~ Min Yoongi x Reader
~ Boyfriend Suga
~ Word Count: 950
After working all day having to deal with several people running your ears with requests, your body needed a well-deserved rest. The moment you got back to the apartment your evening started with the average routine. Once you have finally changed and sat on the couch with your leftovers, tears began to roll down your cheeks. There was not a single person that you could call. Everyone was either working overseas or they were practicing for their next comeback.
You sniffled as you buried your head into the plushie that your partner had given you the last time he visited. It had been a while since the last time you had spent time with him, he always knew what to do when your day was rough. Sometimes he would grab your hand, pull you under the blankets, and cuddle you until you fell asleep in each other’s arms. Min Yoongi could lay down almost anywhere and sleep but you both knew that his best rest was in bed with you. Being in a long-distance relationship led to the longest nights but the two of you made it work. Even in the public eye, there were times when the two of you shared a moment while everyone was watching.
Your head was buried into the plushie's face when your phone went off, a VLive notification popped on-screen “BTS VLIVE”. You sat up and connected your computer to the TV. It's always nice to be able to sit back and watch when the guys went live, it was surprising to see Suga on screen.
With a heavy sigh you smiled, mumbling about his wide gummy smile. It was calming to be able to see him. Although it still didn’t settle the anxiety that dwelled in your heart from the day. You had to admit though, your partner looked stunning in an all-black attire. His outfit reminded you of your first date a year ago. It was such a beautiful night spent indoors as the two of you sat in his studio with a glass of wine. He played a song that he designed but had no intention of releasing. As he softly hummed along, you began singing trying to keep up with the rhythm. Yoongi became silent, listening to you attentively.
The more you thought of that night the more at ease you felt until he pulled his guitar out and started playing. It was surprising seeing him being able to play so well, it was not long since he mentioned that he wanted to learn. He sounds pretty skilled but you knew that you could still kick his butt in playing with 4 years of practice on your belt. The longer that you watched the more your brain slowed down and you were able to relax. The moment of serenity that you needed came along when he said he was going to play his last bit before heading out.
He watched the stream of comments fly up the screen, he leaned in reading them as he strummed slowly looking at the camera. The moment that he smiled his sweet, gummy smile he began to hum gently. Playing the same melody from your first date. The tears began to flood your eyes, falling onto your crossed arms, as he waves with his final good-bye. The stream has ended. Your heart fluttered as you sang the song where Yoongi left off. The plushie was now drenched with tears and small drips of snot from all that crying, before you know it, Yoongi was calling your phone.
“How was it?” Yoongi asks, sounding cocky.
You sniffled, choking back your tears as he shushed you gently. He kept reassuring you that no matter how your day went and how much you wanted to hold it in he was there for you. You laid down snuggling your plushie when he sent a request to have a video call. With tears running down your flushed cheeks the two of you finally saw each other. There was no way he would miss out on seeing your crying face, he would always laugh at how red you would get. He couldn’t help but smile stupidly as you attempted to wipe the tears away.
“You’re not great at comforting people,” you choke out, laughing.
“No one said I was going to comfort you,” he raised an eyebrow, “did you watch the Vlive?”
“Was I supposed to, I figured you were playing for ARMY”, jokingly pouting into your plushie, “you know, you sang it wrong.”
Yoongi was quick to notice your bratty attitude but played along, “Is that so? Then why don’t you sing for me so I can learn?”
He pulled out his guitar again, gently strumming the chords for the lullaby. You didn't want to sing and tried to laugh it off but he kept going even starting to sing along. When the two of you first wrote that piece a year ago, nothing was going to come from it, it was just for fun something to share in secret. The more he played the more you knew that he was your one, words alone could not capture what you two felt or experienced with one another. The notes. The lyrics. The rhythms and beats. They all intersected creating what the both of you considered to be fate.
Finally, you felt light as a feather at peace at last so much so that you began to fall asleep. Yoongi noticed your light breathing and watched the screen. He strummed softly, effortlessly as he gazed at your sleeping face.
“I hope you realize you do not have to be perfect. You don’t have to do anything special, just keep going. Tomorrow will be better. I love you... Good-night.”

Spring Day (Chapter 1)
Tumblr media
Chapter 1: The Cafe
You’ve been stressed out from your job and finally have your first day off in over a week. Loneliness has been your constant emotion as you try to enjoy the time you have left working in Seoul. On your day off, you decide to spend the morning sitting in a quiet café, when you run into a stranger who you can’t keep your eyes off of… Warnings: N/A Word count: 2,345
Chapter 2 | Chapter 3 | Chapter 4 | Chapter 5 Alright, I’ve been dreaming about this scenario for the past week so I thought I would fill in the details and finally make a fanfic. It’s my first one, so please be kind! I’m open to all sorts of constructive criticisms. I’ve always enjoyed the thought of aloof Yoongi finding a romantic interest who doesn’t know just how famous he is. Who better than a foreigner?
- - - - - - - - - - - -
Light peaked through your bedroom curtains on a calm and sunny Wednesday morning. From your 12th story apartment, the world seemed quiet. You laid in bed for a few minutes before rolling over and reaching for your phone on your nightstand. You unlocked the screen and promptly turned off your e-mail notifications for the day. It was your first day off in 10 days. The consulting firm you work for had you putting in double time to finish closing a deal with a high priority client. You had moved to Seoul almost 6 months ago, and in that time, you had climbed the corporate ladder and found your place within the company. Your boss was impressed by your work ethic, but it was only because you didn’t have much of a social life as a foreigner in a new city. You had taken Korean language classes at the local library in your hometown for 6 months before accepting a new work contract, but you still felt hesitant about your new language skills. There were a few other people who worked at your office who had moved from other English-speaking countries, but you didn’t seem to have much in common with them anyways.
You rolled out of bed and grabbed the satin robe that laid on the armchair in the corner of your bedroom. After slipping it on, you opened the curtains to let the full sunlight in. Today will be a good day, you sighed to yourself as your walked to your kitchen to make a cup of coffee. Even though you should be excited to have the day to yourself with no distractions, something still felt like it was missing. You knew you were happy with your decision to move across the world to a new country, but you didn’t expect this kind of loneliness. After your coffee finishes brewing, you sit at your kitchen counter to sip it while checking social media on your phone. Photos of your friends from back home immediately flood your screen. They were sad to see you leave but understood why you felt the need to get away for a bit and start fresh. After all, the work contract was only for 1 year. ‘I’ll be back before you can even miss me’, you told them at your going-away party.
After finishing your coffee, you walk back to your bedroom and open your closet doors. Since you didn’t need to be work clothes for the day, you took your time picking out an outfit that suited your true personality. You grabbed your favourite pair of jeans, a black turtleneck sweater, a belt, and your best high heeled boots. You looked at yourself in the mirror hanging on the wall as you tucked the sweater into your jeans and decided simple was the best thing to wear for the day. You grabbed a pair of silver hoop earrings from the top of your dresser and finished your hair and makeup in the bathroom. Your stomach grumbled, reminding you that coffee was not enough for breakfast, so you decided the first mission of your day was to find a café to eat breakfast at. Grabbing your book bag, coat, and a scarf, you left your apartment. As you walked outside, the brisk spring air hit your face. You inhaled deeply, thankful that you could take a break from your stuffy office. Your stomach grumbled once more, reminding you of your hunger, so you started to walk down the sidewalk in search of breakfast.
After walking for 15 minutes, you found a small café located on the corner of an alleyway. You paused, hesitant since it looked closed, but sure enough the neon sign in the window assured you otherwise. A bell dinged as you opened the door, announcing your entrance. Out of the 10 small tables available, only 2 were taken by people tapping away at their laptop keyboards with their headphones in. Faint classical music played in the background, and you could hear small chatter from the workers behind the counter, discussing their plans for the upcoming weekend.
“Hwangyong hamnida” you hear from one of the baristas behind the counter. You nod your head and reply “Annyeonghaseyo” and approach the counter. After scanning the menu, you quickly order a Korean style breakfast sandwich and another cup of coffee. You turn to scan the café and see a small table for two in the corner by tall floor to ceiling windows. People watching is one of your hobbies. You rest your book bag on the ground against a table leg, unwrap the scarf from your neck, and place your jacket on the back of the chair as you sit facing the entrance door. Sunlight and shadows lay across the surface of the tiny table, reminding you to take advantage of the quiet space while you enjoy your meal. After finishing, you return the small plate to the counter, walk back to your table, and pull out your journal and a pen.
Taking another sip of your coffee, you stare at the black leather cover. It had been so long since you’ve put your thoughts to paper. Truthfully, it felt like you had nothing to say about the contents of your current life. Your thoughts start to drift as the faint classical music becomes more noticeable. You stare out the window and you don’t register the bell attached to the café door dinging again, welcoming its newest customer. Your mind registers a calm male voice at the counter ordering an Americano, but you don’t dare turn around to see who the voice belongs to. Staring at the black journal cover again, you flip open to your most recent entry. February 14, 2022, it reads, as your cynicism is plastered in black ink on two pages. You cringe, recalling just how lonely you felt on Valentine’s Day. It was stupid really; you knew it was a commercial holiday full of corny advertisements and insincere bouquets of flowers. You shook your head as you turned to the next blank page and wrote down the current date, April 6, 2022. You tapped your pen, thinking of where to begin and what could be important enough to write down.
You sigh as you glance up from your table and lock eyes with a man sitting on the other side of the small café. You find it hard to break eye contact. There’s something about his gaze and dark eyes that prevents you from pulling your own away. You feel flush and give him a small fleeting smile as you return to your empty journal entry. Embarrassment rushes over you as you realized you stared at him for far too long. Taking a deep breath, you force the picture of this stranger out of your mind and start to pour your thoughts onto paper.
You find yourself quickly complaining about your busy work schedule, boredom, and loneliness again. This is so counterproductive, you think, I’m supposed to be enjoying my day off and instead I have nothing to write but complaints. You cross out the few sentences you wrote with the black pen, leaving streaks of pressed lines on the paper. You pause to gather your thoughts and try again. Underneath the black lines, you start to make a list of the things you want to do in Korea before ending your work contract in 6 months and returning home:
- Hike the Bukhansan National Park - Spend a day at Jeju Island - Take the train to Busan - Cycle along the Han River and stop for a picnic - Spend the day at a beach *note to self, look up beaches* - Visit a themed café - Learn how to cook one staple Korean meal
Satisfied with your ongoing list, you pause to look out the window again, but your thoughts are interrupted.
“Hello” says the calm voice who ordered his coffee only a few minutes ago. You hold your breath as you look up to meet the dark, familiar eyes of the stranger approaching your table.
“Hello” you reply, feeling as if your voice is caught in your throat. His face is hard to read since black hair touches his brows and he wears a black paper face covering over his nose and mouth.
“I couldn’t help but notice the constant scratching of your pen” he says with a hint of humour in his voice. You imagine a sly smile under his mask.
“Sometimes I’m not sure if my pen can keep up with my thoughts” you say, as warmth spreads to your cheeks and down to your chest. You slowly close the cover of your journal, returning the cap on your pen.
“Do you mind if I sit?” he motions to the other chair at your table.
“No, not at all, please” you say as he pulls the wooden chair back to sit across from you, crossing his legs. Suddenly you’re aware of just how small the table is, as both of your coffee cups and the journal take up almost the entire surface. He removes his face covering, revealing a small smile as he sticks the mask in his jacket pocket. He reaches for his coffee cup and takes a sip before continuing the conversation.
“I’ve been finding my thoughts difficult to write down as well” he says. It surprises you that you both have shared such personal thoughts with each other so soon.
“What do you write about?” you cautiously ask, taking a sip from your coffee cup. You wonder if you’ve crossed an invisible boundary. How could there be any boundaries, you think, he’s sitting just a couple feet away from you.
“A little bit of everything” he shares. “Lyrics, poems, fears, dreams…” he lists off casually. “What were you writing about?”
“Oh”, you pause, wondering if sharing your vulnerability will be as easy as it seems for him. “Well, I started to write down all of my complaints”. He holds your eye contact, waiting for you to continue. There doesn’t seem to be any judgement in his expression. “After realizing that complaining wasn’t what I wanted to write about, I crossed it all out and started to make a list instead.”
“And what’s on your list?” he inquires, waiting for you to keep sharing details of your morning.
“Things I want to do while living in Korea” you answer. He shares a warm, closed mouth smile. You take an opportunity to break his gaze and take another sip of your coffee, collecting yourself. Why would I ever share this information with a stranger? You question, but quickly dismiss the fear of being vulnerable. Afterall, it was innocent conversation.
He leans back in his chair, folding his arms across his chest. “What’s the first thing on your list?”
“Hiking the Bukhansan National Park.”
“Ah, do you like being in nature?”
“I do, I find it calming” your hand rests on the cover of your black leather journal. “What was the last thing you wrote?”
“Mmm, I’ve been trying to finish a verse of a song I’m working on” he says plainly, waiting for your response.
“Oh, so you write songs?” you ask genuinely. He expression changes as he smirks, uncrossing his arms and resting his forearms on the table as he listens, leaning even closer to you. “Is that your hobby?”
“I suppose you could say that” he nods, breaking eye contact to glance behind your shoulder at the barista who took his order. You could hear her small giggles and whispers from behind the counter, but you paid no attention. You hear a notification sound come from his jacket pocket while he mutters “Excuse me” as he pulls out his phone. He stops to read the message that’s appeared on his screen, quickly sends a reply, and places his phone back into the pocket.
“I’m afraid my ride is here to pick me up” he says. Disappointment rushes over you as your conversation is cut short. You glance over his shoulder to see a black town car with black tinted windows pull up in front just outside of the café’s glass entrance door. He pulls his mask out of the opposite jacket pocket and pauses before placing the loops back over his ears. “I hope you’re able to visit Bukhasan Park soon” he says, catching your gaze across the small table. “It was nice speaking with you” he nods.
“Oh, thank you. It was nice speaking with you too” you nod back, trying to hide the disappointment in your voice. Your conversation had been the most interesting thing that had happened to you in months that didn’t revolve around financial reports. He placed the mask strings over his ears and his face became hidden again. Except for those eyes, you thought. He pressed his hands into the table as he stood up and started to leave the café. Just as you thought he was about to open the door to leave, he turned around and walked back to your table.
“Can I have your phone number?” he asked, pulling his phone from his jacket pocket once again.
Caught off guard, your heart hammered in your chest. He handed his phone to you, your fingertips lightly touching each other. Neither of you seemed to mind the faint contact of your skin.
“I – yes.” All other thoughts seemed to leave your mind as you typed your foreign full name in English, added your number, and pressed ‘save’.
“Y/N First name, Y/N Last name” he repeated as he glanced at his new saved contact. He looked up from his phone and his eyes smiled.
“Nice to meet you, I’m Min Yoongi.”
- - - - - - - - - - - -
Ahhhh thank you for reading this! Is this part 1? Maybe? Who knows... Writing this gave me such motivation and reminded me when I was a young kid and used to make up stories. I didn’t realize how much I enjoyed writing just for fun.

2. I’m fine, don’t I look fine?
Tumblr media
Genre: Yoongi x OC
Warnings: anxiety/panic attack
Word Count: 2.6k
The world is closing in around me, my lungs straining as they try to work through the heavy gulps of air that I can’t quite seem to get enough of. Any thought of sleep has long checked out of my brain, my body taking over when my brain decidedly burned out.
My phone sits where I tossed it on my bed, the light from the constant flow of notifications being the only source of illumination in the hotel room as I cling to the curtains hanging from the window. Jaw clenched, hair a mess from all the times I’ve pondered just yanking it out, nostrils flared as I devour any hint of oxygen.
Fumbling hands push against the window until I manage to find the latch, a near-silent whimper escaping me as the cool London air floods the stuffy room. It doesn’t take long until I’m down on the floor, arms and legs pulled into my core head buried along with the rest of my mental capacity.
I can’t decide which is worse. Closing my eyes and falling into that black abyss, or rocketing back up to the window, drinking in the air even as my eyes take in the city before me, reminding me of just how small and helpless I am.
Everything, everything I have become and worked for scooped up in the palm of some man I’ve never met. There I am, right there. Falling from his hands like sand and he doesn’t even realize all that he’s holding.
The only hope I have left is that Min Yoongi has decided to create a castle with the remnants of me in his hands, and isn’t planning to wreck my tiny fortress with a well-timed stomp of his foot like some child on a playground. He must know, right? That while this may seem like some sort of trivial recess drama, it could end me? He will survive, because he’s loved the world over.
The world doesn’t know me well enough yet to even ascertain whether or not it loves me, but depending on what this stranger says about me will surely make up the world’s mind.
Like coming out of a deep sleep I begin to hear the constant vibrations of my phone on my bed. Someone is trying to call me. I don’t want to answer.
Moreover, I’m not sure I can answer.
Eventually the sounds fade out again. Laying there on the ground before the window, I stare up at the ceiling. Naturally my eyes drift to the smoke detector, its small blue light holding me hostage even as I cling to that unspoken beacon of reality. It’s something so starkly normal; so completely common that I find my airways begin to open up bit by bit.
 The world is still spinning.
I am still breathing.
The sun will rise.
And Min Yoongi will have hell to pay.
🌙
What started as a gentle tap against my door quickly turns into an attempted breakin from the sounds of it. I jump up, forgetting where I am for a moment before I finally settle back down with a groan.
I would personally not recommend the Waldorf to anyone purely based on the quality of their floors on my back.
“Who is it?” I manage to croak out. The state of my throat serves as a reminder of my panic attack the night before. I wince, flipping around onto my stomach so I can stretch.
“It’s Sebastian you ungrateful little weirdo, now open up this door before I-”
I yank the door open, coming face to face with a red in the face Sebastian Stan. If I wasn’t currently fearing for my life I would have chuckled at the picture before me: Sebastian raging while doing his best to not crush the muffin he extends to me. He isn’t completely successful; there are imprints of his fingers on the base of my muffin, but I don’t mention it.
“Did you just call me an ‘ungrateful little weirdo’? T-that’s not very nice.” I curse myself for my stutter, but I can’t help it as the weight that dragged me down last night comes crashing into me all over again.
Sebastian closes the door behind him, looking around my hotel room like a bloodhound on a hunt. He lets out a triumphant shout when he comes across what he was looking for.
“This is quite the contraption. It allows people to communicate with you. All you have to do is press accept and then they can talk to you at all hours of the day and night.” Snatching my phone up from where I left it abandoned on the bed he hoists it up in the air. “Did you seriously ignore my calls all night? And everyone else’s?”
He takes a look at my lock screen, eyebrows furrowing when he sees that I haven’t even opened my phone since the night before. Slowly, he takes in the bed which is only a little wrinkled from where I laid on it. I hadn’t even had time to get beneath the covers before I shot out of my bed like a bolt of lightning. I can see the gears shifting in Sebastian’s head. It’s clear that I didn’t sleep in my bed last night. But if I didn’t sleep there then...
“Did you go somewhere last night?” His voice is quiet now, although I find that I prefer the yelling than I do the quiet.
“No.”
“No? Then why is your bed still made?” He looks at me, but I make myself busy by shoving the muffin into my mouth. I know my face probably is red and blotchy from the stress tears I shed the night before. Setting the muffin down on the table, I make my way to the bathroom. Maybe if I can wash my face, he won’t notice.
Sebastian follows me wordlessly. Quickly I reach for some facial scrub, turning the faucet on.
Sebastian turns it off. I glare, but remain with my eyes downward. I turn it back on.
He turns it off.
“This is fun,” I growl out, going to turn the faucet back on but finding his hand planted firmly atop it. “But I don’t quite get the point of this game.”
“Look at me.”
Sometimes, I really hate the fact that Sebastian has gotten to know me so well. I blame the crew of “Young Rising”, they were the ones who decided to cart us off to the middle of nowhere with no one to talk to except for each other and a few other actors or crew members that popped in and out.
Sebastian’s tone has lost its edge when he speaks again, and I can tell that he’s starting to regret his temper tantrum from earlier. “Cara, look at me.”
Too exhausted to play this little game any further, I raise my head. I stare at my reflection in the mirror, eyes still red and puffy, dried tear-tracks sticking to my cheeks. I look like a complete mess.
When I deem enough time has passed I reach for the faucet and throw it on, ripping open my facial bar. Sebastian stands there silent, connecting the dots.
“Happy?” I bite out, eyes shut tight against the suds. My friend doesn’t say anything. When I finally finish up, he hands me a towel.
Peaking my eyes open I find my friend leaning up against the counter with a faraway look in his eyes. When he notices my stare he comes back to life, silently opening his arms. I finish drying my face before tossing the towel aside and inching forward until Sebastian pulls me into his embrace.
There’s a part of me that thinks that now would probably be a good time to cry again, but I can’t find the tears. Instead I just rest my head against his chest, feeling like a crumbling husk.
“I didn’t realize, Car. That was uncalled for, my anger. I shouldn’t have called you, I- I should have just come over here-”
I shush him before he can get too far in his head. “Don’t worry about it,” I mumble against his chest.
“But, wait.” He moves so he can see my face. “Where did you sleep?”
I bite my lip, ignoring the way his eyes drift down to watch the action with more focus than required. “I’ll tell you one thing: these floors suck.”
Sebastian’s rolling laugh manages to bring a small smile to my face, although it serves as the final nail in my coffin when it suddenly stops, something dawning on his face.
“Oh yeah, Rhea wants to meet with us. Hurry and get ready.” I nod, already sure that our director will no doubt want to discuss the current situation. It doesn’t take long for me to throw some decent clothes on, Sebastian waiting outside my room.
“Ready?” He asks, significantly more chipper than just a few minutes ago.
“Yeah, ready.” Sebastian looks me over, smirking. “What?”
“You don’t have your phone, do you?”
I groan, heading back inside as Sebastian chuckles. “Do I really need it?” I already know the answer, though. Wincing as I assess the damage, that being twenty-six missed calls from several different people and double the amount of texts, I head back out.
“Ok, now let’s go.”
🌙
The small conference room on the second floor of the Waldorf is already filled to the brim with noise by the time I enter, Sebastian close behind me. All it takes is one look at me and the worried expression I masked a heartbeat too late for it to die down.
“How are you doing, sweetie?” Rhea, the director and evil genius behind “Young Rising” comes up to me and gives me a warm smile. I nod, trying my best to return the smile but failing greatly in the “warmth” division.
Sebastian pulls out a seat, plopping down beside me once I’ve taken my seat. The room is still too quiet, a stark construct in comparison with previous meetings where the volume level was at a near constant high.
“Alright everyone, let’s get started!” Rhea takes the lead, looking down at one of her many binders. “We’ve successfully finished shooting ‘Young Rising’, and now we are on to the next stage. Promotions.”
A groan goes around the table, the veterans in show business knowing full well what a nightmare that can be. I remain silent, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Everyone here clearly knows what’s going on, right?
“Sebastian and Cara did a great job on the ‘Graham Norton Show’ last night, let’s give them a hand.” A scattered round of applause echoes around the room, pink blooming on my cheeks. “Last we checked, which was about fifteen minutes ago, one of your clips from the show on Youtube has already reached four million views. People are curious to know who you guys are.”
I look up at Rhea to see her already smiling at me. We both know why people are curious.
“Which clip was it?” Sebastian asks. I refrain from punching him. Rhea sighs, looking down at her notes.
“It was the clip where Cara was informed of her new fan.” People chuckle in the room even as I sink further down into my seat. “That’s mainly what I wanted to talk about in this meeting today. Stephen is going to talk to us a bit more about how we should handle promotions moving forward with this newfound knowledge and the possible advantages and disadvantages we’ll be facing.”
Stephen stands up, fixing his glasses. “Right, so just like Rhea said, I think that we really need to focus on the advantages we’ve just been given. So first, shoutout to Cara for being so likeable.” If I wasn’t trying to disappear before, I definitely am now. Sebastian notices and flicks my elbow. I glare at him, sitting up again. “Now more people that originally wouldn’t have given ‘Young Rising’ the time of day are becoming interested in the film. What their intentions are is uncertain, but we do know that we can use this attention to explain from a higher platform why we think this film is worth seeing.”
Stephen chatters on, going on and on about different techniques we can use to steer interview questions away from our love lives and tie our answers into the film. At some point he passes out an outline, which I’m grateful for. There’s no way I’m going to remember this when it’s finished.
“Now, we should address possible pitfalls as well as instructions for how we should carry ourselves during these promotions. Obviously, this is especially applicable for Cara and Sebastian.” Reaching below the table, Stephen comes up with a handful of envelopes of different shapes and sizes. “Just over the course of the past night, the hotel has delivered over twenty letters to us. They are almost all addressed to Cara. We haven’t read them, but I have a sneaking suspicion that they have something to do with Min Yoongi.” I can’t help but agree when I see one decked out with BTS themed stickers.
“So what are we going to do about all of this?” Sebastian asks.
“Well, there’s not a whole lot we can do except handle it with grace. People are unsure of whether or not they’re Cara’s fans now. That’s difficult to hear, but it’s true. They’re waiting to see how she reacts. While that’s entirely up to your discretion, I would advise you to talk with either me or your personal PR rep before showing your face on social media or in public. You need to be prepared for whatever comes your way. However, from a promotional standpoint, I’d say we should run with this. Use the people’s curiosity to drive them to the movie theater.”
I find myself nodding numbly along with the other people, mind finally quiet. It makes sense, and if we’re being honest, this really is a great opportunity. Yet, I can’t help but feel like nobody else sees this as I do.
Like I’m looking at a door that either opens to another world or that just clanged shut and I’m on the wrong side, forever trapped.
“I’m assuming you’ve heard the latest news, Cara?” Stephen shakes me from my thoughts, and I nod. Of course I have. It’s been all I can think about since that first notification popped up on my phone last night.
“Yeah, are we actually going to do that?” Sebastian asks, a hint of disbelief in his voice.
“I see no reason not to. I think it would be worse to turn down the invitation. And Cara speaks the language, which is an added bonus. We just wanted to clear it with you two first, but we’ve already spoken with a few people from Seoul. They’re more than happy to accomodate us, if we do decide to extend our promotional route. What do you two think?”
If I close my eyes the tweet from last night is still there, glaring up at me.
“‘Young Rising’ cast invited to film festival in Seoul - and BTS’ Suga already RSVPd”
You could hear a pin drop, it’s so quiet. Without opening my eyes I can already tell everyone is looking at me; awaiting my decision. I want to scream at them, tell them that I don’t know. I just wanted to act, I just wanted to be successful. And now that desire has twisted into some sick reality as I face the possibility that I will have to act through every social interaction for the foreseeable future.
Taking a shaky breath I gather my thoughts, reminding myself that if all else fails I can just give Min Yoongi a piece of my mind and then move to the mountains for the rest of my life, far enough that nobody can ever find me.

Anniversary
1 - Morning
-hoseok pov-
i wake up to my phone ringing. i already knew who it was before i checked the caller ID. it's most likely my best friend. i pressed the answer button. "GOOD MORNING" a loud voice yells into the phone. "ow! Anjila i just woke up. hush" i say. i hear a squeak of a voice "i'm sorry" she apologizes. i sigh and shake my head. "it's alright. what do you need so early? it's 7:54 am Anji" i ask her. i hear her giggle "i was wondering if you wanted to.. uh.. go to the carnival with me today?" she invites me out with her. "i would love to, but i'm going with yoongi. it's our three year anniversary! remember? i'm going to propose to him today!!" i tell her quietly so yoongi doesn't hear me in the other room. "oh. okay. that's all i was wondering. have fun. bye" she quickly hangs up before i could apologize. i quickly send her a text:
“hey Anji, im sorry for not being able to go with you. i'll make it up to you somehow! i'll be pretty busy so i won't be easy to reach! have a good day todayyy”
i fall back asleep.
some time later, i feel a hand shaking me. "hey wake up! im about to start making breakfast!" i open my eyes. yoongi is smiling down at me. he plants a kiss on my forehead and walks out of the room. i rub my eyes, then proceed to get out of bed. i check the time: it's 8:59 am. i go in the bathroom to shower and wash my face. today is the big day. i'm going to propose to yoongi. i know he'll say yes, but what if he doesn't? that would be embarrassing. i love him, i cant lose him. we'll be able to have a future together, finally.. my mind wonders for a few more minutes until i hear a knock on the bathroom door. "hoseok-ah hurry up! breakfast is getting cold!!" yoongi yells through the door. i quickly begin to rinse the conditioner out of my hair. "okay, i'm coming!" i say and then turn the shower off. i grab my towel and dry myself before putting on my outfit for today. yoongi and i decided to match our outfits:

(hoseok in purple, yoongi in black)
i brush my hair and teeth. i walk out of the bathroom and into the kitchen, where i find yoongi patiently waiting for me. "there you are!" he exclaims and rolls his eyes. i laugh and the notice he hasn't eaten. "why haven't you eaten anything?" i ask him. he looks at the two full plates of food. "i was waiting for you," he smiles at me. i shake my head and smile back. i walk over and sit next to him. he made pancakes, bacon, a sunny side up egg, hash browns, and orange juice. "thank you" i kiss him and begin to eat my food. it was very very good (obviously). he finishes a couple seconds before i do. i stop him from doing the dishes. "i'm doing them since you made breakfast," i tell him. he shakes his head, but i refuse to let him. he finally gives up and sits down. i quickly wash them, dry them, and put them away. i check the time. it's 10:13 am. "so what shall we do first?" i turn around and face yoongi. his eyes widen a little bit. "i haven't really thought about what we would do before the carnival honestly. it's still early. we can go shopping maybe? or see a movie? or we could sleep?" yoongi throws out ideas. i nod. "we can do all of those. we have time! firstly, we'll go shopping. then we can go see a movie. then we come back home, take a nap, wake up, fix ourselves up, and go to the carnival!" i smile at yoongi. he laughs and stands up. i watch him as he walks to grab his shoes. i follow and put mine on as well. i grab my phone and slip it into my pocket as we walk out of the door. "should i drive or should we uber?" i ask. yoongi tosses me the keys to the car. i laugh and shake my head.

2 - Out and About
-hoseok pov-
of course, i take him to his favorite stores. today i am determined to make yoongi the happiest he's been in years. i want today to be his day. to be our day. we get all sorts of new clothes. i take yoongi thrifting with me so i can find some new, cool prints. i secretly buy him a gift while we're at a store. i buy him a skateboard. i figured he'd like it. the design just spoke of him. i nearly pass out because i almost drop the ring box out of my pocket. i buy a new pair of shoes. they're sandals. i also get a new pair of sunglasses, as does yoongi. we put everything in the trunk of the car. then we drive to go see the movie. we haven't quite decided what we want to see yet until we get to the theater.
when we arrive, i park as close to the front as possible. we walk inside and look at the options. we decide on Avengers: Endgame. we walk into the theater, prepared to be devastated. the movie begins. i'm already crying at the very first scene. luckily, i brought tissues so i pat the tears away. i look at yoongi and he's holding the tears in for later. i decide to do the same. i cuddle up to him and continue to watch
*time skip through the movie*
the credits start rolling. i'm crying into yoongi's shoulder. he's crying too. we stand up and wipe the tears from our faces. as we begin to walk out of the building, we put on our sunglasses to hide our red eyes from the world. we return home and bring all of our bags from shopping inside and leave them in the living room. we walk into the room and plop onto the bed, exhausted from the crying. "i cant believe they did that" i being to tear up again. yoongi pulls me closer to him and comforts me. "it's okay. it's just a movie" he says to me and runs his fingers gently through my hair. i calm down and slowly drift off into sleep.

3 - Always and Forever
-hoseok pov-
i wake up to my phone aggressively vibrating and making a loud noise. it's my alarm. i go over to shut it off, but yoongi beat me to it. "we should get up and get ready to go" i say to him and sit up. he shakes his head and goes under the covers. i shake him. "come on!!" i exclaim. he groans, yawns, and turns the other way. i pull the covers off of him and pull him out of bed. "let's goooo!" i yell and push him into the bathroom, where i proceed to splash water onto his face. his eyes open immediately. i laugh at him, then start washing my face. he rolls his eyes and grabs his face wash. after washing our faces, we fix our hair, and grab a lint roller and fix up our outfits. i look at him in awe. i have never seen someone so beautiful in my life. he always amazes me everyday. not with just his looks. with his everything. his fun personality sways me. i fall for him harder every breath i take. i truly want to spend the rest of my life with him.. i smile. he looks at me. "are you staring at me?" he asks. my face gets hot. "uh- no" i say and look away. he laughs and shakes his head. "i'm gonna go grab.. something," he says and walks into the bedroom. THAT WAS SO EMBARRASSING i scream in my mind. i look in the bedroom. yoongi is adjusting the waist of his pants. he pulls his shirt a bit much over one area. i shrug it off and go grab my new shoes.
as i'm tying my shoes, i feel eyes on me. i look to my left and yoongi is sitting on the couch looking at me. but once he notices me looking at him, he looks away. how is it that we've been together for three years, yet we still get embarrassed when caught admiring the other person? i ask myself, not coming up with an answer. "i'm ready to go" i tell him. he nods his head and shakes the keys. "i'll drive us there" he says. i open the door for him, and we left.
when we get in the car, we turn on the directions to the carnival. it's near the more sketchy places in the area. yoongi is on edge about it, but i'm excited. i checked the time. it's 6:30 pm. i wait until we get a red light, then i scream loud. yoongi nearly jumps out of his skin. i laughed and he playfully punched my arm. "don't do that!" he yelled. i laughed more. he began to chuckle. i smiled and looked out the window. we're close to the carnival. i suddenly get extremely anxious thinking about proposing to him tonight. fireworks go off at midnight every year during the carnival. that's when i planned proposing.
we pulled into the parking lot. i look at all the lights for the rides and games. it was beautiful. i was super excited for it all. tonight was going to be the best night of my life. i was determined to make tonight amazing for yoongi. i was the first one to get out of the car. i jump up and down as yoongi gets out and close the door. he locks the car doors and we walk in. i look around at all the tall rides and the tons of games. i look over to see yoongi's face. it's lit up with amazement and excitement. i pull him over to the first ride. it's the ferris wheel. we get on and look at the view. he thought the view was pretty, but i thought he was prettier.
we get off, and get on more intense rides like roller coasters. then we decide to get food and play arcade games. yoongi rushes over to the basketball game. he wins the biggest prize. a life size gorilla plushie. while he does that, i decide to try the shooting game next his game. i end up winning a small prize. we both go over to the balloon popping game. i end up popping the most and get a medium prize. i exchange the small and medium for a large prize. i get a large sloth plush.
after hours and hours of playing games and going on rides, it's 11:57. yoongi and i go for a walk a little away from the carnival where we can be alone. we countdown to the fireworks. well, he counts down to the fireworks. i countdown to when i propose to him. it's 11:59.
ten seconds.
nine seconds.
eight seconds
seven seconds
six seconds.
i get on one knee
four seconds.
three seconds.
"min yoongi..."
one second
"would you make me the happiest man in the whole entire galaxy by marrying me?"
fireworks
yoongi gasps. he begins to cry. "yes!" he yells. i stand up and hug him. "i love you so much hoseok. i'm so happy" he sobs into my chest. i hug him tighter. "i love you too" i whisper. i put the ring on his finger. i laugh and choke on my tears a bit. he looks at the ring. "it's perfect" he says and smiles at me. i smile back. his gaze suddenly darts to something behind me and his smile drops. he pulls me behind him. i look to see what he was looking at. there's someone pointing a gun at us. "stay there!" i hear the person yell. i go next to yoongi. "it's okay" i whisper to him. he nods his head. the person steps into the street lamp light. "Anjila? what are you doing?!" i yell. she starts sobbing. she looks me in my eyes. "why not me? i've been here for you your whole life! you haven't noticed me! i've been your best friend for all this time, i've wanted something more! hoseok i'm in love with you for god's sake! why can't you love me back!!" she screams at me. yoongi looks at the ground. "Anjila. i'm sorry. i just can't return those feelings. i'm sorry if i hurt you in any way" i apologized to her and my eyes started to tear. "you take my happiness, i take yours," she begins to move her finger on the trigger. she aims it at me, then at yoongi. "you don't deserve hoseok" she says, then pulls the trigger. it hits yoongi in the stomach. "NO ANJILA WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING? YOONGI NO. STAY WITH ME. PLEASE!" he falls to the ground. i rush to his side. i see metal poking out from his waistband. he brought his gun with him? i wonder and look. yeah, that's a gun. i think in my head. i grab it and put it in my sleeve. "Anjila, how could you?" i scream and sob onto yoongi's chest. "yoongi you're strong. you got this. everything will be okay. we will be okay" i say to him and force a laugh through my sobs. i stand up and turn to Anjila. "h-hoseok i-i'm sorry. but you have me now! we can finally be together! see!" she starts to walk towards me. i pull the gun on her and shoot. i hit her in her chest. she collapses. i run to her, crying. "i'm so sorry Anjila.." i mumble and walk to yoongi. "H-HOSEOK, N-NO" he yells while choking on blood. i hear a loud BANG and then there's a stinging sensation in my back. i fall to the ground. she shot me. i realize. i drag myself over to yoongi. i make it to him. the stinging sensation turned to burning. "y-yoongi i'm so sorry" i cry and look at him. he shakes his head and touched my face. "everything is okay" he says very calmly. he kisses me. "i love you so much yoongi" i say to him. he stares at my face. "i will love you forever. i'll see you in our next life. don't forget me, i love you Jung Hoseok. until we meet again.." yoongi says with a smile and rests his head on the ground. his chest stops moving. "n-no!" i yell, choking on my own blood. "I will love you for the rest of eternity Min Yoongi. always and forever. until next time..." i say and lay next to him, feeling my body go numb until everything goes dark.
so that’s the end of the story. i’m open to all feedback. it’s my first time really posting a story i’ve written. let me know if you enjoyed the story. if you didn’t, tell me why. xx

BTS: Stigma (Playboy Au)
  Prologue
Chapter 1 “Unknown Territory”
Squeezing your pathetic self through the crowd, you wish you were thinner. You manage to catch a glimpse of what people call "BTS." There were five extremely flamboyant looking men leaning against the railing outside of your lecture theatre. Including the man that helped you before and his silver coloured hair friend. As they started to walk away, the crowd disperse. You have to give it to them really. If beauty was a word, it would be those boys.
Knowing it was your break time currently, you decided to have your meal at the most famous canteen in the campus. Well, people said you have to try it if you are in HIT. No harm trying right? But how wrong were you. When you entered the canteen, it was brimming with humans. Apparently both good and bad students come here to dine. You can assume that there is no seat for a loner like you. But food is not something you would give up on. Not in another hundred years. You queue for the korean food stall and get a take-out.
Good thing was that it is cheap. At least.
Bringing your lunch and your homemade chocolate malt drink, you settled yourself on the rooftop of your school block. Finally. Alone but with food. The moment you opened your flask to have a sip of your chocolatey goodness, a rough voice interrupted you.
"Hey. You are in the wrong place." The man plopped himself down right beside you.
  "Sorry what?"
He pointed to you and then himself, "That is my seat and this area is taken."
"It's either you really don't know, or you are trying to get BTS attention. I hate women like you. Is fame really that important for you girls?" he scoffed.
This man have a foul mouth and attitude. Who comes flaming a person they just met ? You recognised the mint hair, he was one of the five boys earlier. Whatever. Damn his good looking face but you are not taking it lying down.
"Firstly, i apologise for sitting in your "area," it isn't yours to begin with. But it's a unspoken rule since you sit there from the start so that's fine. I am new here so pardon me."
"Next, who do you think you are? Not all girls would come throwing themselves at you. Just because you think you guys have a nice face. So you need to get that in your complacent head." You didn't let him speak as you pack up your lunch and head right pass him to the other end of the roof. Suga stood still.
  -
The BTS members were chatting heartily with one another when they see Suga talking to a girl. It is not an everyday occurrence that Suga interacts with women even though many tried to get him to budge. So BTS being the cheerful bunch decided to watch the unique scene in front of them.
"Damn. That girl got guts, flaming Suga-hyung like that." J-hope laughed, amused by the fact someone scolded the great, grumpy and cold Suga.
"Oh ?" Taehyung blurted out once he recognised the familiar silhouette in which the BTS members glance  at him.
"I know that girl." he answered their questioning glances.
"Is that your new target ?" Jimin nudged his shoulders.
"Maybe. You can say that." Taehyung winked at them.
Taehyung decided to step forward and cut in before you can move.
"Hey. (Y/n)! It's you again." Taehyung cheered before entering your vision.
"Oh hey. I will get going now." You smiled lightly  before continuing your way.
"Waitwaitwait. Are you alone ? Do you want to join us ?" He gestured towards the group of boys behind him. When you made eye contact with the man you quarrelled before you decided joining them wasn't a good idea. Furthermore, who can guess what would happen to you if you were caught sitting around the girls' beloved BTS.  As far as you are tired with your hectic life, you value it.
"It's fine really. Thank you. You are very kind." you nodded your head.
"Then see you around! Here you go!" He pulled out a sleek black namecard and handed it to you.
"Just call me if you need anything." He winked and joined his friends.
"Thank you." your words went unheard as he wandered off. A good-looking yet gentlemanly guy.
But just how wrong were you ?
A/n: I am finally back. Here is the long awaited chapter, my tumblr had some issues which do not allow me to post and can only reblog.
So, i have decided to make this into a series. Feed backs are welcomee.
I will be opening up BTS reactions too as an apology for my sudden hiatus so you are welcome to  send in any requests! (:

Pairing: Min Yoongi x Reader
Genre: Angst
My heart was pounding as I was walking. I was on my way to Big Hit Entertainment to talk to Yoongi, my best friend for over seven years. We were together through thick and thin, he was there when I needed him and I was there when he needed me. I loved him with all my heart and that's what made this so hard, how would I ever survive this?
While I was lost in my train of thoughts, I arrived at the company. Sighing, I walked inside and up to his studio. The security knew that I was Yoongi's best friend so they let me walk through without stopping me. But today I wished they stopped me.
Softly knocking on his studio door, I waited in the hallway until I got a response from him. Now that we were so close, my nerves were as high as they would get. I dreaded the moment I had to say it, I dreaded his face, I dreaded everything and I didn't know if I could do it. But I had to do it, for him and for me.
"Come in." Yoongi's voice came out of nowhere, pulling me out of my thoughts. Hesitating slightly, I opened the door and walked in. "Ah Y/N, did we agree to meet up today?"
"No we didn't." I softly smiled at him, taking a seat on the sofa. "Just wanted to see you."
"Oh okay." He said, looking at me with his brown eyes that I was going to miss dearly. "I was just working on my mix tape, would you like to hear it?"
"Another time maybe." My voice sounded almost like a whisper. Normally, I loved to hear his music. I always felt special when I had the opportunity to hear his music before everyone else.
"What's wrong, Y/N?" Of course he could sense something was off, he always did.
"I need to talk to you." My face turned serious as I thought about all the messages I got from his fans.
Leave Yoongi alone!
You ugly, fatass you don't deserve Yoongi!
You only use Yoongi for your own personal gain!
Go die, bitch!
It was painful to do this but I had to for him, his fans would hate him if I didn't do this.
"About what?" He quickly saved something on his computer and stood up, walking over to me. He sat down next to me and looked at me with those beautiful brown eyes that I've grown to love.
"I came to say..." I couldn't get the words out of my mouth, it was too hard. My hands were starting to hurt, I was pinching myself to keep in the tears. Yoongi couldn't see me cry.
"You can just say it, Y/N. Don't worry." His reassuring words hurt my heart, how could I do this when he was so sweet?
"I came to say goodbye." The words hurt as I spat them out.
"Goodbye?" He repeated the word that was the most painful. He couldn't hide the surprise in his face, his eyes and mouth were wide open.
"Yes, goodbye." I repeated. "I don't want to be friends anymore."
"What, why?" His eyes sprung open even more.
"I just don't want to anymore." The tears were threatening to fall, so I bit my lip hard to keep them from falling.
"So you just decided you don't want to be friends anymore in like what, a day?" He stood up and looked down at me, his voice getting louder. "And you won't even give me a reason?"
Keeping my stance, I stood up and looked at him. "I'm just done, Yoongi, it's time to part ways."
"Please tell me the reason, Y/N!" Yoongi almost begged, grabbing my arms softly. "We can work this out."
Biting the inside of my cheek, I pushed his hands away. "There is no reason, I'm just done with you."
Yoongi's eyes looked glassy, as if he was keeping in his tears. "You're lying."
"No I'm not." I said as confident as possible. I turned around, finally letting my tears fall. "Goodbye Yoongi, good luck with everything."
Opening the door, I heard Yoongi's voice from behind me, saying the last thing I would ever hear from him.
"Goodbye Y/N..."

Spring Day (Chapter 3)
Tumblr media
Chapter 3: The First Date (Part 1)
After your morning hike with Min Yoongi, he asked you out for dinner at his apartment. Neither of you wanted the day to end, and you happily accepted the invite. After reflecting on your previous relationship back home, you realized just how comfortable you felt around Yoongi, even though you had only known him for a few days. The conversation at dinner was interesting, to say the least, and just when you thought that Yoongi was one of the most introverted people you had ever met, you realized he wasn’t the person you thought he was…
Warnings: Mild alcohol consumption, Y/N cuts her finger lightly while prepping food (not graphic), one f-bomb
Word count: 3,0523k
Chapter 1 | Chapter 2 | Chapter 4 |  Chapter 5
This one is going to be a sloooow burn, but I still wanted something reasonably realistic for this story. I had been thinking about this chapter for a few days until I finally sat down at my computer after finishing (and procrastinating) some homework. I’m hoping to write Chapter 4 (part 2) some time mid next week! Someone keep me accountable… Enjoy!
 - - - - - - - - - - - -
“Would you like to have dinner with me?” Yoongi asked calmly, hands still in his pockets, his cheeks a little pink. He seemed nervous for the first time since you met.
“I – yes, I would” you answered, also feeling a little embarrassed. It was as if you were a teenager all over again, being asked out by your high school crush. Why do I have butterflies in my stomach? I barely know him… you thought as you avoided his eye contact momentarily.
Yoongi smiled wide, trying to meet your gaze. “Great. How about tonight?”
- - - - - - - - - - - -
You stared at your reflection in the mirror, thoughts drifting once you had finally finished getting ready for your date. You slipped on the little black dress that sat at the back of your closet, some high heels, and had curled your hair. Your appearance was a stark contrast to how you looked earlier this morning after your hike. Your hairline was sweaty, and cheeks tinted pink on your drive back home, and embarrassment and self-consciousness quickly rushed over you. How long had it been since you had spent a few hours alone with another man?
Thoughts of your ex crept back into your mind as you reminisced of the last few weeks you spent with your boyfriend back home before you moved to South Korea. He was disappointed that you had ever considered moving away from him, but he never once offered to come with you. He never offered to even visit you. It summed up how compromise didn’t exist in your relationship. He couldn’t understand how this opportunity would help excel your career in ways you never imagined. The contract is only for one year, you remembered arguing with him. It didn’t matter; it seemed as though his mind was made up about the ending of your relationship as soon as you took the job.
You reached for your tinted lip gloss that sat on your bathroom counter. After applying it, you stepped into your bedroom and took one final look in the full-length mirror that sat in the corner. Your calves looked toned while standing in your favourite high heels you were thankful you packed. At least you would be comfortable this evening, which was one less thing to worry about.
It wasn’t like you were actually worried about dinner with Yoongi, it was just nerve racking. He had invited you over to his apartment after the hike and it took you by surprise. He seemed eager to see you again so quickly, and you also felt like you didn’t want the time you spent together this morning to end.
“I’ll cook” he reassured you after extending the invite.
“I’d offer to help, but Korean cuisine isn’t my specialty” you half-laughed. “Maybe I could be of some assistance in another way” you added, without realizing the hidden inuendo of your offer.
You checked your phone while walking out of your bedroom to the front door where your purse and coat hung. Yoongi had texted you his address and elevator key code earlier this afternoon. You felt calmer after he had also shared where he lived so willingly. A habit you had kept while dating back home was to always meet in public spaces until you got to know someone better. People are crazy, your friends would say, just meet him at a bar and we can always call you if the date goes badly. You missed having their friendship in the past few months, but you felt confident Yoongi wasn’t crazy. There was something about him that you couldn’t quite explain, but you had never felt more comfortable accepting his invitation to his home.
You typed the address into your Maps app on your phone since you were unfamiliar with the address and neighbourhood and locked the door behind you.
- - - - - - - -
When you pulled into the designated visitor parking located underground, you weren’t sure where you were exactly. The building above looked like a corporate office, not an apartment. The security guard at the gates asked for your name when you pulled up.
“I’m here to see Min Yoongi, my name is Y/N…” you explained without being asked. The security guard smiled kindly at you, glanced at the tablet in his hands, and pressed the button to open the gates and let you in.
“Please hang this pass in your rear-view mirror. You’ll have to give it back whenever you leave” he handed you a pass with some numbers and letters combined, along with a QR code. This looks really official you thought to yourself as you hung it on the mirror and continued to drive through the gates. After parking, you located the elevator, entered the code, and pushed the button to Yoongi’s floor.
You collected yourself for a moment in the elevator, checking your appearance in the mirrors before stepping out. After locating the correct apartment door, you knocked and heard some footsteps come to the door that were accompanied by a few different locks being unlocked from the inside.
“Hi…” Yoongi smiled at you, his eyes crinkling. He was wearing black dress pants and a plain white dress shirt with the top two buttons undone. His sleeves were rolled up and a kitchen towel hung over his left shoulder.
The butterflies were back in your stomach, and it felt like no time and all time had passed since you last saw him this morning. “Hi…” you whispered back. He gestured for you to step inside.
“Let me take your coat. Did you have any troubles finding the building?” he asked as he stepped behind you to remove your jacket from your shoulders, his hands brushing against the backs of your arms.
“My phone did a good job of getting me here. I haven’t been to this neighbourhood before… is it mostly businesses in this area?” your conversation felt too formal, but it did feel a bit odd to arrive at a giant building with glass windows.
“Somewhat, both businesses and personal apartments are located in this building…” he paused while hanging your jacket and purse in the entrance closet. “I actually work on a different floor.” You turned around to face him, a bit stunned in his answer. You finally had a chance to break eye contact and glance around the entrance. This apartment was elegant and vast.
You followed him down the hallway and into the open concept kitchen and living room, in awe of the modern design and décor. Everything seemed so new, clean, and simple. “Have you lived here long?” you inquired, hoping it wasn’t too personal of a question.
“A few years I think…” Yoongi muttered, stepping in front of the kitchen island collecting a few vegetables on a cutting board. He changed the subject, “how do you feel about dicing?” he locked your gaze. You smiled and he slid the cutting board and knife to the other side of the island for you. Chopping vegetables while he prepared the meal felt oddly intimate, and you were happy to stand opposite of him. As silenced passed over your conversation briefly, you could hear faint classical music playing from the speakers located in the living room. As you chopped a red pepper, you glanced around to see a piano and acoustic guitar that sat in the corner. On the other side of the living room, plain leather couches with no pillows sat across from each other, and a stereo system sat against the wall in between them. You found it comforting there was no giant flatscreen tv.
“Ouch…” you mumbled as the knife you held in your right hand scraped against the opposite’s knuckle, immediately stinging. Blood trickled down your finger to match the colour of the pepper that was diced on the board.
“Come here” said Yoongi, as you walked to his side of the kitchen island. He turned the sink tap to cold water and grabbed your arm. He held your wrist as the cold water rushed over your fingers, relieving the sting from the pepper.
“I’m sorry, I let my thoughts drift for only a moment and ruined the pepper” you hadn’t stood this close to each other, even when taking a photo from earlier today. His chest pressed against the back of your shoulder, and you could smell a sweet musky scent from his hair product.
“It’s just a pepper, I can get another from the fridge. I don’t have a spare finger in there though” he joked, showing his dry sense of humour. As he laughed you felt his breath at the base of your neck. You looked over your shoulder and locked eyes, smiling and letting out a small laugh.
“If you did, I think I’d have to run” you smiled widely, feeling at ease.
Yoongi bandaged your finger, holding your hand carefully, and tossed the old pepper in the garbage. He found a new one from the fridge crisper, along with a new cutting board and knife, and you focused on the task at hand while dicing the pepper with full concentration. By the time you had finished, Yoongi had prepared the rest of the meal on the stove top and added your peppers as the final touch.
“I guess I wasn’t much help” you admitted. “Thank you for cooking tonight.”
“I enjoy it, it’s meditative” he replied calmly, plating your dish and his. “Minus the carnage” he winked at you, teasing. “It’s also nice having someone around to cook for” he added, glancing up to meet your eyes, your breath catching. The evening had turned intimate quickly as you felt like you were both getting to know each other so well. After spending the majority of your morning hike in comfortable silence, it felt nice to have some relaxed conversation. He placed both meals at the dining table, the cutlery already set and a small candle burning in the middle. He motioned to the chair opposite of him as he pulled it out slightly, and you slid onto the chair.
“Do you drink?” Yoongi asked, already grabbing a bottle of wine from the rack located at the side of the kitchen island.
“Yes, please” you said with a sigh of relief, as he uncorked the bottle and grabbed two wine glasses from a shelf, placing one in front of you. After pouring both of your glasses, he set the bottle down on the table and sat across from you. You glanced at the label and held your breath. It was an expensive bottle of wine, definitely nothing you had ever tried before since it was out of your budget. Your mind raced to all the times you had seen it listed at the top of the menu at any fancy restaurant you had been to; how much was it again?
Yoongi saw your expression and explained nonchalantly, “it was a birthday gift, don’t feel badly about the price”. He read your mind as your tried to calm your expression, feeling flushed. The town car, the empty park this morning, the security guard, the apartment design, the furniture, the bottle of wine… You had finally realized that this was a man with a great deal of money. Who else could afford to live in this style of building? You began to feel a bit panicked while you realized you could never match Yoongi’s wealth with your current salary.
You cleared your throat and shook your head to clear the intruding thoughts, “thank you again for cooking and sharing this bottle of wine with me, I really appreciate it.” You were starting to sound too formal again from your awkwardness, and Yoongi could sense it. He changed the topic.
“Tell me something more about the list you were writing in the café, I only know one item we crossed off this morning” he took a bite of his food, leaving the conversation up to your as he chewed.
“It’s more of a to-do list” you replied, hesitant to be completely truthful with him. You had only known each other for a few days, but you were also a terrible liar. “The work contract I took is only for one year, and six months have already passed by. I didn’t realize how little I had seen and done in Seoul, never mind South Korea, so I started to make a list before I go back home.” You put a spoonful of food in your mouth, so you had an excuse to stop talking.
Yoongi crossed his brows briefly, “I didn’t know you were only visiting Seoul temporarily.” His tone sounded disappointed, but he continued, “would you ever extend your work contract?”
“I’m not sure if that’s an option for foreigners” you replied softly after finishing chewing, trying to quickly shove another bite of food in your mouth. You wanted this part of the conversation to end. It felt like your bad luck really. You had spent only a few hours combined with this wonderful man, and you were already talked about having to leave and return home. Now it was your turn to change the conversation.
“How long have you been at your job for?” staying on the topic of work.
“Mmm”, Yoongi confirmed as he took a sip of his wine. “I think it’s been almost 10 years now.”
“I don’t think you’ve ever told me what type of business you do…” eluding to the apartment you were sitting in.
“I write music, songs… for other artists” Yoongi took a sip of his wine and expanded on his answer. “Music is the only thing I’m good at.” Sensing a little awkwardness from the conversation, Yoongi took another sip of wine and turned the conversation light. “Do you play any instruments?”
“I do, but not very well. It’s mostly a hobby, but I wouldn’t call it a talent” you replied while glancing over at the black piano and guitar sitting in the corner.
“What can you play?”
“I started taking piano lessons at a young age and learned the guitar just for fun when I was a teenager. I also play the drums…” you added, looking to see his expression change.
“Like, drums?” Yoongi inquired, motioning with his hands, using his cutlery as if he were playing an imaginary drum kit in front of him.
“Yeah, my dad used to play when he was younger, so I think I got that talent from him” you laughed at his imaginary playing.
“I though you said you didn’t have any musical talent…” he grinned at you, one corner of his mouth turning up.
“What about you? You write music, you obviously play the piano and guitar, do you sing?”  You were thankful the conversation had turned light with a little bit of flirting in the air.
Yoongi paused with no expression on his face, watching you take another bite of your meal. Your questions were confirming his thoughts when he had met you briefly at the café.
“No,” he smiled and scoffed, “I can’t hold a tune.”
“I find that hard to believe” you add, taking a sip of your wine. You were starting to feel full from the home cooked meal and warm from the alcohol. Alcohol tended to make your conversation braver, and you were thankful that the attention was currently on Yoongi. “If you write so many songs for other artists, I’m sure you could sing one yourself. Could you play me something later?”
Yoongi paused again, and his eye contact suddenly felt a little uncomfortable. The playful banter you were just having had seemed to pause, and you could sense a little tension in the air. You cleared your throat, embarrassed, and feeling like you had pushed the conversation too far.
Yoongi finished his meal and took the last sip of his wine glass. You noticed his cheeks were also a little flushed, and you wondered if it was from embarrassment or alcohol. You hoped the latter…
“Sure” he said softly and hesitantly. “But first, I think I need another glass of wine for liquid courage.”
You softly laughed and relaxed, appreciating his humour again. Your conversation with Yoongi is something you were coming to appreciate. His replies were well spoken, and he was a great listener.
“Should I fill your glass too?” he asked, reaching for the middle of the table, and uncorking the bottle again.
“Please, liquid courage sounds good.”
And just like that, the tension was relieved as you both smiled, mouths wide and eyes crinkling as he poured the remaining bottle into yours and his glass.
- - - - - - - -
You offered to wash up since Yoongi had spent the evening cooking and topping up your wine class. You placed the rubber gloves over your hands, making sure that your carefully wrapped bandage wouldn’t get wet in the dish water. Yoongi disappeared for a moment, and you noticed in the silence of your washing, the classical background music had stopped. Comfortable silence filled the apartment and you noted that was another thing you appreciated about Yoongi. His words were sincere, and he never felt the need to fill the air with meaningless conversation. As you were drying the dishes and placed them on the rack, you heard footsteps in the corner of the room, followed by the sound of soft piano keys.
You slipped off the rubber gloves and turned around, watching Yoongi play a few broken melodies on the piano before settling on a song. You walked toward him, being careful to not get too close or disrupt his playing. From behind you could see his right hand played a few chords gracefully as his left hand played a lower melody, his hand moving swiftly across the bottom keys of the piano. After a few seconds, you immediately recognized the song. You had heard it many times in your own apartment while listening to the radio to distract yourself from your own thoughts. Since Korean wasn’t your strongest language, you recognized and could sing along to a few of the lyrics, but not the whole song. You listened to him play the intro as a smile crept onto your face, appreciating his talent.
You were immediately impressed that he was the one to write this song that had played on the radio dozens of times. You were just starting to sway a little bit to the music but stopped as soon as Yoongi opened his mouth. The smile that came across your face immediately vanished, and chills came over your entire body as the light hairs on your arms stood up. You felt a little dizzy, but knew the wine wasn’t to blame.
He wasn’t the one to only write the song that was so popularly played on radio stations across Seoul, you would recognize that voice anywhere. He fucking sang it.

Sunday, 01.15 AM.
You can’t sleep.
You can’t stop starring the empty space beside you.
The bed feels bigger without him. Your life is empty without Yoongi by your side. Called yourself crazy cause now you’re using his long white shirt to keep you warm.
You miss the old times when ypu’re his whole world.  You need more pills to relieve your pain. You need more soju to let you fly.
Which one is good for tonight?.
“Pills. For tonight.”
08.08 AM.
After a week not seeing him at home, finally you see Yoongi sleep on the living room’s sofa. You walked closer to him.
You see his awful grey hair, messy ties, and you can smell an alcohol from his body but you see something that you shouldn’t see.
“He’s not using our wedding ring.”
You tried to get his cellphone and a surprise comes to you.
“Thank you for tonight.“  A message from unknown number but you sure that’s from a girl.
Marriage life isn’t always good, this is just a phase and you sure can through this all with Yoongi.
It’s been three years you living together. It might be hard for Yoongi to face this hard situation to keep stay with me in a hard times. You tried to control your emotions for not crying in front of him.  You put your hand on his right cheek with a thousands times of thinking to slap him but your love for him not let you to do that.
His pale face such an angel. His pink lips just make it perfect.
Suddenly Yoongi opened his eyes.
"Good morning baby. ” You gave your sweet greeting smile to him like you know nothing at all.  Yoongi stared at you for a while and gave you his sweet smiles.
“Where have you been?” You hand stroke his cheek gently and suddenly Yoongi kissed your lips.
Oh my goodness, you felt like the luckiest girl on earth.  Yoongi could make you feel like you’re his everything and nothing at the same time.
“Let’s have a breakfast.”  Yoongi stopped kissing you and ignore your question.
“Pancakes?” You followed his rule and won’t forced him to answer.
“Sandwich."
"No problem, baby.” He stood up and groped his pocket while walking to the bathroom. He found his wedding ring and put it on his finger. You saw it.
“I see that, baby.”
Again, he pretends not hear it.
While Yoongi is taking a bath,  you busy for preparing his sandwich.
“Should I give the sandwich a poison?.”
You just wanna let him die and let the hell burned him and begging you a sorry but you just can’t do that.
When everything is served, you sitting in the dining room, waiting for Yoongi to have a breakfast together.
Sandwich and his favorite coffee are ready.
Yoongi drinks his coffee in a rush and bring the sandwich with him. He looks perfect with his black shirt and tight blue jeans.
“Where are you going?” you asked.
“Everywhere, away from home."
"This is Sunday.” I protested.
“So?”
“Peoples are staying at home on Sunday to have a quality time with family.”
“Do I have a family?”
“I’m your wife, Min Yoongi!” Our arguing is unavoidable. The sweet Yoongi is gone. Now turned into rude Yoongi.
“I need some space.” Yoongi lower his voice.
“How long?”
“I don’t know.”
“You can divorced me.” You can’t hold your tears when ‘divorce’ just came out from your mouth.
“I won’t break my promise to my mom that I will always be your husband forever.”
“Your mother had died, you can break it."
"I have to go.” Yoongi left you carelessly and you have to fight it with your self.
Five months ago Yoongi’s mom was died. Until now, he’s still blaming on you for it.  You, Yoongi, and his mother were living together until someday a bad things happened. You went to the market for buy some foods. When you came back to home, you saw Yoongi’s mom lying on the floor, unconscious. You called 911 but it was too late. Heart attack bring Yoongi’s mom to heaven.  Yoongi can’t face the truth that his mother had died and he keep blaming on you because he thought it was my fault to left her alone at home.  You just can’t hold any longer the cold and rude Yoongi.
“Should I die?.”
You take a box of soju to the living room. Those green bottle will let you forget about Yoongi for a while. When you’re enjoying your fourth bottle, suddenly you heard Yoongi’s phone ringing. Yoongi forgot to bring his phone.
“Ah,  a message.”
“Where are you? I can’t wait to see you."
“The same unknown number text my Yoongi, my Yoongi is cheating on me. So it’s better for me to go away from him. I know Yoongi will be happy with that girl.”
You just keep murmured to relieve your sadness.
You flying high with your soju and you’re not in the right mind. You just wanted to go away from him forever. You can’t take it anymore.
You breaking one of you soju’s bottle into a pieces.  You picked a piece of it and scratching it to your hand, really deep.
“Even Yoongi’s words are more painful than this, I’ll see you in hell, Yoongi.” You smirked and a pleasure comes to you when you see blood around you.
You can see so much blood come out from your hand.
Your vision began to blur, your body can’t handle your self anymore. You guess you’re lying on the floor. Flood by blood around you. It’s really hard to open your eyes. You feel really cold.
It’s really hard to breathe but suddenly you feel a little bit warm and you’re trying to open your eyes then you see someone is hugging you.
"Y/n! Y/n! Wake up! What are you doing!” You heard someone is yelling on you and you can feel someone pat on my cheeks a million times.
“Y/n,  y/n! Please wake up, don’t leave me alone!”
It’s Yoongi. My crybaby Yoongi. “Please, please forgive me.” Yoongi is begging on you. Again,  you feel like the luckiest girl on earth. You tried to stroke his cheek and say “I need you but I give up.”
“Please hold on, don’t leave me.. I love you.”
Maybe this is what people called heaven. I might be already in heaven. I can’t open my eyes.
Monday, 06.09 AM.
Feels like you’re waking up from a nightmare. You look around and there is a bandage at your right hand, an IV needle at your left hand connected with a blood bag, a hospital smell, and I can see my Yoongi sleep beside me with holding my hand.  Yoongi opened his eyes.
“I give you my blood. So you won’t miss anything.” He whispered to me.
“I don’t need your blood.”
“Y/n,  I’m sorry.” He continued.
“I won’t let you suffered, you don’t have to stay with me.”
“It’s all my fault, I won’t let you go again.”
“I never leave but you did."
"I won’t let someone that I love left me twice, I know I’ve been stubborn by keep blaming on you.”
“Why should I trust you?”
“Because you’re my wife, the only family I have.”
“I didn’t kill your mom, I love her as much as I love you, taking care of her like she’s my parents, I know it’s hard for you but at least don’t………” You can’t hold my tears. You don’t know what to say anymore, Yoongi tried to erase your tears with his hands and gave you a kiss in your forehead. You can feel his tears are falling to your face.
“I knew it, please forgive me and promise me you won’t cut your hand anymore, so I won’t go again and always be with you forever.” Yoongi said and he looked at you in the eye.
“I will.” You nodded.
“I love you.”
“For you I’ll die, Min Yoongi.”

Spring Day (Chapter 2)
Tumblr media
Chapter 2: The Hike
After meeting Min Yoongi at a café earlier this week, you receive a message from him asking you to spend the morning with him... hiking a mountain. Is this a date? Or have you just met a new friend to spend time with during your remaining time in Korea?

Chapter 1 | Chapter 3 | Chapter 4 |  Chapter 5
My midterms are finally over so I had time to sit down and think of a chapter 2. My dreams never went this far, so it’s been interesting trying to see where this goes! This is just fluff for now, but I think it will be on the path of from friends to lovers soon… Thanks for reading!
- - - - - - - - - - - -
“Y/N First name, Y/N Last name” he repeated as he glanced at his new saved contact. He looked up from his phone and his eyes smiled. “Nice to meet you, I’m Min Yoongi.”
Should that name sound familiar to you? You keep repeating it in your head, Min Yoongi… Was he a client from your firm? You tried to get the strange encounter from yesterday out of your head since you had a busy day to focus on. You had enjoyed your time off, but now you needed to focus on the task at hand: 6 more months of hard work until you move back home.
After working through your lunch break and putting in an extra hour at the end of your day, you arrived home to your dark and empty apartment. You kicked off your shoes, your feet immediately seeking your slippers. After hanging up your coat and purse, you flicked the lights on and turned on the stereo in your living room. Even though you couldn’t always understand what the hosts were saying (they spoke so fast) it was nice to drown out the silence with some light pop music at the end of your day. You placed your phone face down on the kitchen counter to avoid checking any social media from your friends back home. Watching everyone post pictures from their week while you were working hard for extended hours during the day just added to your sour mood.
As you prepared dinner, you hummed along to the music, getting lost in your thoughts. Even though you weren’t a fantastic cook, you could at least prepare a few dishes to keep your official ‘adult’ status. It was so nice to eat out at restaurants down the street from your place, but every once in awhile cooking a dish from back home made you feel at ease. You grabbed ingredients from the fridge and pantry to make one of your favourite comfort foods. As you were slicing tomatoes, your thoughts were interrupted as you heard your phone buzz on the kitchen counter. You ignored it, promising yourself that any work e-mail could wait until you at least finished eating your home cooked meal. After taking your empty plate to the sink, you rinsed your hands and picked up your phone to unlock it. A message popped up at the top of the screen from a number you didn’t recognize.
[Unknown] “Hi Y/N, I hope you don’t mind me texting rather than calling… I’m still busy at work this evening. Are you free this upcoming weekend? Its Min Yoongi.”
Your heart hammered in your chest. He already reached out to you? He’s quite straight forward, you think to yourself while hitting the reply button.
[Y/N] “Hi, it’s good to hear from you…” You erase the last few words. Don’t sound so formal, texting isn’t hard… You start again.
[Y/N] “Hi, I am free this weekend actually, no plans. Did you have anything in mind?”
[MY] “Let’s cross something off your list of things to do in Korea. How about a hike?”
- - - -
You meet Yoongi in the parking lot of the information centre at Bukhansan National Park on a crisp early Saturday morning. When your alarm sounded at 3:00 am this morning, you questioned if completing this task on your list was actually worth it. Were you crazy for meeting someone you just met this early in the morning in such a remote area? It would probably still be a little dark out, and the sun wouldn’t rise for a couple hours. At least tourists will be around to watch, you reassured yourself. You rolled out of bed, turning off your alarm and walking into the bathroom to start a warm shower. Maybe that would help wake you up a bit. After getting dressed in leggings, a long sleeve top, hiking shoes, and putting your hair into a high ponytail, you grabbed a breakfast bar and a jacket and walked out the door.
As you sat in the entrance parking lot of Bukhansan National Park, you flipped the rear-view mirror down to check your appearance. While looking at your bare face and dark circles under your eyes, you realized that you hadn’t put any effort into your looks at all this morning. Is this a date? Or have I just made a new friend? Would he care that I didn’t put makeup on this morning? You catch yourself worrying too much of Yoongi’s opinion of you. Why should you care what he thinks about your lack of makeup this morning?
The same black town car you saw from inside the café earlier this week soon rolled up and parked beside you. You saw Yoongi get out of the back seat, wearing all black athletic gear including a black baseball cap that sat low on his forehead. He flashed a small, closed mouth smile of recognition as you got out of your vehicle, reaching for your backpack in the back seat.
“Good morning” he said sleepily. He looked exhausted to be honest. You could tell his face was still puffy from lack of sleep, and his movements were slow as you both walked to the entrance. No one else was at the park except for you two.
“Oh, is it closed?” you asked as your read the sign at the gate of the entrance. Soon a security guard appeared from around the corner to unlock the gates and let you both in.
“I called ahead earlier this week and asked if we could be the only ones to hike this morning to avoid the crowds” Yoongi explained. He flashed the same small smile to the security guard as you briefly saw Yoongi slip a few yellow bills into the guard’s hands. Before you could comment on this, he cut you off.
“Which trail would you like to take?”
You paused while looking at the map just inside the gates. “Well, since we’re here, we might as well go to the top. What do you think?” you waited for Yoongi’s answer after he sighed.
“I think you like a challenge…” he half-laughed. “Let’s go.”
You started the ascent up the Bukhansanseong Course to reach Baegundae Peak. The climb was easy enough at the beginning, but as you got higher and higher, the more out of breath you started to feel. You were thankful that Yoongi didn’t require meaningless small talk, and the silence felt comfortable between you two. After an hour or so, you paused to take sips of water and catch your breath before starting the final rope climb to the peak. You briefly glanced at Yoongi, his expression unchanged and a few beads of sweat starting to form at his temples. The view was already incredible, but you knew reaching the top would be worth it.
“Any regrets waking up this early?” you ask him, clipping your water bottle to your backpack and waiting to hear any hint of remorse in his answer.
“Not for these views. I haven’t done this hike since I was young” he paused… “and in better shape.” He smiled sincerely at you, took one last sip of his water, and was ready to continue. He took the lead going first up the rope climb. You admired his perseverance. After all, this hike was your idea.
By the time you reached the peak the sun was starting to rise. The pink and orange sky looked spectacular, and definitely worth waking up for. You shrugged your backpack off and set it on the rocks, looking for your camera. It was a little old for a digital camera, but you had regretted not being able to take more photos of your time in Korea over the past 6 months. You started playing with the settings to take a picture that would do the scenery justice. It made a few whirring noises as the camera tried to focus and adjust.
“Let me take a photo of you” Yoongi said, reaching for the camera in your hands.
“Oh, I mean I didn’t put any effort into my looks today” you confessed as you placed the camera into his hands hesitantly, your fingertips touching his.
“Nonsense. You look great for someone who just hiked 4 kilometers to the top of a mountain at 4:00 am” he lifted his face and looked at you dead in the eyes as he paid you the complement. “Why would you wear makeup for hiking?”
You smiled for the picture, staring back into his eyes instead of the lens. Suddenly, he walked up beside you and turned the camera around.
“Let’s take a picture together.” He held your camera in one hand, his long fingers gripping the body of the camera and his thumb on the shutter. He adjusted his cap, lifting it so you could clearly see his eyes. He placed his other arm just behind your back, barely touching you as he was careful to not get too close to make you uncomfortable.
You blushed as he counted, “hana, dhul, sehtt” and took the picture. He turned the camera around to view the photo on the small digital screen, still staying close to you. Both of your smiles were wide and comfortable and your cheeks flush. Yours and Yoongi’s eyes were squinting from both happiness and exhaustion, and you thought you looked good together.
“More memories for your time in Korea” he muttered, readjusting his cap, and handing back your camera.
“Thank you, I’ve been meaning to take more photos.” You placed the camera into your backpack again.
Yoongi pulled out his phone and snapped a few photos of the views as you took more sips of water, watching him look out across the scenery. It was hard not to be obvious that you were admiring him as you tried not to stare.
“Are you hungry?” he turned around and asked, digging in his bag to retrieve two packages of seaweed snacks and handing you one.
“I didn’t think to pack anything to eat, thank you” you took the package and unwrapped it, appreciating the boost of energy. His thoughtfulness during this entire day was something you were coming to really admire. You both ate in silence and continued to watch the sun rise as the vibrant colours started to fade.
When it was time to head back down the mountain, Yoongi went first, making sure to look back at you every once in awhile to see if you needed help down the rope climb. After more comfortable silence for the rest of the descent, you reached the gates to the parking lot once again. The black town car was parked again in the lot next to your own car. Had the driver waited this whole time?
“Thank you for coming with me this morning. I think waking up at an unreasonable hour was worth the view” you said while sauntering to your car and unlocking it. “I’m glad you made us wake up that early.”
“I’m glad we could cross something off your list” Yoongi grinned, his hands in his pockets as he watched you fling your backpack onto the back seat of your car. You were just about to thank him for renting out the park too, but again he cut you off.
“Don’t forget to send me the photos from today” he motioned with his shoulder to your bag that sat in your car.
“Of course, thanks for being the photographer as well” you replied. You both seemed to continue to thank each other for every small thing about this morning. It felt as if you both didn’t want to say goodbye…
