MunMun is a kind spirit of nature, who collected the features of various animals and elements in it's appearance. It's external features are fickle and gradually change depending on the area where you can meet him.

Synopis: Sukuna means anything and everything to you. After centuries of him being stripped away from you, he finally returns..

‘My child! My child! I can’t find my child!’ 

She scattered like an ant, with paths blocked either way. Hands frantically stretched out almost as if she was faintly remembering her hands felt pressed against her child’s cheek. Distraught was an understatement, her eyes bulging from her head; beady little eyes screaming in pain for her loved one to come back. 

Her daughter was stomach down in a pile of dirt in the alleyway. From her right cheek stuck a ruby red heel impaled into the skin. Eyes rolled back and from them seeped a singular tear. 

You smiled. 

Your hands cupped your cheeks greedily, your feet dangled in torment as ants scattered away screaming for the hellish nightmare to end. The clutter of steps as they black clay tiles hit leant forward hitting the one below. No fool ant would do anything like that, a sorcerer perhaps? Yet the steps were too large, ones that you could faintly hear those who had been massacred as the smell of death fluctuated  your nose. Your soft smile turned into a toothy grin. 

‘Woman.’ He grunted, a jerk in his voice, one that sounded as if he didn’t  even want be there though you could feel that he wanted to deep down. 

‘My Ryomen.’ 

You stood up, and spun around to stare at him. Your hands brushed against his face, fingers tracing soft parts of cheeks. His features and everything. The tips of your toes placed against the titles, shoes nudging him. His eyes downturned, bright red the color he tore from innocent lives scattered across the streets, crawling on walls where children used to live. 

‘Are you using your foolish powers on me, woman?’ 

You smiled as you stared up at him. His eyes beading in each direction, screams of laughter from different spirits wrapped around the two of you. 

‘Why would I use my powers when you’re already fallen for me?’ 

His face boiled, as you turned your head around. Your back pressed against him, arms crossed and eyes harsh as they stared down upon hearing the cries of those who lost loved ones in the mascare. Love was a funny thing; in reality not that many people ever experience the good love, written in novels and other such things, peoples parents weren’t good examples of love either. Arguments and fights, screams of hatred over dumb issues, unrequited love, hate to someone they love - this is what threw you over the edge, carved you tooth and nail till you were perfect of all the horrible feelings that follow love. 

‘Woman,’ 

A soft puzzled sound escaped your lips, his fingertips drew upon your skin, pressing softly before pain stuck. His fingers duldged around your skin, gripping it till his knuckles turned a ghastly white.

‘Woman!’ he shouted in anger 

Your body tossed as regard was thrown out of the window. Yet it wasn’t- his face a brittle disfigurement of concern. The small blood that squirted out of his body seemed to be a slow film rolling slowly. Sorcerers drew behind him, perhaps he already knew his face, a slow arm reached out towards you- eyes stayed upon you as death rather eternal imprisonment took its toll. 

‘SUKUNA!’ 

‘Sukuna?’

That name has not slipped your lips in many centuries though it played in your mind everyday, he was always the thing you dreamed off. Yaga stared at you, his sunglasses slowly fell off the bridge of his nose both in concern and worry for both your sakes. 

‘A boy is his vessel, right here in the school. Unlike you,’ he paused, ‘you got a fresh corpse to reincarnate into.’ 

Your fingers scrambled through the fur of Panda, his body laid between your legs, eyes closed as the animal instinct of loving scratches still drove through his blood. 

‘Is he here?’ you questioned bluntly, 

He was much dearer than anything, you would give your body over and over for him. You would betray anyone for a kiss or just to wrap your arms around his fair cheeks and stare into his eyes with love yet it was just another part of being brought from evil emotions of love, that you. Yourself could not even be with the man you loved. 

‘Y/n.’ he paused, 

‘Where is he!’ 

Your voice churned with feelings as you stood up and left. The grounds weren’t as big, you knew them like the back of your hand. Your shoulder brushed against a pink haired boy as he entered the room a aura felt warm around you-

‘Woman,’ 

You paused in your steps, your feet laid upon the ground. Your heart skipped and your head turned around. 

‘Woman.’ your heard his chuckle, 

His eyes glowed viciously in the light, his head cacked to the side and a grin upon his face. He wasn’t your Ryomen, but you smiled. 

‘Seems I pulled the lucky straw out of the both of us.’ 

You moved forward towards him, your head pressed in the nook of his neck. You lifted your head, placing your temple against his own. Your hand, placed softly around his. Hearing him mutter your name for the first time in centuries. You smirked when you brought his hand to your lips, kissing his skin. 

‘Shut up woman, Still up to your old tricks of trying to make men fall for you?’ 

You smiled and brought his hand away from your mouth, ‘I've waited centuries for one man.’ 

You felt a soft shift. Then he was gone. Your head snapped towards him. A flustered face of a boy who was not a man stared at you. The boy you had pushed passed earlier, you untangled yourself from him, 

‘I’m glad that I didn’t have to meet you in death, my Ryomen.’ you softly whispered, 

You left with a grin upon your face, the feeling of his cheeks in your hand, the soft fleshy skin still imprinted in your hands.

My current oc, Of course.

Anyways, lets cut to the chase and start with the legand.

Long before stone monkey's, there were many more races, such as Panda's, Red panda's, Tigers, and snow leopards, to name a few. One day, The panda queen got made at the Red panda's for using their name, and decided they were going to be called: "Lesser panda's" instead.

This offended the red panda queen, and so she started a war against the panda's, which she sadly lost, due to her lack of allies.

The celestial gods were enraged by the Panda queen's actions, and if she didn't use the blessed redwood she was given to carve a new Red panda queen, her immortality would be stripped away, therefore casting out her leadership role.

Panda queen refused, and refuse she did...Until her people revolted against her after figuring out she wasn't immortal anymore. Before she died, she hastily carved Scarlet, dropping her off the side of the mountain as she died.

Scarlet managed to fend for herself, though, Due to being immortal at birth. She made a living with her new friend Ming Yue, who is a snow leopard. And she now trains with her mentor crush, Macaque.

Ming is jealous of this, though.

Scarlet's personality?

She's very childish because she wasn't exactally..."raised" per say. Also, very sassy and moody most of the time. Other than that, she's very...Eclipse-y. But selectivley. One moment she's a ball of sunshine and energy who is bouncing off the walls and fangirling at the same time, and the next she's as calm as the cold cup of tea with ice swishing around in it as an asmr. And before you ask, Yes, she has both of my mental dissabilities (ADHD and ASD or Autisim Spectrum dissorder).

3. What genre would your OC do badly in but it would be hilarious or interesting to watch?

idk why the first thought that came into my mind was Romantic Comedy. i mean they did have a sort of an awkward first meeting with their.. partner? their relationship with Eatos is kinda undefined. trying to reframe "some weird person coming to the cabin you're squatting at after recently becoming possessed, telling you to get out of their property, and making you have horrible visions with their magic stick" as a meet cute would be hilarious. doubly so if you make both their spirits act as matchmakers.

12. What animal would your OC have as their His Dark Materials daemon?

ohhhh inch resting question, since they do have a familiar! originally it was a pardine genet cause I just really liked how they looked, but it didn't make much sense thematically. afterwards I retconned it to be my former cat with the colors invented.

but i dont think that would make a fitting daemon? honestly i'd love to just make it a red panda, to match my witchsona with my fursona. apparently one exists in the show? i might have to check it out 👀

13. What Pokémon would be on your OC’s team and/or what would be their preferred type?

not sure if you did this on purpose but i love that you asked this question for the only character of the ones i mentioned that ISN'T from the pokemon world. i did pick two pokemon for Eatos forever ago but never for Zyn.

• Absol would be a good partner, it senses danger and knows when catastrophes are about to happen, could be like a service dog and warn them when they're getting too stressed.

• Sawsbuck! something grass for their family and also antlers!

• did you know Gardevoir can apparently create small black holes, according to the Pokedex? yeah totally Zyn's shit. it being very protective of its trainer would be cute too.

• maybe Espurr as a stand in for their familiar? and also the whole "accidentally unleashes a huge destructive bursts of energy", they would get each other.

• Minior because stars…. maybe a shiny one…

• aaand Spiritomb. spirits kept contained into a stone is pretty fitting.

honorable mention to Cosmog. i really don't like giving legendary pokemon in these things but GOSH it would fit so perfectly, specialty considering how powerful the space spirit possessing Zyn is…

25. What would be your OC’s My Little Pony cutie mark?

man having a regular zinnia would be pretty funny, but i guess it defeats the purpose since the whole point is they tried to summon the spirit cause they sucked at plant magic.

uhhh maybe just a black hole, stylized like the one from Interstellar. and they got it when they got possessed, but they try to hide it or pretend it's smth else.

actually i thought it would be fun to give a shot designing them quickly

Edward is still an energetic yet bashful rabbit. However, he reminds me of my favorite bird: The Mourning Dove. They are a bit melancholy despite the joy one would feel hearing it’s call during a late summer afternoon. They are a sign of comfort during hard times, and I’m sure many of his fans can agree that is what he provides for many of us. As for a dog breed, I’d rather him be a malamute or a Belgian Malinois (I think German Shepard would be way too cliché)

Already, I’m snickering at the thought of Nikolai being the beloved Borzoi (Russian Wolfhound). His temperament is being much more gentle than his older self, while still being able to stand up tall and be strong. (Also picture a borzoi wearing a flight cap😂) But enough about the dog! We are keeping the bear for him as well. You can’t have Nikolai without bear representation. Is it strange to say I can see him as a red panda as well? I think it’s the beard.

Dempsey this time, I can see him as a tiger. Still being a big cat, but he’s a little more extra strength due to his youth. I can see him change to a grey tabby instead of an orange one. This Tank is less aggressive and more down to earth. My final animal is nothing better than a Bald Eagle! Swift, tenacious and patriotic! Just like our marine!

Takeo this timeline is much more serene. Resentment doesn’t show as strongly compared to his Ultimis counterpart. For some reason, this doesn’t stop me from seeing him as a poison dart frog for some reason. I guess this would be his spirit animal in battle. An animal that represents honor and diligence would be none other than an ox. Finally, Takeo would definitely be an owl with how insightful he is. I think owls can be peaceful birds as well for the most part.

BONUS: Dr.Monty is a duck. He said it himself!

And the Shadowman would be the rare Halitrephes maasi, otherwise known as the Firework Jellyfish!

I reread The Lightening Thief a few weeks ago because I knew the show was coming out.

I've very interested in book-to-film adaptations, as you might have noticed from my fandoms all being books or comic books that were adapted to TV or film.

What I noticed about the book is that it felt a little bit dated already. I had read them--not right when they came out--but maybe around the time The Last Olympian came out. In Percy's voice, maybe. Not just the techology already being outdated. He has that millenial-era snarky vibe.

And though voice-over narration is something I consider to be a bit of a cop out in terms of adapting a film to a movie, I think it works here. He seems more contemporary. The gods seem cooler.

The show is fun and captures the spirit of the series without everything being "exact." Percy Jackson is about that feeling you have that adults are lying to you about something (it's not just Santa Claus. It's a lot about history and religion). That's why Greek gods and superheroes and stories about girls who start revolutions and the men who incite them (recent THG microobsession) are exciting. That you could be a Hero with a capital H.

I decided not to get it for my nephew for Christmas. He is 8 but reads at a middle school level, which I am told is a great problem to have since many kids are behind in reading thanks to the pandemic. But he likes reading books with lots of pictures still so I mostly give him comics and graphic novels. But his Mom got him Harry Potter and I'm against giving You-Know-Who more money. I gave her enough when I was in that fandom and I can't unbuy the books or the merch I still have.

And he likes them. He is on book four and I am worried about that, not just because of my personal issues with JKR, but because it's getting to the point where people die and I don't think he's ready for it. Also because I didn't want my sister giving more money to You-Know-Who but it was her decision about her kid.

Anyway, I got my nephew the illustrated edition of One and Only Ivan (ironically, another Disney+ adaptation) instead of Percy Jackson because I wasn't sure if he knew Greek gods yet.

But it turns out he already read it. I thought I was so smart because he likes animals and zoology a lot. He cried at the zoo when the Red Panda wasn't available and for about a week after we were asked to not mention pandas arount him because it made him sad. But One and Only Ivan was the school-wide read-along.

So I did get him Percy Jackson when I had to return Ivan.

I'm interested to see what he knows about Greek gods. I would be thrilled if this new edition of the books is able to turn him into a Percy Jackson-kid instead of an HP kid. Because when I was a kid, I read Edith Hamilton's edition of Mythology over and over like there was going to be a quiz. (Never has been. Very upset.)

But if Nephew likes them then we could bond and I could be the "cool" aunt. Like my aunt who read "Lord of the Rings" was.

This figures are casted in resin from my original sculpted piece and hand painted with acrylic paint by me. Some paint elements glow in UV light. Each coloration is unique and not repeatable.

MunMun is a kind spirit of nature, who collected the features of various animals and elements in it's appearance. It's external features are fickle and gradually change depending on the area where you can meet him.
