i love that there’s an ongoing theme with a lot of the qsmp ships (especially the canon/close to canon ones) that is just this typically serious, nonchalant character - likely with a heavy/angsty backstory - and a character who’s oftentimes silly/chaotic, dramatic, or simply exudes wet cat energy, with or without the angsty backstory

i’m mainly looking at spiderbit, fitpac, and pissa/phissa- read my nonsensical ramble under the cut-

spiderbit!! you have q!Cellbit: a former child solider and an ex-convict from Alcatraz bc he was a cannibal and essentially a crazed serial killer. and his husband is q!Roier, who spent his earlier days on the island flirting with anyone and everyone, has Drama Queen™️ tendencies, and has an alter-ego who lives a double life as a stripper and psychologist. i don’t think Chafaland is canon so we don’t have much of a pre-island backstory for him, if one at all. granted, q!Cellbit we all know that sometimes has the wet cat or chaotic moments, so different dynamics can be interchanged between these two

fitpac!! q!Fit comes directly from the anarchy hellscape known as 2b2t, and as far as i’m aware, has spent most of if not all of his life there. led wars, killed a shit ton of people… yknow, all that jazz. literal war veteran. and yet!! who softens him and literally makes him fucking blush but none other than q!Pac. yes, q!Pac literally got his leg eaten and was also put into Alcatraz but up until he got kidnapped a couple weeks ago, the sheer chaos of this man?? regardless of the angst?? and now he’s slowly healing and getting back to normal too?? a silly lil inventor guy fr

Uh, a little off-topic, but I feel like Sniper and Scout are Nick and Gatsby, I don't know. Is that weird? Like sure, we know Sniper talks to his parents, but I feel like his mom would be the only one to come while Scout planned the entire funeral. Anyway, on to the actual headcanons!

Scout locked himself in Snipers van. Bearly eating or drinking, he won't talk to anyone. He just lays on the bed, holding on to anything that could remind him of Sniper. He's not even just heartbroken. It's more than that. It's like his soul was ripped out of his body. He just wants to be able to hold him one more time, to tell him he loves him one more time, to live the life they were supposed to, just one more time. He keeps his hat and sunglasses close at all times. He never let's them go, and no one is ever allowed to touch them. He even attaches his van keys to his dog tags.

Once he gets back to normal, or as normal as he could be after losing someone who meant so much to him, he's ruthless in battle. Every kill he gets is for Sniper. Everything he does is for Sniper. He also goes to either his grave or where his ashes are kept after every battle, bringing a gift of some kind to place next to him, and then telling him about the day he had.

"I really gave them hell to day Snipes. You should have seen it." He let's out a sigh and kisses the top of the urn/gravestone.

Sniper would also lock himself in his van. It's never been so cold, so empty, so forgin to Sniper. Scout had added a sense of life to the van, and that was extinguished the day he died. He misses Scout's jokes, his smile, his laugh, and just everything Scout did. He made the world brighter for Sniper. He really just feels lost. He's never really felt a pain like this. He can barely breathe most days, and if you thought he was quiet before, he's dead silent now. He took Scout's dogtags, and he wears them every day.

Eventually, he gets the willpower to join the battle again. He's never gotten more kills in his life. Blood has stained the field more than ever. He visualizes every enemy as the one who killed Scout. He pours all his anger and sadness into his job. He visits the grave/urn a lot, knowing this is the closest he'll be to Scout ever again, so he spends most of his time near the urn or grave.

"I miss ya more than words can say." He says. (He also kisses the gravestone/urn)

Scout is immediately throwing himself on Sniper, holding him tighter than humanly possible. Babbling about how he'll never let him go again, tears flowing freely as he jokes that if Sniper ever pulls a stunt like that, Scout will be his cause of death. Scout probably smothered this man with jokes, kisses, and cuddles that entire night. He's so thankful he got a second chance, and he makes sure Sniper knows that Scout will never take a moment with him for granted again.

Sniper runs up to Scout, asking him a million and one questions, all basically asking the same thing. Are you okay? And to Snipers relief, Scout is better than okay. Sniper is crying under his glasses, Scout only reaches up to pull them off and kiss his face. He hugs Scout so tight he knocks the air out of his lungs. Scout, let's out a soft chuckle, hugging him back. Sniper spends the night being the most emotional he's ever been. These two love each other so much it's insane.

Clears my throat! Ok ok ok. You’re right though!! Pomme initially does not, like, absolutely despise Chayanne but there is some strong envy and maybe even hate in there. For a lot of reasons: Chayanne is assigned her personal knight AND the chosen hero despite the fact that she can beat his ass in a fight. His appearance with The Master Sword also gave the kingdoms a lot of hope that she couldn’t, since she was struggling to unlock her powers. There were so many eyes on her, digging into her back, depending on her, she couldn’t help but wish it was her as the chosen hero instead. It would’ve made everything so much easier.

But like Zelda and Link, they do eventually start to bond and a friendship starts building between the two. Nothing romantic, for obvious reasons, but that doesn’t mean it’s not important!!! They start connecting and confiding in each other, and more importantly, believing in each other. They give each other hope. Maybe they won’t fail. Maybe destiny is right, and they’ll win, and then after they can go anywhere in the world. Chayanne can bring her to the Antarctic Empire and show her everything the way she’s shown him!!

Of course, you know what happens <— says me being dramatic as I crumple to the floor in absolute pain crying. By the way do you ever think about Pomme unlocking her powers because Chayanne is about to die, will die. Do you think about her clinging to his injured body knowing he’s past the point of waking up. Do you. Can anybody hear me. Is this thing on (crying)

After BOTW is done, they’re both just so. God. Ough. They both cling to each other and the guilt of what they’ve failed to do haunts them in every moment they will ever live. In a way only the other is going to ever understand. Their nightmares are mirrors of each other, their failures each others as much as theirs. Destiny has brought them the same pain. But the other is alive and they hold the other so hard their nails bite into skin, they both shadow each other. They’re alive together, and haunted.

They’re very much fighting to protect the other, arms and legs clashing as they try to push the other behind them to protect them. They learn to fight together and cover each others weaknesses and become an absolutely terrifying force to be reckonened with. People are convinced it’s part of the triforce.

They can probably read the other better than themselves, maybe even KNOW each other better than each other. They have a category 5 moment if the other ever gets missing or is gone. But in the end they’re both also just kids. Heroes, Legends even!!! The Hero and The Goddess!! But still just kids. Kids finally learning how to live, not worrying if they have seen the other for the last time. Soulmates who have been denied peace again and again, who are starting to fight back and claw it forward together, just for the other. Just so they can be happy.

I’m gonna get my ass beaten for this one, but I don’t really like how the animatronics in the FNAF movie were designed, because while I admit it’s INCREDIBLY impressive that they were able to get them to look so accurate to their designs in the games, they don’t actually look like real animatronics; they look as if they’ve been photoshopped and/or CGI-animated into the screenshots/scenes that they appear in.

I really think it would have been a lot cooler to make them look like the Showbiz Pizza animatronics, as that would have been much more effective in evoking a sort of nostalgia in those whose childhoods included visits to places like Chuck E. Cheese! On top of that, the added familiarity — the mix of comfort and slight unease that those types of animatronics bring — would add to the horror element of the movies so much!

I also think the glowing red eyes look kind of stupid.

And no, I’m not going to be one of those people who suggests that they look like these fucking things:

I actually think that one of the few things the animatronics should keep is their normal, glass eyes from the games, and when they’re possessed, they roll to the back of their heads. Straight up, just… nothing there.

Idk maybe that idea sounds better in theory than practice, but if that were me seeing that shit in the middle of a dark hallway as a nightguard, I’d be shitting bricks.

As for everything else in the trailer, it seems really promising so far. My only other minor complaints would be: a) Mike’s actor is far too apathetic for the type of character he’s meant to be portraying + he’s so boring so I really don’t get why people seem to like him, & b) I love Vanessa but I just can’t stand her “erhm techknikally they’re animatronics 🤓☝️” comment I’m sorry it just made me physically hurt on the inside.

Oh, and Matthew Lillard is going to CARRY I can feel it in my cellular makeup ough,, I love him sm,,

Buuuttt yeah, that’s my two cents! Remember, that was all just my opinion and you’re obviously probably gonna feel differently and that’s okay. I’d love to have some more discussions about it! :D
