New month, new journal pages! I finished out January with 14 books read - standouts were Georgie, All Along by @kateclayborn.author, What We Don’t Talk About When We Talk About Fat by @yrfatfriend, and The Birchbark House by Louise Erdrich (which had an outstanding audiobook production). I love how colorful my bookshelf turned out 💙 And onto February with these beautiful pinks inspired by @mochibujo February Patreon kit 💖💖💖 Hedda’s setup also inspired me to try waterfall tabs instead of my file-folder style tabs and I really love how it turned out. I might keep using these style tabs here on out 😻 All the washi tapes are from Notebook Therapy (Moonlit Blush, Winter Moonflower, and Vintage Rose 2) and some of the extra rose stickers are from The Washi Tape Shop. (Had a little trouble with the drop-shadows on playlist/habits so that turned into a colorblock 😹) I also added a new challenge spread to my collections journal - Blackathon hosted by Jesse @bowtiesandbooks is this month!! Team Oshun! APRIL SETUP 2022! 🪴

I had so much fun creating these spreads. This „picnic blanket style“ really was so satisfying to make and I always wanted to try it out☺️.

Lately I’m into stickers, so I ordered some beautiful ones on etsy and used up a few older ones. But most of them you see here are from @moehrenkunstshop

1️⃣&2️⃣As usual I put a calendar and a notes section on the first page, followed by my trusty brain dump page.

3️⃣Followed by a double page tracker. I went back to my go to tracker page to cover habits, health and mood

4️⃣A content planner! I don’t know, but I never really used one of these. I think this is my second content planner page I ever did and hopefully it will help organizing my thoughts and ideas in my head😅

5️⃣Yes. A spring cleaning page, which I definitely need😄 I came across the idea on Emilys (@plannedandplanted) lovely instagram and thought this could be really usefull.

6️⃣My weekly setup. Not much to say about this. I use this layout pretty often and created it for every week of the month ☺️

Hello Lovelies Today’s prompt in #Marchmeetthemaker is ‘start the day’. I am not the world’s most organised person that’s for sure, but I try and plan my days and weeks, setting myself goals. Not so much deadlines as once I give myself a deadline, I find I can’t do anything on that task until right up to the last minute. Not a useful trait, but one I know I have so I work around things by setting goals I’d like to achieve. Anyway, my morning begins with tea in bed, then walk the dog, followed by more tea and getting out my Bullet Journal and ideas book and making a bit of a plan for the day. And also checking for tasks that need doing so I don’t forget them. I really enjoy making books and if I could find the dot paper in the right size, I would make my BuJo, but instead I settle for covering it. I have used this lovely pink flowery material for my current one. I have staged these photos as you can probably guess as I have cleared away a bit of the mess. But to be honest it was really nice using a china cup and not being surrounded by clutter. I think I will keep it up, at least for a few days. So my plans for this week involve making a porcelain doll and continuing work on #the100dayproject, both of which are sculpting and no sewing involved. I am starting to feel the need to sew, so I have decided to make some Blythe clothes as well this week, while I am waiting on clay to dry and for a bit of gentle evening sewing. I have neglected my poor Blythes for too long. What are your plans for the week ahead? I hope you achieve all you aim for; I shall blow a little fairy dust your way to help.
