I finally reached  my hotel where I stayed for work, my jacked it soaked from the rain. The lady behind the desks looks disgusted at me.

I take the electric up to my room (12th floor). Just before the doors close I see a man running toward it. I put my feet between the doors and they open again.

The man looks at me and I just felt weird. I know him from work, Please don’t make this awkward.

“Hey is everything okay miss?” He asked 

“Yeh I’m okay -“  my sentence is cut off as the elevator stops and the lights turn down. It’s not dark just enough light to see.

Looks like we are going to be here for awhile the man says.

“Ugh I can’t do this today, I have work tomorrow and I have to finish some stuff for tomorrow.” Viv says annoyed.

‘What kind of work if I may ask” the man says. “I have to write about like how the race went etc ‘ yeh I know wo you are Pierre” I say laughing. Try

“Wait c1? you work for Ferrari right?”  Viv looks past him as she answers “well yeh I do but I won’t soon, they fired me after I said that they should have a better strategy. I Just find it shit how they just Ugh, im sorry Pierre I shouldn’t annoy you with this”

He looks at her with a little smile, knowing he could offer her a job and says “well looks like we have a while until they fix the elevator so tell me”

Viv is quiet for a minute, can she trust the Alpha Tauri Driver with Ferrari news? 

“I find it shit how they treat Charles and Carlos, if hey had a better strategy and would just listen to the drivers they could’ve won the championship. And someone overheard me talking about it to my ex and told the HQ. So that same day they called me into the office and just straight up fired me.

Viv’s eyes started to water and Pierre put his arm around her.

“Hey, they don’t know what they’re missing, I talk to Charles all the time and he thinks it’s BS what Ferrari told u. So now, what are you going to do with life?”

“I have been thinking about going to college, since I’m about to turn 21 I can still go. I have still have the money, I didn’t go 2 years ago because I took a gap year and then I got offered this job. So today was my last day in Monaco, My flight back home goes tomorrow. So I have exactly 7 hours left until my flight goes. Viv says

 It’s something about her, he read her work multiple times and he loves the way she writes. Not only did he read her reports, he also read her book. But she doesn’t know that and he wants to keep it that way.

“How about we go to my room, don’t take it in a weird way please. But, we go to my room, u freshen up, I order some room service and we’ll watch a movie. When this elevator gets fixed.” He says

but it wasnt a normal bell that dismissed everyone and made people late for class. no, it was the fire alarm bell. so almost in the blink of an eye, everyone was half asleep to frantic, pushing and shoving to get towards the door.

the teacher, buried in the heap of chaos managed to claw their way to the front and commanded attention. “everyone calm down this is just a drill however, this may not be aware to everyone so just stay calm in the midst of the chaos.”

as your class then all filed out many of your fanboys crowded around you.

“omg y/n are you ok?” “ill carry you to safety,” “dont worry y/n im right here,” “Y/N MY ONE TRUE LOVE ARE YOU OKAY??” is all you heard from multiple different areas around you.

then, all you heard were sorries, apologizing to someone and the people slowly went down to one person.

with a familiar lowish voice he murmurs in your ear, “theyre gone now. cmon lets go home, we dont need to be here anyways. plus schools almost over.”

“oh, ok,” you say as you relax into your older brothers arms. “iwa, can i ask you something?”

“yeah sure what is it squirt?”

“first of all, dont call me that. secondly, how do you always know when i need your help?”

“but, i need my libero. hm i think i left the storage room keys in the locker room, ill be right back guys,” as daichi pushes you towards the benches, his silent way of telling you, ‘please dont let them fail. not now at least.’ so you get to work. and boy is is hard to copy tanakas slanted messy handwriting and noyas barely legible handwriting, but its almost like second nature to you so you get it done.

soon daichi comes back and mouthes ‘is it done?’ to you as you thumbs up in return. then practice really starts.

but of course if youre best friends with noya and tanaka, youre also a part of the kiyoko (simp)protection squad!

as you skip your way down the stairs to talk to kiyoko, suga comes up to you at the bottom of the benches.

“y/n your brother is super sweet and great and all, but as his best friend dont you think i should be on the court?”

“suga please, you know i of all people cannot sway that ox’s decisions.”

“no youre right, my bad-” suga starts but is quickly interrupted by you saying, “but i can always put in a good word.”

as you walk over to try and talk to daichi, you inform him of sugas request, and to no surprise he says, “no.”

“but-”

“shh now cmon pipsqueak im buying everyone some stuff from coachs place, u want something?”

a/n: im back!! well i dont know if i’ll continue writing on this blog but this has been sitting in my drafts for forever so i figured i would just finish it and post it. i’ll be writing on my new hq writing sideblog @happytsukki !! hope you enjoy, its kinda messy oops.

some say “new year, new me” but unfortunately for you it also meant a new house

moving was just as bad as you think

the trouble of unpacking and packing,,,,the worst part was having to adjust to the entirely new environment

so it was pretty lonely

well, until you met the ghost that lived in your new house

i know what you’re thinking

it was horrifying at first

one day you were simply trying to put away extra plates on the top shelf in the kitchen

feeling accomplished you began unpacking something else

you placed the heavy box onto the counter not even realizing you shook the stack of plates directly above you

a plate was imminently gonna fall on you

luckily for you the boy living in your house caught it as it grazed your hair

looking up you see the plate and turn to your savior

SCREAAAAAAAAMMMMMM

you didn’t know if you were most shocked about how attractive the guy’s face was or the fact that this was a stanger in your home

you quickly grabbed the nearest thing to protect you

a spatula

“back off, or i-i’m gonna flip your ass outta here” you threatened

instead of retreating back in fear the odd boy began laughing

he held his stomach as tears began falling from his eyes

his skin did seem to be unusually fair and under his cute eyes were so heavy bags

the next few months made you feel like sherlock holmes

you agreed to help jeno pass on by helping him find out what happened to his parents

living in the same house with him was extremely difficult

he was always popping up in random places, giving you the biggest jumpscares

when your parents came home from long business trips it wasn’t easy hiding him

but jeno became your best friend and gave some damn good love advice

you had a crush on na jaemin, the boy next door

he was basically perfect package 📦

sadly you could never muster up the courage to converse with him

but jeno insisted

first he threw a rock from your window to his

then he left your window open which seemed like an open invitation to talk

next thing you knew you were laughing and talking with THE na jaemin

it was a dream come true

for you

while the stars in your eyes shined brighter and your smile grew bigger everyday

jeno stood at the side admiring how beautiful you were

how he wished that he met you in his lifetime

he wondered if ghosts could have feelings, if they even had hearts

because if he did, his beat uncontrollably for you

“what is love?”

he asked you out of the blue one night

you thought long and hard:

“well love comes in many different forms, but love is caring for someone unconditionally sometimes without reason. its their image constantly creeping into your brain and just the sound of their voice giving you heart palpitations. most of all its the ability to accept their flaws and imperfections.”

jeno was mesmerized by your words

but the thought saddened him

“i wish i fell in love before i, you know, died” he confessed

you looked into his sullen eyes, feeling the deep pain he suffered from

oh how you wished you knew what to tell him. what are you supposed to tell a ghost? you wished you could tell him that he would eventually find someone, someone who could give him the world, like he deserved. but fate proved to be cruel and deep down you knew the circumstances were different.

you wrapped your arms around him in a hug, giving off the warmth and love he’d been longing for

“but i happened to fall in love in my afterlife” he whispered

you didn’t hear, already drawing back from the warm embrace by that time.

exhaustion fell over your body and you let out a yawn. “i’m sleepy now jeno. goodnight and sweet dreams.”

He nodded and walked towards the door but before leaving he looked at you, laying there so peacefully. how your mouth hung slightly ajar and the way you snored ever so lightly caused his lips to curl up.

“goodnight, my love.”

the next morning you quickly grabbed breakfast and darted for the door. last week you promised jeno you would look into his death more.

but something stopped you. at your doorstep stood a couple in their late 40s. their faces soaked with tears and eyes swollen red. in the man’s hand was a picture frame.

“oh, i’m sorry, we didn’t realize someone was home right now. we’ll leave immediately.” he spoke between his sobs.

the woman next to him wailed, clutching her heart and holding a baseball. “w-we happened to pass by and we just wanted to reminisce by our old home. you see, our son died a year ago from a hit and run; he loved this home more than anything, except maybe baseball.” she managed to stifle out a dry laugh at the last part.

but your world stopped. suddenly you felt the presence of jeno by your side. his mouth hung agape and his eyes widened at the sight of the couple. “mom? dad?” he managed to whisper amidst his shock.

tears spilled down his eyes, but unlike his parents, his voice had no despair or pain. he simply laughed, “thank you. thank you for visiting me today.” He took a step forward and tried to wrap his arms around his parents, but they immediately fell through and dissipated.

While the scene unraveled you could do nothing but stare at jeno and his parents. you wanted to yell: He’s right here in front of you! He didn’t go anywhere!

but you knew that only you could see him and instead you flung your arms around the strangers. sobbing along with them. “i’m sorry for you loss. I’m sure he was a great person.”

they felt so moved by your sudden sympathy and asked you if they could leave his picture here. you happily accepted, knowing that his spirit would soon be able to pass.

when they left you looked over at jeno, his eyes already boring into you with a grin planted on his face.

“hey, don’t look at me like that, i’m a mess” you whined, covering your face from his view.

“y/n. thank you.” was all he said. he inched forward and engulfed you in a hug, tighter than the other ones since he knew this would be his last.

“you’re so dramatic jeno.” you said into his shoulder. “i didn’t even do anything. i’m a pretty useless detective because they basically just came to me.”

He tucked a strand of hair behind your ear and gently took your fingertips into his, “that may be so, but because of you i got to feel what love was. i thought i would leave this world without ever feeling my heart race or finding someone’s hands fit perfectly into mine.”

“i love you y/n. and though we didn’t meet in this life, i hope we can meet in the next one. i’m depending on it.” he declared, wiping away the single tear that fell from the corner of your eye. He leaned forward, holding his forehead to yours and and took in all the emotions.

He kissed the tip of your nose and you couldn’t help but giggle, “I should be thanking you jeno. you taught me love, and i wish i saw it earlier. you are love. now, you better not break your promise, we have to meet in the next life.”

He pulled back and smiled in endearment, “of course y/n. but don’t be a lonely cat lady, okay? be with jaemin, i can tell he’s a good guy and i want the best for you. goodbye my love.”

Then he disappeared without a trace. the only remembrance you had of him was the picture his parents gave you. written on the back was a surprise little note that read I’ll marry you in the next life, i promise. love, lee jeno.

I think ill get hate for that but....

I had to rewatch season 3-4-5 cause my hubby was THAT behind and binging them together, I can say that season 5 wasn't as bad as people said it was. 

I mean season 3 is the best of all the 5 seasons, but season 4 started strong and we clearly see when the writer discovered Jason was leaving and were trying to find a way to make it worth in a narrative that was all about Q. this is why the last three episodes of s04 is... yeah no. Lets not talk about that its just bad and there is a lot of problematic things. 

Now don't get me wrong. Im pissed they killed Q and even more that the gang didn't try to bring him back. But knowing that Jason was not coming back and they had to work with that for s05 too, it felt... good for what they had to work with. 

I love that Eliot and Alice could talk about their grief with one another, how they both were in love with Q and that Alice had even a slight opening in the idea of polyamory (Which Q and El had done previously with Arielle). I love that Eliot was scared to talk to Margo about his feeling because he saw how much she had grown emotionally while he was gone and he was not prepared to meet her there (until 

I ADORE the moment where El goes to Josh for help because he knows that he will listen for what the moment is and not thinking that he is only talking out of the trauma of the monster (Im sorry Margo but girl you drop the ball there). I love that Julia refused to accept Penny’s need to protect her because he lost another version of her. Her calling him out on his BS and reminding him that she wasn't that Julia was good. I love that they broke up. I love that, they were in a complicated part of their relationship but they wanted to be there for HQ. I loved that Julia snapped on Penny when he told her she should stop grieving the way she was. I love seeing Alice and her mom doing another thing than yelling at each other. I love Zelda being scared to leave the one secure place she ever knew and learning to rebuild herself while building Kady’s confidence up. I love the moment where they all hold and tell Eliot they believe in him as another timeloop finish because there were several time in the show where they didn't believe in him. But this time they did and I'm proud of them. 

I am proud of Kady admitting to herself that being in recovery is hard even after 3 years, I am proud of Alice to admit that she is scared of being weak and do not know how to rely on others, I am proud of Fen for stopping to worship Margo and becoming more of an active voice, while acknowledging that she should not rule the New Fillory, I am proud of Marina who, instead of pretending to be someone else, stood up to her girlfriend. Sometime loving someone is not enough if they dont love you for who you are but who they want ou to be. 

Ok I adored the couple and the aura of fear around it. but then it was freaking ruined by “them wanting a family”. What hetero non-sense is that? Especially when adoption is a thing. I think there was more to that than having a family at least I hope. I also thing the Elphias was planned to be the main villain of s06, It would have been neat.  Maybe joined by the couple? Idk... This whole part is my one big EH out of the season

As for Charlton, I am not their number one ship but I like the idea of it. Knowing that their relationship was going this way, I notice a LOT of hint of Charlton falling for El more and more during S05, it started with him being just there for him and then getting kinda jealous. It was neat and less out of the blue than remembered it. Sometimes, rewatching helps to understand and I think CharltonxEliot is one of those times. If El cant has Q or Seb, I'm happy he is getting at least someone who is ready to listen to him and accept his flaws. And I am pretty sure when they will find back new fillory and margo and el will be reunited (in the etherial season 6) margo will kick his butt about it. 

Season 4 started strong and became a mess and Season 5 tried to get back up from the rumble and was starting to build a solid foundation for a new thing. A new fillory. New magicians. One without Q. Was it perfect? Fuck no. I could write an essay on many many many things they did that was wrong and even harmful for some of the viewers, but I loved season 5 despite its flaws.
