Poems will fly Friday.

Tomorrow, the poems will leave their nests, their

burrows, their hidey-holes behind the sheds.

You may hear flapping of paper in the crepuscular

hours of morning as they assemble their letters

into words, words into lines, lines into stanzas.

They like to get off early. Others, the late risers,

avoid the heat of the day, departing their notebooks

in after-dinner hours, swooping with bats above trees.

Be alert. Rise early, retire late, or you will miss them.

If page 49 is gone, wait a day, then return after dark.

She studied at Sheffield and Royal Colleges of Art. Taylor taught full-time at East Dereham High School for Girls and in Epsom, Surrey, where she lived, at the College of Art and Longwead Boys School, as well as privately. She was a member of RBA and fellow of RWS. Took part in mixed exhibitions at RA, Chris Beetles and New Grafton Galleries, showing solo at John Linfield Gallery. The Graves Art Gallery, Sheffield, and several education authorities hold her work.

The story follows a young adult named Jane Taylor, as she navigates her way through modern adult life and its struggles. She works 2 jobs and functions off of faith trust and pixie dust. Hand in hand with copious amounts of caffeine.

Follow her as she navigates struggles, from bills to drama, with mature themes (TW, Sexual themes, violence, depictions of mental illness, drinking, smoking, and other such heavy topics) woth a story that twists in the unpredictable way life does; holding storylines of romance, friendship, and support, with highlighted comedic and light hearted moments.
