okay, but like.

i have not been able to stop thinking about how being trans works as a gerudo. bc i hate myself apparently.

like i don't think they count trans masc people as the "once in a thousand years" thing, bc it isn't mentioned. so i think being born "male" is a biological sex assigned at birth thing. but if the amab person transitions, then i think they just act like it never happened (yes this justifies a headcanon of mine, what of it).

so maybe they just have to leave town when they come out. which is tragic in its own way, and would be an interesting conflict to explore. like they'd never see their family again unless they leave town to visit. or they'd have to dress up in drag, or not be out to most of town except for a select few (obviously the voe clothing store is a safe space, and its how she makes money making them despite being in a heavily guarded city).

then the dreaded question arises: why don't we see any non femme presenting gerudo anywhere, in or out of town?

it could be that the game just isn't showing us them, sorta like the completely new characters (pelican man, sidon's fiance, josha, etc.) weren't anywhere to be found in botw.

also honestly nintendo are just cowards when in comes to representing minority groups with tact, especially in zelda and especially the gerudo.

so though it isn't explicitly anywhere in the game, i believe trans people are in it, until (but tbh even after bc aforementioned cowardice) they flat out say otherwise.

my current headcanons of characters we do see are:

nonbinary josha (all pronouns)

trans woman riju (it's been a thousand years, she could've been amab)

trans masc link (he/they) don't tell me some magic and/or ancient tech shit couldn't get rid of top surgery scars. also idk he's just got the vibe iykyk.

Josha plays big brother to a transgirl whose just discovering herself. It's a short film that examines the pitfalls and eventual joy of realizing who you are. Josha's role in very small (blink and you'll miss him) but the film itself is so well done.

Ok. So I have seen a lot of theories about a possible Just Dance movie and who could play who. Now, first off after JD2018 there was going to be AN ACTUAL JUST DANCE MOVIE, but it was put into hiatus once they couldn't find a writer, so if they were to bring this project back, here's my fan casting. Also keep in mind I'm assuming the film is animated. Also assuming it just focuses on the main story mode lore.

So first of course, Wanderlust.

I think Pharrell would be a great Wanderlust. He has a very expressionate and passionate voice, and he already has experience voice acting. Plus, I think it would be a really cool circle back to the fact that one of Jessy's first maps was a Pharrell map. Also it'll make more sense when I say who I would fan cast as Sara.

Next, Sara.

Other then the fact that I would let this woman hit me with a truck, Tori Kelly is a very talented voice actress. She has the shy and hates the spotlight but has so much more to her voice down. And her pre established chemistry with Pharrell? OH MY GOD THEY WOULD KILL IT. I'm literally watching Sing 2 while writing this lol but I would DIE to see these two in these roles.

Next let's do Mihaly.

A. Ivory Aquino is an amazing actress B. Also an amazing trans activist. In my head they were the easiest to cast as Mihaly because that's just who I see playing them.

Brezziana next!

You probably know her as the voice of Amethyst from Steven Universe, but I soooo agree with @anja-the-sane-sibling about this one, she would make an amazing Brezziana.

Ok this one... i'm not set on. Anja said the voice of Ash, from Fantastic Mr. Fox, and while I agree 100% the actual actor is... really old. This is another actor (Josha Stradowski) who I think could could ace it, but you guys have any other suggestions that would be great:)

(also he looks like younger mikeal to me:P)

For Nightswan... I have two in mind.

My first choice:

Do I really have to explain??? But there's a reason why I think she may not work which you see later.

So option 2:

This woman. Is majestic. She's got a great voice for Nightswan, either with her English accent or her American accent, both would make for a spellbinding Nightswan (also she has worked with Josha and their interactions together would be AMAZING) also for those who don't know this is Rosamund Pike

Proszący. Dokładnie tak brzmiał Matt, samym tonem niemo błagając Josha o reakcję, kiedy ten nawet nie był w pełnej rui. To było jego pierwsze spotkanie z alfą w tym stanie, przynajmniej tak zakładał model. Miał taką cholerną nadzieję, niezależnie czy ten spał z alfą czy ta otoczyła go gdzieś na mieście. Nawet najsłabszy zapach omeg potrafił wprowadzić ich bardziej w trans, usunąć wszelkie trzeźwe myśli zastępując je pragnieniem zdobycia i wzięcia.

Evans był na jego terenie, w zamkniętym mieszkaniu, prosząc go o coś.

Tak łatwo byłoby go samymi feromonami sprowadzić na kolana, czekając aż ten się wystawi jak chętna, mokra omega. Wystarczyło rozluźnić się i przestać trzymać w ryzach. Josh kurczowo się tego trzymał jeszcze chwilę temu, a godzinę wcześniej czuł się dobrze. Teraz chciał Matta na pierwsze lepszej płaskiej przestrzeni, wprowadzając wszystkie fantazje do rzeczywistości, jedna po drugiej.

Zamiast drgnąć na krzyk, pochylił się jeszcze bardziej z niskim warknięciem. To jego pomruk wybił go z realnej próby sprowadzenia Matta na kolana. Byli blisko, naprawdę blisko, nie tylko seksu na podłodze, ale i siebie.

- Zamknij się w pokoju – rozkazał niskim i gardłowym głosem, odsuwając się i wparowując do swojego pokoju z agresją większą niż wymagała tego sytuacja. Chciał omegi, tego co dawało ich ciało i spełnienia, ale przede wszystkim Matta. – Teraz – to był rozkaz. Alfi, chociaż mniej skuteczny niż gdyby stał przed nim. Praktycznie nie używał tego tonu, nigdy specjalnie. Szanował autonomię i indywidualność innych, ich zdanie, poglądy, zachowania. To ich określało, pozwalało mu ocenić i zdecydować czy chciał mieć coś z nimi wspólnego. Teraz wewnętrznie panikował, chociaż jego alfa stała pewnie, trzymając go w ryzach. Żadnej uległości czy słabości, to on rządził.

Tylko dzięki temu, że był tuż przed nią (albo na jej początku przez Matta), zmienił ubrania i wyszedł z mieszkania. Zapominając o prysznicu, brudnych ciuchach na podłodze w swojej sypialni, a przede wszystkim odstąpienia terenu omedze.

To znaczyło więcej niż jakiekolwiek wyznania. Z jednej strony zostawił go samego, ale z drugiej alfy nie oddawały terenu nikomu… Poza tymi ukochanymi.

Opierając się przed dzwonieniem do mamy, nie chcąc powtarzać sytuacji sprzed roku, kiedy odebrała go z dworca – zapłakanego, spoconego i żenująco podnieconego, kupił rollery blokujące zapach w aptece i podmył się w łazience. Pociąg miał mieć dopiero za godzinę, ale wyjście z mieszkania oczyściło nieco jego głowę przynajmniej na razie.

Josh: „Jesteś cały? Nie chciałem Cię przestraszyć”

Nie pomyślałem, że możesz tak na mnie działać.

Przepraszam za to.

Byłeś mokry?

Josh usunął wszystkie wiadomości przed wysłaniem, bo może jego alfi umysł trochę mącił mu w głowie.

Josh: „Jest lepiej kiedy wyszedłem. Twoje feromony zadziałały, ale już użyłem sztyftów i czekam na pociąg”

Josh: „Drzwi do sypialni są otwarte, zostawiłem tam swoje ciuchy, więc możesz je czuć. Jeśli nie będą przeszkadzać upiorę je jak wrócę”

(part one) hey, I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting LGBT people. when I was younger I was reaaally into reading about “conspiracy theories” for lack of a better term, but after a while I stopped because I would go on the vigilantcitizen and youtube videos about these topics and just see... absolute hatred towards gay and trans people and I just really couldn’t handle that. I’ve already dealt with homophobia, I didn’t want to deal with it in my spare time.

(part two) on top of that, my mom (a few years after reluctantly accepting my sexuality) became religious and started talking about how I need to read the bible, convert to being straight, and how the illuminati and other things is behind this and how I’m following the plan of the new world order and…. yeah. I had to cut her out of my life. it also completely turned me off from this subject matter entirely.(part three) this is the first time I’ve ever seen someone talk about these things that actually supports people like me… I didn’t think I would ever find that. I figured it just went hand in hand with the kinds of hateful people I avoid, so I really, really, really feel extremely grateful to you. thank you so much. I can feel comfortable reading about these things again now. sorry if these messages are all over the place.A lot, not all, but a lot of people who follow conspiracy theories at times seem to have difficulty separating facts from the theory.

Part of the problem is religion is so involved with conspiracy theories that a person’s spiritual prejudices have been interjected into them. Then those prejudices become a poison that leads to harm and death of those targeted, vulnerable populations. The LGBT community, Muslims, the Jewish people, African Americans and Armenians to name a few.

I personally feel that the purpose of the theories is to find the truth behind them. What has happened is people have made minorities a scapegoat, which makes absolutely no sense. The targets of the conspiracy are usually targeted by the government, pharmaceutical companies, religious organizations, major corporations, a lot of entities.

All those organizations have something to lose: power and money. There is always a target for them, and that is a population that can’t adequately protect themselves.

The tactic is always fear. The threats used are well known: they will steal from you, take your job, destroy your family, take away your ‘freedom’, spread the disease, etc. Then step back and watch. Because human nature kicks in, and creates what they said would happen.

The Illuminati is about power and control. The people who want power and control don’t care about someones sexual orientation. They care about insuring they remain in control.

So, where did the conspiracy theory start that LGBT people are a part of the Illuminati agenda? Religion. When people are afraid, and they feel their beliefs are threatened, and they are going to lose power, they must find their scapegoat. Behold, LGBT people want to destroy the very fabric of all things Godly. They must be part of the Illuminati plan.

What? That makes no sense. That means to hold that belief about LGBT people, the cultural beliefs and history of LGBT people must be ignored from the beginning of time, and the cultures that believed there was absolutely nothing wrong with same gender attraction, transgender people are wrong. Then the just treatment of the LGBT people goes against the professed faith of many religious people. They hate, fear, oppress and even murder in the name of their religion; which, interestingly enough, is what they accuse the Illuminati of doing.

So they blame the Illuminati for their (the religious people) treatment of the LGBT people. “We’re protecting ourselves.” Scapegoating a population of people because of an unfounded fear that they must justify somehow.

I’m sorry you’ve experienced hate and rejection. I don’t believe a whole segment of people is evil. That’s not logical at all.

I believe truth should always be sought after. Truth doesn’t hate entire groups of people. Truth reveals lies.

You are supported here, you are welcome here, and we will defend your sacred humanity.
