MC: Brayden Moretti and Willow Thompson-Davies

Well, while my last review could be read as a standalone and had no mention of a second book or series in the "About this Book" on Kindle; this one had way too many. Think Midnight Breed by Lara Adrian, many. Yup, Book 1/13 in Moretti Blood Brothers Romance with a typical time to read of 5h29m, 345 pages. All this info may or may not be a carbon copy on Goodreads. And I'm one book less on my kindle. Also, it was a freebie. Also, started at 11pm on a Sunday and ended at 8:48pm the next day, so, let's hit the review, shall we?

If you expect 99% sex scenes, this book is for you. If you want immersive plot and whatnot, you'll be lacking a few spots. This book, for the most part, felt like a PornHub auto play (do they have this feat?), with some ads thrown in (aka actual plot and information). It was easy to like Willow, the MC. But we barely had a bigger scoop into her life, except from one friend that will probably be on book 2, with Craig. Besides that, we only know she's a freelancer who WFH. Brayden has that alpha nonsense going on, that may drive you insane, a tad likable but boy knows how to not communicate very well, especially when breaking the news to a human mate that vampires are real and that she must choose him and turn, or choose herself and forget all about everything while missing a piece of the Love Puzzle.

The book has a lot of red flags as, "this doesn't make any sense", " 'if' what? Is there a page missing", and many other thoughts like these. And no, while I understand the supernatural 18+ types of stories, it shouldn't come as a surprise that these two fall in love in under two days, but I must mention just for the sake of informing. I did shed a tear in the end tho; just wow. I didn't see that twist coming, guess I'm overflown with sex scenes, it took a while to register the nonsense. I'll leave you to judge this yourself, while I'm off to the next book. May read the sneak peek for volume two before than, but it's almost 9pm and I need my dinner. See you later, bookworms!
