Jon: (lifts a brow)

Marinette: What? Go on.

Jon (smirks): Alright. Damian loves you.

Marinette: No he doesn't.

Jon: Alright. Let's treat this logically. Why would he call you Angel if he isn't infatuated?

Marinette (calmly answers): Because we're friends and that is his friendly nickname for me.

Jon (looks offended): How the hell is vomited alien from planet K friendly to me then?

Marinette (chuckles): Ask him.

Damian (walks right on time, throws his things on the table and sits beside Mari): Here's your bag, Angel. And I got you ice cream. Strawberry vanilla with chocolate and pistachio, just as you like.

Marinette (beams and kisses his cheek, like a friend of course): Thank you.

Damian (blushes and coughs but hides it in a book.)

Jon (looking at Mari): Tell me I'm wrong again. It's obviously mutual.

Mari (licking ice cream): No, it's not.

Damian: What are we talking about?

Jon: The fact that you're an unfair friend since you didn't get me ice cream.

Damian (scoffs, pulls out a chocolate bar from his bag and flicks it at Jon.)

Jon: Oh, chocolate! You know me so well. Thanks!

Marinette: (laughs and leans her head on Damian's shoulder)

Damian (adjusts to accommodate her): Sleepy?

Marinette: Jon told me something today.

Damian: What is it?

Jon: That you love her.

Damian (freezes.)

Marinette (burries her face in her hair and tries to pull back.)

Damian (recovers): Oh.

Jon (looks outraged at the nonchalance): Oh? What oh? YES OH!

Damian: Well, he's not wrong.

Marinette: (freezes then)

Damian (calls softly, looking her in the eyes): Angel...

Marinette: Ye-yes?

Damian: Does that make you uncomfortable?

Marinette: Uhm...n-no. It really doesn't.

Damian: Ok then.

Damian (smiles subtly. Mari thinks he looks radiant. He picks up her hand, and she lets him.)

Jon (jumps up from his sit, eyes wide like an owl before exploding into manly squeals on their behalf): YES!!! I WIN! The bats owe me a hundred bucks each!

Roy Harper has a secret, one he keeps from Oliver, from the old Titans, even from his fellow Outlaws. Roy likes to sew. Now, he can't exactly follow a pattern, and he definitely doesn't know the difference between a dart or a pleat, but his baby girl doesn't care about that. She's just happy that her princess dresses and superhero costumes look so much more like the real things than the store bought, mass produced things her classmates have to wear. But when he bumps into a five foot nothing young woman in the only fabric store in town open past 8pm, well. Maybe it's about time he finally learns the difference between front stitching and chain stitching, yeah?

TLDR, Roy Harper is a self taught hobbyist seamster who meets Marinette Dupein-Cheng in a fabric store.

TL;DR: I suck at drawing, but I have MLB feels so here's my practice so far

I haven't drawn anything in years(like not a thing) but I'm currently obsessed with MLB, and I've been reading these awesome fanfics and seeing this gorgeous fanart all over the internet and my mind is going crazy with all these ideas to draw some MLB fanart. But when you stop practicing for so long you kinda lose some abilities (at least in my case) like I don't know how to draw a proportional body, or how I forgot how to draw a natural pose. Anyway, time for me to practice again, so here is me practicing. Right now I can only do the head in a front angle, I hope to explore more areas and poses.

Once upon a time in Wayne Mansion...

Jason: B! B! Come on, you gotta hear this.

Bruce (an overexhausted dad): What is going on?

Jason (sounds gleeful): Go on Baby D. Tell B what you bought.

Damian (arms crossed, pouting): Marinette said she's looking for specific jewelry so I had Gotham shops empty out the stores so she can take her pick.

Bruce (who had met AND fought with his son's girlfriend's alterego): U-huh. And do tell. How did Ms. Dupein-Cheng react to that?

Damian (scoffs): She said what the heck, and demanded I return them all back cause it doesn't work like that. I don't understand! Mother would have been delighted!

Bruce (frowns) as Jason (snorts).

Jason (sing-songs): And what did we agree Talia is?

Damian (glares): She is still my mother.

Jason (sighs and bends down to Damian's eye level): I know, baby D. I know, and am so glad you aren't anything like her. But just as you aren't like her, Marinette is also her own person. Just imagine if she's anything like Talia, would you like her then?

Damian: (looks horrified)

Jason (smirks): Exactly.

Bruce: (looks like a proud dad for how Jason handled his little bro)

Damian: But Agreste also did the same thing, and she's still talking to him!

Bruce (who also knows about said kid's alterego): Miss Dupein-Cheng has also known young Agreste for much longer and therefore is immune to her friend's antics. You on the other hand had successfully taken a much coveted and more intimate role to her, so it makes sense she expects better behavior from you.

Damian: And buying her things isn't that?

Jason (throws hands): Things? You bought out Gotham!

Damian: Oh.

Bruce (asks knowingly): Yes oh. And Damian, did she tell you what sort of jewelry she wants?

Damian (frowns): No. She wouldn't say.

Bruce: (receives a text, pulls out his phone to read it, and ends up looking amused.)

Bruce: Alright boys, time to move. Change to your suits. The Paris heroes are arriving in ten.

Bruce: Oh, and Damian, might I suggest you ask Miss Ladybug for her preference on jewelry? I have a feeling she and Miss Dupein-Cheng share the same taste.

Damian: I doubt it. Just because they both come from Paris may not mean that. But I can ask.

Bruce (pats his son's shoulder): Just trust me on this, son. Detective's instinct.
