The Snape fandom and Marauders fandom shouldn't be so divided. 😭 I like all five of them as nuanced, complicated characters and wish that more fanfics equally depicted them all with their flaws and fleshed out their humanity and positive traits too. Severus Snape, Sirius Black, James Potter, Peter Pettigrew, and Remus Lupin are all such complex characters!

I'm also a Ron and Draco fan too lol. I wish I could find a good time-travel fic with all of my faves!

Someone give me some good Marauders Era fanfic recs without any character bashing please! I'm open to all ships! 🥰 My top fave Marauders ships are Blackkinnon, Siritunia, Snetunia, Snack, and PetPet <3 Jily is awesome too, of course!

When Harry is about to give the finishing blow to Tom.

Tom : *approaching the seething angered Harry*Waaait wait-wait, wait! Hold on a second!

Abraxas Malfoy :*confused, then severe*Uh, My Lord? What are you doin'?

Tom: *theatrically, down on one knee, proposal-style* Harry Potter ... would you do me the honor of becoming... my husband?

Harry : I don't think so!

The Death Eaters are dumbfounded along with the rest of the Slytherins and Dumbledore...and audience;

Abraxas gulps, his mouth falling wide open.

Harry pauses for a beat before responding.

Broadway farce-style music begins, the dialogue falling into the music's pattern rhythm

Cut back to Abraxas, who is still frozen with shock, mouth wide open

Tom*milking it* Harry !, please!I know what you're thinking: "We're too different." "It'll never work." "What will the children look like?"

Harry: *disgusted*Ooh, that violates so many laws of nature!

Hades : *backing up against the wall* Listen to me! The problems of a couple of wacky kids like us don't amount to a hill of termites in this nutty circle-of-life thing. And so I ask you: If not now, when? If not me, who? *miserably; pleading*I'm lonely!

Orion:*tapping him on the shoulder; sniffling, putting the best face on his shattered emotions* Can I be your best man?

Walburga: I say we skip the wedding and go straight to the buffet!*Wanting you to whoop his ass even MORE*

Preview of my next WIP

So this is a time travel fix-it fic set in the ‘79 and onward. I don’t know if there’s a romance and yet and if there is I don’t know with who. It could be Remus or Sirius or maybe Severus or Regulus. I don’t know. I’ll let my readers decide that maybe.

But anyway here is a snippet of Chapter One.

His parents were outside smiling at the children as they came up to them with their candy buckets and wearing costumes. His mother was crouched down at a toddler girl, her smile making her green eyes crinkle as she let her pick out which candy she wanted.

They weren’t alone though. Sirius and Remus were stood nearby, their own buckets getting emptied by eager children. Harry could make out a more human Peter with his own bucket as he handed a few older children candy.

He didn’t know how long he stood there just taking them all in, their smiles and laughter floating towards him as kids came and went from their group. Then the air shifted around him and he knew he wasn’t alone anymore.

“Why am I here?” Harry asked the silent figure standing behind him.

“I have an offer for you.” The voice caressed his skin in a dark and tempting, almost seductive way only Death could accomplish.

“What’s the offer.”

“Not everyone has a purpose in life, the only thing only they can do for fate, a destiny only they can accomplish. The ones that do often do it in their later years, but you and yours parents however, happened so young...so early in life. They were to give birth to you and you were to defeat Voldemort.”

“I already know my destiny.” Harry said turning away from the view of his parents to look at the shadowy figure of a man, “Why am I here?”

“I have an offer.” Death repeated to him. Harry rolled his eyes, he swore Death spoke in more riddles than Dumblefore.

“”So you told me.”

“If you choose to stay their fate will change. No longer will they need to perish in 12 short months. If you choose to stay your grandparents will live to meet their grandson. Grandchildren. If you choose to stay-”

“Yes.”

‘I haven’t finished.” Harry turned to the laughing grou across the street and shook his head.

“I don’t care. I accept.”

“You will never return to your regular time. There will be two of you, raised completely different yes, but two of you none the less. He will look at you and know. He will know of your sacrificesm of your battles, of your past. He will look at you and he will know what could have been.”

Again Harry shook his head.

“I don’t care.”

“Then grab my arm, there are a few people we need to speak to.”

Harry didn’t bother asking about the muggles, he knew they could see them. He grabbed the entity’s arm and a cloud of black smoke surrounded them that only they could see. They appeared a second later in an offfice Harry was familiar with.

Dumbledore was stood at the window in his office staring out of it when the smoke disappeared. Harry soaked in the sigh of him too, took in his atrious robe chose and felt a smile tugging at his lips. The one in many months he was sure of it.

“Can he see us?” Harry asked, but he got a response before he had finished speaking. The Headmaster spun around, his wand in his hand in a second until his eyes found Harry.

“Clearly.” Death said standing behind Harry. Dumbledore’s eyes widen just a fractino as he stared at the figure, “Hello Old Seeker.”

“Perhaps it’s best you let me talk to him. Considering I’m the only one alive.”

“If you call what you were doing living then by all means. You are my Master. I do as you please.”

“If that were true you’d stop appearing whenever you disagree with my life choices.” Harry felt the shrug more than he saw it, with that Harry truned to his old Headmaster who now looked more amused than alarmed.

“You found all the Hollows?”

“More like they found me. Unfortunately now he won’t leave me alone.” Harry said

“You are the favorite of my previous and future masters.” Death said as he glided to a shelf, amusement flittered across his auro as a few trinkets started moving rapidly at his presence, “Pretty.”

I make all the family tree and fixed away to make Harry be Tom’ cousin and a Potter to: Basically Marvolo Gaunt has a sibling who was a squib, so banish of the family, then this brother has a son, that has a daughter, thaat has a affair with Charlus Potter’ Father, sooo Harry is born as a Gaunt, have magic, is half brother of Charlus and cousin of Tom. and them he lost his memory, the muggles can’t find his family, he is send to the Orphanage, and meets a thirteen years old Tom Riddle, get closer and becomes his old brother (in this plot Harry have fifteen)

I could not let go of my pen until I finished this.

Not kidding. Pulled an all nighter bc inspiration stuck on me like a leech and I didn't want it to run out while I was procrastinating. Had to keep that momentum going.

It usually takes me ages to finish bc I feel compelled to render my art but I stuck with a normal sketch for this one.

Also had help from a 3D pose app bc I realized yet again how hopeless I am without reference. My wrist ached when I finished fr. I am genuinely proud of this one though and can't stop looking at it 🙈 The look Harry has when staring at Tom and just the overall picture of Tom leaning over Harry makes me want to giggle into my pillow.

Time travel AU where Harry meets young Tom. They've first met at the masked ball, so Tom didn't see Harry's face in details. The thing he remembered though were that big emerald eyes - bright and full of stories. The ball ends. Some time after Tom comes across some unremarkable boy at Hogwarts. Nothing special, he thinks. But something seemed a bit too famial about the stranger, he just couldn't place a finger upon it.

Tomarry AU time travel but with a twist

— where Tom and Harry are best friends but Harry ends up falling for Tom — and Tom? He rejects him. Because Tom isn't ready. Because he thinks relationships are a waste of time — and believes what he and Harry has is better. And, Harry? Though hurt, accepts his answer. Though there is some residual awkwardness — they go back to being friends.

But— now, Tom is more aware of Harry. Now, that he knows Harry is okay with having a romantic relationship with him, he starts noticing things that he hasn't before. He starts thinking about Harry more than he did before (which basically means he thought about him every second now, back then it was one thought per ten seconds but anyways—) and having realizations about himself that he has been ignoring before due to always thinking about the future. After all he is a busy man with a grand plan — he was just too busy to have time for something mundane like introspection, am I right?

Unfortunately, though before Tom could do something about his emotions derailing his plans — Harry dies. For him. To save him

Tom being Tom, through his all consuming grief and regrets — breaks time conventions to save Harry and ends up travelling back on the day Harry came to Hogwarts. And as Tom tries to make amends for his mistakes by trying to befriend Harry, who is the new transfer student earlier than before, he realizes how strange Harry used to be.

How he would act skittish around Tom or glare at him with so much hatred that would make him stumble. Because Harry never did that, or did he? That didn't matter though, because Tom would win him over anyways — because he is the one whom Harry loves loved. So, he is one who would end up winning him anyways — not Black or Longbottom for that matter.

So this au is basically time travelling harry and time travelling tom but both of them from different points of time, trying to do their best — trying to save the world (for Tom, it's Harry and is that my way of implying Harry was his world? Yes.)
