Tickle cleaning anon here again. First of all, OH MY GOODNESS that cleaning story!!!!!!!!!!! Second, I just happened to see a commercial just now for some cleaning product and it included a split second clip of someone's tummy (including belly button) covered in soap suds 😳😳😳😳😳

In my opinion the sexiest thing would be to be tickle bathed by a team, but it would also be super hot to have a machine give me a bath while the team watches and adds in their own teases and maybe reach around the machine arms to get their own tickles in where they can

And yes absolutely keep making me ticklegasm so I need to be cleaned all over again...but I would add that every time they start over they add a couple more people to the cleaning team, because I'm clearly making a tough job for them and they need all hands on deck!!!

Gahhh~~ you're getting me riiiight where I falll aparttt instantly my sweet lovely cleaning anon~!! There was a clip I saw once, I can't remember where or when or if it was just a fever dream, but it was a belly at a beach coated with water and a finger playfully dipped in making this little splash and it just has always captured my imagination of likeeee~ being at the beach and getting alll sandy and going up to the showers which are y'know, out in the open where everyone can seeee ~ and oooh someone set up a new automatic body cleaner which activates immediately and locks the feet into brushyyyy boot-like arches so the sprayers can start working the sand and salt water from the bodyyyy~ and tiny detail brushes need to spring out and sweeeep sweep away all the particlesss~ which of coursee is all being seen by the now growing crowd, this cutie was silly enough to try the wicked automatic cleaner, and is now stuck~ giggling and blushing as sprayers move about sending tickly jets of water and dousing with gentle suds while scrubba brushes work around the ribs and tummy and waist and legssss~ and down below the brushy boots are endlessslyyy swishing like a tiny car wash on those feets~

And y'knowww it's never gonna end when some pranksters are suddenly standing to the side with knowing smirks.... and buckets of sand~ to which their fingers dip in and playfully sprinkle it on youuu activating moreee cleaning proceduresss~

Whewww~ okayyy that was silly~ yesss the team ticklesss in the science lab~~ all those matter of fact faces, some buried in their tablets or notes others just watching with satisfied grins while you are taken through another cleansing routine, the implements calibrating for your squirming bodyyyy ~ aiming at your sensitive zones which have been of course, thoroughly soaped up with soft teasing cloths~

Certainly the ladies with the big shiny nails aren't going to be able to resist stepping closely, feigning to be looking at their notes before reaching up to start tickling at your exposed tush or side or thigh~ giggling at your reaction as the machinery keeps your naked sudsy self held taut and ticklishhh~

And that's before you're brought over to the big round tub for the machine to dip you in, with your feet sticking out the edges and arms held snug while endless buffers and brushes spin out in the water to start massaging and working away the imperfections on your sensitive skin ~ the feeeet~ as it turns out, are getting the personal attention because two members of the team are equipping themselves with scrub brushes, strapping them to their fingers and setting aside their tablets as the machine drips plentyyy of soap onto their tools and they merrily go to work on your ticklish feet, following every kick and struggle~

The team breathes a sigh of relief as it seems like the cleaning is finished with the machine lifting you out for a quick scan~ but ooooh that tinglyyyy beam goes around your royal area and uuuhhooohh~ warning alarms blare as your legs are gently spread and further inspections are made, with a secondary investigation quickly launched to examine your royal chest buttons for any swelling ~ ooooh naughty naughtyyy~ your thighs and regal spots are quickly coated in suds for a renewed cleaning ~ and the techs fire up their spinny buffers, this clean job definitely will take a collaborative effort~

Soo as you wiggle and struggle ~ the machine sprays and facilitates with massaging grasps and vibrations on your legs and chest~ so the team can work around with their detail brushes to buff and buff awayyyy ~ and uh ohhh~ you're getting sooo rapidly aroused again that they neeed more hands~ the doors fling open to welcome the emergency team, armed to the teeth with cleansing brushes and sprays and detail tools and big buffers~ now you're reallllly in for itttt ~ suspended and held by the machine as a whole gang of certified world class cleaners reach in to polish your inner legs to your girly bits with very attentive soft cleanings applied to your pearlyyy~ not to mention the top to bottom treatment your royal chest buttons will be getting, buffed right to the tip and down and around ~

And with an unceremonious drop, you're back into the water, splashing and thrashingggg ~ clamped into place so the machine can hold you while the team has their way, working soft cloths and elegant fluff brushes around you through every splashhh ~ alll so they can sooo perfectly undo all that cleaning and get you alll worked up again for the machine's ready to start scanner~<33

Well, I finally wrote some deacury again! I hope you like it. Now we will have some 80s queen :D

Filling the prompts "Confessions" and "First Kiss" from @50yearsofqueen 's event <3 Be aware of my grammar errors, ups.

1981, the recording of Hot Space were taking place at Musicland Studios. An album where they decided to experiment with more danceable songs, after the success of Another One Bites The Dust.

In that day, they decided to show to John the final result, to give a kind of blessing to the new song, called Body Language.

-Man, we recorded this without you...

-You know that I don't mind being replaced with a bass synth.

-I know, but I think that you need to listen to it, just in case….

-Okie.

John sat in the chair next to Mack and he put the headphones.

The song starts. He was listening.

-Oh Nice replacement, I like this bass -John said.

“Give me… body…"

John closed his eyes for a moment and sighed. He scratched his forehead and arched his eyebrows.

"Body language..."

“Okie…”

"Gimme your body, just gimme your body…"

"Gosh, will say this the whole song?" John thought, trying to not show his annoyance to his bandmates.

"You have a red lips, snakes in your eyes,long legs, great thighs…You have the cutest ass I've ever seen…"

"Quite specific… Who is the person? I should ask to Freddie who’s, I’m curious"

"Look at me, I got a case of body language”

-Nice thing with the finger snapping- he said.

"Sexy body… aaaaaaaah want your bodyyyy!"

“Gosh, pretty intense with wanting a body” -John thought.

And finally came the moans of the final part… John couldn’t hide his discomfort and embarrassment.

The song ended. John quitted the headphones and left them on the control panel.

-What do you think? -Mack asked.

John thought his words a bit.

-It really fits with the album vibe. I really liked the bass, like I told before... -the bassist said, watching to Mack’s face- Who played to it? -John asked, now watching to his bandmates.

-Me -Freddie said, raising his right hand.

-Nice work indeed.

Freddie thanked the compliment just nodding and smiling.

Oh, who was the muse? -John asked, curious.

-Eh?

-I mean… you described a person, who’s?

-No one John. -the singer replied, smoking his cigarette.

John just saw him with an incredulous face.

-Mmmmm… I don’t know. But well… John sighed.

-Well, John gave his blessing, we can continue with another one -Mack said to the group.

-I have another song -Brian said, with a sheet of paper in his right hand.

-Let's do this -Freddie said, going to the recording area. The rest of the group accompany him. John stood up and followed to the group. A long hard day it's in front of them.

The night came. They were in the lake house, having some chill time after a long day working. In the middle of a conversation between the four, Freddie felt the need to tell the truth to John.

-John, I need to tell you something… Come with me.

John opened his gray eyes widely, surprised. He finished his beer bottle and left it on the table, standing up of the couch.

Freddie watched to Roger and Brian’s eyes.

-Excuse us, please.

-No problem man -Roger replied- We will wait for you to start the following beer round.

They were outside the house, specifically in the porch.

-Well Fred, tell me -John said, watching to his friend’s eyes.

The singer came closer to the right ear of his bandmate.

-It was about you.

John opened his eyes widely, trying to process that kind of confession.

-M… me? -John asked, in a low voice.

-Yeah -he continued whispering.

-I…

-Sorry, I know you prefer women… you’re straight, sorry.

-Nothing to sorry… -the bassist replied, watching to his friend eyes and placing his right hand on Freddie's left shoulder.

Despite the low light, Freddie could see John’s face, smiling kindly, and that touched his heart.

-You son of a bitch, are bi? -the singer asked, in a low voice.

John remained silent, watching to those brown eyes.

-Your silence it’s telling me everything…

John decided to hug to his friend. Freddie hugged him too.

After some seconds, he decided to confess his secret.

-I am -he whispered in his friend’s ear.

John left the embrace and he gave a kiss on Freddie's right cheek.

They were watching to their eyes. There’s so much left unspoken…

-Well -he sighed deeply- we should go with Roger and Bri before they start to suspect anything -John said quickly, walking to the door.

-No -the singer said, grabbing John's left hand and pulling to his friend to him. Without any doubt, he left a soft and quick kiss on his lips.

John was blushing.

-Now we can go inside the house -he said, slapping his friend’s ass.

John took some deep breaths and opened the door.

Both felt not only lighter for the confessions, but also happy because their feelings were mutual.

Rabastan and Rodolphus Headcannons

I’ve had these written down for a while so I figured I should share

Rabastan 

- middle name is Alexander

- thinks he’s a badass, but really it’s just Rodolphus scaring everyone away

- SARCASTIC AF

- likes to brag about his blood status but never really had any prejudice until he became a death eater

- honestly radiates hufflepuff energy 

- BACKSEAT DRIVER

- LIKE NOBODY INVITES HIM ON ROAD TRIPS ANYMORE

- plays the piano like an ANGEL

- looks like he could kill you, is actually a cinnamon roll

- thinks that family is everything 

- bisexual, but stuck in the closet. Like he has a crush on someone but could never say it because that’s just not how things were in the 60s.  

- 100% a momma’s boy 

- played chaser on the team for all six years and was the star of the team. 

- he’s that one kid that never pays attention but always gets perfect on tests

- patronus is a snake, just beause. tried to become an animagus once but didn’t make it three days 

- really wants to travel the world. definitely wanted to live in rome at some point but y’know, life. 

- dislikes the human race IMMENSELY

- he’s Voldemort’s torture expert. like Bellatrix does the torturing, but Rabastan goes out and actively tries to find new torture methods. All the death eaters (save for Bellatrix and Rodolphus) are at least a little bit scared of him.

- idk why people are saying he has a crush on Andy, like no they are the BEST of friends. Like they team up to sabatoge Bellatrix and Rodolphus’ wedding and they have the best time

Rodolphus

- would throw himself in front of a car for Rabastan but WILL NOT do the dishes. 

- “RABASTAN THIS IS WHY MOM DOESN’T FUCKING LOVE YOU!”

- wanted children so badly, like he literally would have been the BEST DAD 

- when he gets angry, he looks like one of those kids cartoons where the face gets all red and steam comes out of his ears

- ALSO DRAMATIC

- both the Lestrange boys are dramatic and you can FIGHT ME on that 

- writes his own spells

- He isn’t in love with Bellatrix but they’re best friends,  like everyone thought they were dating but in reality they just go around torturing mudbloods and stealing stuff together 

- looks like he could kill you, could actually kill you

- isn’t really close to Rabastan until his sixth year. He’s four years older, so he spent a lot of Rabastan’s childhood at Hogwarts. But then after a while decides that his brother is a complete softie and must be protected

- literally handles ALL of voldemort’s connections. Like almost everyone voldy is getting funding from internationally came from him

- had blond hair when he was born 

- patronus is a wolf, because he’s protective and works well alone and in groups. he could also cast it easily as a kid but it got harder when he got older. 

- really adventerous, which is weird for a slytherin

- The Lestranges own a penthouse in london, but also have a beach house somewhere and a big, dark estate like the malfoys

- after their parents die, Rodolphus gets the estate and moves there. 

- some of his best memories are wandering around muggle london with his mom and his brother but would never admit it. 

- he’s a really strong wizard, and also really smart, and probably would have been minister for magic one day if his parents didn’t die and Bellatrix’s family wasn’t forcing them to get married. 

Family headcannons

- so basically, I feel like they grew up in a pretty happy home, but their Dad wasn’t around a lot, and their mom is kind of depressed, because she was super strong and smart and a great witch but ended up just being a housewife. Also, I feel like both Rabastan and Rodolphus didn’t like their Dad and loved their mom. Like, their Dad was good and loved them a lot but they barely ever saw him. 

- also, the main reason they hate muggles is because their parents died when Rabastan was in sixth year, in a car crash. Also, their mom grew up in france and went to beauxbatons, and her family was practically french royalty. 

- their mom is like 16 years younger than their dad because he had an arranged marriage to her sister, who died, so they had to arrange the marriage with their younger daughter. that’s another reason she’s depressed, because she couldn’t marry the guy she wanted to. 

- also, she is the best mom. would come into the school and YELL at dumbledore if he so much as THOUGHT about accusing her children of doing anything wrong because they just couldn’t.

- ultimately, they’re good people, but they both lost their parents and their friends and people that they loved, and it kind of broke them.

Spirit Tracks Translation Comparison: The Resurrection

This will be a comparison of the original Japanese version and the US English localized version.

Specifically, this will cover the cutscene in which the Demon King Malladus is resurrected.

You can also watch this cutscene for yourself in English and Japanese. If you want, you can check out the EU English version, too.

For the comparison, the usual points apply:

Bolded is the original Japanese text, for the reference.

Bolded and italicized is my translation.

Italicized is the official NOA translation.

A (number) indicates that I have a specific comment to make on that part in the translation notes.

As you read this, please keep in mind that with translations like these, it’s important not to focus on the exact literal wordings, since there is no single “correct answer” when it comes to translations.

Rather than that, consider the actual information that is being conveyed, in which way, and why.

Translation Notes:

The verb I translated as “do away with” is 片付ける/katazukeru in Japanese, which usually refers to “cleaning up” or “putting something in order”, but also works as a euphemism for getting rid of someone.

What I translated as “divine servant” is “神の使いの一族” in Japanese, which more directly would translate to something like “member of the clan serving the god”. I ultimately decided to shorten this to make the line sound more natural in English.

In Japanese, Cole makes use of the word 血祭り/chimatsuri, which would literally translate to “blood festival”, though it allegedly once used to refer to blood sacrifices, and later the killing of captured enemies before a battle in order to raise morale among one’s own troops. As far as I can tell though, in modern times the term is used in a manner similar to the English word “bloodbath”, both in the literal and figurative sense.

Comparisons & Thoughts:

A lot of the differences in this part are general changes I’ve already explained, or results of those earlier changes.

So there aren’t a lot of “new” things to go over here, but interesting things nonetheless.

-

In both versions, Cole expresses his disappointment in Byrne, in almost the same matter.

The difference here comes from the actual impact of him saying this.

In the Japanese version, Cole had acted like a subordinate to Byrne up until this point, cheering for him in an almost over-the-top fashion.

So this might have been the first time Cole took such a disapproving tone with Byrne, which would explain his both angry and shocked reaction of: “Wha- What did you say?!“

In the English version, Cole had been the one ordering Byrne around, even if it was in a seemingly affable manner.

Therefore, Cole expressing disappointment seems less like a shock, since it’s in line with the idea of him being the one calling the shots.

In turn, it seems to lean more into the idea of Cole's stern tone just being a bit unfair to Byrne here, with his reaction being changed to: “What?! Why?!“

-

I considered putting this next bit in the translation notes, but I need a bit more space to explain it.

In the Japanese version, Cole refers to Malladus as 魔王様/Maō-sama, which is the word 魔王/Maō (”Demon King”), with the highly respectful suffix 様/-sama added.

When you got a regular, non-demonic king, or 王様/Ō, being referred to as 王様/Ō-sama, you would usually just translate that as “Your Majesty” in English.

With 魔王様/Maō-sama, you could just translate it as “Your Majesty” too, since a Demon King is still a king. But that loses the demonic aspect of it.

However, if you translate it as something like “Your Demonic Majesty”, you risk sounding a bit silly, like trying too hard to sound evil.

And if you just translate it as “Demon King”, you don’t reflect the speaker’s reverence for said Demon King.

Both the English localization and I went for “Your Majesty” in this case, with a few instances of “Demon King” when it seems fit.

I don’t know the reasoning of the localizers of course, but my own reasoning is that Malladus being a demon is obvious to everyone involved, so there is no explicit need to highlight it here.

But I still wanted to explain this detail, so you can be aware of it.

-

When Byrne addresses Malladus, in the Japanese version he says ”I am the one who allowed for you to be resurrected!!“, while the English version has him say “I am the one who has freed you from your prison!”

Both have Byrne basically taking credit for most of the work, but the Japanese version has him be ever so slightly more indirect about it with the wording.

In the English version, Byrne also says: “Grant me the power I have dreamed of!”

This is slightly different from the Japanese line, but matches his English dialogue from earlier scenes.

-

In the Japanese version, Cole says that Malladus would not grant Byrne power specifically because Byrne is from the clan that serves the god. In other words, because he is a Lokomo.

In the English version, Cole instead says that it’s because Byrne had previously served the spirits.

This changes the implications of Cole’s disdain for Byrne just a bit.

In Japanese, it’s apparently more about disliking the Lokomo people on principle, and insulting Byrne for being one of them. He’s basically being a bit of a bigot about it, for the lack of a better term.

In English, he’s rejecting Byrne more for his former association with the spirits, which is still petty, but ever so slightly tones down the potential prejudice vibe. It makes it at least sound like he would be okay with a Lokomo who hadn’t served the spirits beforehand, somehow.

In any case, I’m not sure if this was an intentional change, because having implied intolerance among the different fictional people in the Zelda world isn’t that uncommon, and this isn’t even a particularly strong example.

And another minor thing here: In English, Cole says “those disgusting spirits“, but I think that in this case, that adjective was originally meant to be attached to the Lokomo, rather than their god.

-

I already went over how Cole’s general characterization was changed in the English version, and we get another example of that here.

After Byrne swipes at Cole, the Japanese version has Cole switch to talking in his informal, sort of crude manner, acting downright immature as he is taunting Byrne.

The English version again rewrites this informal dialogue from Cole to be more refined and fancy, even if he is still mocking Byrne.

I think this is a moment where this change especially stands out, because Cole’s mannerisms here match the tone of the Japanese version more, with the way he’s jumping around and cackling madly.

It also ends up downplaying how Cole completely changes his tone again the moment he flips around and addresses Malladus, where he of course goes back to speaking more formally and politely.

-

I have several things to note about this bit of dialogue from Cole:

Come, Your Majesty! Let theirs be the first blood spilled!

Now then, Your Majesty!

Let us sacrifice these base creatures to your glory!

I already brought up the term 血祭り/chimatsuri in the translation notes. I don’t know if its supposed origin as a blood sacrifice and later war ritual is true or if that’s just a myth in Japan, but the “blood sacrifice” interpretation of it is probably what the English localization went with.

In the Japanese version, I’m fairly certain Cole is using it in the sense of “bloodbath”, though.

Basically, in Japanese, Cole is talking about starting a bloodbath, like a killing spree, beginning with Link and Byrne, which is why I adapted his line the way I did.

So while the English version retains the idea of killing Link and Byrne, it lacks the direct implication that Cole and Malladus intend to keep on killing more people afterwards, too.

Regardless of that difference, I want to point out some neat things about the English version of this line.

Like I said before, Cole uses polite and respectful language when addressing Malladus in Japanese. In contrast, he talks quite dismissively about our heroes, even when he’s being formal.

In this particular line, he is using the term こいつら/koitsu-ra to refer to Link and co., which is especially disrespectful.

Normally, こいつ/koitsu is something you would use to refer to animals or objects, somewhat similar to the English word “it”, though in Japanese you can also use this to refer to a person, in which case it’s usually a sign of disdain and lack of respect.

Both of these language devices that Cole uses in Japanese to show respect, or a lack thereof, don’t have direct English equivalents.

But the English localization still did a good job of conveying the idea behind them, by having Cole use phrasings like “your glory“ and “these base creatures” here.

-

After Cole notices that Malladus hasn’t completely adapted to Zelda’s body yet, he says “Nothing to be done about that” and summons the Demon Train so they can escape with it.

Specifically, the line he says there is a phrase you could use when you gotta do something you had hoped you wouldn’t have to do, but you can’t really avoid now.

You can translate this differently depending on the context, or how you want to phrase it. One alternate phrasing I considered in this case here was “Regrettable, but oh well”, for example.

So, what Cole means here is simply that, since Malladus isn’t at full power yet, the two of them will have to postpone all that killing he suggested earlier, and instead retreat for now.

Of course, he’s still being smug for the rest of the scene here, seeming confident that this won’t be a huge issue in the long run.

In the English version, this line is adapted as: “None of you can stop us!“

While this could’ve been meant to reflect Cole’s smug confidence, I’m pretty sure this was actually a translation error.

If you translate the original Japanese line too literally, you would get something like “cannot be prevented” or “cannot be stopped”, and I think that’s what happened here.

Hence them adapting the line the way they did.

-

A minor detail, but when Anjean appears, both versions have Zelda wonder if she is a ghost at first.

In the Japanese version, this is a bit of a follow-up to something from the scene before the battle with Byrne, where it’s at least implied to the children and the audience that Anjean might have been killed.

Since this implication was omitted in the English version, Zelda acting like she thought Anjean was dead might seem a bit more random here, but it’s still not all that strange.

-

Looking at this cutscene as a whole, I’ll have to say again that I think Cole’s dialogue is probably the biggest change between versions here, though this time around it’s closer than in the previous scene featuring him.

They still rewrote a few of his lines completely, but overall the things he says still have the same basic meaning.

However, the way the dynamic between Cole and Byrne was changed in the English localization does make Cole’s betrayal of Byrne feel different.

In the Japanese version, Cole had acted as Byrne’s lackey, and now reveals to Byrne that he was never really in control, dropping the faux-admiration he had displayed for Byrne before.

In the English version, since Cole had always acted as the boss between the two of them, it’s more like Cole disposing of a servant of his who’s no longer useful. There isn’t really an aspect of Cole revealing he was actually the one pulling the strings, because that’s how the English version already presented him.

Of course, Cole betraying Byrne eventually wasn’t hard to guess in Japanese either, but it’s definitely a different kind of betrayal.

But outside of some of Cole’s dialogue and different implications due to prior changes, the localization in this scene is another fairly close one, maybe even one of the closest in this game, from a certain point of view.

I’m glad to see it was handled so well, considering its importance.
