Pain into motherfucking Power

It took me a long time to find my courage. The courage to leave him. To restart my life. To find myself. To write this even. I took weeks (maybe months) of pacing and over thinking. You know, is it worth it? Should I really put myself through all of this? I found the answer to be a giant fucking YES!

I had to relive so many moments in my mind that dragged me back down into a deep, dark depression. I searched and questioned everything. Why did this happen to me? What did I do to deserve all this? Anxiety ripped me apart. Panic took my sleep from me. I didn’t eat. I was always so angry or upset to the point of tears. I couldn’t see it at the time but everything that happened was for a purpose. It wasn’t happening TO me but FOR me.

I know that the longer I dedicate myself to this, the deeper into my past I will have to go, and this is going to be some serious soul searching for me. Shadow work at its best.

But I am not here to complain, but to find myself. I’m not here to compare us in who suffered more? No. None of that here. I am not here to receive any negativity from you or anyone else. This is a safe space. I welcome love, strength, words of encouragement, etc.

This is for me to prove to myself that I can turn my pain into motherfucking power. This is for me to continue healing and to continue growing. This is for me- so that I may learn to forgive, not only my past and the ones who caused my pain, but to learn to forgive myself as well. This is for me to accept myself as I am. This is for me, to see my trials as lessons, so that I may learn from them and get ever closer to my greatest and highest self. This is for me to learn to love again, in every sense of the phrase.

I want this to also be for you, so that you may see that you, my love, are important and that you do matter and to never let anyone fucking else tell you otherwise. This is for you, to also dive within yourself and pull out your greatest potential. This is for you, to learn to never let anyone snuff the light you hold inside yourself, EVER. Sisters let it be okay to say this isn’t for me. Brothers let it be okay to walk away from what doesn’t serve your greatest good.

[DIVINE TIMING-The Divine brings things in the timing that we need. Nothing comes before we are prepared, nor leaves too early. May I always trust Your perfect and holy timing, dear Lord!]
