I like House MD, I think it’s a silly show and the characters are fun, and episodes are interesting, but more importantly I like the episodes that go outside of the typical formula of the show.

Specifically I like S4 E2, where we start with 20 (or 40) brand new characters that we have never met. While we weed those characters down throughout the episode, every character gets characterization, good characterization. There were characters that were fired but we knew the characters. We learned which ones have morals, which ones were willing to cut, steal, and cheat just to work with house. We learned about these characters in a way that Eternals could not dream of. Let’s face it, this show did more for its characters in 40 minutes then that movie did in 2 and a half hours

Honestly I just love to see good writing happening in front of me. That kind of characterization is so cool to watch.
