A natural consequence of china's long 改革开放(reform/opening) is that, particularly as China starts to become competitive to the imperial core, a naive pro-labor position within the imperial core does tend naturally towards anti China even absent a world where anti Chinese racism already exists

Mon Anthony Era started a special program called the ERA Scholarship in Bagong Nayon, Antipolo City, back in September 2018. At first, he helped just two kids. He used his money from working as a social media manager to fund it, without help from any groups or other people.
Mon kept it a secret, and only the parents of the kids he helped knew about it. He didn't want everyone to know he was helping others because he thought it was more important to do good deeds quietly.
God blessed Mon's plan to help others. As he did well in his job and got more clients, he also helped more kids through his scholarship program. People from other countries didn't know he was doing this good work; they just hired him for his social media skills.
It wasn't until July 2021 that he told his parents and everyone else that he was the one running the scholarship program. Since then, he found more kids in Talim Island in Barangay Sapang to help. Mon is still working hard to help more kids and wants to continue doing it for as long as possible.
If you want to do business with him, please type this link into your browser to read everything about Mon Anthony Era.

Why Management makes more money than labor
So, there is a common question which is fair of why capital is entitled to the lion's share of profit when labor puts more effort in and it's a fairly simple answer. It all boils down to the assumption of risk and that's the rub. Personally, I'm not opposed to workers getting more money and a direct share of the profits but, if things go wrong then you have to deal with the consequences.
The thing is, you probably do not want to have your average line worker making the day to day decisions in how the company is going to move forward. Sure, have people being able to say have more direct control over their schedules but actual business practices and decisions is a very tough sell.
It's why direct democracy is a bad idea because everyone gets a say and then they get mad whenever things go badly.
A compromise would be to include a member on the board or other governing body that either represents labor or mediates between labor. Because, representation both has rewards and responsibility.
Besides, this can be done in a free market where labor can band together and decide collectively to sell their labor and it already happens to a degree with unions. However, we also forget about the human factor and it comes down to are you motivated enough to do this and will other people go along with you?
I mean, if you have a nice white collar job or comfy middle management spot do you want to spend that time, is it worth it? Do my dues and unpaid hours negotiating really make a difference in the end or is it just a way to haggle for a couple more cents at the end of the day? Do I want to risk my spot if things go in a tail spin.
Besides, no Socialist nation has ever has had this dynamic in the first place. Under Lenin the worker organized factories were replaced by the managerial class from the Tsarist regime in order to boost efficiency, Venezuela, Cuba and China have party/regime officials managing things and having an unequal split because, do you really think that the average worker is going to have the same level of investment in the operations of a business, especially if you know that the job is going to be temporary or the owner is investing the majority of the capital.
I guess in the end if we want to have a more equal representation everyone gets a stake based on the risk they have if something goes wrong. If you're saying that it's not fair well, put some more skin in the game.

I think we need to start regulating the free marketplace of ideas. This whole "good ideas float to the top" theory clearly isn't working.

There should be a tinder but for finding a job.
Doesn't say the salary? Left
Entry level job requires 5 years of experience? Flag as misleading. Swipe left
This job has liked my profile. I like this job too. Swipe right. Open chat. Schedule job interview.
Bonus points if you can choose to search locally or by relevance. Even better if the people who work there can rate the job from 1 to 5 stars and the company can't see how many stars they gave, only the other workers applying can.
Oh, but the app has to be free. Otherwise what's the point. Maybe it's funded by adds. Maybe the companies pay to advertise their jobs in it.

also the interaction of Laissez-Faire with Council Republic is actually kinda interesting bc worker pops have to fill the role of capitalist pops and do stuff like pay the initial costs for starting up a new factory and hiring workers (who also end up being the owners) which capitalist pops can usually do just fine with their reserved wealth but when its worker pops its a little different bc if youre building somewhere with a low standard of living then the worker pops might not have enough savings to start initially hiring other workers or purchase the input goods. Otoh having ownership wealth go to the workers is a benefit in itself bc that means all the dividends from highly profitable factories do a lot when it comes to increasing standard of living
Now ofc if you wanna do this then you really might as well just switch to Interventionism instead of Laissez-Faire bc LF loses all advantages it had if you have no Capitalist pops and you can still use Investment Pool reserves (LF is just more fun tho tbh) but i think it’d be cool if there was a way to still have  Investment Pool contributions happen bc the whole “Market Socialism”/”Mutualist”  playstyle is actually kinda interesting
