Hello, I've been reading your spideypool fics for a long time and it's been a year since you write one, I'm not sure if you get this kind of words enough but I still wanna say it, honestly jillian you're the best spideypool author I ever meet, I fall inlove with the way you write both peter and wade inside or outside their vigilante/anti-superhero identity.

The way you make their relationship and slowly building up their tension is so satisfying, I couldn't get enough and you set my fics standard high too, I can't find anyone that could capture their dynamic as good as you and I alwayd reread everything you write. If i could I would like to make them as physical books but I can't cuz money (and my parent would ask what kind of book is that and eh..) Anyway, I hope you're alright with your personal stuff and live is doing great for you. I miss you and your writing.

i've definitely been facing some writer's block in the last year, which is annoying and really frustrating at times. at the same time, my life has gotten a lot busier in a lot of really fun ways, like with new friends and hobbies and a relationship. i would love love love to get back to writing spideypool in the future! but at this point, it mostly feels like i have to wait for inspiration to strike. every time i sit down and force myself to try to write spideypool (or pretty much anything recently), i don't manage to get very far and just end up frustrating myself even more. so!!! here's hoping that the writing worm works its way back into my brain sometime soon. but in the meantime, i'm having a lot of fun and happiness and growth and love in my life :)

Pairing: Caregiver!Wade Wilson x Regressor! Peter Parker (Loosely Earth-616 Comics Based)

Synopsis: When Wade has to leave a Regressed Peter all by himself- the Spiderling gets a phone call that is too important not to answer! Chaos ensues as Peter messes with the person on the other end! Wade comes home to the aftermath!

Author's Notes: Back with more fluff and good feelings! I’m sick and this piece was a bit of a comfort for me since I’m feeling very yucky! I hope you guys enjoy all of Peter’s shenanigans!

“Come on! I just had this suit tailored!” The black and red clad Anti-Hero shouted at the men who attempted to slash and hack at him like he was some sort of cheap deli meat. It was his luck that they seemed to be really bad at their jobs! Who even hired these people? This was an unfortunate daily, or almost daily occurrence, and it grew a bit tiresome when they all couldn’t even be bothered to even aim properly. That was just how things went for Wade Wilson, though most of these guys only knew him as the one and only Deadpool. These men were supposed to be more efficient at their jobs and they could hardly make a dent on him! Which he supposed he should be thankful about, he needed this whole ordeal to be handled sooner rather than later. He really couldn't show up full of bullet holes or wounded. This was because back at the shared Wilson-Parker apartment was an unsupervised Peter Parker who was fully regressed. Wade never seemed to mind when Peter needed some time to be free from all of the responsibilities of Spider-Man, however his own duties had called and he was whisked away from his little spiderling. He cursed under his breath when he received the call, settling his Little on the couch with Legos and a bit of breakfast. That would have to keep Peter occupied until he was finished, it wouldn’t take him too long. Or he really hoped it wouldn't.

Back at the apartment, Peter had finished his breakfast quite quickly. If Wade had been there he would have scolded him about the possibilities of choking and terrible stomach-aches, however the man was nowhere to be found. This hardly bothered Peter, before he had Wade he had always regressed by himself. Both looking after himself and keeping himself occupied, he knew what he liked so it was never too difficult. This time he was focused on assembling the Legos that Wade bought him. Though it was technically an activity for Big Peter, Little Peter was smart enough to build the set without chewing on any of the miniature pieces included in the set. He snapped the little bricks together bit by bit, following each page of instructions as best as he was able. Some of it was sloppy with a few bricks misaligned here and there, but he certainly tried his very best. His eye would occasionally flicker upwards, idly watching whatever was playing as background noise, though most of his focus was on the Legos themselves. Last time he stopped paying attention it resulted in pinched fingers and too many tears, he did not want to repeat the same sort of mistake as last time. Though just as expected boredom eventually had seeped in, Peter was looking for something else to keep him occupied. First he tried watching cartoons, but they weren’t as fun without Wade making funny commentary. Then he tried to play with his web shooters, but it made a horrendously sticky mess that he attempted to hide in the trashcan and under the couch cushion. Wade would certainly lecture him on that later, but he was not here. What was left for a spiderling to do?

Though his thoughts became derailed at the sound of ringing, a ringtone that was certainly not his own. No. It was his Caregiver’s phone! Wade must have left it behind when he hurried out the door, a simple mistake. He toddled toward the sound, grasping the vibrating device in his hand. The number displayed was unknown, but that did not make Peter any less curious about who might be on the other end. His finger swiped the accept button, simultaneously pressing the speaker button so it was not blaring in his already sensitive ears. “Hello?” Though his voice came out rather childish, the other person on the phone either did not hear him at all or did not seem to care. “Wade, we know it’s you! Stop this nonsense and let our men go!” The man sounded panicked, almost startled. That must mean that his Caregiver was doing a good job! “Who’s Wade?” It is not like Peter was unaware of his Caregiver’s identity, but that’s not what he called him! Usually it was Daddy, Dada, Bub, Bubba, or something in a similar sense. The person on the other line paused for a moment before speaking, he seemed stunned. “Who is this?” The man’s voice was rough as he attempted to pry logical answers out of Peter. Though to him it was like a silly game! “Petey.” He answered back honestly, hearing a loud but exhausted sigh on the other end. “Okay Petey, go get Wade.”

“Nobody named Wade lives here.” The man on the other end was clearly losing his patience because his tone became a bit harsher. “Is there an adult I can speak to? Anybody beside yourself?” Peter thought for a brief moment before the lightbulb in his head seemed to light up. “Yeah my Daddy!” His voice sounded far more ecstatic when he announced that. To which by some coincidence, Wade himself walked through the door. Almost as if on cue, he was quite good at comedic timing. Peter made a silent gesture with his hands, wanting to be picked up despite the male’s disheveled appearance. To which Wade indulged as he scooped up Peter and the phone, awaiting the response from the other line. “Well tell me then, what’s your Daddy’s name?” To the man’s dismay he would again not receive a genuine answer as Peter proudly shouted “Daddy!”. The sound of the phone call ending echoed for a moment before Wade kissed Peter’s cheeks and nose. “Cheeky Spiderling! What did Daddy say about his phone? Also don’t think I missed the little webs everywhere. Such a naughty boy!” Wade’s chastisements were full of love and adoration, no anger or genuine distress. It just meant a couple of things: Peter needed a bath, He needed to vacuum up the webbing, The living room needed to be cleaned, and he had a certain someone to call back. Guess this was a lesson learned for the Caregiver after all. Don’t leave your spiderlings unattended, they may do some pretty crazy things while you’re away.

There are so many of these, even just on my phone and not even counting the ones on my pc. I'm so bad about this.

But here's one that's been in my phone's notes app since about 2019 (which I just said to myself was "like, two years ago,") which is about the last time I was reading Spiderman/Deadpool fanfic and felt like giving it a shot: it's a bit NSFW and it clearly implies the rest of a fic that I haven't actually managed to conceptualise or write. I will probably never write it.

I'll just... get it out of my system, Peter thinks, a little desperately, already knowing it is going to be a terrible idea.

He goes in with what—he assumes—are all eight metaphorical eyes wide open. He knows Deadpool will go for it, because he can't have had sex for, like, for free, in decades. Peter feels like a bad person for thinking about it like this, but he assumes Deadpool will be pathetically grateful, incredibly dangerous, and extremely bad in bed. His skin looks like it's just in the middle of sloughing right off. He screams at the fourth wall of reality and he'll probably cry when he ejaculates or something.

Despite Peter's own, baffling, full-body response to him, this isn't a guy who screams 'good in bed.'

The sex will... the sex will be bad. Peter knows this. He's counting on it, frankly. Once he's screwed him it will never, ever be appealing again and they can be friendly neighbours and (super)(anti)hero friends(?).

...Spoiler: the sex is not bad. For Peter, this is a catastrophe.

Deadpool is, as Peter's horny traitor brain has previously informed him, big. Big shoulders, long limbs and ropey muscles. Big feet. Big hands. Big—

"Oh yeah," mumbles Peter. He can feel his dick clean up his spine. It's painful. The burn makes it better, a long slow stretch as he works it in.

"Yyyeahhh, that's it, that's amazing, keep going," he says.

"Hmngh," says Deadpool into his shoulder. He's still wearing the mask, so he's still Deadpool, but it's crept up over his chin. His breath is humid, a hot rush down Peter's spine that makes him shiver.

Peter's mouth twists. His nipples bead up tightly.

Deadpool squeezes the dense muscle of his butt in one hand. That, too, feels good: his hands are strong and they just kind of engulf whatever body part they're currently clutching.

Peter groans into the stale mattress and squeezes his eyes shut and gives into really, really feeling every bit of the hard muscular weight of Deadpool on top of him. He's half ashamed of the noises he's making and also incredibly turned on to hear himself.

Unfortunately, the sex is unbelievably satisfying. It scratches an itch Peter isn't even aware of until it's getting scratched.

He comes away with jelly legs, a hoarse throat and a perfect imprint of Deadpool's teeth in his butt.

Yes, actually! And entirely out of spite! :D I used to be a hardcore Spideypool fan (I still am tbh just less core), and I once made a post about Spiderio that somehow drew Starker antis into my ask box?? Someone literally came to tell me how terrible it was and shame me for just mentioning it in my post, and before that moment I had had no interest AT ALL in Starker, it didn't do anything for me. But after that I made it my literal mission to post about it as much as possible, and now I'm more of a Starker fan than a Spideypool fan, so :D Thank that poor angry asshole for all my Starker fics ✨

13. Unpopular opinion about XXX character (Yoichi)?

He has the will and capacity to kill. He's a paragon of moral virtue but sometimes the moral thing to do is kill. BUT Yoichi also shares his brother's bloodlust, I believe this wholeheartedly. It just tends to be directly almost solely at his brother rather than the general populace :) He's in Izuku's ear like "Kill his ass, Ninth" and Izuku, full of similar bloodlust somewhere in between Yoichi's and AFO's, rabidly complies 🙏 He's just as insane as AFO just in a different way I believe this wholeheartedly.

you really did something with the superman!nace thing, he really suits it! (no pun intended)

for the others i think kris would be wonder woman, obviously. since no one has more badass sexy lesbian energy than him

bojan would make a good spiderman i think. an important part about spiderman in my opinion is that he is a lovable dumbass and bojan is very much that.

for jere, i'd kinda love him as a villain or anti-hero! maybe like catwoman? (i wouldn't say anything against seeing him in catwomans leather outfit 👀) AND i think the whole antihero/superhero dynamic would fit well with bojere and bojan as spiderman (see spiderman/deadpool)

for jure i'm honestly not sure but tbh i don't know a lot about superheroes and saying that this thing is getting kinda long.

ooooooh good question tennie! i was actually thinking about this a few days ago. i've had the privilege of writing a wip updated weekly for both, so this is my pov as a fic writer.

the spideypool fandom are love. i wrote the tangled web we weave and left a piece of my heart inside, and received such rigorous support, validation, and affection from my readers. it was my first time writing for that fandom, and all of the love really encouraged me to keep going- i doubt that ttwww would have been so long or even completed if it hadn't been for all of the encouragement. and i seriously cannot wait to write again for them. (am disgusted morally by the portrayal of peter parker as under 18 w wade being like 15+ years older than him, fortunately, i am never forced to interact with that content. filtration exists for a reason. i don't like it, so i don't read it.)

and now onto marauders fandom. mixed thoughts tbh. do you know those closed terrariums?? that's exactly what it reminds me of. i find it so fascinating and inspiring how a fandom was grown out of nothing, it truly is a fan-made medium through fics, its literally all fanfics of fanfics and its amazing. i think theyre a hard-to-win-over bunch, though, because i do get a lot less comments and kudos on my fic, sleeping with the enemy, even though i believe that my writing is much better in this one. but there are so many factors that go into fic interaction that i doubt it's a valid point. the tags are a bit disorganized, too, but like. that's whatever. i did make the mistake of scrolling through the anti jegulus tag on tumblr, and holy shit. never before was i so compelled to delete a fic. i get why people don't like the pairing; however, minding one's business is crucial. im just happy to be writing a succession-esque fic with what are basically original characters, considering their lack of rep in canon <3

Ugh I wish the people who made a fuss about shipping Tom Holland's spidey with Deadpool would at least shut the hell up when it's obvious that it's a different iteration.

My Peter Parker is always a mix of mainly comic and 90s cartoon spidey, plus Andrew's fashion and some people are even more overt in who they use as a reference, but there will still be annoying puritans all over the posts.
