Uncle Marv’s Old Fashioned Beef Bacon Company is Launching a Crowdfunding Campaign to Raise Funding for a Food Truck

[Miramar, FL] –  Uncle Marv’s Old Fashioned Beef Bacon Company is proud to announce the launch of its first-ever crowdfunding campaign this November, 2022, which will run on Kickstarter.com for 28 days.

The purpose of the Kickstarter campaign is to raise funds needed to complete the furnishing of a food truck that the company purchased earlier this year.  The company is hoping to raise a minimum of $15,000 to achieve their vision of having a mobile location from which to produce and sell their line of premium 100% all-beef bacon products.

British-Afghan, Sohail, has built a meat, veggie, and vegan halal menu which offers a variety of breakfast sandwiches. You’ve got the classic Wakey Wakey Eggs n Baccy, which is maple soaked beef bacon, Cheddar cheese, mixed leaves, and a face down fried free range Cornish egg. We also tried the Eastern Charm; a house made spiced lamb patty, fried egg, feta, mint, yoghurt, harissa butter, and mixed leaves. I loved that mix of the feta, mint, and yoghurt. Lastly, we had the Feeling Decadent; shredded confit duck, fried duck egg, caramelised onions, spring onions, and mixed leaves. Steak night! I picked up a couple prime filets from @eatschuchmannmeat on the way home. They were seasoned with @meatchurch Holy Cow and grilled on my @kamadojoe Junior at high heat using @grillgrates until they reached 125 internal. The steak is topped with @belgioiosocheese Blue Cheese crumbles and beef bacon. The steak is served with garlicky mashed potatoes topped with beef bacon & chives and green beans.
