I think the idea of the rouges all having normal jobs would be interesting and really funny
Imagine living in Gotham and you see a bunch of villains having regular CIVILIAN jobs and when you ask them about it they say that crime ain’t cheap and they have to pay rent
I could totally see Harvey getting back into practicing law, Jervis, Kirk, Victor, Harley, Ivy and Jonathan all being doctors, Ed would definitely be a true crime podcaster, Basil would still be doing acting, Waylon and Mary would probably work at a hotel together, Oswald would still have the Iceberg Lounge, I could see Selina being a pet sitter

Bones (materializing on the transporter platform after a diplomacy mission to secure medical supplies from a greedy regent): Hi.
Scotty: Oi, how'd it go?
Jim: Did you sweet-talk him??
Bones: What's the opposite of that?
Jim: Sour-yell.
Bones: Yeah. I did that.
