My personal workout routine.

I do twenty of each of the 100 day challenge pose every day.

I do one round of the beginners poses too.

As well as that, I do 100 of a simple movement of my choice.

Before I go to sleep, I do one round of the better sleep poses.

I also do a ten minute relaxation.
