Ruby is the only member of her team to not directly blow up or burn down a building. Yang blew up Juniors bar, Blake burned her parents house down, and Weiss burned down a farmstead.

You ever stop to think about how Yang is the most “competent?” member of the main cast? She’s smart, the best fighter (except for maybe Qrow), a gifted engineer, and she can fly an aircraft.

I think about it all the time.

Yang is so well-rounded and capable but always sees the others as more important than she is when she's the heart of Team RWBY.

But Ruby, Weiss and Blake know just how important she is.

Now I'm thinking that in Twin au, before the revelation is made, Yang would feel random pain and wonder what the hell's going on, but it was Jaune just being clumsy and her feeling it because of the twin link.

Yeah that’s pretty much exactly what happens

It’s never any major injuries, kid wasn’t out here getting hit by cars, but she does occasionally feel a twinge of phantom pain with seemingly no explanation. She brings it up to Tai who gets that same shuttered look he always does whenever Raven is mentioned, so she stops asking

Jaune, on the other hand, doesn’t need to wonder where the pain is coming from. He grew up roughhousing with seven sisters, Yang’s hurts just get rolled into his actual bumps and bruises. He only starts taking actual notice when Yang starts training, but even then it’s muted because his Aura isn’t unlocked
