i say this with my whole heart, i love us broccoli nation, but anyone thinking that win is out of character based off episode 1 has inherently misunderstood his character. we saw nothing of him in uwma, nothing, and i say that bc he was nowhere near being a Main Character with crumbs every other episode. and that's ok, bc the story wasn't about him, so everything we see is surface level. he jokes, he flirts, he's not very serious - but that doesn't mean he is never serious, we just never had reason to get into that detail bc it was dean and pharm's story, not win's. we are finally seeing what win is up to while dean and pharm are in their little world, and it isn't just him being a fun loving goofy side character. it's who's he's always been, when we're shown his perspective, when we focus on his being. win isn't going to view himself as the person pharm (who has no context, just like us!) sees draping himself all over team at lunch, knowing so little that he has to ask dean if player win is a good guy for team to associate with. win is a middle child who has had to basically act as parent and mediator to his brothers, hes fiercely loyal, and is someone used to adapting to the needs of whoever he's with. that's who he's always been. he can be funny and joke with team after they've know each other a while, as we saw in uwma, but we are quite literally at the beginning here. speaking as someone who has loved and analysed win's character for years, to say they've rewritten win to be a hard-ass is just untrue. he can be more than one thing, he has layers, he has depth. he's a well written character. i know we might not be super used to that with a lot of these series lol but we won this time. so be open to getting to know him!! boun for years has put his entire heart into crafting win into a realistic, lovely person and it shows and im so happy to see win portrayed so wonderfully :))

—I’ll be only writing for two because that’s what I said in the rules, but I really like this and loved writing for it! 

ALBEDO

You already knew that he was not someone who knew about feelings very well, despite being called a “genius” all over Teyvat. However, as he is not human himself, “feelings” are very much put of his league and is still continuing on to study it on his own.

And maybe your initial relationship with him was just an experiment, or he really did love you at the time that you two were together, but all has ended now. 

Or did it really? 

You saw him again when you visited the city of Mondstadt for the first time in months. Yes, it had been a while since the split but you also were 60% sure that he will be out in his laboratory in Dragonspine 

However, your guess turns out to be wrong, and now you’re awkwardly standing in front of each other, with Klee in between the two of you, 

“Y/n! Long time no see! Klee missed you so so much!” the little elf clung herself to you, attempting to embrace you. 

Now, this is totally awkward. 

You awkwardly embraced the child and it seems that ALBEDO had noticed it—just like he always does when you two were still together… or he’s generally like that. 

“Klee, Y/n has a lot to do, we shouldn’t bother them anymore.” 

“But Brother Albedo! I miss Y/n so much, can you not stay here for a while Y/n? Please?” 

You could only look at the child pitifully and were about to say you could but-

“Ah, If I may recall, I have something to say to them. Klee, do you mind if you step out a bit so I could talk to them?”

You frowned to yourself, thinking; did he really have to do that? Does he not want his sister to interact with you now? 

“I apologize… We did not mean to make it awkward for you… Y/n.” He sounded hesitant, and you decided right there and then that it was time, to be honest with him. 

“Albedo, actually… I think we should really talk.” 

If it was you who asked him to have a second chance, he’d be very well inclined on saying yes. 

If you won’t ask him, then he’ll be the one asking, he’d be quite hesitant, actually. He doesn’t know if you’ll say yes, and sure it was good to try but he also thinks there is a possibility of this hurting his own feelings—no matter how much he still doesn’t know how someone like him has one. 

“Do you want… to try again?” 

Let’s talk about if he asks this question. 

Because if he does, then that means he realized how much having you there by his side affects him positively—and the opposite if not. It took him a while to realize this, but after he did, he couldn’t stop thinking of how he wanted to see you—how he will be able to see you. He would doubt that you’ll ever step in Dragonspine, knowing he’d be there the whole time. And thus, there began his waiting game in Mondstadt. 

Sure he does come by his lab every once in a while but he doesn’t stay there for far too long, making sure Klee or the others would be on the lookout if they ever see you come by. He even made a deal with Klee that if she sees you and he’s not there, she’ll try to stop you from going. 

No matter what your answer was, he’ll be the type who’d accept it, but nonetheless, brood over his failure in the end if you tell him no. He was the one who had let this happen, and thus all the responsibility should be his—is what’s in his mind. 

But at the very least, he had voiced his question. 

And now, it’s your turn to answer. 

XIAO 

As much as you were the only one he could talk with and bare himself with all of these “feelings” the humans often so expose themselves with, he was also the only one you felt that way with for the longest time in your life. 

And you found this out very late in the relationship; when you two had already broken it off. 

It was difficult, of course, as you slowly came to realize this and when you already had. He was irreplaceable and it was all too late. He was gone, you could not even muster the courage to call him even if you were in grave danger or even if you really needed him. 

It was just one time. One time was all it took for you to swallow your pride and call his name. 

All this time, XIAO had been waiting to hear your voice (unconsciously), and when he finally did, he almost thought it wasn’t you out of thinking that he probably made a mistake, but he wasn’t. 

You would never expect him to ask it—neither did he. But really, he would. 

Well, not exactly in a straightforward manner… but at least he tries. 

“Would you like… Are you going to stay?” He looks away from you, actually too fearful that he’d see the disappointment or displeasure in your face—not that you have one. 

What does shock you more was how he stayed with you for the longest time that day—probably much more than he did before.

By then he was twice as attentive, observant, and more… open. 

He still did not talk that much, but he does talk; asking you how you were, where you had been, your travels, and basically your life without him. 

Not that he was only doing this because he wanted to impress you—well, maybe unconsciously… but that was not entirely the reason for this. He’s doing this because… well, because he misses you—your presence alone calms him down, and he misses this. 

He wishes this could last forever, and his wish reflects much on his actions—all the more so in the longing in his eyes. 

“Should we… try again?” 

No matter who spoke those words between the two of you, it is far too obvious what your answers would be. 

Because no matter how many times you two would try, you two still gravitate towards each other—a devotion you and him would gladly take risk of.

hmhm okay, you didnt give me a fandom though sooooooo

bat people since im currently reading a bat fic (if you want another fandom lmk)

alfred - obv can cook very well, but i imagine he does have a british bent so if you asked for a british dish it fucks hard but if you asked for like fideuà it would be pretty okay but your grandma's is better. he enjoys doing it.

bruce - can cook but it's very basic and bland. hates doing it for himself but would be pleased to be asked. i cant imagine him giving a shit about seasonings if he is doing it for himself but if he tried for someone else he'd be like oh this is well seasoned :) but it's just like. mid. he thinks its great though.

dick - can cook. i think it's occasionally smth he really enjoys, but not all the time. loves doing it for other people. i don't think he's that adventurous though. probably has a set of around 5ish really fantastic dishes to pull out for special times. if he likes you he Will Learn your favorite dish and try his hardest with it

jason - can cook, actually does like it a lot, likes to experiment. i think he has read salt fat acid heat and can improv easily bc he actually understands the basics super well. i think he has a preference for simpler foods, just based on his priorities, but he will bust out something complex ever so often

tim - can cook but hates it so much. if you ask him he'll be like okay :) (disgruntled). he tends towards basic things like chicken breast + rice. will not experiment. tends to be weirdly spiced bc he did it for himself too much and it's morphed into something tim-specific. prefers to just get take out or frozen shit.

steph - college strudent level cooking. she's gotta have that recipe Right There or Else. she can cook the basics w/o that and it be good though. i think her baking probably slaps. she had an easy bake as a kid and i know it (90s girl in the burbs? please she had to have). doesnt really like cooking but doesnt hate it. give her a few years and she'll have a mastered set of good dishes like dick.

cass - cannot cook but learning. i think she would be good at it, provided hands on training. messy af tho, her clean up takes a while but she doesnt mind. i think she would be like bruce in that for herself cooking is a pain and not smth she'd do but if someone were hungry she would like to feed them some real good food & would prefer to learn everyone's favorites and go from there

damien - can cook, doesn't really enjoy it but it is good. i imagine as he gets older he might develop more of an appreciation and experiment. would get really pissy if asked currently but also brag. regardless i think he would enjoy it and have fun as an adult

babs - can cook and is good. can improvise in small amounts. and a tangent- i am also physically disabled and i know sometimes cooking...it's just like. a whole fucking Thing even if you've adapated as much as you can. so i imagine babs is similar and sometimes the process is just. overwhelming and annoying. there are other times she really enjoys it though, it just depends on how things are going.

duke - can cook but i dont think he actually thinks about it all that much. it's mainly a rotation of dishes he knows well. it's good, but like. he isnt giving it much thought. a chore, if you will, autopilotesque. as he gets older i can see him being very invested if it's for someone else and going on to experiment but maintaining a non-attitude towards doing it for himself.

kate - extremely practical about it. very much like bruce in that she doesnt really like it, but her seasoning is much better. has one banger dish she pulls out for special occasions. i think as she's gotten older she's become more comfortable with it, but it's never gonna be a top priority

helena - extremely good imo. i cant imagine she didnt push herself w/ cooking. was surprised at how much she liked it at first but cooking is v enjoyable. loves to experiment, loves to learn new things, i think her wheelhouse is the sheer variety of things she likes and is willing to do

jean paul valley - you see his grad major?...he cant cook /jk jk im sorry i know yall can cook. but i dont feel like he specifically has a good handle on it. okay with like. basic pasta and jarred sauce. dont ask more of him than that. he would not want to do more than that. give him insta ramen anyday. he would not burn down the kitchen or anything but would be stressed af

if you and Michael are close to probably met at child age, so for this Michael and Reader met during childhood and got really close then !

when you met the young myers boy years ago you never would have believed anyone if they told you that he would become the 'bogeyman' or 'The shape of Haddonfield' you would've called them crazy then go back to whatever game you and the blonde child was playing.

Growing up you and Michael loved across the street from one another, never having a conversation until you ran into him on the sidewalk, apologizing profusely and that is how your relationship with the quiet man had started.

Michael is definitely protective, he cherishes you eternally, the one good thing he has and he doesn't plan to let that go.

If loomis ever finds out and he starts questioning you or harassing you. Michael will be absolutely livid.

His favorite thing to do, and kinda a routine with the two is sitting on the couch, cartoon pajamas, some sort if sugary cereal, and Saturday morning cartoons on the TV. Saturdays are you and Michael days, no work, murder, just the two of you and any pet you have :)

He cherishes these days, knowing he wouldn't be able to live a normal life.

If you and him are close you probably have reached the unmasked Michael checkpoint! therefore if you are doing anything and he is feeling the need for attention he will give you kisses on the face/any exposed skin until you give you're 100% attention to him.

Definitely not a huge cuddler but likes remoders that you are there, so a hand or his foot touching you during the night. Also a light sleeper, so if you have to get up, he will be awake and alert for any danger

he is not opposed to you cuddling up to him tho :)

in conclusion, Michael loves you very much, he tries his hardest, give him time and he will come around !

ichiro - an improvement. i like that it's very true to his og outfit and i think it looks better with just red (rather than the red + blue), plus that weird white undershirt that i always hated is gone <3

jiro - BB YOU LOOK SOOO GOOD it's a p small change but i like it, i like the hoodie more than his prev jacket and i love that they kept his stupid nonfunctional flannel <3 but most importantly the HAIR AHHHH im OBSESSED WITH PONYTAIL JIRO. the only small thing i dislike is the lack of hat </3 rip jiros hat (2017-2023) you will always be remembered

saburo - i liked his overcoat from his prev outfit so this fit is a bit of a downgrade for me :[[ he still looks good though and v true to his character so i dont mind too much

samatoki - oh thank fucking god, an outfit worthy of his hotness. ive been mourning tdd samatoki ever since i knew of him and this blue leather jacket is SUCH a good look, and we didnt even have to sacrifice his tits out shirt. it's perfect

jyuto - good!! he looks hot as he should. the red gloves were iconic and will be missed but overall i think i like his new outfit better, it's a little less stuffy looking

rio - an upgrade bc he looks somewhat more like an integrated member of society and less like a permanent navy seal. i like that he got to keep his camo but also wear some normal-ish clothes

ramuda - this seems...p much the same except the jacket changed and he has a hat now? i think its a hat? i dont like the hat. the jacket looks good and i understand why its yellow but... i miss the turquoise... the turquoise and pink was iconic... :[ overall not bad but miss the old 'fit for sure

He has locs, dark brown and he puts jewellery in them sometimes

he has dark grey skin and full lips, the top one being a darker grey, (skin color is #45413F, top lip is #302D2C and bottom lip is a combo of top lip and #403230) he's also like extremely muscular. he spends a lot of time working out and he has really good stamina (this is both a win for liu and a loss. iykyk)

He's very warm and he has a deep voice, not like corpse husband deep but like. He sounds like MC Ren (the N.W.A member) but a little deeper

liu is like the complete opposite of Jack in my au. He's skinny as shit and before he met Jack his ribcage was dead ass showing, after he met Jack and started eating a bit more he gained a small amount of weight, but was still kinda underweight, my version of Liu is ftm btw, hasn't physically transitioned apart from hormones

he's also like 5'7

sry to bitch in your inbox abt this but im so glad you pointed out how so many modern enstarries Dont read the stories and base everything off fandom perception.. i saw these users joking about which character would say slurs and someone was ADAMANT rinne would and tho i knew it before it Really struck me then

a) none of them have ever engaged with this text in any meaningful way, ESPECIALLY not the first games' stories, because surprise! characters in es! did Canonically use slurs! and back then Nobody Liked It. we didnt joke about it. most people i know completely stopped paying attention to the characters who did until they apologized. (tho ofc its more a problem w the writing than the characters, but still. we were young. we had the spirit.)

b) people really like using rinne as a punching bag because they dont read the stories and know literally nothing about him except funny drunk drugs gamble man "fuckboy" who harasses niki and the other bees and its. infuriating.

yeah um ! was definitely a ride. i wouldnt recommend it to everyone but at least we have hindsight and things like slurs and general offensive terms/behaviors can be warned for, so that much is nice. i remember being really upset about a few of these, and then getting back into enstars earlier this year and reading a few of the more current stories + !! stories i was happy to see that the writing has developed CONSIDERABLY in terms of this especially after beasts. something ive noticed a lot of newer fans do (referencing my previous post irt the feeling morally superior) is that if you like a specific character for whatever reason youre actually a horrible person because that character said something awful once. of course youre allowed to dislike characters for whatever reason but dont tell other people they should perish because they like them (as if liking them means you implicitly agree with said views, more often than not One line in a miriad of stories that you might not even have read). but like you said, characters making ignorant comments (an unfortunate occurrence, although rare, it still happens) is not a reflection of 2d pixels on a screen but rather a team of writers..... idk. its a complicated situation. i see both sides and i think people are justified in liking or disliking but this is a game about idol boys (and girl) got dam

i rememebr i wrote this down somewhere but 2 me he realized he was queer of some sort when he went to one of his sisters friends quinceanera and made out w the birthday girls older cousin behind the venue ... this was when he was like , a highschooler in arizona still . after this he was liek Hmm i think somethings up . he didnt act on these feelings until he was hitchhiking to jess' apartment like years later tho ..... not much else 2 think abt besides how you might be gay for your friendon the open road and such .

with his gender i think he always kindve knew , early on his dad kindve picked up on it and went "heyy y. i dont mind if you ... experiment . with your gender . yoru still my kid all the same 😁" to rei who, at the time, went "? until he was around middleschool he only really had the support of his dad < his mother being a devout catholic whereas his dad was laid back and also queer himself . after he died and they moved back to arizona rei just kindve caved in on himself and gave up on any presentation gender or sexuality wise ... until one day he felt too suffocated by it all nd went back to the one place he ever really Did feel accepted < milwaukeeeeee 😁and by extension jess nd ashe . the latter i dont know if they met later but i think their presence helps rei greatly ... nervous cheetah and emotional support dog type thang . when hes back w the gang he feels pretty comfortable w them and while he still has his moments of doubt from time to time he still feels confident that theyll never judge him (which they wouldnt thankfully). ave maria

he would rather be gutted like a fish than talk about labels ... i dont think he feels all that comfortable w himself to say hes for sure gay ... and as for being trans , he keeps that shit LOCKED UP !!! very stealth with it ... even if being called a woman bothers him hed rather just take it and smile than out himself and risk being harassed . as he gets older he just stops gaf. i think hed just call ashe up randomly one day nd go "Hey .im gay." and then just hang up . theyd understand

Im autistic & adhd. Also have undiagnosed physical health issues which been acting up lately. Really not doing well, need help. Currently in shutdown, include verbal shutdown. And struggling type, forgive grammar plz. Need help & support, but is none. Don’t know what do. Everything feel impossible. Long vent under cut.

Want run away, somewhere no one can find. Somewhere quiet & alone, with internet & tv so can watch comfort shows, play comfort games, etc. But will turn off phone, or get new number, or just block all family except younger sister on everything, or something, idk. Want comfy bed & comfy chairs & good temperature control & good food, and just quiet & solitude. Preferably somewhere out in nature. Let everyone figure out their own shit without me. Can’t do this anymore. ONLY things keeping me from doing are younger sister & lack of money. Mom & twin sister need figure shit out on own, can’t handle anymore. Can’t do.

Dont have a job or any money at all, literally only have $5 (and well over $20k in credit card debt, in collections). Am in autistic burnout & have been for nearly 3 years now. Had quit job in May cuz burnout so bad. But still expected take care of entire family.

Live with dad & twin sister (will call twin). Dad extremely NT & able bodied, dont understand me/twin at all. Knows nothing about autism/adhd & unwilling to learn. Pays bills & does chores so that is helpful, but not willing do any other support. Doesn’t believe in mental health.

Mom & younger sister (will call younger) live with grandma. Younger is 12 yrs younger, i basically raised. Feel almost more like parent than sister. Also is best friend & person i care most about in world, would die for her. Hate seeing her suffer. Twin & younger both also autistic & adhd, and neither have job. Grandma has moderate (bordering on advanced) dementia & need 24/7 supervision & support. Younger currently has busted knee, on crutches & really struggling & lot of pain. Mom refusing to believe is as bad as is, thinks younger is exaggerating, barely helping her. Ive been having drive over nearly daily to help. Mom had multiple strokes 2 years ago, still has both cognitive & physical challenges as result, & just lost job. Mom almost deffo undiagnosed autistic/adhd but refuses to believe. Doesnt believe younger is either (she still undiagnosed, me & twin formal diagnosed recently). Mom never great person, but got much worse after strokes, is mean & bordering on verbally abusive to us (and is DEFFO verbal abusive to grandma). Also has horrible memory & cognitive issues, doesnt understand things correctly, half of what she says doesn’t make sense, makes helping her hard.

Twin sick rn, lots of stomach issue & pain. Found out few months ago has enlarged spleen, but no answer yet, cant see specialist til Dec. Twin also has medical anxiety, so hard to know for sure what is real & what isnt. Every day twin ask me for MULTIPLE favors; get things for her, do things for her, etc. Also get MULTIPLE txts every day complaining about not feeling well, yet she refuse go doctors. Counted once a few days ago: in 11 hour period, asked for 7 favors & texted 13 times about pain.

Even when not sick tho, twin basically never help. Feels like she think I “less disabled” than her, not true. I doing horribly and still have take care everyone else while she sits on couch play video games & ask me to bring her things. No one ever bring ME things. Twin NEVER return favor no matter how bad I do/how well she do. One sided only.

Today twin ask for SO MANY THINGS, CONSTANTLY. Doesnt seem to care that I not doing well either & just CANNOT handle, keeps asking anyway. I tell her how bad am doing & immediately she ask for more favors. Won’t shut up about how sick she is (feeling very “wrong” w/stomach issues, has enlarged spleen but don’t know why yet & is worried that is cause), and says she is NOT OK, and that something is VERY wrong & she is worried she is dying, but also won’t get her ass to ER. Also expect /ME/ take her AND go in with, if decides go. Told her has to ask mom or dad first. Now just won’t go, and instead just keep complain to me about how bad doing & keep asking for help with stuff.

On top of that, am constant worried about all shit mom needs to do: get grandma house in her name so can keep (rn bank gets when grandma dies due to 2nd mortgage or something idk, which will make mom & younger homeless), get grandma car in her name (mom hasnt had own car in like 6+ yrs, just uses gma’s), figure out her unemployment (applied but no check yet cuz needs submit weekly proof of job applications & doesnt know how), get guardianship for grandma (mom never even got power of attorney, and is too late now cuz grandma cant understand to sign, so rn we just stuck cuz grandma not capable make decisions, but legally we cant make for her either), update her resume, get help for grandma, etc. Most of it fall to me. Mom kind of person who just WILL NOT do things, no matter how much help u give (ex: was trying get her accommodations for her job after strokes so wouldnt lose job. Explained process multiple times, both verbally & in writing. Figured out who she needed contact for help & wrote out email for her, ALL she had do was copy & paste & send email. Didnt do it. Now fired cuz couldnt keep up w/out accommodations). Mom also no longer even ask for help, just tells us we are doing. Ex: said to me “I’m going to come over tomorrow so you can help me do my job searches for unemployment.” Just tells me I’m doing it, not even ask. Sick of it. Grandma have dementia, at point where cannot even shower or wash hands, we have no support at all, doing everything ourselves. ADRC says only way to get grandma help is to put lien on her house & sell to pay off when she dies, but mom & younger live with grandma so that would make them homeless once she dies. Says we can’t even get occasional respite care unless give up house, let alone regular in home care.

Just can’t handle anymore. Feel like am being broke into thousand pieces, or crushed by thousand lb weights. Feel stuck. Feel like no choices, no good options, no way out. Want run away. Want take younger & her cat & find cabin in woods somewhere & just go run away from everything/everyone else. But can’t, no money. Feel so stuck. No help. No support. Don’t know what do.

I know its mostly the game giving exposition but it helps show that he is not just a brute but tries to understand the situation and better position himself (Plus i just like picturing him as someone curious who likes "pestering" Mathias w questions abt random stuff). Oh and also the fact he is a war veteran, he's most likely seen Things and done Things.

im not sure what SPECIFICALLY to post abt her bc this ask is a little vague, BUT i do think abt her a lot!!! tho i DO gotta think about her more, she is a WONDERFUL character

bc idk what specifically, my interpretation of her post canon and WHY (also under a readmore because WOW!! i had apparently a lot to say abt her):

i think!!! she is a LOT more mellow after she gets home. like in one 16 after shes respawned its like. she seems to be friendlier? which. i think has to do w like... i dont think she was a bad person really, and i dont think shed been acting Maliciously, but when it came to having friends i think it was really easier for her to genuinely take things as worst as they could be. we dont actually get much of her backstory, so its up to interpretation as to WHY, but i think she genuinely struggled with being distrustful of those close to her. she likes them, that much is clear, but trusting people is a whole other thing

but i think she really DID view her friends as pitying her. as not respecting her, even when they werent Being cruel. they were concerned for her safety, and how her recklessness was affecting her. and i think that can end up walking a line between pity and not wanting your friends to do things that are pretty unambiguously dangerous, and what was very standard friendship ended up feeling a lot MORE like they didnt respect her or her choices

and i think what changes this is that. she DID die. and i think that contextualized for her that her friends werent concerned because they thought she couldnt handle herself, but because they just Generally care abt her yknow? as fucked up as her dying is, i think it did ultimately make her realize that THIS is what her friends were worried about. they didnt want THIS to happen to her, and i think in an odd way? it kinda made her. idk understand? trust? the people around her more. like in a 'oh, people around me dont only care about me for selfish reasons, or cruel reasons. they care because they CARE' way

and i think that, and the fact that she says that shed been thinking about this a lot? i feel like it kinda all forced her to slow down and WANT to talk to the people around her. because shed been pushing them all away because what was the point in talking to them? and i think once she REALLY noticed how amelia was doing, after thinking so much about all this, it kinda MADE her want to amend things. or at the very least, to talk to people more. shes isolated herself long enough, and its now more than ever that she realizes how much others meant to her in the first place.

(i think in some aspects, amelias method of coping also bothered her. amelias coping mechanisms werent necessarily BAD, theyre not good by real-world standards, but given the situation shes in, it was just... once of the few ways she COULD cope. but i think the flaws in this method of coping really came through once airy came back, because in forgetting everything about who she used to be, earth became a very daunting place, but now that airys back, any amount of feeling like home the plane may have unfortunately gained was completely undone. and i think charlotte actually SEES that, and its not the exact same as her own struggles, but i think she WANTS to help amelia, because she of all people knows how the feeling of being isolated, either on purpose or accident, can feel Extremely Awful. that, and she knew amelia before things on the plane got REALLY bad, and she SAW (since ive seen people note that she!!! was watching amelia do yoga w the others) amelia gradually give up, become comfortable, and then LOSE all of that

and i think, at least right before bryce showed up, it felt fucked up that charlotte WAS the only other person from the same world as amelia and theyd!!! never even spoken about it??? (like how she comments that they NEVER told each other their names. which only applies to her and amelia. that statement was intended very specifically towards amelia) and its like. i think it mightve made her a bit 'no WONDER shes not doing well. even if shes trying to act like she is' (which i dont even think amelia is doing to deflect so much as an attempt at 'if i pretend its ok it WILL be ok right?'))

and!!! once getting home i think this would all really lead her to be a bit more patient with others. i dont think the distrust would STOP being an issue, but i think such a terrible experience causing her to completely recontextualize the actions of those around her would actually help, at least a little . i dont actually know if i think shed stay friends w parker and that friend group, but i think theyd at the least keep in touch. parker clearly, even when they were arguing, STILL cared about her, and i think seeing her disappear probably was. a bit haunting, and so i think at the very least hed like to know shes Okay

also whenever people have the characters live together post canon, they only ever include bryce liam and amelia, and i GET why!!! charlotte didnt really interact w them for a looong time. but after charlotte is revived i actually see her as talking with them yknow? i dont think shed stop talking to them again, and i think her talking with amelia was a genuine attempt to help!! so i think theyd stick together. i dont imagine liam actually gets closer with any of the contestants while hes trying to send them home (tho i dont think it worsens substantially either. i think it just sorta. stays where it is? and if he did have notable interactions with any of them, itd PROBABLY be mainly w amelia and bryce, tho i dont think he DOESNT talk to charlotte too! he just has a diff sort of connection w those to, based on the experiences he Shared w them) so i think he isnt SUPER close w charlotte, but i think the others may become WAY closer w her!!! so i think if they all moved in together? that WOULD include charlotte!!! (that, and i think charlotte would also develop a sort of respect for liam . because he kinda DOES display exactly the type of traits she didnt really see people as having!!! going to EXTREME lengths to help people, including HER! so i think shed generally have many thoughts on him)

anyway !!! thats it the point is that as much as one would fuck charlotte up in her own way, i think, similar to how bryce tried to get his life together after he was first eliminated, shed similarly end up having a better ability to navigate social stuff in not such a pessimistic way as before!!!!!
