punkflower hcs bc i need to see more of them being cute teen boys together.... like, playful and creative and stuff
looong long wall of text under the cut (no nsfw)
♡ miles and hobie definitely exchange art often, even collabing on some punk zines and graffiti pieces occasionally. hobie also makes mixtapes on cassettes and slaps a million stickers on them just for his bf. miles appreciates the kind gesture but reminds hobie that he doesnt have a cassette player. "yet," hobie tells him with a wink :)
♡ miles draws a million little doodles for hobie on scrap paper, post it notes, hobie's gear, hobie himself. ofc hobie loves them all, esp when he gets to go home with his arms and chest covered in stars, cartoons, graffiti, and hearts
♡ miles is a lot more shy about dancing in public than hobie is, but whenever they manage to have any downtime at all hobie will wrap his arms around miles and sway them around. if music is playing anywhere, hobie will bop to it and get miles to join in
♡ hobie's love language? touch. any kind, anytime, anywhere, for any reason. words of affirmation come next
♡ miles' love language? quality time, and he's big on kissing. hobie isnt much of a kisser but loves his sunflower just the same, and does not complain at all when miles places little kisses on his hands, ears or his back
♡ sometimes hobie will be a lil mean to miles just as a flirty thing. just usual teenage boy stuff like kicking miles' sneakers, manspreading to get into his space if they're sitting anywhere together, using his height to bully miles into a corner away from everyone so they can flirt some more, crashing into miles on purpose just to be annoying
♡ anytime they get to go on multiverse missions together they somehow manage to get into the craziest shenanigans. breaking into a zoo to stop a villain from mutating the animals, saving a group of schoolkids on a field trip from a killer robot (?), one time hobie even drove a runaway car to stop it from crashing right into jamaica bay and miles was scarred for life
hobie tries to control the car as he haphazardly swerves it around pedestrians and barely manages to miss a group of elderly people.
miles clings onto his seat for dear life. "HOBIE!! you're gonna kill us man, where'd you get your license from!?" he yells.
hobie scoffs. "license?! i said i could drive, mate, i aint mention nuthin' 'bout no license!"
♡ hobie's universe is set in the 1970's and living in a dystopian police-state means it's too risky to bring back a phone with him, so he's often left out of spiderkid groupchats. miles still tries to keep him up to date on the latest memes and inside jokes though. they also have their own inside jokes too
♡ hobie wouldn't bring a smartphone with him anyways since he's so mistrusting of tech in general. video games, laptops, and "smart" tech mystify him, and smart watches? forget about it. when miles gets one for christmas one time, hobie clowned on his bf so hard the watch was never seen again
♡ that being said, they love exchanging music often so the only piece of technology hobie ever brings back to his dimension is an ancient half-busted ipod (it was probably rio's at one point) filled with music miles managed to download for him that week. spiderman-ing and living as a homeless teen means hobie doesn't get much time to explore genres outside of the UK punk scene and listening to brand new genres is often a trip! hobie finds out he loves drum n bass, grindcore, industrial techno, UK drill, deep house and 90's hip hop
♡ hobie gets miles to make him cool posters for whatever venue he plans on (or doesnt plan lbr) playing at every now and then
♡ rio LOVES hobie. hobie is the perfect gentleman (gentlespider?) around her and often tries to help her around the house when he can. miles... does not enjoy how much his mom favors his partner. jeff is also not so crazy about this smart-mouthed punk
♡ miles and hobie absolutely swap clothing as often as possible, with hobie "borrowing" miles' clothes more often. miles' parents keep commenting on how much of a rockero he looks with all the punk stuff and hobie never returns clothes without having altered them in some way (pins n bits everywhere, a mysterious rip or two here n there, pinned-up sleeves, etc)
♡ miles is absolutely horrible at cooking and feels left out when he sees hobie helping his mom in the kitchen. he desperately tries to learn, but it's a wonder how he hasnt sliced his fingers off yet trying to peel and cut platanos so they can make tostones
♡ for a person who's built like a lamppost, hobie is shockingly graceful with his movements. he always slips around a room like a cat and miles is so jealous of that. long gangly limbs should be a deterrent from moving like That and yet here he is, practically pirouetting around miles for fun
♡ which is a total TRIP when they go out swinging around a city. once the mask is on, every movement hobie makes is chaotic, frantic and unpredictable. spiderpunk and hobie are very different people sometimes
♡ rio often points out hobie's thinness as a typical hispanic mom does ("jóven, pero tu 'ta tan flaco, hobie honey come eat! i have leftovers here!") and miles also agrees that hobie could eat a lil more too. he is always sneaking bits of food into hobie's pockets or bags, saving fries and last slices for his partner. sometimes hobie brings home armfuls of tupperware filled with caribbean food back to his boat
♡ in return, hobie is like a magpie and brings back shiny gifts for them, some handmade stuff too. miles' drawers and nightstand are filled with jewelry, bottles, knickknacks, and other handmade accessories. his walls are filled with collages and zines hobie makes for him and rio bought frames for some of the pieces he makes her
♡ the first person to say "i love you" was miles, but by accident. after realizing it, he was nervous as hell worrying that hobie would clown him to death since he didnt seem like a big romantic. instead, hobie went nuts about it in his own hobie way, writing lyrics about miles' face when he said it, doodling them together more often, teasing miles about it often but lightheartedly. he flaunts miles' love whenever he can
♡ miles has a lethal puppydog face and he KNOWS it! one 🥺 look and hobie immediately folds and gives miles whatever he wants. but not before hemming and hawing about it first, playing up his hesitation just to make miles laugh
♡ speaking of laughter, hobie does Thee Most just to see his bf laugh or smile. he will always goof off in the bg, crack jokes every 2 secs and pretend to get hurt sometimes. hobie is naturally sarcastic and goofs off in general anyways but around miles he dials it up to 200
♡ hobie tries to get miles in on the whole anarchism thing but 1. the texts and manifestos from his dimension are different than miles' and 2. miles is a teen boy. he doesn't know anything about the theory of alienation or effective mutual aid and won't really care at the moment. "mm, you'll learn all 'bout it soon enough, though... eventually," hobie muses
♡ miles is not as big on pet names as hobie is. hobie has like 24984 nicknames for miles but miles mostly sticks to just calling his partner by his name. one day during history class tho a lightbulb moment happens, and when they meet up again miles is excited
"hobie!! guess what, i really got it this time. i have a nickname that i know you're gonna love!"
"spill," hobie says as he throws an arm over miles' shoulders.
"so you always call me sunflower all the time, right? and your name is ho... bee. get it? so i was thinkin' i'm gonna call you 'honey bee' now. y'know, you're not the only one who's got corny ass nicknames! it's good, right?"
hobie has to fight not to grin like a jackass
♡ hobie's sleep schedule is atrocious so whenever miles can manage it, he tries to wrestle his partner into any bed and tucks him in. hobie is touched that his sunflower cares so much about him ♡
♡ miles almost never gets permission to sleep over other friends' houses but on the rare occasions he does, he leaps into portals and goes to visit hobie in his dimension. his fave part of New London is hobie's boat, bc they set up a big hammock for them to lay in, feeling the sway of the boat and letting it lull them to sleep. not to mention that the boat itself is totally badass, and hobie more often than not encourages miles to cover it in graffiti
♡ hobie lowkey (but highkey) loves when miles gets a little bossy, forceful or stern. he loves ribbing miles about it (the "ill do it, but not cuz you told me to" line in mumbattan was a total joke from hobie btw LOL) and saying corny shit in response to a demand, but he loves seeing miles being confident and calling the shots every once in a while. it makes him proud
♡ if they can, miles and hobie try to gather up as much food as they can and take it over to the F.E.A.S.T. that's in hobie's dimension. miles meets hobie's "family" there and gets to know the community, which feels so much more tight-knit and welcoming than Visions. once miles gets over the major jarring differences between his world and hobie's, he finds he LOVES New London
♡ miles and hobie teach each other slang from their countries and time periods, you can't change my mind. miles walks around saying shit like "bloody 'ell" and "septic" all the time. the one time hobie said "deadass" completely unironically, all of the spiderkids DIED laughing
♡ miles learns that EVERY spider is a total dweeb in some way shape or form. even hobie! hobie's awkwardness comes out when theyre in big groups of people. hobie is oddly comfy with performing in front of crowds but when he's invited to parties and tries mingling, it's so... sooo awkward. miles secretly rejoices when he finds out hobie's weakness
♡ i'm an adhd hobie truther and i hc that miles buys hobie the weirdest fidget toys he can get his hands on. along with his switchblade, jewelry, and whatever he stole that day, hobie carries various different fidget toys in his vest to keep boredom at bay
♡ hobie definitely writes songs for miles but takes a very very very long time to actually admit it. miles finally finds out when one of hobie's songwriting notebooks falls open when hanging out in his boat, and hobie comes clean about it. with miles' encouragement tho, hobie makes the decision to add some of those songs into the usual setlist his band performs
♡ if miles ever has time, he tries to attend whatever gig hobie and his band has going on. he loves to see hobie perform on stage, his energy and stage presence is always electrifying

((My friend Wes is making me get back into Spiderman and especially with Across the Spiderverse p1 coming out this summer, I am def bringing back my Spiderverse oc, I have a blog for her and I fucking love her because hot damn she is fun to create for.
She exists in the universe of a 1970's female revenge exploitation movie. Her origin story involves the death of her best friend and escaping a bad relationship with the member of a local mob and her whole story starts out as a typical revenge tale; she survived a horrible event but lost the person she loved the most, causing her to seek out brutal vengeance on the people who took her BFF away.
At first, she's going to fall into the trope of the fallen woman, the avenging heartbroken angel who is no longer pure and takes in a level of sexy while brutally destroying the people who killed her best friend. But because I love messing with tropes as much as I love the tropes themselves, it's going to end up being about her actually coming to terms with her grief and stopping the cycle of violence and revenge, and using her powers to become a protector instead of just a ruthless vigilante. She stops mobsters with yo-yo tricks and roller disco moves and blasts ABBA down the street while she's on patrol, and she doesn't need to become heartless and angry to be a hero.
I just. I have a lot of feelings about Spiderman, the female revenge genre, and grief. So very many.))

Comic artists researches. Part 1
Frank Miller:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Frank Miller is an American comic book artist, comic book writer, and screenwriter known for his comic book stories and graphic novels such as his run on Daredevil, for which he created the character Elektra, and subsequent Daredevil: Born Again, The Dark Knight Returns, Batman: Year One, Sin City, and 300.
What is Frank Miller doing now?
On April 28, 2022, it was reported that Miller was launching an American comic book publishing company titled Frank Miller Presents, or FMP. Miller will act as the company's president and editor-in-chief, working alongside Dan DiDio as publisher and chief operating officer Silenn Thomas.
Did Frank Miller draw Daredevil?
He started out with minor tasks, like drawing covers and short stories for Spiderman anthologies. Then, at the beginning of 1979, came the big break: Miller became the official artist for Daredevil, one of Marvel's lesser-known series.
Who influenced Frank Miller?
Among his graphic influences were Neal Adams, Ernie Bushmiller, Guido Crepax, Will Eisner, Jack Kirby and Goseki Kojima. His made his debut in 1978 with contributions to Gold Key's The Twilight Zone. He soon also drew for DC anthologies and Marvel titles like 'Spectacular Spider-Man' and 'John Carter: Warlord of Mars'.
My opinion for this artist of his art style is very interesting for my opinion, that he uses some specific colours for different comic he made for Sin city, Daredevil and 300. As my point of view toward his comic is a mixed with a big art of scene in the comic and four small boxes to show what is going on with that scene which is very interesting to me.

John Romita Jr.:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
John Salvatore Romita is an American comics artist best known for his extensive work for Marvel Comics from the 1970s to the 2010s. He is the son of artist John Romita Sr.
When did John Romita Jr draw Spider-Man?
Romita Jr. made a name for himself as a key Marvel artist thanks in large part to his work on Spider-Man. He first drew the character in 1977, as the rising star son of the legendary John Romita Sr., and went on to become one of the definitive pencillers to ever work on the character.
What was the first comic of John Romita Jr?
Romita Jr. began his career at Marvel UK, doing sketches for covers of reprints. His American debut was with a six-page story entitled "Chaos at the Coffee Bean!" in The Amazing Spider-Man Annual (1977)
Is John Romita Jr back at Marvel?
He drew many of Marvel's greatest characters, and then moved to DC for a short period, where he also drew their greatest characters. John Romita Jr. has since returned to Marvel, getting his old job on The Amazing Spider-Man back.
My opinion for this artist of his art style is very pop culture-like as he is uses pop colours for example, red, blue, orange, yellow, etc. As he worked for Marvel as he did his work on Spider-Man as he first dew the character in 1977 as he is going to work back on the Spider-Man for Marvel.

Brian Bolland:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Brian Bolland is a British comics artist. Best known in the United Kingdom as one of the Judge Dredd artists for British comics anthology 2000 AD, he spearheaded the 'British Invasion' of the American comics industry, and in 1982 produced the artwork alongside author Mike W. Barr on Camelot 3000, which was DC Comics' first 12-issue comicbook maxiseries created for the direct market.
What inspired Brian Bolland?
As early as 1962, aged 11, Bolland remembers thinking that "Carmine Infantino's work on the Flash and Gil Kane's on Green Lantern and the Atom had a sophistication about it that I hadn't [previously] seen." He would later cite Kane and Alex Toth as "pinnacle[s] of excellence," alongside Curt Swan, Murphy Anderson
You'll be surprised to hear that even though Judge Dredd had been in 2000AD since Prog 2 the editors weren't sure which of the interior characters would sell the comic best if that character was on the cover. Artists like me just came up with cover ideas and, if they liked them, we'd draw the cover and they would write a one-page text story based on it to go inside. These early covers of mine fall into that category.
Other covers followed for nearly a third of the first 30 progs, as well as stand-alone pages and some inking duties on Gibbons' Dan Dare. Already familiar with Nick Landau (acting editor), when another artist dropped out, Bolland was called directly to complete a Judge Dredd story in Prog 41 (3 Dec 77) and soon was established as a regular artist on the series. "From that point on," writes Bolland, "either he [Landau] or his successor Steve MacManus called me direct whenever they wanted me to do a Dredd story."
Bolland's early work on Judge Dredd was much influenced by McMahon, a talented newcomer whose idiosyncratic style was fuelling the interest in the new character. Bolland thought McMahon was "terrific, the real ideas man on Dredd," but noted that McMahon's approach was "very impressionistic," while the "average comics reader, certainly at the time, does tend to prefer realism." Bolland therefore states that he "aped Mike's genius... and then reinterpreted [Dredd] in a style which actually borrowed a lot from the work of the American artists," retaining McMahon's "granite-jawed" look but bringing a level of realism and fine detail to the character, which Mark Salisbury says "finally cemented the iconic image."
My opinion for this artist of his art style is horrific but in a good way as he is showing us in the comic with joker and batman as showing the Joker a villain in a horrific, disgusting and creepy style as he is showing toward us in world that the style of his is amazing as he did a well done of showing the art style on the comic book to show what horrific is it.

You remember my grandfather Takuya Yamashiro as the original Japanese Spiderman.  While he is enjoying retirement, I, Takuya Yamashiro III have taken what is left of my grandfather’s alien Spidersuit and have studied it closely to come up with new costumes, new gear, & new weapons.  Tell your friends, Japanese Spiderman is BACK! Some things about me: -I have a Physics degree from Tokyo University of Science -I am 27 years old and have a gf, Mia. -I change my hair a lot so don’t mind me lol.  -I love Sci fi, AI, & Tech. No, my father was not Spiderman at any time, in fact he knew very little about my grandfather’s past in that regard when he died unexpectedly in his 40′s. After my father’s death, is when my grandfather started opening up and sharing things with me about Garia, Planet Spider, & The Iron Cross Army.
No, my grandfather did not marry Hitomi Sakuma.  They broke up soon after Professor Monster and company were destroyed. I won’t be talking too much about my grandfather as he is shy and just wants to enjoy his peace and quiet. Luckily though, we have classic screenshots and media of his time as スパイダーマン Supaidāman during the groovy 1970′s.  Unfortunately, Leopardon is not going to make any new appearances here.  He is just too broken and large to deal with.  Spider Machine GP-7   is in my possession but it is junked & needs A LOT of work. Check here for updates as I restore her.

Creating a Sense of Wonder
Tumblr media
The drive to New Orleans, LA from Stratford, ON is 1954 km or 18 hours and 10 minutes, not including stops to charge the car. This means one insanely long day, two long driving days, or three days if you want to stop at least occasionally.
I originally planned a route that would allow us to visit various art galleries along the way, but quickly realized that between many of them being closed on Monday and Tuesday, or only being open noon to 5, it would have have taken us well over a week. So, what made the most logical sense was a more curated plan which included late afternoon stop at the Atlanta Contemporary and then an overnight stay in Mobile, AL to visit the Alabama Contemporary and the @mobilemuseumofart.
Tumblr media
The Mobile Museum of Art opened their exhibition For Children: 2020 - The Elements of Art & Design late 2019. Unlike many children's exhibitions which are contained in their own wing or section, this exhibition is adjacent to one of the museum's main temporary exhibition galleries and takes up a sizeable amount of gallery real estate. The strategic placement of this exhibition invites visitors of all ages to engage or at least walk through the exhibition, but more importantly, allows parents and children to make connections between what they experience in these kid friendly spaces and the contemporary exhibitions on view.
Tumblr media
While the overall exhibition leaned towards the spectacular, with lots of WOW factor, and Instagram and selfie opportunities, there were still opportunities to engage and create such as the giant "Light-Brite" and "Lego" galleries
Tumblr media
For little kids and anyone who grew up with Sesame Street, the room-sized inflatable Rubber Duck is so fun as it bobs along to the 1970's hit song Rubber Duckie by Jeff Moss and Joe Raposo and voiced by Jim Henson.
Tumblr media
The red room plays with saturated colour, texture, and scale. A giant inflatable chair is juxtaposed with tiny wall cupboards with mini vignettes and peak-a-boo windows allowing one to glimpse an inflatable Spiderman.
Tumblr media
For Children successfully merges an experiential journey through the elements of art and design with hints of nostalgia for adults.

random headcanons about the transylvanians, transsexual and transylvania
(as always, add your own in the replies!!)
Tumblr media
the transylvanians have biological/evolutionary advancements over humans. the sunglasses many of frank's guests wear, as well as magenta referring to transsexual as "land of night" points to them having low light/night vision.
they're nocturnal. duh.
they're also not warm-blooded like humans or cold-blooded like reptiles, but rather somewhere in the middle.
they also may be able to shapeshift and mimic voices. think frank's seduction of brad and janet.
i also think it would be really cool if they could walk on walls and ceilings like spiderman... i don't know, i just think it'd be pretty cool.
these advancements may be different depending on class or blood; frank, being a prince (as per rhshh and rotoq) would have different advancements to riff and magenta, who are not of royal blood.
transylvania isn't a progressive galaxy. they likely are sexually active creatures, but judging by riff and magenta's relatively genderless space suits, fluent gender expression is repressed compared to earth (which is why frank is so sad to leave), even during the early 1970s. check out this great post for further detail!
they likely have some plan for earth, to use for storage, farming, or something of that nature, however the culture here needed to be discretely studied before invasion. this is/is a part of the trio's mission.
judging by the way frank treats his servants, the different classes transsexual are likely divided and may be on the brink of a rebellion. we see this sentiment carried out to it's extent by the siblings.
the time warp is a traditional dance of the people of transylvania. it is very important to their culture, which is why magenta is so frustrated when columbia trips on the carpet. she is human after all. it is a privilege to participate.
despite this (being human) columbia is considered an honorary transylvanian. the trio regaurd it as one of the highest honours a human can recieve.
transsexual has multiple moons. i'd like to think 2-5 or so. "moon-drenched shores" indicates that their moon/s are of great cultural or geographical relevance. their calander may even revolve around these moons in the same way ours does around our sun.
the few days in which transsexual is not purged in darkness (if any) are celebrated across the entire planet (like if we were to throw festivals and parties for eclipses).
there are multiple religions in transylvania, but the most popular on transsexual is polytheistic.
it is purely coincidence that "transylvania" and "trans(s)exual" are earthling words.

We finally watched Infinity War and Endgame this weekend, so here are some Thoughts™.  Spoilers (largely minor, but still spoilers) abound:
Infinity War:
Bucky looked so Tired when given his new arm 😢
I’ve seen that Spiderman moment memed for the last 3 years, but it still hurt.
Decent movie.  Completely utilitarian, in that it brought the Avengers to their lowest point to set up Endgame.  Too many characters, though, and too much going on.  Especially for someone like me who doesn’t have all of the previous movies and the MCU lore memorized.
Endgame:
Needed more Bucky
Also needed more Peggy, but given the context, I’m very happy with what we got
Peggy’s 1970 hair?  Solid A.  Nothing will ever beat her 1940s hair, but she really came back from her 50s hair.
Endgame!Steve telling Avengers!Steve that Bucky’s still alive to throw him off and take him by surprise?  OUCH.
If Thanos wiped out 50% of all living creatures, and we saw in the Infinity War credits that that caused cars, helicopters, and presumably airplanes to crash due to their drivers/pilots turning to dust, then what happened to all of the passengers?  The people in the buildings they crashed into?  You can’t tell me that Thanos’ 50% conveniently included everyone in their path.  That’s gonna be a lot more than 50%.
If half of the world aged 5 years, but the other half of the world didn’t age 5 years...y i k e s that’s messy.
After teaching during a pandemic, I can’t imagine what teaching in the aftermath of the Snap™ looked like.  Holy cow.  Roughly half of your classmates are gone.  Roughly half of your teachers are gone.  And this is on top of about half of your loved ones being gone.  No one’s learning anything dealing with that trauma.  (I’m sure they still had to take standardized tests though 🤮  Maybe they waived them that first year, but they were definitely back in the second 🤮🤮🤮)
SPEAKING OF THE PANDEMIC, “I saw a pod of whales in the Hudson because there’s less people + less pollution???”  Nobody told me that Steve PREDICTED that!  Did I just MISS those memes back last year when this all started or did everyone sleep on it???
Mr. Jarvis cameo!!! ♥  GOD, I miss Agent Carter 😭
To be fair, I, too, would have stayed in 1945 to live a full and happy life with Peggy Carter.
Though it is super weird that he went back in time to 1945, knowing full well that Bucky was alive that whole time, and...never saved him. Did he try? Did he not want to ~mess with the timeline~? Because, uh, buddy, you already did that by staying in 1945.
Agent Carter reboot where everything’s the same but Steve Rogers is there.  Or just start where it left off. Steve got there a few years late, but better late than never.  Happy reunion between Steve and Peggy, then Peggy continues solving mysteries and fighting bad guys with SHIELD with Mr. Jarvis’ help and the occasional assist from Steve, who’s probably off doing his own thing most of the time, i.e. trying to take down Hydra and rescue Bucky (and also happily living his life with Peggy in between missions and things).
(Does Steve succeed?  Probably not, at least not entirely.  Maybe he gets hold of Bucky eventually, maybe even more than once, but he always ends up back in the hands of Hydra.  Steve can also never “cure” Bucky of the brainwashing.  Thus, the timeline is “preserved,” but maybe those 70 years are a little less terrible for Bucky.  Or maybe they’re more terrible because of it.
Old Man Steve looks kinda like Joe Biden.

WandaVision Theory
Good Day Everyone, my 1st post for the year 2021.
I was unable to post anything back then (because Tumblr is not letting me post images), and now I am posting for possible theories for WandaVision, and this is as of Episode 7. Please be reminded that this post contains spoilers, so if you don’t wanna read them, you have been warned and you can go back. Also,  I’m gonna skipped on some references as those has been tackled by others already (such has Malcolm in the Middle, Kick-ass, etc), I will focus only on Marvel related franchise, character behaviors and sentence phrasing interpretations.
For those who hasn’t seen it yet, we can simplify that WandaVision is a Online Drama / Sitcom style series by Disney and Marvel Studios that stars both Wanda Maximoff and the Vision. Wanda and the Vision are trapped in the world of sitcom and is being broadcasted to S.W.O.R.D temporary base. So far, Episode 1 takes back in 1950′s sitcom, episode 2 is 1960′s, Episode 3 is 1970′s, Episode 4 is current reality, Episode 5 is 1980′s and Episode 6 is 1990′s, and now its the current era (based on the console game the kids are playing which looks like a Wii).
But before we jump to that, lets talk about first the "WandaVision Plot Leaked" which was first published in 4chan and someone reposted it on reddit (I dont have the name so I'm sorry).  Of course when I first read it, I was also skeptical about it, but at the same time, lets give it the benifit of the doubt and lets see which one will come true and which one is not.
I just numbered and bolded them for easier read, and added ❀ for my side comments about the "plot leak". Also, I'll refer to X-Men Pietro as PETER (because that's how he's called in that world), and ATJ as Pietro.
1. Wanda is a SWORD agent after Endgame which you might already know includes Darcy, Jimmy Woo and Monica Rambeau.
❀ No conclusive information yet, though not impossible because we saw in Episode 5 Wanda stormed into S.W.O.R.D HQ, looking angry and took Vision's body. Hayward said in his comment that its a highly sensitive material and Vision's body location considered a top secret. It's impossible to get this information unless she has an access to it or at least someone she knows has.
2. Woo was recruited from FBI to SWORD to keep check on superpowered beings after Sokovia Accords lost influence.
❀Agent Woo is indeed working in partnership with S.W.O.R.D as of the moment, but he is still wearing his "FBI" vest, indicating he’s still with FBI and is just working alongside with SWORD because he was with Monica and witnessed her disappeared.
3. Wanda was sent to investigate as a SWORD agent..but she was also a part of the team to keep check on her.
4. Wanda as of now is placed in a real illusion. The sitcom world she sees is real with real people of the town – but one can't see so from the outside.
❀ This is true, this is the current event going on in the series.
5. Wanda came in contact with Mysterio who allowed her to gain Vision back and live a peaceful life – based on sitcoms she used to watch as a kid.
❀Mysterio, a lot of people commenting ill about him (for this post – and was thinking it could probably be a typo for Mephisto), but if we look at the timeline, Spiderman Far From Home is set 8months after the blip reversal, WandaVision however, is 3weeks to a month after the blip was reversed. In Episode 4, Hayward mentioned "It's been 3 weeks, and you're first to report" to Monica, and if we go back, the huge TV screens (just after the Marvel Intro) in SWORD's HQ lounge captions the news with "Globe Celebrations Continues" "The Blip Brings Back Loved Ones" indicating the blip just reversed.
6. Mephisto will stay close to the couple and keep watch over them (he is in the rabbit currently). His plan is to obtain Wanda's kids in the hopes they'll be powerful sorcerers he can control. He deems Wanda too dangerous to control in the long run.
❀Agness is INDEED keeping a rabbit and has been seen in Episode 2 and current Episode 7. But whether that is Mephisto or not is not yet conclusive.
7. Sword is trying to maintain contact with Wanda who is lost in her subconscious. Whenever she realizes it, she rejects it.
❀This happened in Episode 4 when Agent Woo and Darcy tried to contact Wanda from the outside the HEX using the radio.
8. The entire show isn't gonna be a sitcom as marketed. We'll see Wanda fighting Sword near the end until Woo manage to make her realize that she's lying to herself.
❀Still inconclusive if Agent Woo will really do that but she already confronted the SWORD in Episode 5, Hayward is indeed planning the attack.
9. The couple will face numerous villains in the final episodes – the ones who were manipulating them...!
10. Kathryn Hahn's Agnes is Agatha Harkness. She was a witch who was given away by her son (I'm not sure if her son will appear onscreen or not) and was burnt alive.
❀It is finally revealed in Episode 7 that Agness is indeed Agatha Harkness, but we will probably find out if she was sold off by his son in the next upcoming episode.
11. She too made a deal with Mephisto who allowed her to live. She befriended Wanda for her children but will become an actual friend to her.
12. However by the end she will be possessed by Nightmare who'd take advantage of Wanda's powers to break open the Multiversal seal – which will of course carry forward to DS2.
13. Dottie will be revealed to be Clea.
14. Grim Reaper will act as Ralph – Agatha's "husband" who Vision would go against in the climax.
15. Sword has a special device which was implanted on Wanda before she was sent. Essentially the events going on are being translated by her subconscious as a sitcom which can be seen by Sword agents (like Darcy) who are confused about what's happening with Wanda.
❀Still inconclusive but not impossible considering Darcy is the WandaVision sitcom.
16. Monica managed to enter Wanda's town while she was asleep in a helicopter. Sword will again try to break in. ❀Half wrong, half right - Monica sent a drone helicopter inside the HEX and Wanda first felt its presence as shown in Episode 2 (after the Marvel intro) when Wanda was still asleep (she heard noises), and in Episode 4, Monica came close to the HEX after her drone disappeared and got sucked inside of the HEX.
17. Monica would try to help Wanda realize the truth after getting her conscious back, but Wanda will get pissed off when she says her Vision isn't real and will throw her away from the town (to the outside world) using her powers.
❀Half wrong, half right - Monica is indeed making Wanda realize the truth and this occurred on Episode 7. In Episode 3, Wanda did sent Monica out of the HEX calling her an outsider when she commented that Pietro was killed by Ultron, not because Vision is dead.
18. Quicksilver will return! And I know it sounds stupid, but Evan Peters is playing him. Aaron will appear in a couple of episodes.
❀Indeed, Peter (Even Peters) of X-Men Universe showed up at the end of Episode 5 and is present the whole Episode 6, and Pietro (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) did appear in flashbacks (so far).
19. Wanda slowly starts remembering a few people of the outside world (including her brother). She is trying to figure out if she had a sibling herself, finding it weird why she wouldn't remember him.
❀Inconclusive - so far, it is projected that Wanda is in a state of denial. Though other than Vision, not a single one of the Avengers are mentioned here by her.
20. Meanwhile her subconscious starts to associate powers of the heroes she has known to random civilians of town.
21. She has twins Billy and Tommy who also have powers. One of them has superspeed and she remembers her brother (but not fully).
❀True - Wanda now have twins and Tommy is shown to have super speed, as shown in Episode 6 and Billy having telepathy, clairvoyance and telekinesis, similar to her mom’s power
22. There's one more. Vision will feel a bit weird none of the kids look like him. So they'd create a daughter based off Vision (Viv).
23. Quicksilver returns played by Aaron. However the presence of a real dead dude starts breaking the illusion. ❀Yet to happen but, makes one wonder how he'll get back to life.
24. Grim Reaper (Ralph) will be revealed and he befriends Quicksilver. He'll get him written out of the show and Quicksilver gets recast to Evan Peters.
25. The only one who finds it off is Viv. She is confused why Quicksilver doesn't look the former one. She tries to make others realize that. But they think she hates her uncle.
26. There will be a rerun of all the sitcom episodes. Wanda will break out from her illusion midway in the show to her actual living room in her subconscious.
❀I'm not sure of the rerun as its yet to happen, and I'm not sure if this break out of her illusion is the one that happened on current Episode 7 where Wanda fixed the couch and the TV.
27. Vision here is nothing but a puppet. At this point Wanda realizes the entire illusion but she gets heartbroken realizing her children weren't real.
❀It is already implied that Vision is indeed a puppet. Wanda realizing everything is an illusion is yet to happen.
28. She flips the channels to find her children again and decides to enter the sitcom-y world once again.
29. Darcy will end up there too and she will reveal Vision the entire truth (having watched all the sitcom episodes and analyzed what causes the changes).
❀Exactly as shown in Episode 7.
30. Wanda will be unwilling to leave her world even after her fight against the Sword stops.
31. Mephisto will take control of Quicksilver's body. Agatha will turn on him.
32. Wanda will try to send Quickie back to his universe in the end with Agatha's help but Nightmare will use it as an opportunity to seize control of Agatha.
33. The Nightmare part will only be revealed to the audience (not Wanda herself). Story carries over.
34. There are flashbacks of Wanda's life. A lot of which are seen by Darcy who tries to understand the extent of her trauma.
35. Yes Aaron will appear in flashbacks. Wanda will be shown a lot of these in the final episodes where she'd also find how the Mind Stone just unlocked her innate powers.
❀He did
36. Evan Peters will tell how in his universe Mutants are pretty common (just a tease).
❀ If this is true, then its only Peter will be the only mutant to appear in the series.
37. The ads in the show are all related to her trauma. There will be ads about Pietro's death, Lagos explosion and even a vacuum cleaner based on Thanos.
❀ The Ads - somehow true, related to her trauma. The first commercial with the oven possibly be a reference to Age of Ultron where commented Pietro and Wanda commented that when they were 10y.o, a bomb shell fell into their house but did not detonate, they were staring at it for 2 days because they were trapped and waiting for help while thinking every shift on bricks will set if off. Episode 2 has the Strucker watch referencing also to Age of Ultron where Strucker experimented on them using Loki’s scepter. Episode 3 is about escaping reality with the Hydra Soap (with the shape of the Tesseract), Episode 5 with Lagos Paper Towel representing her messed in Captain America Civil War when she tried to save Cap, Episode 6 with the animation of Yo-Magic with a Shark talking using a caption "If you're hungry, eat Yo-Magic", and lastly Episode 7 with Nexus medicine that promotes killing when you are depressed.
38. The couple in each of the ads is her parents who are acting as stand-ins for events based off her trauma.
❀Yes, that is the speculation.
39. Vision will help Wanda accept the reality and move on. He gives her his farewell and fights Grim Reaper, hoping to destroy the dome after sacrificing his life.
40. Wanda saves Vision in a scene which mirrors Age of Ultron. He will return back to real world along with their children, Agatha, Quickie and rest of the town/Sword.
41. Wanda is happy Vision is alive and sings a song to him, but it turns out he is effectively rebooted after the fight. Unable to bring his memories back, Sword leaves with Vision.
42. Her children are also hidden by Nightmare-Agatha. Wanda gets torn and tries to move on, unaware to her Nightmare is opening up the Multiverse for unknown reasons.
I will end this first here as the post is getting longer, and will continue with the part 2 and will discuss it further.

——
Peter’s Camera
——
Tony is one of the best people to photograph, in Peter’s opinion. Once the genius gets into the mood, there isn’t much that can be done to stop or distract him, which makes him the perfect candidate to photograph. Peter has gotten snaps of him where sparks are surrounding him as if he’s some kind of angel descending from heaven or where he’s sleeping peacefully after days of intense creating, with Dum-e prodding him but to get no reaction in return.
Peter got the camera from Ben as a birthday present, a small second-hand Canon camera. It was old, a little broken, but with his genius brain and some stray parts he found in a dumpster, Peter managed to fix it within a night. However, it was at the expense of neglecting his homework, which he had to rush through the next morning. He didn’t care if the camera had buttons that weren’t working or if it glitched at the worst timings— the camera was Peter’s camera, gifted by his Uncle Ben, and that was all that mattered.
The camera rarely left Peter’s being since he got it, so it was usually always accessible. After he became Spiderman, Peter would bring it on patrol, taking scenic pictures of the city or himself in action. He takes pictures of anything and everything and has to transfer the pictures to his computer every month because of how quickly he fills the memory card.
Maybe it was because he didn’t talk about it, or maybe it was because he only took pictures of people when they weren’t looking, but nobody has found out about his hobby yet. He isn’t ashamed of it, just doesn’t see the need to talk about it when he already has so many things going on in his life. Peter wouldn’t deny it if someone found out about it someday, but for now, he likes that photography is his little secret.
——
Tony isn’t sure what he’s looking at.
Is that a camera from the 1970s? Do those still exist? What on earth is this doing in his lab?
Frowning unconsciously, he picks the camera up, feeling it in his hands, examining it like some specimen. Just as he’s about to put the camera down and leave it, his finger brushes over a button, showing the pictures in the memory card. Eyes widening with mild shock, Tony clicks through the pictures of his family.
He sees himself, surrounded by tools, the light illuminating his face, making him seem otherworldly. He smiles at the picture of Ned, in which he’s grinning at Lego, with his face stuffed full with food. He huffs out a laugh when a picture of Harley teaching Morgan how to use his potato guns pops up and snorts when a picture of MJ smiling softly at a bird shows up. The billionaire snickers at the pictures of Pepper, who looks like the CEO she is as she glares at Clint and Scott or when she’s reprimanding grown adults (see: The Avengers) about safety and rules.
Tony lets out a tiny gasp when he sees Natasha, the notorious Black Widow, smiling softly at a kitten. He chuckles lowly when the picture of Thor, on the verge of tears at the sight of a mouse, appears. And he smirks when he sees Bruce, who looked like he was in the middle of panicking, with a wildly out-of-control specimen in the background. He beams as he sees Bucky and Steve, roleplaying a scene in a book to Morgan, who has a wide grin on her chubby face.
All these pictures, yet not one of Peter. Could it be that… this camera was his?
Of course, it’s his. Whose else could it be?
Tony sets the camera back onto the table, dialling Happy as he exits the lab.
“Let’s go camera shopping.”
——
“Boss, where do you even find the time for photography?” Happy asks as he begrudgingly follows Tony into the camera shop. Why was he always dragged into stuff he didn’t want to do? Better yet, since when did Tony like photography?
Tony rolls his eyes, not that Happy could see. “You wouldn’t get it. Now, which camera do you think is best?”
Happy gapes at the billionaire, looking to and from between Tony and the cameras on display. “How would I— Why would you think—”
“Oh, look at this… Leica S… Typ 007?” Tony sounds unsure— unusual, but not unexpected since this was something he wasn’t familiar with. “What? What does this mean?”
Based on what he knows, this camera is for Peter. Tony cares about him so much that he’d willingly go out to buy him stuff and risk himself running into paparazzi. Sighing in resignation, Happy glances through the specs and the prices of the cameras because Tony obviously wouldn’t and if he accidentally buys a $27k camera, then Peter will definitely freak out.
“Boss, look at the price,” Happy sighs again, “do you really think Peter would accept this?”
Tony almost had whiplash from how fast he turned his head to face Happy at the sound of Peter’s name. “How did you know I was getting this for the kid?”
Happy rolls his eyes, walking past the nervous saleswoman who had been staring at them with a wobbly smile for the entire time they’ve been at the store. He picks up a relatively light camera, something he knows Peter would like and shows it to Tony. The clueless billionaire takes the camera, inspecting it as if he knows everything about it and nods approvingly.
——
Tony isn’t going to lie. He’s a little excited and a little nervous— something completely new from what he usually feels when gifting. He did snoop around in his camera, after all.
Jumping a little when the doors to his lab open suddenly, Tony tightly clutches the box in his hands, forcing himself to face the sweet, sweet teenager and hopes he won’t get mad.
“Hello, Mr Stark!” Peter greets with a chirp in his voice, beaming at the billionaire. “So, I was thinking about some updates I want to do for the—”
Tony interrupts him before the kid can immerse him into his ideas as well. “Pete, I have something for you.”
Innocent, brown eyes bore into his and Tony offers him a nervous smile. He beckons Peter over with a wave of his hand and forces the wrapped box into small arms. The teen cocks his head to one side, looking at him in mild confusion and all Tony’s thinking is, ‘why is he so cute?’
He motions for him to open his very impromptu gift, uncharacteristically wringing his hands in anticipation. Peter gently undoes the tape holding the wrapping paper in place, unwrapping it diligently, unlike how it was wrapped.
“Mr— Mr Stark!” Peter splutters as soon as he sees the camera. “This— isn’t this too much? You already give me an allowance on top of my salary as an intern. I can’t—”
Tony grins, secretly happy that Peter isn’t angry with him for snooping around and discovering his secret. He frowns playfully, sitting on his hands so that the teen wouldn’t be able to force his gift back. “Well, your camera is an ancient relic, and we can’t have that in my very futuristic house, now can we? Besides, why didn’t you get a new one if you had the money?”
Peter smiles, a little forlorn, a little reminiscent. “Uncle Ben gave me that camera and I just never really thought of upgrading it.”
“Hey,” the billionaire holds back a wince at the mention of Ben, knowing it was a sensitive topic. “You can display the camera in your room, no need to get rid of it. Heck, I’ll even make a glass display box for it if you want.”
The teenager smiles again, this time a little brighter, happier. He hugs the camera to his chest, before shyly thanking Tony, as if the billionaire checked the price before paying for it.
A few weeks later, after Family Friday Night, Tony finds a printed picture of the whole family— Avengers and Non-Avengers alike— sleeping in the makeshift blanket fort, on his table. And if he encases it with a handmade frame, hanging it up where everybody can see, then it’s nobody’s business but his.

Plastic Action Figures
Today, action figures come in each shape and size, modeled in the wake of everything from animals to legendary animals to chronicled figures and everything in the middle. Action figures were conceived during the 1960s when the 12-inch GI Joe from Hasbro went ahead the scene. Hasbro shrewdly perceived that young men would dismiss dolls regardless of whether those as intense as Joe so they birthed the action figure to make the toy kid well disposed.
youtube
Comic books energized the following flood of plastic figurines in the mid 1970's. In spite of the fact that comic books had been around for quite a long time, in the 1950's and 1960's they increased wide popularity in the United States with top picks like Spiderman, The Flash, and The Fantastic Four. In the mid 1970's toy organizations followed the hero pattern by making models of famous characters from the funnies.
At the point when the primary Star Wars movies came out, plastic figurines in their resemblance were promptly popular. During the Star Wars furor, world occasions crawled into the toy business. The oil emergency restricted plastic flexibly (the fundamental material used to make plastic toys and figurines). Accordingly, plastic figures were made around 33% of the size the first GI Joe. Star Wars toys were just shy of four inches tall. This smaller than usual size didn't detract from their allure or accomplishment in the marketplace.
During the 1980s, plastic figurines were modeled after people from popular network shows of the time. The action figure industry was taking off. Another presentation during the 1980s were transforming figurines. These were famous to the point that they were trailed by a TV arrangement, The Transformers.
The business hit its top during the 1990s which has been esteemed the Golden Age. Enthusiasm for network shows, comic book characters, and Star Wars movies all prodded on the plastic figurine industry making characters from these distinctive media mediums exceptionally popular. In the 1990's, people that had played with figurines as a child were currently buying them as collectors in their adulthood. Rather than simply being toys, these models turned into a typical collectible thing.
Another huge spike in the plastic figurine market originated from the re-presentation of the Star Wars toys. Kids of the 70's had adult and purchased these newly delivered Star Wars figures as collectibles. The kids of the '90s hopped on the Star Wars temporary fad also and purchased newly delivered Star Wars character reproductions for play.
The internet was another significant advancement in the model toy market. It associated collector and seller worldwide and made the once far off figurines closer to each intrigued collector. After the 1990s, acquisition of action figures was on a declining way. When effective toy manufacturers had quit delivering new figurines and stores that had once obliged collectors and plastic figure lovers were vanishing.

Send Help: Addicted to Roleplay and Chipotle
Greetings from Earth! First time poster to this blog and stoked to meet some new partners. My name is Chris and I'm a male nurse (Yo, you're going to get some medically accurate roleplay) in his late twenties. I have a lovely wife and two stupidly handsome animals (Pictures of the animals available on request) but manage to maintain a pretty active roleplay life due to the fact that I work nights. The Basics: I tell everyone that I'm a professional. I try to reply 1-3 times a week and the length of posts depends on amount of characters in play. If I'm going to take longer, I always try to let you know. I'm willing to write male and female characters and focus on M/F as the male and F/F. M/M just isn't my thing, sorry y'all. My limits include pedophilia, rape, and animal abuse. Anything else can be discussed. I prefer e-mail for writing ([email protected]) but have Discord for plotting (NurseBatman#3674). If we get along really well, you can convince me into discord roleplay. The text limit just drives me nuts. I do use faceclaims pretty aggressively. Is there anything else? Central time zone?
Onto the roleplay stuff. I'll start with originals and then dive into fandoms. I put extra *s by the lines that I will literally lose my mind if you approach me about. Searching hard! -The Social Media Age****** A m/f line that I've given a little thought to, looking for someone to write a young woman that is pretty much making her living being an instagram model/fitness person, etc. I think the proper term is *Influencer*. Meets and starts dating a successful guy with no presence online, the two falling for each other but at odds over their differing attitudes towards the world. -This American Life Something set in the 1970s, focusing on a roadtrip. A group of teenagers leave their small town behind to head out west. I love this time period. Can be supernatural, supernatural lite (think Twin Peaks weirdness) or totally natural. -Stranger Things inspired A group of four to six friends enjoy their last summer together in a remote town as strangeness begins to unfurl. I'd be willing to set this in the present but think it would be way more fun in the 70s or 80s. I have an idea for one of the kids having lost a sibling in a strange way when they were young and possibly some sort of cult in town.
Fandoms!
-Star Wars**
I know Reylo is all the rage these days, as is Qi'Ra/Han. But, man ALIVE, I really want something focusing on the core four: Luke, Leia, Han, and, ya boy, Chewie. Something taking place in that three year gap between New Hope and Empire as they work among the rebellion. Strange new worlds, getting into scrapes, sharply running from the empire, avoiding Vader, bounty hunters, and all sorts of things. This time period is far from explored and we can really thrive in the galaxy. Primarily I want to focus on the budding relationship between Han and Leia and Luke's training, pre-Yoda. In a perfect world, I'd want to write Han and Chewie (If anyone thinks Chewie is just a NPC, get out my face) while my partner takes on Leia and Luke. I'd be willing to switch out Chewie for Luke if need be, I guess? We could also split up C3PO and R2. I also would enjoy writing a young Amilyn Holdo and a few other soldiers. Let's real build out the resistance and delve into the 'WARS' part of those big yellow letters that never get enough attention. On top of all of that, I also have an original love interest in mind for Luke if someone else plays him! She's a spitfire. Alternatively, I'd be down for writing something set in the clone wars. Perhaps two jedi that broke the order's relationship laws and then survived Order 66 together? -Preacher Seriously. Love this show, love this comic. Would happily write Jesse or Cassidy against Tulip. Just definitely looking for a Tulip -The Boys Would love to write Hughie against Starlight! Currently working my way through the season that just dropped. -Marvel -I will love you forever if you write an Elektra against my Daredevil. They are toxic and in love and I love it. Whether it be the comics or the Netflix series, I don't care. Someone please write me an Elektra. Netflix did a good job of portraying this one -Alternatively, I'd also be happy to write against a Black Widow, either with Daredevil. They were a mainstay OTP in the comics in the 90s and I'd love to write against Scarlet's Black Widow. -Has anyone seen the trailer for the neverendingly delayed New Mutants movie? I would love to write something based on that horror aspect of the mutant universe.* -I'd love to write an older MCU Peter Parker (like college) running across a MCU version of Black Cat. Or just a Spiderman roleplay in general. I've always wanted to write Peter but have never gotten the chance! I have a ton of ideas for this, plus faceclaims for a few of the villains. Would also be willing to play him against Zendaya's MJ, Spidergwen, or Silk (Deepcut)**************************** (I so badly want to write Peter) -One of the pairings that was done for a time in the comics was Star Lord against Kitty Pryde and it was actually a lot of fun. If anyone would want to do a MCU version of this, I would so *DOWN* to play Quill, Xmen hijinks a plenty in space -If you write Jessica Jones, I'd be willing to write almost anyone against her (NOT KILGRAVE). Just let me know. I'd be super down to write Luke Cage or maybe Matt Murdock. I do a mean John Constantine, which, let's face it, is a cross company illustration of the two most terrible people together -Hawkguys! I would love to either write Clint against Kate Bishop (This would be a slightly skewed MCU vibe) or Kate against America Chavez. I would really love to do either of these lines. Or a poly version if someone is willing! -I'd love to write Logan as an active member of the MCU Avengers, possibly as a partner in crime/wetworks/murder with Black Widow. Those two could cause some mayhem. -Honestly, any X-men relationship could be sold to me. Just try it. I would love to find a Kitty for Piotr, a Rogue for Remy, or almost anyone for Kurt.
-DC I'd love to write Batman against Catwoman, please. Or John Constantine against literally almost anyone -Hannibal I've been dying to do a sort of season 4 for a while now, focused on Clarice Starlings interaction with Will Graham and later Hannibal Lecter. Just need to find someone willing to create an original style Clarice. -Resident Evil I'd like to write Leon against Claire Redfield or Jill Valentine in an original outbreak or a new one. I know this is an old school fandom but I'm a diehard fan. -Star Trek Okay, so first up, I am not the most well versed Trekkie in the world. Never watched any of the TV shows but am a massive fan of the trio of rebooted films and would love to give Kirk or Bones a try against Uhura, Dr. Eve, or maybe a female Vulcan OC? Hit me with ideas! -The Matrix Another obscure fandom. Maybe just an original crew, set during the movies, after, or an AU where they're the only survivors of Zion? Im not sure but I could plot something out!
-Uncharted I'd love to write Chloe Frazier against Nadine Ross, continuing their adventures. I'm pretty wide open on what we can do with this one. RANDOM CRACK SHIPS! Caught in a Web: I would love to write an iteration (Daniel Craig or an original) of James Bond/007 against a non superhero version of Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow. Spy vs spy shenanigans as two people working for different governments. Totally impossibly but putting it just in case: Did anyone see all that Wonder Woman/Lara Croft art that was floating around the internet earlier this year? I would love to dive into that. I'd prefer to write Lara but I'm definitely not picky. If you made it this far, you're a hero and I owe you a beer. Hope to hear from some great writers! Let's create something *EPIC*

i have a lot of endgame feelings and no one to talk with them about until monday so...
i cried
a lot. I walked out of the theater, eyes red, fists full of tissues in my Winter Soldier sweatshirt, right into a group of Marvel fans waiting at the next theater and I could see them trying to figure out why I was crying so hard
I surprised myself crying as hard as I did.
There was so much that I predicted. But still things I predicted that I was surprised by
I’m not sure what I feel to be honest.
I don’t think I’m disappointed by Endgame per se, I think I’m mourning the what could have been and never was. I’m sad about decisions made in earlier films that led up to this point.
I’m sad that they fought so much, and didn’t spend time working together. I’m sad for all the years lost
I’m disappointed again about AOU. I’m sad that we never got a movie with the heroes just being straight up heroes, a team together. There were a few moments in this movie where they just worked together so well that it hurts my heart for all the moments we never got. All the missions where they were a team that we never got to see.
Going back to that first mission makes me want to cry. Steve fighting Steve. America’s ass. “bucky’s alive” my boy knows his weaknesses, and is vicious enough to use his own weaknesses on himself
They’re going to IMPROVISE... the macgyverite in me was screaming with no one to scream with
1970′s!
I’m pretty pissed that they fridged Natasha. I’m not surprised. When they talked about going after the soul stone, and then sent Nat and Clint I just... what if you go to retrieve the stone alone... who do you sacrifice? But ALSO, Natasha sacrificed herself right... so is there a loophole to this? Anyway, that’s when I started crying
I really loved the moment Tony, Steve and Thor arrive to take on Thanos. Damn, that was a moment. The world around them destroyed. They don’t know if it worked, they don’t know if they’re about to lose again, but they’re the Avengers. or what’s left of them. Damn. I’m getting teary eyed thinking about it
The close up of the hammer. And I KNEW. hot damn that was incredible. And Thor being like I knew it. And also the moment where Thor was like ‘no you take the little one’
The fight between the three of them and Thanos was... dang
Clint running from the wargs (I don’t know what they’re called in the MCU)
The shield is cut in half and Steve is still going to stand.
The moment when all hope is lost and SAM’s voice. Hecking yeah.
On your left. Hecking yeah
“Clint” give it to me. T’Challa is a badass
Spiderman. irondad. instant kill mode.
Something entered the upper atmosphere
The LADIES. “She has help”
Valkyrie on Pegasus
And of course that moment. even here, under a spoiler cut, I can’t say it. I half-predicted it. But I didn’t think they’d actually do it, y’know? I cried. Which surprised me. I mean, not really, because I’m a crier. I think I cried for what could have been, and for Pepper, Morgan and for everyone else left behind. It’s not really fair that Tony finally made peace, had a life and a family
It’s not fair that this is one of the few times the Avengers really came together as a team.
Thor and the Guardians, is that where we’re going with this?
I didn’t mention Nebula but she kicked ass and I love my blue cybernetic child and I will kill anyone who looks at her wrong. And I will play paper football with her all day
I also sort of predicted that Steve would go back in time and live to death
Also, Bucky told Sam to go talk with old man Steve, as if he knew exactly what was going to happen so I wonder if Steve visited Bucky as some point and told him what was going on. Did Steve and Peggy rescue Bucky? I can’t imagine Steve letting Bucky be tortured for decades and not doing something.
But also, doesn’t the super soldier serum delay aging?
IT’s a nice lead in to Falcon and the Winter Soldier
I’m sure I’ll have more thoughts
I’m not disappointed... i don’t think. I mean I am, but also we knew not everyone was making it out, and we knew contracts were up.
I think no matter what I would have this feeling of loss. This has been 11 years of my life. I got the first Iron Man movie for my 18th birthday (of course I slept through it the first few times I watched it... )
I’m sad, but we KNEW right? I mean, we knew people were dying. And we lost 3 Avengers and that’s a rough blow.
There are so many stories to explore yet but I can’t help be feel like I want to go back to the start, and see my Avengers living in avengers tower together and being happy. Why couldn’t we ever just have a movie where they were happy?
