Alright so I can’t stop thinking of RVB Zero and how much potential it has so I wanna rework it a bit to work better.

So first I’m gonna talk about the new characters and what I’d change before breaking down the individual episodes for critique and suggested rewrites. At this point, I’ve only seen up to episode 4, Encounter. So spoilers till that ep.

West - Honestly great! He doesn’t have a ton of character, but what he has is solid. He works very well as the gruff, no-nonsense leader who’s a tiny bit of a dad.

Raymond - Also great! He’s the most classic RVB character, as he’s an underdog who’s not the best at fighting, but has a lot of heart. My fav new character, right next to Tiny.

One - I want to change her to 2nd in command and drop the whole “can’t work within a team” thing. Keep the confidence and slight rudeness, but drop all the lines referencing anti-teamwork. It hasn’t factored into the story so far, One has been successfully working as part of the team for all the episodes. This would make her dynamic with Axel more interesting, being in a higher position of power. Especially considering how her healthy relationship with her dad contrasts with East and West’s relationship. This would reinforce the tension with East, since One now has an actual position of power over her. Also, she should have the exact same powers as Zero, but maybe less powerful. This would help foreshadow that reveal, and help us understand how the enhancements work. While One is a bit of a shit, and thinks she knows best, she’s willing to take the fall when her ideas fail or get them in trouble.

Axel - Imma be honest: totally forgot he was One’s adopted dad until I rewatched the episodes prepping for this. You could drop it totally, as it gets a bit redundant with West and East’s relationship, but I think there’s more fun in working with it. Also, if One’s 2nd in command and Axel isn’t insecure about it at all? Instantly makes him a more likable guy. I also think he parallels to Wash very well (bit of a kid at heart, weapons guy, team dad, emotional heart) so we’re gonna expand on that too.

East - Her and One’s relationship is the driving force of conflict within the strike team. With the changes made to One, East can stay pretty much unchanged. Before they were too similar. Now, with One being abrasive but willing to work together, and East being more reserved and distant, they’re great foils for each other. Also she parallels early Carolina, which I love (speed is her ability, prefers working alone, competitive as hell, dad runs team)

Villains: On characterization, they’re all good! Villains are allowed to be a bit more shallow, and they all seem to have understandable motives for what they’re doing: Zero wants revenge and power, Phase wants revenge especially against West, and Diesel just seems like he’s having fun. I do want to change Zero’s power tho, with Phase already having a teleport with a cool gimmick, and Diesel having a strength/tank ability, Zero should have a unique ability. Maybe gravity because of the sword? It would allow him some cool movement tricks while still being visually distinct from Diesel and Phase’s abilities. Or something inspired by his “ghost” line from Duo.

EP 1: Viper

The Good: The introduction to the villains and their abilities was amazing. I love Phase’s knife and it’s honestly one of the coolest things I’ve seen in the show. And the intro to the Strike team? Hilarious. Great character work. You can tell that One and Axel are close, that Raymond is hesitant and new, East and One have a very competitive relationship, and West is the tough love dad.

The Bad: Don’t violate the 180 camera rule. The intro fight scene was cool, but the camera moved way too much and made it hard to keep track of everything happening. And with the new, shiny art style we need a bit more time to absorb what’s happening since the detail level went up. Also y’all healed Wash’s brain damage with a throwaway line, and then immediately fridged him? Not cool. I mean, if you wanted to show how tough the villains are, you already had them beat up Carolina.

Story Changes: - Zero gets name dropped this ep so we get a scene next ep where Axel recognizes his name. - Either replace Wash with a high ranking soldier and completely scrub him from the episode, or give a different reason why he can’t help, maybe exactly Carolina’s reason of “you’re recovering”. I’m not committing to totally removing Wash bc in Recovery Carolina’s line of “That I-that we thought was a medium risk asset” hints that Wash knew exactly what they were carrying and I’m excited to see where they take that. - Mainly I want scenes of Wash talking to Axel and expanding on his characterization as they are both Nice Boys Who Have Been Through It. - I also think a scene after we meet Strike where Axel asks Raymond “You like riding with East?” and Ray goes “You two stuck me with her on purpose!” and One goes “Yup!” all cheerfully. Just reinforce those team dynamics and friendships before it goes to shit!

EP 2: Recovery

The Good: The garage scene was perfect. Tiny is amazing, love her so much! And Axel got such great characterization during this ep. What a dork. West and Raymond also work super well together, their interactions are great.

The Bad:You know it’s a problem when the villains have a better dynamic than the heroes. The scene where Carolina explains all the strike member’s abilities and personalities? Bad. Also a little OOC for her. And redundant, since we also get Raymond asking West about East, and Axel’s explanation of the girls to Carolina.

Story Changes: - Have Axel, the emotional heart, waiting outside the recovery room for Carolina. Honestly, this isn’t that big, but I think it’d suit his character. - Carolina’s exposition is changed to solely history and abilities, no commenting on their personalities. Maybe East gets a little “has shown difficulty in working with others” but that’s it. The physical acting for these scenes really shines through, so let it stand alone. Even watching without sound, you can pick up that West is a no-nonsense leader, that Axel isn’t a flashy fighter but gets the job done, that East is fairly young and doesn’t take fighting seriously, and that One is willing to leave others behind if she thinks she can do it better. - For Carolina’s convo with One this ep about her “not willing to work on a team” either swap One with East or change it to “you need to listen to your team more. Don’t assume that you immediately now what’s best” - At the end of training, when Axel says “the guards were priority #1″ One should say “I knew you could handle it.” and Axel could respond with “Well, it’d be nice if you let me know that.” to show that One can work well as 2nd in command, but needs to communicate and stop assuming things. -Also should change Axel’s warning line about her enhancements to “Don’t push yourself. Remember what happened last time?” to enforce that this is a habit, and that while he cares about her, he’s not trying to boss her around as much. -Don’t reveal that East is West’s daughter until Raymond and West talk. That way, there’s a bit more emotional weight, and Ray’s line of “I was digging through the team files” makes more sense if Carolina doesn’t drop that info in the previous scene. - When Axel talks about the experiments East went through, he should mention that he was there for some of them. Dropping more foreshadowing for the Axel/Zero reveal! - Carolina drops Zero’s name in their convo, and we get a shot of Axel’s hand tightening on his weapon, showing the audience that the name means something to him, but we don’t know why.

EP 3: Duo

The Good: First 3rd of the ep? Really good. I love One being rude to Carolina, and then gaining a grudging respect. West and Raymond are, again, the best dynamic. How? I honestly have no idea. The car looks so stupid in the funniest way, I hate it but I love it. Also god yes Axel and Zero’s relationship is so wholesome and could be the best thing in this season. One’s warning call to the facility? The funniest shit. And Zero’s dialogue is hella cliched, but it works bc he’s obv such a dramatic bitch.

The Bad: HOLY HELL THE DIALOGUE. First, One and East’s fight? garbage. Very forced. Super hard to believe these two are real people. Carolina and West literally repeat the exact same line, less than 5 seconds apart. The dishwasher joke West makes does NOT at all work, it’s too tonally dissonant.

Story Changes: - Obv. need to change One and East’s convo. End it with “Without your power, you wouldn’t even be on this team!” East should storm off or almost attack One, requiring Axel to diffuse. - It’d also be really nice to get a line where One acknowledges that she went too far with that, but puts off apologizing to East. It’d be a nod that she’s good at reflecting and assessing, but too proud to actually take her words back. - I’d like to make Raymond more panicked when they find Wash. It’d help sell that he’s in bad shape and add more weight to “He’s got a heartbeat!” - Maybe re-work Phase and Zero’s conversation a bit. The dialogue is definitely not this season’s strong suit. - Pull Carolina’s “I’m just trying to help, East.” since it’s more impactful for East to storm off immediately and West says the line a couple seconds later. And change East’s dialogue to “You may be my CO, but don’t try to be my dad. Not after what you’ve done.” Or something similar. - For the dishwasher gag in the meeting, either pull it or double down. It’d work so much better if someone asks “Are you serious about this? Aren’t there more important things to discuss?” and West just deadpans. “This is of the upmost importance. If we can’t keep this base clean, how can we be expected to do anything else?!” and then Carolina clears her throat super loud and West goes “...Right. Rookie? Take it from here.” - Rework the “Carolina stay behind” dialogue. Even just a “Carolina. You’re still recovering. If you get hurt again, it’ll just be longer till you can take these bastards down. Keep an eye on Wash, will you?” I just couldn’t get behind the wording of “we need you here. With wash” It sounds like every cliched “woman must stay behind while the manly men save everyone!” Might be personal preference but just ew. - Add a scene where One notices Axel being a bit off (bc he’s worried about Zero being a part of the bad guy team) and she asks if he’s okay. He brushes her off, says its nothing. She goes “alright, i trust you.” - Maybe make the flashback a bit more apparent? There was a moment in the middle where I questioned whether or not it was a flashback. Again, could be a me problem.

EP 4: Encounter

The Good: The fight scenes continue to be absolute standouts. The varied environments, the movement, the dynamics on point. Wish we could’ve saw a bit more from Axel, but as is the scene worked well. The framing of the ep was good too, cutting between the mission and the fallout. And Ray, resident coward, immediately squaring up without a thought after West got injured? *chef’s kiss*. THAT is good character development. THAT is an amazing way to establish their relationship without telling us outright. Go feral, my boy! And Tiny and Raymond’s convo was so cute. I love how, despite what he says, Ray is there for his team and always willing to help. Carolina and One’s convo was also pretty decent. It got a bit long and over-explainy on Carolina’s end, but there were some pretty good moments.

The Bad: The fight after the mission failure was SO over-acted. Too much motion, to many camera angles. It changed what should have been tense arguments to hilarious melodrama. This has been a consistent problem, but it REALLY affects this scene in particular. And the second Axel enters the scene it just immediately goes downhill.

Story Changes: - Add a line from West in the beginning scene like “I’ll cut them off!” to explain why he isn’t in the car too. This also means it’s not as out-of-nowhere when West shows up to trash the car. - One should call out Axel instead of East. If she’s his daughter, she should be able to tell when he’s acting off. And she would have an easier time connecting the dots between Axel and Zero. - Instead of “I trusted you.” One should say “You lied to me.” 1) He’s her dad. One lie isn’t gonna break her total trust. 2) This would imply it’s the first time he’s lied to her, adding more weight to the whole situation 3) It’s way more accusatory and less cliched (if only a bit) - Add in a “One, wait!” bc I am a sucker for it and we could hear the guilt in his voice, rather than the weird scene where the girls make him spin around by bumping into him. - It’d also be nice if Ray stayed back for a bit before leaving, so we got a bit of his feelings on the matter. I mean, obviously he cares a lot about West, but does he blame Axel for not being there to help? It’d be nice to know!

TL;DR The best parts of the episodes are the fight scenes, and when they focus on the fun team dynamics. The worst parts are dialogue (mostly the serious bits) and over-animating, as this takes away from the drama.

I don’t mind the cheesy villains, but that may not be the case for everyone.

The best part of RVB has always been the rag-tag found family dynamics. While the fight scenes are cool, they have always been supplemental to the real meat of the show. The writers are trying something new with the whole “actual family” but you have got to focus on and develop these relationships if you want fans to care.

Mostly, I see a lot of potential in these characters, but there are GLARING issues in this season that are holding them back.

okay so there’s been plenty of things I wished had been done differently in wc throughout the years and I finally decided to plot out a rewrite thing because I apparently hate myself and this is fanfic #16478592 that got stuck in my head:

first read/reread all the books or at least a synopsis because I stopped reading before firestar died lol

mainly this rewrite is for tpb but I might continue on who knows (not me that’s for sure)

REWORK THE WARRIOR CODE,, like in universe because these cats will point out a dumb rule one book and then be accepting of it the next book ???

expand on all the various ceremonies and StarClan and The Dark Forest because they were cool concepts and now they’re kinda lame imo

add more explicitly lgbtqia+ AND disabled characters and make them make sense,, and stop fridging so many she-cats

okay so the basis of this au is that rusty comes to tc BEFORE he is 6 moons old and he’s guided by redtail because why wait until spottedleaf dies when it’s feasible he could have reached out from StarClan

idk who takes care of him while he has to stay in the nursery (maybe all of them ???) but he’s like 3 moons old lol he baby

sandstorm is a chimera from two embryos one who’s father is redtail and the other who’s father is runningwind (I’m fond of red/running/brindle (I just spent an hour quadruple checking that they weren’t any closer than 2nd cousins so if they are I must have missed it omg) for some reason and since this is a thing that can happen in cat populations I was like hmm sandstorm has 3 parents now)

surprise !!! redtail is a chimera too !!! except he only has 2 parents,, he just absorbed one of his siblings :3

chimerism can also cause male torties,, so guess what lol,, sol is a chimera tortie who’s infertile

longtail mentors firepaw !!! (because I think it would be interesting and funny,, but also bluestar does take over his mentoring after tigerclaw is banished due to tigerclaw and longtail being fairly close beforehand)

I am fucking with the timeline a Lot so if none of this makes sense time-wise rn I’ll fix it later lol

okay so I lied about this only being about tpb,, I have to include some things about my first super edition that I loved reading: firestar’s quest,, yeah it’s not great but it does have a special place in my heart

I’m sorry but firestar does Not make greystripe deputy after whitestorm passes in the tigerclan/lionclan battle

I’m not sure who exactly becomes deputy tho,, maybe longtail ??? I like longtail he’s a good boy,, if not him maybe someone else that most of the clan won’t openly object to like they did with fireheart

so firestar starts having his visions or seeing ghosts or what have you and like I probably won’t change him yelling at starclan because that was hilarious

(OKAY SO I JUST GALAXY-BRAINED MYSELF WITH SMUDGE JOINING THE CLANS FOR SOME REASON (not tc tho) OR MAYBE HE SIRES SOME KITS TO COMBAT THE IN*EST PROBLEM IN TC EARLY)

okay so greystripe isn’t deputy and this enables him to go with fire and sand because I think it would be interesting

I’m kinda thinking greyfiresand endgame (smoky glass 👀) but like as an open relationship because I kinda picture grey as this dumbass boy who falls in love with so many different cats (also idk if grey and sand are closely related so maybe they aren’t together if they are just greyfire and sandfire)

so if I want to keep cherrysharp a thing,, he Will Not be mentoring her whatsoever,, but I could just bring in another mentioned kittypet to be sharpclaw’s apprentice

actually I probably will do that just because I can lol

lowkey want hutch/shortwhisker to stay in the clan so that might happen idk yet

a Big Big change I’m making to firestar’s quest is that skywatcher is younger and his mother is still alive,, his mom take his role in the book (telling everyone about skyclan and dying of old age)

skywatcher is actually the age of a seasoned warrior (think whitestorm or lionheart in tpb),, he might get a different suffix as I might give the -watcher suffix to his momma

skywatcher actually saves rainfur in the battle with the rats (not for any particular reason I just thought it would be interesting,, some other character might die tho) although he still is heavily injured and so still causes the characters to fight harder

also sandstorm and graystripe would be cousins unless you change his mom since willowpelt and redtail are siblings!

runningwind, redtail, and brindleface are not related at all so don’t worry about that!

i’d go with either longboy as deputy OR goldenflower or frostfur they’d also be neat choices and they could happily retire and you can make a younger cat be the new deputy *cough* squirrelflight, sandstorm, or sorreltail *cough*

Downstairs

So, the living room: soft brown couches, tv against the wall, old oak coffee table, plant, bookshelf,

Kitchen: open plan, can see it from the living room, has like a few steps from living room to kitchen, marble counter tops, one of those big ovens, like the two-tier ones, double door fridge, dark oak cabinets, big island in the middle

Bathrooms: i have no real bathroom plans, maybe some plants, one of those showers where its like the floor to ceiling shower.

Library/ Study room: i need a study/library room because i have the attention span of a wooden spoon. Dark oak bookshelves, lined with text books, huge desk against one wall, dark light, plant

Upstairs

Music/ art room: i would need a general music/art/vibey room to trip out in, filled with tapestries and wall art, mattresses on floor, neon signs, vines from roof

Second library: you always need a second library,, this will be more an old literature library, dark oak, old books

Bedroom: my chill lace, lots of astronomy stuff, more books, very big, double bed

2nd bathroom: same bathroom

Outside

Front yard: Benches for people to sit and chill, place for a pool in the summer, halloween decorations all year round

Back yard: exactly like Zendayas in 73 questions for vouge, fruit trees, big pool, large wooden porch, hanging porch swing

FLOWER

(Part 1)

So i am retconning my JeonghanxJoshua omegaverse. Dont worry the setting is still the same just some setting and plot different

• On my Omegaverse. They only get to know their 2nd gender on their 18 birthday. But also will have late bloomer (like Jihoon seen in MingyuxJihoon )

• They were close ever since they met. Jeonghan was the one approached first and being really nice with Jisoo

• Occasionally teasing Jisoo by teaching him weird Korean making other people laughs at him (of course Jeonghan will properly apologise)

• The reason is also because Jeonghan likes it when Jisoo just innocently listens to him. Even though Hansol also teaches Jisoo Korean as well.

• Jisoo, after a while he got fond of Jeonghan, looks up at him actually. Jisoo appreciated Jeonghan's enthusiasms and effort to practise and sing. While Jeonghan dotes on Jisoo and proud of Jisoo being multilingual.

• Them being fond with each other, hugs, back hugs, hair ruffles, gazes. Of course is just Jeonghan being affectionate and Jisoo accepted it because he was brought up at western so he could tolerate it better.

• Jisoo would just follow Jeonghan anywhere lol. They find it funny too because its always happens naturally.

• Jisoo looks up at Jeonghan and Seungcheol even more when they find out they are Alphas.

• After Jeonghan got his suppressant injection. He is more calmer now. He helped the nurse to get Jisoo to infirmary. And later go check up Seungcheol with the others.

• The other boys are calmer too and they are worried about Jisoo too

• After confirmed Jisoo is now safe they went home. Apologised for scaring the other kids.

• The whole team now realised its not gonna be like before anymore. There will be more omegas and even betas. They need to work things out.

• Jeonghan speculated Jisoo's off character behaviour might be due to finding out himself is an omega.

This made me so happy you have no idea Moment: the first 20 minutes of DH2 where emily calls corvo father about 50000 times in a row i literally thought i was going to explode

Saddest Moment: i think the goodbye conversation you have with jessamine (as either protagonist) in dh2 is up there, but also all the little moments that shine a light on how shitty life is for the npcs - that guy dying on the corpse mountain in the flooded district level and that poor lady sokolov was experimenting on being told she’d get better when she was really dying. like, jesus, what a shitty world.

Favorite Location: w/o a doubt the area outside of lady boyle’s party because the clock tower is SO pretty. CLOSE SECOND is the dust district because what a cool and fascinating area and also corvo’s house is there

Soft Kiss | CollegeAU Chen Linong

Notes: So I used to write these scenarios things for other groups when I was like freaking 12 or 13 when I had the writing skill of a bad middle schooler and the relationship experience of nothing but really cliche romance animes. But now I’m 18 so let’s see how this goes lol. Also my first scenario writing in like 4 years pls go easy on me. Would very much appreciate feedback cause I’m not sure this is good or not asdfghjkl.

okay so i get nongnong is the soft shy boy but I think we can give him a lot more credit to think he'll take some initiative.

not saying boy would be full ‘in charge’ but I think he can really be confident in his feelings once he's confident in himself

SO i wrote this because there are too many ‘soft boy nongnong doesn’t know how to relationship’ or ‘too shy to tell you how he feels uwu’

welp im here to show a little more forward but still sweet nongnong

so buckle up cause i got real into this

okay, nongnong would probably fall in love with you from a far or being he's met you in group settings but never really had a one on one conversation with you

but he sees how cute your mannerism is when it comes to how you laugh with your friends or how you light up when you talk about something you're really passionate towards.

he notices these cute things about you just by watching

he's w h i p p e d

'h o w can someone be so cute???' he's probably thinking

you and him have mutual friends like zhangjing and yanjun

yanjun being nongnong's roommate and you having to study english with him that’s how you guys meet

yanjun introduces you guys

at first, yeah nongnong thinks you’re cute and all but doesn't have that big of an impression on you

but his interest peeks when you spend the day 'studying' with yanjun

and by ‘studying’ I mean you guys only studied for the first hour before ordering food and started playing video games

nongnong hears yelling from outside his bedroom and he walks in to you guys playing mario cart and eating pizza

"wow yanjun" he says with a hint of pain in his voice

you both stop to look at him

"you guys dare to play my mario cart and not invite me???"

so obviously nongnong joins in on the fun

and while you guys play he starts to see how you are, beside from your brief introductions

he realizes just how cute you are when you’re having fun

to your adorable reactions as you jump in your seat when you get hit with a shell or how antsy you get when yanjun dares to pass you into 1st place

in the end you constantly beat yanjun for first while he gets second and nongnong is just content with his stable 5th or 6th place because seeing your little victory dance and teasing of yanjun as you win everytime is enough for nongnong to feel like he's won

cause w o w he never knew he could come across someone as adorable as you

okay but that's just the surface of you guys path's crossing

you and zhangjing are best friends

but zhangjing and nongnong always get food before their history class so they can cram/get hw done last minute

zhangjing eats your food whenever he comes over your place

that damn freeloader

but you'll never actually stop him, rather you see opportunities for future food purchases from him.

so you're hungry as heck one day after class and you have no money

that's when you see your best friend rushing into one of the food places on campus

"hey zhangjing!!! buddy do you have any money on you :) "

"what why??"

"remember MY leftover pizza you ate in my fridge last weekend? :))))"

you pull out the receipts and he cant find an excuse so he reluctantly buys you food

you guys meet up with nongnong after and you recognize him

I mean how could you not

he wasn't that talkative but he was a sweetheart from what you remember

*cough* and not to mention was pretty cute *cough*

"oh hi y/n!"

nongnong lights up when he sees you

"you guys know each other??? dont you just stay inside all day, how do you know peo-”

you step on zhangjing foot hard enough so he can feel it but not hard enough for him to scream

and cue the explanation story of how you guys met to zhangjing

suprise zhangjing is good friends with yanjun too and grew up together

suprise suprise its a small world and you guys decide why not all of you hangout cause mutual friends?

the four of you then started to hangout

often had study sessions or more mario cart races as 4 people and you and nongnong got closer

nongnong, getting to know you fell in love with you even more and just really loved being around with you even tho you guys never spent time alone.

time was always spent together with either yanjun or zhangjing and he doesnt think he has any courage to even be in the same room with you alone

yanjun and zhangjing have figured out nongnong's painful obvious crush and try to help him out

zhangjing as your best friend definitely approves of nongnong cause at least he's a good kid unlike the flirt yanjun is

but anyway yanjan and zhangjing have enough of pinning nongnong and tell him he should just confess or you and his relationship will never change

he knows but he's scared

he's never dated let alone have his first kiss

he thinks its sad cause he's in college but relationships were never something he really sought out till he meet you

he never had his heart quicken so fast for someone, feel his stomach in constant knots or felt lost for words like this until he meet you

you caused all these bubbly feelings in him and he couldn't stand it, he had to tell you

nongnong decides to ask you to come over and hangout that weekend

yanjun gets kicked out but its okay cause him and zhangjing decide to hangout and spam nongnong cause they want all the updates

“yo 10 bucks he kisses her” zhangjing says while they wait for nongnong to text back

“pfft he won't do it”

“wow, doubting our nongnong”

“yeah I'm not even sure he'll go through with telling her”

“oh, if you're so sure how about raising the stakes and buy me whatever meal i want if im right”

”you’re on”

little does yanjun know, zhangjing is your best friend and he knows you

so you actually have a thing for nongnong too you’re just better at hiding it

like nongnong, you fell from the little interactions and observations

you thought it was endearing to see him always try and lighten up the mood when someone was down

or how he'd remember little things like yanjun and zhanjings favorite foods or drinks so he could get some for them when they seem to be down, eventually even doing this for you too

he gave you thoughtful advice and help when you needed it from someone besides your best friend

overall he was someone you wanted to depend on and fell for each and every time you saw him

when he asked you to hang out alone you're shocked

‘h o l y c r a p I've never hung out with him alone what do I do???’

you're a nervous mess but you don't want to pass up this opportunity

so you say yes

that weekend you get to his dorm and at first its very awkward

but nongnong tries super hard to lighten the mood by telling you funny stories about yanjun or doing silly things

you guys break out in laughter after listening to nongnong's story about how yanjun got a girls number only to give him a Chinese take out number and when he asked again about the ‘wrong number’ she gave him a different take out place

“I can't believe he asked again after she gave him a fake number the first time!” you laugh

“you gotta admit though it's clever she had another take out number on hand for the 2nd time”

you two are a mess of giggles and have closed the space there was previously between you 2 on the couch when you first got there

you didn't know when the two of you got so close but you and nongnong had your legs and arms brushed up against each other

every so often you would lean into nongnong's shoulders while you were in your laughing fits

and nongnong took notice to the distant and could literally feel his heart popping out of his chest

you obviously noticed the distance as well cause oh boy his smile from this close and his laugh humming in your ears made it feel like you were gonna die from how much it filled you up with this warm feeling

up close you notice little things like the cute mole right below his nose or the sweet but minty scent that probably comes from his shampoo or cologne

you both kinda come to a calm and eventually stop laughing

your eyes meet and that's when the heat rises into your cheeks and the butterflies in your stomach run loose cause his gaze into your eyes is so gentle looking

“hey y/n”

you die a little inside cause you've never heard him ever call out your name so softly like that

its timid and delivered sweetly like it was something fragile on the tip of his tongue but had a hint of fearfulness to it.

“y-yes” catching you off guard

he catches his breath

“I like you”

you kinda look at his serious expression and you're a little too shocked to say anything

nongnong sees the shock in your face and starts to panic

“oh god um- I didnt mean to scare you or anything but i just couldn't wait any longer to tell you cause you looked so cute so i just had to tell you- but it was so abrupt what was I thinking, you don't have to answer or a matter of fact you can just pretend this didnt happen if you wan-”

“I like you too!”

his panic halts and you see the visible red as his face heats up

“you do????”

“yes, I've actually liked you for awhile now”

cue nongnong's redness to increase tenfold and he breaks into that signature smile

“so does that mean if i asked you to be my girlfriend you'll say yes???”

you giggle out a ”mhm”

and he's so happy he pulls you into a hug and you both break out into giggles

f i n a l l y he could hold the big cutie that you were and call you his

nongnong holds you for quite some time while telling you how cute you are and goes on to list what makes you adorable

“the way your voice perks up with you get nervous or the way your giggle sounds so cuteeee” he goes on and you're heavily embarrassed

“nongnongggg please noooo” you're blushing so hard from the compliments you might actually die

he then lets you go and stops with the listing before he brings a hand to your cheek.

he runs circles with his thumb against your cheek and smiled ever so brightly

“im sorry its just- I've fallen so hard for someone as precious as you.”

man you're seriously gonna die from the sweetness of this boy

you then proceed to spend the rest of the night talking about when you started to like each other and finding that personalness you guys missed out on cause you never got the chance to hangout alone until today

later when you get ready to leave for the night nongnong stops you outside his door

“wait y/n before you go, can I hold you for a bit?”

u m y e s

but in reality you just nod yes shyly before he pulls you into a hug where his big frame just sallows you up

hes so warm and sweet smelling when your face kinda presses into his chest

it’s the sheer definition of comfort and warmth and you never want to leave

once he lets go you wince a little cause the pleasant feeling of his embrace disappears

but before he entirely pulls away he plants a little kiss on your forehead

“goodnight y/n”

you say the same and you walk off literally stumbling and disoriented cause he's so precious your heart cannot comprehend it, you’re soft from this precious boy

nongnong probably texts yanjun and zhangjing in a group chat later that night

’guys i did it! I told her and now we're dating!!!’

zhangjing: ‘okay cool but did you kiss her???’

linong: ‘on her forehead i did’

zhanjing: ‘IT COUNTS, I CALLED IT’

yanjun: ‘FUCK'

yanjun’s wallet is then screwed

anyway after all this your relationship takes off

it starts out a little awkward but you guys start to adjust in time

Nongnong is constantly shy as heck when it comes to pda and holding your hand and thats all he can handle in front of other people

he can barely do that tho when yanjun and zhangjing constantly tease

but even though he's not blatant with his affection in public he’s still someone who tries to give subtle touches

to quick back rubs if you're walking side by side to when your arm rest on tables while you study he’ll lightly squeezes them while you work

he's tends to have trouble knowing what right words to say if you're upset or mad but is a great listener

he doesn't tend to get upset as easily as you would but when he does its a pretty big deal to you

he tries his best to not let any of his ill emotion get to him or let it out on you

and he tells you how he feels but often is really reluctant to talk unless you give him lots of convincing

he even likes to put on a smile for you like he's okay but you can tell he's not

he lets it build up so when he spills to you his feelings he tends to cry and holds on to you like his life depends on it

It’s hard for him to always keep a happy face so he really values these times

your touch and warmth calms him down when he breaks down like that

his affection maybe hard to convey in public but he lives for your embrace when it's just you 2

at first he always asked if it was okay to hug you or hold your hand

he wants to make sure you're comfortable

but you guys get to the point where he doesn't have to ask but naturally he just intertwines your fingers with his or cuddles up to you when you'd be sitting on the couch or his bed alone together

now kissing is a different story

at first he could only give you kisses on the forehead or your temple

progressively he started getting bolder sneaking pecks on the cheek or even lips (he apologized probably the first time he randomly kissed you on the lips but you gave him a quick kiss back and he died)

he constantly gives soft pecks because long kisses aren't something you have done yet

until one day

you're sitting on his couch watching a show when he nudges you a bit

you look at him and he moves in to plant small kisses on your forehead, to your nose your cheek and then softly your lips

doing this makes you giggle and he loves it to bits

Nongnong is gentle with kisses

kissing you so delicately like you'll break under his touch

he plants a soft kiss on your lips doing it again and again and again before the soft but fleeting kisses stop and he just doesn't pull away while kissing

he keeps his position and presses his lips onto yours just as delicately but it's far more passionate then the quick kisses from before

you're a little shocked cause you wouldn't expect him to kiss you like this but nevertheless it didn't stop you from kissing back

he presses into your lips slowly and tenderly while bringing his hands up to cup your face

the kiss is long but never rough just soft and sweet

you pull away and he's dazed before he can really comprehend what he did

“oh.” slips your mouth

“oh?”

“that was uh…”

“was it bad?”

“no it was good, um really good”

he lights up

long soft kisses are now your new killer

especially when you’re caught off guard he tends to do them the most

He usually doesn’t try to get you flustered but he wants to do it once in a while

so he loves how flustered they get you because of the kisses and definitely plans on doing them more

so ultimately this boy is definitely gonna be the death of you

i'm one fourth into fall break and it's been hell of a ride. i had my birthday at the beginning of the break and i spent it with a rly old friend of mine (from 2nd grade) which i'm super happy about that we're still friends after all this time.

our house is in a very apparent state of chaos rn (two kids who're sorting thru all their stuff + a broken fridge door + me not having a desk atm + my brother spreading all of his computer parts everywhere bc he's building a PC for me) which is strange and kinda stressful and i've noticed that the last few days have been more stressful than school even, since i'm so much more tired in the evening even tho i get up a bit later.

currently the parents are on holiday and they'll stay there for another 3 days so me and my brother are home alone. earlier we just kinda talked and it felt really good since we never really had that much contact with each other even during childhood and it's so good to realize that he feels pretty much the same about our parents and society.

i haven't been as close to relapsing as last week which is good and i've tried talking to that one friend who made the hurtful comment but he hasn't responded so idk if he doesn't care or doesn't know what to say (whatsapp says he at least read/saw the messages)

i've also met up with a close friend of mine who's in a kind of similar situation as i am, parent-wise and she's just really nice to hang out with.

tl;dr: things are looking better rn, there's a bit of chaos around but i got a break from school /and/ my parents and me and my brother agree on stuff which is cool

APPEARANCE:

 I am 5'7" or taller | I’M 5'4" HAHA

 I wear glasses | I’m supposed to wear them but i dont

 I have at least one tattoo | I’m a scaredy cat.

 I have at least one piercing | I have four, all on my ears haha

 I have blonde hair

 I have dark brown eyes | At least people have told me that I do have very dark brown eyes

 I have short hair

 My abs are at least somewhat defined | I have one defined blob that is my stomach

PERSONALITY:

 I love meeting new people | Kind of but not really. Too much social interactions tire me out.

 People tell me that I’m funny | Most of the time idk why they find what I say funny. Maybe its the sarcasm? Idk i kinda say stuff with a straight face when I’m sarcastic

 Helping others with their problems is a big priority for me | It depends. Its not a BIG priority but I would if the person was someone important to me
