#everything about Connor and Logan fascinates me #like I think in some ways they have an OK relationship?#like...not good but it's...fine? like it's livable for everybody #the idea that Connor gets called upon though for weird little tasks makes perfect sense to me #there's also something different in this relationship for Logan whereby Connor can never really “threaten” Logan the way the golden trio ca #like because Connor isn't even a candidate for CEO there's some distance in the relationship that's free from the kind of mortality scares #which he has with the others - like the closer they come to taking over the closer he is to being pushed out or dying #their rise is a threat to his vitality - and that isn't the case with Connor so it can be chiller relationship in some ways #does that make sense?#feel free to ignore if not haha #connor roy #hbo succession #cast interviews #succession #alan ruck

2019 Misha and Jensen panel: if Supernatural were on HBO.

Misha: if spn was on HBO Dean and Cas would be having sex.

TLOU game 2020: letter from a "Jensen" about "Misha" found in the game along with their bodies. A game mod confirms it's actually jenmish as they were a destiel fan.

TLOU tv show: uses a letter from a side minor character and creates a full love story that parallels Dean and Cas and has two older men being a loving couple on HBO.

I don’t think Riley gave a god damn about the Fireflies. She loved Ellie, she wanted to protect Ellie. She wanted her to leave with her, and she thought she was capable enough to do it because she had those bombs and a gun and her heart on her sleeve. She was just a kid and so was Ellie. But loving someone as a kid makes you feel like that.

And Riley has no idea she didn’t end up killing the girl she loved enough to literally betray everything.

Anyway SPN was too cowardly to actually show it but in HBO SPN we actually have to watch Sam drain and drink the NICU nurse. For like an entire episode probably.

in “hbo” spn… theres more emphasis put on jess being sams soulmate. more background to their relationship. more flashbacks and visions from sam.

they were *almost* the perfect couple.

sam and jess are paralleled with dean and cas more.

sam becomes suicidal after jess dies. just like dean does after cas dies.

the difference is sam gets over it because hes more emotionally stable than dean (weirdly enough…)

dean never really moves on. sam can.

of course cas always comes back. jess doesn’t…

LOVE that The Winchesters brought some closure and happiness to Deans character but HATE that I got baited.

*this is my first official Fandom bait and I am not ok!! I left the Fandom for a while and came back to it like 1.5 years after the finale so, did not experience this live

*****you could say cas was not there because this is before Jack rescues him from Superhell, like, Dean meddling caused Jack to see that its ok to intervene somewhat so he and Dean rescued him (how else does Jack get Cas out when the empty is supposed to be better than everything).

******but, on a meta level, they (producers etc) could have done better, like they all played into destiel, put that Screencap in the trailer...like they did that on purpose.

jensen should simply make an in universe supernatural movie (and not tell jared lmfao) where he and god jack or whatever he is go and rescue cas from the empty to be in heaven and they make out. for science. he raises him from perdition, it comes full circle. it’s poetic. it’s exactly what dean would do.

Spn where it's really shown how Castiel is not human

Cas choosing not to come to the Winchesters prayers when he was mad at them

Killing animals he found that were sick and/or dying, thinking that it was "best" for them

Not understanding empathy or social cues at all, but not in the 'funny quirky way'. in the way of him being horribly insensitive and rude

Cas never stopping thinking of Sam as an abomination due to the demon blood he can always smell running through Sam's veins

Cas once calling Sam a "half-blood demon" when introducing Sam and Dean to another angel

Killing demons ruthlessly, not even trying to spare vessels because all he can see is the smoke and evil of the demon and he forgets that there may be a human inside crying for help

He doesn't breathe or blink, and will sit perfectly still staring into nothing (which is very creepy)

Bringing up both Sam and Dean's horrible trauma without thinking or even really caring about how much it might affect them (ex: the Cage and Lucifer, Hell and Alistair)

Talking with pride about the thousands of beings he has slaughtered in past wars he had been in hundreds/ thousands of years ago

The way hbo tlou can take a single character and his note from a game and give us a whole poignant love story between Bill and Frank that rivals any film.

But spn couldn't let 12 years of chemistry, longing, and an 'i love you' result in the angel and his hunter being together; making out every day in their little farmhouse.

Obsessed with how the show made it so unquestionable that Joel had no reason to kill Jerry Anderson/The Surgeon. Out of everyone in the room he had that gun pointed at, he chose to end Jerry. It was a split second, almost instinctual action that was made to get Ellie safe in his arms faster. Jerry was in his way and Joel wasn’t talking things out with anyone (re: Joel shooting the Firefly who was surrendering just a minute before this and Marlene a minute after).

His state of mind was clear: Defy me and you’re dead.

But he let the nurses live after simply telling them what to do (they had to safely extract the needle from Ellie’s arm and Joel knew they were the only ones in the room trained to do that). With a mere second more Joel could have probably made Jerry do the same, he was unarmed and less than dangerous. What was Jerry feasibly going to do about it? Nothing. Joel knew this. He knew it in the moment too; but it didn’t matter.

Everything that happened from there on out would be Joel’s fault alone. No ambiguity, no blurred lines. He sealed his fate.
