*It was 1800, and in the countryside of England people were carrying out their day. The most people who were out were rich people enjoying the good things. Unbeknownst to them, a figure was walking around pick pocketing from them, from wallets to watches and even priceless jewels. It came to a restaurant where two rich men were enjoying lunch.* Man:”Ah what a fine meal.”
UPDATE: TYSM for the HUGE amount of love on this and since a few requested I do have prints of these! You can find them here: https://www.inprnt.com/gallery/unravy/ ❤

After the Chang Clan massacre, Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji think that there might be a shard of the Yin Iron hidden somewhere in the grim manor. As they search, they come across a restless spirit whose memories will be key in finding out just what happened exactly that dreadful night...
Aka: Wei Wuxian performs Empathy and relives the Chang massacre... through the eyes of a dog!
Rating: Mature. Warnings for violence and because this is basically Xue Yang’s idea of a fun time ^^U

Something was off.
“It doesn’t seem the same reaction…” said Wei Wuxian, frowning. “Did you notice? When the Yin iron reacted to another shard, in the Flower Manor, it felt different… Don’t you agree, Lan Zhan?”
“Mmn.”
“That’s what I thought. But then, what is it reacting to, now? Yin iron… Yin energy… resentful energy… Do you think, there might be a restless spirit lingering somewhere around here?”
Wei Wuxian squinted to try to see in the dark cellar. It didn’t make any sense. The Nie disciples had combed through the whole Chang Manor to gather all the corpses in the central courtyard, where the two daoshi had purified them to release their spirits. How could a ghost still remain in within those bloody walls? Unless it was one of the spirits that Xue Yang had summoned to attack the Chang clan…
“Ooh…” grinned Wei Wuxian, and a spark of mischievousness lit up his youthful face when he shared his thoughts with Lan Wangji. “Oh, but I like this idea. I like it! If we find that ghost, we can make him squeak! I really want to know how that little punk managed to sneak inside the manor and kill everyone. Let’s go!”
And down the stairs they went, one with unbridled enthusiasm, the other with ethereal elegance.
It’s only episode 1 and Sam already be on that Eye bullshit. He’s perfect prey for the Beholding and we know it. His, “but what is this, specifically?” “why?” “who started all of this?” the incessant questions, the need to know. Samama Khalid, I know what you are. 👁️
I love all the avatars who are like “the Eye is silly and I’m not afraid of it or it’s power” and then immediately go “but you’re a silly little man and just for that, I’m gonna tell you my entire life story.”
