Every match he or his brothers are in you can be found sitting front row cheering him on and trying your best not to wince when he goes down in the ring. Even though sometimes its only Michael or Pam giving your hand a reassuring squeeze that keeps you from rushing into the ring. 

David considers you his good luck charm, he says having you there to watch him always makes him perform better in the ring. Fritz hates it, reminding David that there's no such thing as luck and to focus on his training instead of some girl in the audience. 

Either way, David takes you everywhere with him. An out of town match? You’d better pack an overnight bag. Him and his brothers are heading to the lake? Grab your swimsuit baby, he's already on his way to pick you up. He’s working out today? He’s already on the phone asking if you want to come watch him. 

His brothers give him a hard time about it but they all are thrilled for David that he found someone as good as you. 

Being protected like crazy since you’re constantly surrounded by wrestlers that look at you like a sister.

You become especially close with Michael as the two of you spend time hanging out waiting on his brothers at matches.

As the day wore on, the heat climbed higher, even higher, for a mid-summer day. Rivulets of sweat slid down his forehead, his shirt soaked and oppressively clinging to his back. Light felt the cotton stretching uncomfortably against his skin as he leaned against the wooden counter, seeking relief in the shadows of the empty pub and the cold glass of whiskey in his hand.

The sweet buzz of the fan with the jingle-jangle of bottles shifting order on the shelves would lull even a workaholic God… He could ask for more minutes of rest, but the sudden slam of the door opening didn't agree, apparently.

"Hello there, Yagami."

Light knew Beyond was there before the man talked. With eyes closed, sipping his drink in total peace, his ears well-captured the agonizing sounds of heels stomping on the floor and fingers drumming against the counter saying in Morse code ─ 'Hello God of the assholes'.

"Beyond." Light had the decency to say before gesturing for another drink. "What brings you here?"

"Gossiping. Well─ it's likely to become the talk of the town soon." Beyond poured himself a drink from a bottle, grinning in Light's direction. Who was still pretending he didn't exist ─ too bad, he would get the long-awaited attention within seconds. "Good ol' L really like murders. And murderers. To L─ being in direct contact with a killer felt like bathing in blood during a carnage. The benefits of walking barefoot in the hot fluids, viscera squishing under the soles, you know, that subtle rolling massage that makes your skin crawl and de-stress from all the tension… Aaah."

Beyond gulped down the alcohol, cheeks flushing with loving memories.

"Nah, killer Gods cannot know. They just hold their fingers like this," He turned towards Light, fingers aiming at his head like a gun. "And, puff, he's deaaaad! Deader than dead! HA HA HA."

Light huffed in silence, forehead sinking against his glass as he counted down to ten to refrain his venom ─ was it worth killing this man with his bare hands? "Beyond. Get to the point."

"L fell on disgrace liking Kira." The lonely audience of Light and the barman was enough for the sociopath to jump on the counter and walk down his catwalk, dripping alcohol at every step by swinging the bottle with only him would define elegant energy. "I don't really understand what he found in a kid playing God with a damn pen and a notebook, doing all the pfewh pfewh in the obscurity of his cute little bedroom─" Heels planted in front Light, Beyond crouched down to observe the man who stole L's attention from him. It's crazy how the juniors just accepted Mo Xuanyu after a few times of meeting him. In their eyes, Mo Xuanyu has this bad reputation (though I'm still not sure if they were true, or made up rumors, or exaggerated) to the point that he was exiled, but they easily acknowledged his skills.

And didn't the elders wonder how this secluded gay emo suddenly became competent in decision-making and dark arts??? Are you talking about Zac Efron's movie? I also enjoy that movie😆 Maybe because they both involve time travel, they seem similar, but my story is different from that film. It's not based on or inspired by it.

Honestly, I came up with this story idea on the bus ride home from college. I was really tired that day, and random thoughts led me to imagine what if the bus crashed, and I didn't make it. However, my common sense thought it would be unfair for the other passenger and my family would be sad. That's when the idea for this story struck me.

As for why it's called "Twenty," it's because I'll turn 20 next year! Yay! People say your twenties are the peak of your youth. So, to kick off my journey in my twenties, I started writing this story. I hope that when I'm older and reminiscing about my twenties, I'll remember all these precious memories.
