does turn back at one point and see his sister by the aisle of the stage, formally introduces her to everyone, and a tinge of hesitation in his eyes because the past still does haunt him.

However I do miss the introduction of Anjali and her disability here, but there’s enough reference in the show. And the fact that the very first dialogue we hear then is her questioning his actions, strongly displays Anjali’s character.
