Zombie apocalypse survivor!Jinx threatens to shoot you on sight and does actually fire a warning shot. It grazes right past you thankfully. Until she's sure you're not bitten she can't let you stay in her base, so you're gonna have to let her inspect you. She won't touch you, she just wants to make sure you're not one of those people who thinks they can beat the zombie virus by sheet willpower.

"Shy are you, sugar? I'm not some kind of pervert you know, I just wanna make sure you're not gonna bite my face off anytime soon. I'll keep my hands where you can see them okay? Just turn around for me, let me get a good look at you."

Zombie apocalypse survivor!Jinx has her whole base filled with cameras, traps, weapons, ammo, food and water supplies but only one place to sleep. She's been on her own for a while and it's taken it's toll on her. Hardly the one to get the idea of personal space before the apocalypse now it's even worse because she can't stop leaning in and talking your ear off.

"Only one rule: if you spend it you gotta replace it. With the two of here this stuff's gonna go a lot faster. You might find a sleeping bag somewhere in here, honestly I've got no idea what shit I've got stored up, I only use a few rooms in this place. If you want a room while you're here feel free to pick one."

Zombie apocalypse survivor!Jinx seems to enjoy herself a little too much when the two of you go out to get supplies. She's not scared of the zombies, be it one or ten or more, she has her trusty guns and explosives' with her. Plus you to watch her back now. That being said you are still a little bit freaked out when you hear her laugh while she's killing them.

Zombie apocalypse survivor!Jinx is a very light sleeper and a very early riser. You've hardly ever seen her sleep. Sometimes you think you hear her talking to someone, but no one talks back. It could be your imagination. Turns out it's not because one morning when you walk into the kitchen area you see her having an argument with... no one.

"Don't mind Milo, he's an asshole who doesn't know what he's talking about. Anyway sugar, I made you breakfast! Noting major but consider it a thank you for making my days here a little less lonely. I would have gone crazy if it was just me and these guys."

however if someone were to threaten to do so, jinx would just laugh and dare them too, looking a bit insane

and if that insane look of hers somehow doesn’t fend them off and they actually try something

jinx would stare at them with a crazed look in her eyes before saying something like,

“what did you just do?”

before laughing and blowing their ass up

i myself feel that jinx isn’t as good with hand-to-hand combat as she is with her inventions,

and so, if she were to walk in on something actively beating you up, i have a feeling instead of beating them up she would just. fire fishbones at them

Only just noticed the heartbreaking symbolism in this final shot.

Silco is turned away from the brightness of the tea party candles - his literal “seat at the table” - and facing toward a Shimmer-riven darkness. Jinx kneels before him like both a penitent and supplicant swearing fealty, and also as a child in mourning for their parent. But that’s the side she’s chosen: the shadows and Shimmer - literally Silco’s two biggest legacies to her, and the Undercity in general. 

And yet, it’s not all shadow. The candlelight’s secondhand glow still shines past Silco’s head and illuminates him, and in turn Jinx. It’s a reminder that despite the wretchedness of their lives and the unhealthy dynamics of their relationship, Silco was, in that darkness, her guiding light, and his love gave her a source of brightness and a sense of belonging at the table. He sustained her when she would have starved, literally and metaphorically.

Once again, massive kudos to studio Fortiche for doing so much with so little. Let’s all go cry now.

You are, without a shred of a doubt, one of the most stubborn people in Zaun. From the moment you met Jinx, it was unstoppable force versus immovable object. 

You two can butt heads a LOT if you aren’t careful, which happens pretty frequently. However, with how the two of you are with each other (obsessed), fights can either be really short or long as hell. 

You chase the good feelings and the good vibes; negativity can ruin your mojo, so it’s hard when Jinx and you get in an argument. You love her to bits, even with her Shimmer (something she’s extremely self conscious about), but you have a hard time admitting and owning up to your mistakes. 

Your pride can get in the way, and it was almost the cause of you and Jinx breaking up one time. 

Luckily, though, you got your head on straight and owned up to it. You’d rather die in a ditch before losing Jinx, the one good thing you have in your life. 

Jinx loves you to death, even with your stubbornness, because let's be honest, Jinx has that in spades, especially when it comes to pissing people off. Her revenge usually comes in the form of pranks (whether they’re harmless or not depends on what you did), but Jinx knows that at the end of the day, you’re her toots and that’s never changing. Not on her watch. 

Arguing with each other is bad, but when you’re arguing someone else, oh, it’s a fucking warzone. 

Neither of you will back down from the other person. Sometimes for better, sometimes for worse. You both have a scoreboard to fill with points. 

There’s one thing that remains true with the relationship that you share with Jinx— your stubbornness is part of you, and there’s not much you can do about it except deal with it, on both sides. You make a system with Jinx that if one of you goes too far, you call out a safeword (blueberry) and the argument will stop immediately. 

This helps extremely when navigating the tougher shit. 

All in all, you and Jinx can both be pretty bull-headed. You’re a force to be reckoned with, even if you guys do have your own spats.
