Darren did a cover of Chuck’s Your Version of Los Angeles and sang The Day the Dance Is Over, which Darren and Chuck wrote together. It’s been over a year that Chuck died and it’s nice to see that Darren can honor and remember him that way.
On a lighter note: The choreography of I Can’t Dance is so much fun to watch. I love it that Dylan, Joey and Lauren weren’t just there for the Starkid songs.
In the audience confirmed so far: Cerina, Joe, Traci, Allen Leech. His friends and family are always there for him - on stage and in the audience.
[ID: Simon sitting next to Prismo, "So... Why did you make Ice Queen like that?" Prismo asks "Like what. Cunty? ... Milfy?" Simon looks tired and doesn't know how to respond. end ID.]
I think if indiana jones' adoring students ever went on an Adventure(tm) with him it would be really funny if that was the turn off. like, a routine dig he was leading for the school goes awry and he has to get all cocky gunslinger ladies man hero mode and the students are like. hey what the fuck. his shirt gets ripped up revealing he's jacked and that one girl is immediately wiping the 'I love you' make up off her eyes. an entire room filled with artifacts gets destroyed while they make an escape and the kids are all horrified. "professor jones. how many people have you killed" "well, do you count the damn nazis as people-" "UNFORTUNATELY YES. LEGALLY YES. ARE ALL ARCHEOLOGISTS MURDERERS." he's flirting with some random woman on the dig and all the students are like what the hell. you can't talk like that. where did the droning and stutter go. why are you not flustered. she inevitably swoons into his arms or something and they're like "oh my God eww he's so sweaty. ma'am literally what's wrong with you. blink twice if you need help". they're so betrayed to find out he never even NEEDED glasses, he was wearing nonprescription lenses in class. Indy's lowkey hurt he's like I thought you guys thought I was cool :( and they're like 'yeah when you're in a bowtie and telling us about sumarian gardening techniques. WHY do you have a whip right now you freak'
Ideal Gravity Falls reboot for me would be if they just released a movie, takes place ten+ years in the future, Dipper and Mabel are adults now going back to gf for the summer and you know there’s a lot of like serious tonal shifts from the original work in that it actually plays a bit more in the horror and drama space that Disney might not have let it originally and one of those dramatic notes could be that when they get to the shack the grunkles aren’t there to greet them and no one really mentions it but they’re talking about stan in the past tense and maybe Dipper gets really defensive every time he’s brought up and this goes on for two hours and we’ve reached the climax and at the last moment it’s revealed that stan and ford aren’t dead or anything they just got pulled over for speeding and Stan got arrested for punching a cop
Been wanting to make something with Ford finding out about being aroace and who no better than Mabel. I feel like I could have elaborated more about it but there’s always time for that for future stuff!
A colorful collection of songs from the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actor & singer/songwriter.

About this Performance
This special summertime concert highlights Darren Criss’ wildly eclectic career as both a songwriter and performer. Come for unique interpretations of contemporary pop and Broadway classics, along with music from his own EP releases throughout the years. Criss makes every set unique for every performance, featuring first-time-ever surprises, requests performed on the spot, and a healthy serving of Criss’ distinct brand of spontaneity, humor, and insight.
Darren’s Insta Story is interesting. „NEW tunes I never played before“. Does that mean we get new songs from him? A new EP? I hope so. I can’t wait to find out.
So none of the humans in Gravity Falls noticed when Ford was replaced by his twin, which makes sense, he was a recluse in the woods who probably only infrequently came into town for coffee or groceries. And also a secret mind-wiping cult was on the loose.
But as reclusive as he was around the humans, he got VERY social with the local supernatural entities. He raised a shapeshifter, he kept a gnome in a cage, he yelled at Steve with a megaphone. The local paranormal community was probably very familiar with the excited six-fingered human who traipsed around the woods conducting interviews and taking notes.
So, what did they think when he suddenly vanished, to be replaced by a five-fingered con artist who completely ignored the supernatural entities and began bringing humans around the shack?
I propose this:
None of the supernatural entities realized that he's Ford's twin.
They assume that as part of Ford's studies, he summoned up his own evil doppelgänger, and it killed him and took over his life. As doppelgängers are wont to do.
Which makes Stan a member of the paranormal community in their eyes; but if he'd rather try to blend in among the humans, hey, that's his business. They just won't send him invites to the town's magical meet-ups. He is, after all, an EVIL doppelgänger.
