Stories by the Void (John Constantine x M!Reader)
Tumblr media
Pairing: John Constantine (LoT ver.) x Male!Monster Reader Rating: Explicit Words: 1868 POV: Second Summary: Your dumbass warlock boyfriend did not come home in time, so you decided to drag his ass home and then fuck that ass too. Note: When I say monster reader, I mean reader is a person-ish sized lovecraftian-esque eldritch abomination. Thank you. Tags: hint of bondage, explicit murder, magic, tendrils and tentacles, anal sex, monstercock (literally lmao), reading smut, ok scratch the hint of bondage i forgot the tentacle bondage, so more than a hint of bondage, intimate rough sex, choking, knotting, bit of cuminflation and dirty talk
With each step the ground blackened under your feet. Darkness encased your being, even the light afraid of touching you in your current state. Within that infinite void that made it seem like there was a hole in the universe, a dozen eyes pierced the darkness with their crimson glow. If your malicious aura did not alert the guards, your piercing stare certainly did. They froze in fear, their tiny human minds incapable of comprehending the monstrosity before them. It was better this way. There was no need for you to stain yourself with their blood right before paying your stupid boyfriend a visit.
And so you waltzed right into the ruins of an old church. As you pushed open the doors, you were greeted with a familiar scent mixed with the tang of iron-rich blood. Constantine was on his knees on the floor with his hands tied by a thick rope in front of him, which you would have found very sexy were it not for the blood dripping down his nose and temple. Two nonhumans turned towards you when they heard you enter. You did not bother discerning who or what they were. The fuck did you care anyway?
"Oi, good to see you, love," your boyfriend called from where he was on the scarlet-stained stone floor. He was beaten badly and yet still had that dumbass smirk on his face. One of the others in the room leaped at you. You caught them midair in a large claw.
"You haven't been home," you complained as you squeezed the literal life out of the individual you caught. Black blood dripped onto the floor as bones cracked under your force. When the person was nothing but a drained sack of meat, you tossed them to the ground. The other individual just ran off. For the better, you had no desire to kill them anyway. Their lives meant as little to you as their deaths.
You strode over to your boyfriend, grabbing him by the rope that bound his hands. “What? Thought I would be out here cheating on you?” John was teasing, but he should not be testing you. You looked like the embodiment of the devil himself, but John was on a first name basis with Lucifer himself. That and he loved you too much to be even slightly intimidated by your malicious aura.
You lifted him to his feet and pulled him close to you. “You smell awful,” you grumbled, before dragging him by his bound hands out of the building. When you departed the building, you saw the guards had decided that you were above their paygrade. They were nowhere to be seen. Once outside, you engulfed John in the darkness of your body and teleported him home.
You materialised directly in the bathroom, where you deposited him into a bath you had prepared before you went out to get him. It was no longer boiling, your tracking taking up enough time for it to turn lukewarm. “That’s focking cold, mate!” John complained, not even wondering where his clothes went. He was used to your random powers by now. You sighed and stuck an appendage in the water. As you chanted a spell, the water slowly heated up. “Ok that’s better,” John said to make you stop. You removed yourself from the water and grabbed the shampoo. “Are you just gonna keep my hands like this?” John questioned while holding up his bound hands.
You chuckled and gave a nod, before sinking your digits into his hair, massaging his scalp carefully with your soapy claws. “I like seeing you tied up,” you growled close to his ear. The shiver running down John’s spine did not go unnoticed. After you were done with his hair, you washed the rest of his body, pampering and teasing your boyfriend until his cock was twitching under the water.
John gave you the bedroom eyes all throughout you drying him off with the cleanest towel you had. “You’ve been away for too long,” you whispered as you brought John to the sofa. John was a pliant, needy mess and let you put him across your lap with ease. Your tendrils played with his hole, your slick helping with getting him ready for you. John knew what was going to happen. You had agreed long ago that you couldn’t handle it when he didn’t carry your scent on him. You needed others of your kind to know that you had made your claim. John just needed your fat length inside of him.
Your partner mewled as your small tendrils made their way inside him. They pushed at his walls, stretching him gently more and more. One of them had a different mission though, prodding and rubbing at that one spot where he was the most sensitive. You could feel John leaking all over you, but as much as you wanted him to smell like you, you wanted to smell like him too.
John - the sly fox he is - didn’t tell you how close he was, clearly trying to get out of the sexual torture you had planned for him. Unfortunately for him, you did not need him to tell you with words, his moans telling you all you needed to know. You replaced your thin tendrils with the tentacles that spawned from your back, stretching him out even more, while balancing John on the fine edge of orgasm. He moaned through gritted teeth, trying so hard to not make a sound. You decided to not tease him for once; let him have his pride.
With your tentacles, you manhandled John into your lap. Your thick cock slipped inside his stretched ass with ease. John gasped, a soft moan escaping him as you filled him. “Relax, my sycophant,” you whispered as he buried his face into your neck. Your tentacles wrapped around John’s thighs, keeping him in place with your giant member buried halfway inside him. He was warm. His hole fluttered around you, adjusting to the intrusion gradually.
One of your many appendages reached out to grab a book. A deep rumble coated your voice as you read the short stories to John.
“When his clothes were shed down to his underwear, I kissed down his body, my huge tongue lapping at his skin. His skin had a tangy aftertaste, making me moan at the flavour with each lick. Each wet trail I left on his skin was met with a low hum. I pulled off his underwear and took his dick in my mouth. He whimpered, hands grabbing the sheets. He was so small compared to me. I could take his cock and balls in my mouth without breaking a sweat, the back of my mouth none the wiser of my activities. He almost cried from the pleasure I brought him.”
John wanted to ride you to the sunset, but your tentacles wrapped around him did not even allow for a little grinding. You were only two pages in when you needed to restrain John’s hands as well. Little John was leaking all over your abdomen.
“He hissed as I breached him again. I stared at him as he took me deeper than I thought he would. He managed to impale himself halfway my length, before he raised up just a little. I was enthralled by the way his body moved while he deep-fucked himself on my cock, taking half of it inside and moaning like a song that I never wanted to end. I placed my hands on his hips, helping him at first, but soon enough I lifted and lowered him like a toy on my cock.”
You were a few short stories in when John was panting against your shoulder, his body vibrating with desire. He wouldn’t beg, too proud for it, but the suppressed whines were enough for you. You put the book away and lifted his head up with a sharp claw, the nails pressing against the skin without piercing it. “Promise me you take me with you next time,” you whispered into his face, your hot breath warming his already red skin.
“With pleasure, love, but you don’t exactly blend in anywhere.” You slapped his bottom, letting him know you were not pleased with the answer. He keened against you, trembling in your lap. “What? You’re going to keep me here until I say yes?” You shrugged, an evil smirk on your face. You could force nations to their knees and yet this one warlock was your greatest challenge.
“I can disguise myself, you know. I just choose not to, most of the time.” You loosened your tentacles for a second and thrust up into John. He moaned softly, eyes wide and mouth open. Then you restrained him again. “If you want more, say yes, my darling.” You caressed his face dotingly.
“Bollocks, fine! As long as you blend in and fuck me right now.” Your tentacles moved, changing their positions around John’s body. They no longer held him down, but had the perfect leverage to lift him up and down to your will.
“Your wish is my command, warlock,” you growled in his ear, before moving him as you pleased. John’s arms were held behind his back as you moved him over your shaft like he was just a fleshlight. The human’s dick bounced up and down, slapping against his tentacle-covered stomach. John’s mouth was so beautifully open as he wailed on your massive length, you could not resist filling that mouth too.
John sucked eagerly on the tentacle you offered him. The lewdness of being spitroasted by just you got to his head. His seed spilled over you without warning. You pulled him down and against your frame. With small thrusts, you milked him empty. Without the tentacles, the outline of your dick was clearly visible through the skin of John’s abdomen. His eyes met some of yours, the hazy look on him showing nothing but pleasure. “My turn,” you grinned as you wrapped a claw around his neck and started thrusting up inside him. He would’ve screamed if he had the air for it. His whole body was shaking as you overstimulated his gaping, raw-fucked ass. A knot swelled at the base of your cock.
With your low, gravelly voice, you told John all the dirty things you wanted to do to him now he was back. John cried out as the mental image forced a second orgasm out of him. Feeling him cum again, you grabbed his shoulder and pulled him all the way down, forcing him to take your knot into his ass. John was a mess, tears and drool staining his beautiful face. Complete nonsense poured out of his mouth as you filled him up so much, the outline of your member seemed to disappear as his belly inflated with your load.
John’s limp dick twitched, but there was no way John had any energy left in him. Before you knew it, he was passed out against your torso, softly snoring against your shoulder. You’d give him another bath later, but for now, you let him rest. There were many more things to do to him later.

when R encounters a case where an unsub believes he’s from a parallel universe, she finds that there’s more truth to that claim than she’d like to admit
i do not give you permission to repost or translate my fics on any platform - likes/reblogs are okay and are much appreciated
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A famous writer once said ‘we must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.’
And if that wasn’t the most apt description for your life, you didn’t know what was. Albeit the life originally planned for you didn’t exactly line up with the life you were living now, it still kept you alive. But no one in your present life knew about your former one. Hell, you’d surely be locked up on insanity claims if you ever broached the subject. Especially being surrounded by a team of psychological profilers.
But this current case was threatening to reveal your past. And you didn’t know how much longer you could keep up the lie…
You and your team were investigating the vast number of decapitations of father figures and were struggling to find a connection; only believing that the unsub was simply killing surrogates of his own father for reasons yet to be revealed. But it ended up being so much more than that.
As you continued to work the case, though you couldn’t pinpoint it, you had this lingering feeling of being watched. You’d even caught glances of familiar eyes staring at you. The more you tried to shake it off, the more foreboding the feeling became. And it had all come to a head when the BAU were looking at the victims’ bodies in the Denver police station.
Your eyes narrowed as Luke placed post-it notes of symbols next to each contusion found on the different bodies. The symbols were eerily familiar but your mind struggled to make the connection.
“They may be mathematical symbols, perhaps part of a larger expression.”
Catching the last part of Tara’s explanation, it was like a switch had gone off in your brain. You hadn’t seen this equation, or at least these characters that formed part of the equation, in several years.
Oh shit.
“Schrodinger’s equation.”
The words slipped past your lips before you could stop it.
“You’re right. They form the basis of Schrodinger’s equation.” Spencer agreed as he walked up to the board and wrote the full equation down.
Seeing the expression face-to-face, so to speak, had you fighting to keep your panic under control. Between the feeling of being watched to this case to the equation which you’d vehemently used with an old team member to perfect a certain time travelling device, you worried at how much water this case held.
“It describes the probability that a particle will behave in a certain way in a certain place in a certain time.” Spencer continued to explain.
“The wider implications of this gave rise to Everett’s ‘Many Worlds’ theory. Which is that reality is, as we know it, is only one of many possible universes.”
Almost as if on autopilot, you gave a brief insight into something which had taken up a significant amount of your time in your previous life.
You’d realised your slip when you saw your whole team looking at you, even Spencer, with confusion written on their face. Whilst they knew you were smart, when you’d taken upon this life, you deliberately omitted several details, such as your affinity for science and all things physics, specifically inter-dimensional travel.
“Oh I-uh-saw it in a tv show once.” You lied, clearing your throat in an attempt to provide yourself with some sort of a reprieve. Luckily, that came in the form of Tara, who’d jokingly referenced ‘Doctor Who’.
“Okay, so does our unsub think he’s in a parallel universe?” JJ, your partner, asked which only facilitated the pounding of your heart. More so because you’d been on edge ever since you’d taken this case than in fear of your team finding out who you really were.
The rest of the debate became muffled as you drowned out your team’s voices - too busy on finding the missing link that was the linchpin of what you were feeling than adding to the conversation.
“Hey. Hey.”
The gentle rouse of your shoulder coupled with the whispered shout of your name had you jolting as you tried to clear your mind. Blinking, you looked up from your chair to see a blonde staring down at you.
For a moment, you could have sworn it was your old captain.
But that didn’t make sense.
She couldn’t be here.
None of them could.
Shaking your head to clear the cloudiness, your eyes refocused as you looked up at JJ.
“You okay? You seem a little distracted.”
The seasoned profiler’s eyes were narrowed in concern as she tried to discern your behaviour.
“Y-yeah, I’m good. Sorry, just got a lot on my mind.”
“I’ll say. You even sounded like Spence for a moment there with all that science-y talk.” JJ joked, playfully nudging you with her shoulder.
“You know you can talk to me right? About anything?”
The previous levity in her voice was replaced with a tone of seriousness and motherly-esque concern.
Thankfully, before you could give another half-assed excuse, Emily burst through the door.
“We got another victim. Let’s go.” Your Unit Chief called after you so you followed her and Mendoza to the crime scene.
            ✧── ・ 。゚★: *.✦ .* :★. ───✧
After you’d all collectively delivered the profile, your team, specifically you, JJ, Tara, Reid and Luke converged back in the office as you tried to predict the unsub’s next moves. Albeit, you were distracted because the nagging feeling of being watched had come back.
Canvassing the office, you looked to see if anyone was paying any particular attention to you or your team - which was when you finally locked eyes with a patrol officer. Analysing their behaviour, they didn’t carry themselves in the normal way cops did, which inherently raised further flags in your mind.
“Maybe we just need to step back and look at things differently.”
As JJ spoke, you excused yourself. Ignoring the confused protests of your team, you walked up to the officer and stopped in front of them.
“Who are you?”
The officer’s lips curved into a smile but what stuck with you was how familiar the smile was. Almost as if you’d seen it before.
“Wow, I’m offended.”
As you opened your mouth to speak, you were suddenly flanked by JJ and Tara.
“Who are you?” This time, the question was sternly repeated by JJ.
Instead of outwardly replying, the officer leaned in closer to you - unknowingly to you, they slipped something into your pocket - and whispered something that had your back straightening and the hairs on your neck standing up in revered shock.
“Hey, lil T.”
Your jaw practically dropped in shock. It was a nickname you’d not heard in almost 3 years and only one person called you that.
Charlie.
Your team members were too focused on your reaction to notice that the shapeshifter had disappeared.
Suddenly the pieces began to fall into place.
The familiar eyes you kept catching lingering on you belonged to Charlie, a notorious shapeshifter who was a member of the Legends. That likely meant that the rest of your old team was here, including your sister.
And if they were here, it meant that someone was displaced out of time or universe and, considering the nature of your current case, you’d correctly figured out that it was the unsub you were searching for. He really must be from a parallel universe. Another Earth.
But you couldn’t figure out how he got here.
Especially after the Crisis on Infinite Earths which led to the formation of Earth Prime and your eventual move to this Earth.
“Who the hell was that? Did you know them?” JJ asked, her hand on the small of your back.
Instead of replying, you were interrupted by a vibration coming out of your blazer pocket. Fishing in the pocket, you pulled out the phone and stared at the device. Answering the phone, you spoke cautiously, “Hello?”
“God, I have missed your voice!”
“Cisco?!” You whisper shouted into your phone.
Why was he randomly calling you out of the blue? Unless…oh fuck.
“I’ll be right back. I’m fine, I promise.”
Not waiting around for JJ or Tara’s reply, you walked into an empty office and began to speak freely.
“What the hell is going on, Cisco? Why is Charlie here?”
“Yeah, um, about that…”
“Let me guess, someone stole one of the extrapolators, didn’t they?”
There was a slight pause before your friend answered, “Maybe.”
“Fuck. This is not what I needed right now. How did this happen?”
Cisco then went on to explain that meta human who had once had razor sharp knives for hands had somehow broken into Star Labs and stolen the inter-dimensional travelling device.
You scoffed at his explanation, “Explains why this guy’s able to decapitate heads so easily. God, how many times have I said that you guys need better security?”
“Back up, decapitation as in heads removed from their bodies? Oh, that’s nasty.”
“It’s also my job to catch this person, Cisco. What the hell am I supposed to do?”
“Well, from what I can tell from the location tracking and mechanical data, the device is broken which is why this guy hasn’t travelled back to Earth Prime. But you’re gonna need to get that device back before you arrest him.”
“Now, how in the world do you expect me to do that?”
            ✧── ・ 。゚★: *.✦ .* :★. ───✧
After ending the call with Cisco, you knew you had to clear things up with JJ before you could follow his instructions. Dragging the latter into the empty office you’d just been in, you watched as she stared at you with her arms folded across her chest.
“Are you in some kind of trouble? Tell me I shouldn’t be worried.”
“I’m okay, JJ. Honest. I just-” you sighed, “I didn’t realise it but I know that officer. They were from my past. A long time ago.”
“And that phone call?”
“Was from an old friend I’ve not spoken to in years. It just surprised me, is all. But I promise I’m okay. Go on, use those profiling, lie detector powers on me. You’ll see.”
JJ laughed dryly before smacking you on the arm, “Shut up.”
Then she sobered and abruptly brought you in for a tight hug which you returned.
“I’m here for you, alright? You’re my family and I love you.”
“I love you too.” You replied back before smiling when she pulled away and held your face in her hands.
In the corner of your eye, you spotted Charlie in the far end of the station signalling for you to follow them.
“How about I get us some actual drinkable coffee from one of the coffee shops near by whilst we’re waiting for Garcia to come back to us?”
“Sounds like a great idea. I’ll call you if anything happens.”
Your timely suggestion was merely a ploy to get out of the station so you could meet up with the Legends like Cisco had instructed you too.
Reaching the empty alley way that Cisco had led you too, you rocked back and forth on your heels before turning when you heard the voice behind you.
“Lil T. It’s so great to see your face.”
You couldn’t help the smile that painted your face when you saw Charlie in their true form and moved to hug them.
“I still can’t believe you’re here.” You said, hugging your friend closely.
Opening your eyes, you froze when you saw two other people approaching. One of whom had tears springing to your eyes.
Pulling away from Charlie, you flung yourself into your sister’s arms as the tears fell shamelessly down your face.
“Oh my god. Zari, I never thought I’d see you again.”
“Me either. I’ve missed you so goddamn much. Are you okay?”
Your sister asked, cupping your face similarly to how JJ had done so minutes earlier.
“Better now that you’re here.” You hugged Zari again, your head resting against her neck as you tried to engrave this moment in your mind forever. Especially since you didn’t know when you’d next be able to see her again.
“What am I? Chopped liver?”
You laughed at your old Captain’s interruption and hugged her too, “Hi, Sara.”
After you’d all quickly caught up, you’d relayed what Cisco had told you causing the three of them to nod.
Grabbing your hand, Zari slipped the bracelet on your wrist, knowing you knew exactly what you needed to do.
            ✧── ・ 。゚★: *.✦ .* :★. ───✧
“We should split up.”
After your conversation with the Legends, you’d gotten a call from JJ who’d told you that they’d figured out the unsub’s identity and where he’d likely be. Which is how you ended up at the entrance of an abandoned gold mine.
Running into the mine, you weaved in and out of the tunnels trying to locate Kyle Peters. Then you heard cries and yelling which led you to the unsub and the two children he’d kidnapped. You knew your team was following closely behind you so you only had a small window of opportunity to get what you needed.
As Kyle continued to wrestle with his demons, you peered your head around the rocky man-made tunnel and used the air totem that Zari had given you to discreetly lift the broken extrapolator from his jacket pocket that was close to him and use the wind powers to let it travel to you. Grabbing it with your free hand, you pocketed it with a relieved sigh and then stepped out into the open to confront the unsub.
The rest of your team flanked you as you tried to talk the unsub down.
“Kyle, I get it. Believe me, I do. I know what it’s like to be displaced from your home, your family, from everything you know and to find yourself alone in this new world.”
“No! I have to fix it!”
You knew you had to steer the conversation to prevent any mention of the extrapolator device.
“But you have to face the truth, Kyle. These sacrifices you’ve been making won’t fix things. It won’t bring back your son. Kyle, face the truth. He’s gone. Ethan’s gone.”
You countered, keeping your voice level as your gun remained trained on the murderer.
“God, I’m so sorry.” Kyle started to cry as he dropped the axe to the ground.
Holstering your weapon, you approached the unsub and cuffed him before handing him off to another officer.
“Here you go.”
You said, handing the broken extrapolator to Sara who thanked you.
“Oh and you can take the totem back. Thanks for letting me borrow it.”
Zari stopped you by placing her hand on yours, “Keep it. We found a way a while ago to split the power in two so now we can both have one. It also means we’ll have a way to see each other. In the totem, I mean. We can be connected.”
“We’re always connected, Z.”
“You know there’s always a spot open for you if you want to come back.”
“I appreciate it but I think I’m okay here. This is my life now. And honestly, it’s a good one. We get to fight bad guys and not those with powers and stuff and we’re making a huge difference here.”
Sara nodded in bittersweet resignation.
“I’m going to miss you.”
You hugged Zari again, “I’ll miss you too. I really should be getting back but say hi to everyone back home for me, will you? And tell Cisco that I’ll kick his ass myself if he lets another one of our tech pieces get stolen again.”
“I’ll pass on the message.” Sara said as you all laughed.
            ✧── ・ 。゚★: *.✦ .* :★. ───✧
Having finished with your debriefs - and finding relief in the fact that Charlie had memory wiped Kyle’s mind so he wouldn’t reveal the extrapolator’s existence - you were on the jet back to the BAU with your team.
“All this talk about alternate realities. Who do you think you’d be in a parallel universe?” JJ asked you and Reid.
You laughed as Spencer explained why he’d be a cowboy and how the rest of the team fit into his world.
“What about you?” JJ turned to face you.
Laughing to yourself, you realised that this was the one time you could actually tell your team the truth and not worry that they would commit you.
“I would probably be a part of time travelling legends who rectify anachronisms or wrinkles in time with the help of our other Earth-bound superhero friends who fight crime. If all of that existed, of course.” You added when JJ smirked at you with a raised brow.
Her focus then shifted to the bracelet on your wrist.
“Oh hey, I didn’t see that bracelet before. It’s beautiful.”
Looking down at the totem, a soft smile appeared on your face, “It’s a family heirloom. I have one piece and my sister has the other.”
JJ reciprocated your smile as she wrapped her arm around your shoulder, allowing you to burrow into the blanket that she had draped over her.
With JJ’s cheek resting on your head as she hugged you close, you felt your heart settle.
Deep down, you knew you’d made the right choice. The Legends was your past but the BAU and this team were your future.
And there was nowhere else you’d rather be.

Night Life
Tumblr media
Title: Night Life Pairing: Sara Lance x Reader Summary: Sara and Y/n run into each other on the streets, accidentally revealing both of their secret identities to the other. NR WC: 926
Sara had done a good job of staying out of Star City for nearly a decade. It had been easier whenever she still had Ava, but no good thing ever stayed in Sara Lance's life. She gave up time travel and vigilantism for a family, and she'd never regret that, even if it didn't work out. Sara had given it her best, but that kind of life wasn't right for her. She had gotten bored too easily, which was when the trouble started. Still, there were lines that Sara had never crossed. She was grateful for that bit of self-restraint that led to an easy divorce, even if it had ultimately put her back in Star City.
Technically, it was only for a weekend. It was a stop off on her new place, located about halfway between Central City and Star City. She was sick of listening to her parents trying to convince her to go to one place or the other. She didn't want to be that close to either of them, not if it meant the other would feel slighted for being left alone. Both of her parents had their own lives to worry about anyway. Her mother had a busy few months ahead of her wedding planning, and Quentin was working to repair his relationship with Felicity's mother, something that would never not absolutely shock Sara to think about.
It had nearly been a perfect weekend with her father until he got called into work. Sara had promised him to stay out of trouble, but that didn't mean she couldn't go on a patrol of her own. Quentin had tried to talk her into becoming a cop or working with the police wherever she ended up, but Sara didn't want that. She wanted to just let herself get used to being on her own for a little while. Ava had given her a couple of months to work things out before they finished drafting their custody agreement. Sara decided that this was truly her last little bout as the Canary, and she'd even torch the outfit to make sure of it.
"Hold it right there." Sara froze at the sound of a voice behind her. There was something familiar about the voice that excited Sara, even more than the click of the gun being cocked. Sara recognized the voice, even if she didn't know it yet. It had to be someone from her past, but Sara couldn't focus on it long enough to figure it out. "Turn around and face me."
"You know, if you'd ask nicely, you wouldn't need that gun," Sara said as she turned around. She kept her head down to try and conceal her identity, but the woman with the gun tilted it up. Sara expected the woman to say something, but instead, she just stared from underneath her hood. "What? Is something wrong?"
"Sara Lance, I'm pretty sure that I heard you died." The woman pulled the hood back and revealed her face to Sara. It was somewhat obscured by face paint that Sara recognized as an emerging gang in Star City, but behind that Sara knew the woman.
"Y/n, you're in a gang? I thought you were gonna be a cop," Sara said, unable to hide her shock.
"Turns out that inciting an investigation on Internal Affairs is a bit of a career killer, and those guys don't fuck around. They shot me, got me medically retired, and then I lost everything. It's a long and tedious story, but I've found my place. Now, I'd hate to have to kill you, but can you keep my secret?" Y/n casually waved the gun around as she spoke. Sara watched her closely and noticed that Y/n kept her fingers away from the trigger. "I'm not really hurting anybody who doesn't already deserve it."
"I was like you once, and this isn't the way." Sara knew that her words wouldn't change a thing, but she had to at least give it a shot. She had always known that Star City would eventually fall down the path it had before with crime and violence, despite Oliver's best intentions.
"It's not permanent, nobody's party phase ever is. Maybe when it's all said and done, we can work together. The city has been hurting since all its heroes went away. We could use a Canary again, but I'd change the color. Blood stains are a bitch to get out," Y/n said. Sara smiled to herself as she thought about coming back to this. She hadn't wanted to, but she knew that Y/n had to have a point. The city needed vigilantes. Star City at its most peaceful was still much more dangerous than most cities.
"We'll see. I told myself I was done a long time ago," Sara said. Y/n nodded as she clicked the safety on and holstered her weapons.
"Either way, I hope to see more of you Lance. Hopefully in a more official manner than when we were in school. How long are you in town for?" Y/n asked.
"I'm leaving tomorrow, but I'd definitely like to see you before I go. Meet me at the coffee shop on Harker Street tomorrow around 11?" Sara asked. Y/n nodded in agreement and placed a card in Sara's hand before she ran and baseball slid off of the rooftop. Sara shook her head as she glanced down at the card, which was a number for a private investigation service, most likely Y/n's.

Imagine: Sara Lance helping you escape Bishop, and taking you in, and her telling you that you can start a new life with The Legends.
Tumblr media
Being stuck on that god-awful alien planet, with that psychopath, Bishop, was hell enough. But what made things so much worse for you were the experiments. The experiments and tests he would run on you. He always would tell you that you were meant for the greater good. That you would be aiding him in saving the human race. But with him, it was always one lie after another. You spent months locked in his lab. Day after day, in misery. Until one day you finally escaped. Thanks to a group of time travelers known as The Legends. Their Captain, Sara Lance had taken you in. And, you had been with them ever since escaping that planet.
Letting out a shaky breath, you were sitting on the stairs in the console room. But you weren't alone. Sara joined you.
Sara looked over at you. "Hey... Everything is going to be okay. You're safe now. Bishop can't hurt you anymore."
You looked at her. "Yeah..."
Sara Lance placed a hand on your shoulder. "Y/N, listen to me. I know you went through a lot back there. A lot more than I did. But you don't have to be scared anymore. Bishop is gone. You're safe... And, this team, we're going to look after you, okay?" Her expression softened.
You let out a shaky breath. " I just don't want to be alone anymore."
"You're not alone anymore," Sara said, gently squeezing your shoulder. "This team is a family. And you are a part of this family now. You have a second chance. A chance to start a new life. With us, if you so choose. You are a Legend now." She smiled.

"Ghost."
Short fanfic with gender neutral reader.
Warning: Legends of Tomorrow/The Flash spoiler.
I warned you.
A bit of a premise: No ships here.
About: You're the youngest Legend and were particularly bound to Leonard and Mick. After Leonard's death, you're still broken. Then, something happens.
Enjoy.
Tumblr media
“--get the hell out of my head.”
A little smile appeared on his pink, cold lips as Leonard turned the back to a drunk, mumbling Mick. Another bite on his conscience, a bit nearer to the result he was aiming to. But for that night he could go back to Thawne. He started making his way out of the room, entering the corridor, when someone bumped on him, making him stop. Against his chest, to be more exact. A soffocated groan reached his ears. That was a kid. A kid, wearing a too big sweatshirt and jeans. No shoes.
The blue-iced eyes widened.
“Ugh- sorry, man, I can't find-” you reopened yours, tired. Leonard never knew what you couldn't find; as soon as you recognized him, tears started to wet your cheeks. “Len?”, a whisper, the hands reaching for his face. “Oh my god, am I crazy too, am I having an allucination?”
He didn't know how to reply. He didn't know what you were doing on that timeship. He grabbed your hands, looking away. Only to make things worse.
“Oh my god, I can touch you, you're fucking real.”
“What are you doing here?” He asked, trying to contain himself. He wanted to hug you so badly. He had missed you so much... but obviously to you it was only passed a little time since his death. “What are you doing up?”
It took a while.
“I saw you dying, Len.” Your voice was cracking. “I was there and I saw you dying.”
Think. Fast. Only a few more instants and you'd start crying to the point you'd feel like drowning. He sighed. “You fell asleep on the floor again.”
“...what-”
“You used to do it a lot.” His voice softened, leaning towards you to move a hair away from your eye. “You're dreaming, kid. You must miss me a lot.”
You looked confused, but buying it. “I- I do...” you cried, “You shouldn't have to do that-- I should've taken your place instead! You shouldn't have to die-- fuck all that legends stuff- fuck Rip, fuck those fucking Time Masters-- if only... if only... you shouldn't have to die, Len, you shouldn't have to die...”
“What are they doing here?!”
He was furious. He couldn't stop hissing with anger at Thawne.
“You didn't tell me they were here. You didn't tell me they were with them.”
“It was irrilevant.”
“Irrilevant?”
“Why are you so worried about that child, Snart?”
“I'm not-”
“Alright, look. We could let them live. To keep you calm. Them and your partner. But only them.”
“...yes. Only them.”
Only they mattered, after all.

Author's Note: I think this is quite cute.
SUPERACHE - CONAN GRAY WRITING CHALLENGE MASTERLIST
----------------------------------
I don't think anyone could've guessed the consequences of putting me on a ship with Leonard Snart and Mick Rory.
By all accounts, we should've hated each other. I had dedicated myself to protecting anyone I could... they were thieves with ice and fire guns that seemingly only cared for themselves.
But somehow, the three of us ended up being best friends. While there was a whole team around us, we each seemed more tied to each other than anyone else. Neither one of us could quite explain it. It just kind of worked out that way.
The first memory I have of how close we were was after a particularly embarrassing break-up.
I had been trying to maintain a relationship with someone on Earth that definitely didn't deserve the effort. After they had pulled the plug, I found myself hiding away in the kitchen. I wasn't really doing anything. I was just sitting there, quiet and disconnected.
I barely registered Leonard and Mick coming in to sit with me.
"For what it's worth," Leonard said. "They were a nightmare to be around."
I let out a scoff. "Of course, you would say that."
"I could burn them," Mick offered.
"I... I think I'm alright, thanks," I replied. "Why are you being so nice?"
"Because you're one of the few people on this ship that isn't completely irritating," Leonard shrugged.
"We're friends then," I asked.
"Sure."
"Best friends?"
"Don't push it."
I just chuckled. Yeah, that was the beginning of us being best friends.
My next favorite memory was while we were on a mission.
Rip had sent the three of us off on a task together. Poor choice on his part, but it had all worked out in the end. As we watched everything seemingly fall into place, I got just a little bit excited.
"Oh, hell yeah!"
Leonard and Mick both quickly looked at me. They both seemed a bit shocked. It took me a moment to realize that they were staring.
"I can cuss, y'know."
"It's just strange..."
"Always pictured you as a small... pug," Mick added.
"A pug," I asked.
"Pretty accurate comparison," Leonard added.
"I hate both of you."
"No, you don't," Leonard replied. "Now, come on, Rip doesn't like to be left waiting."
I rolled my eyes but followed close behind them. "I don't hate you guys."
"We know," Mick grumbled.
I chuckled.
It was times like these that I thought about those moments. The ones that made me happy. The ones that never failed to put me in a better mood.
Sometimes I needed them.
It's not because something bad had happened... Mick was just throwing up and I was sitting on the floor next to him. I needed the reminder about why I would choose to do this.
"You alright," Leonard asked as he walked in.
"I'm waiting for him to pass out, so I can make sure he doesn't choke on his own tongue," I shrugged.
"You can go change," he motioned toward the door. "I'll take care of him."
"Thank you."
I stood up and started walking out.
"I love you guys."
"Love you too," Leonard nodded. "And I'm sure Mick would say the same if he were sober."
I gave him a thumbs up before walking out of the room.
It was chaos, but I loved these boys. No matter what.

enchanted to meet you🧊
|| Song Fic based on Enchanted by Taylor Swift

|| Note: This is part 1. I'm not gonna finish the song. part 2 will be based on a different song but still somehow connected to this one.

|| Story under the cut
There I was again tonight, forcing laughter faking smiles, same old tired lonely place
You woke up on a rooftop with a splitting head ache along with a few other people. The only ones you recognized were Ray and Sara. Then you hear a voice "Glad to see your all awake." The man introduced himself as Rip Hunter. He then told us all about Vandal Savage and showed us what the city would look like 150 years from now. He left an address with Professor Stein.
Walls of insincerity, shifting eyes and vacancy, vanished when I saw your face
10 minutes since Rip lied. You were sitting in a corridor with your back to the wall. Until you felt someone sit beside you. You looked up to see him. "Now, what's a pretty thing like you doing all by herself." You lifted a small smile saying "Thinking."
All i can say is, it was enchanting to meet you
He gave a smirk and said "Leonard Snart, nice to meet you." You rolled your eyes, gave a low chuckle and said "I know who you are." And he looked at you and said "And you are Y/n Y/l/n." You looked at him and said "Are you stalking me or something?" He laughed "Just interested, is all."

Fog: Eobard Thawne X Gender Neutral Reader
Tumblr media
Request came from the Kinktober stuff I did. I was intending on making this a smut, but I just didn't have the mind for it. I'm sure I'll write some spicy OG Eobard stuff at some point.
Something’s wrong.
It’s been a long time since you’ve woken up to the smell of breakfast foods wafting in the air. Years now, traveling with the Legends, not a single one of them made any kind of food that could possibly float all the way to invade your senses in your room. That doubt is cleared up when you open your eyes, but you are all the more confused.
These aren’t your sheets. That’s not your pillow. This is not your bed.
Not for a while at least.
Eobard Thawne, you little speedy shit.
When you pull the covers from yourself you see yet another something out of place. That’s not your T-shirt. It’s yellow and has a rather familiar lightning symbol on the chest. As much as you’d love to parade around with your boyfriend’s logo, it’s just not the best thing to do when you live with his enemies on the Waverider.
Before your feet can touch the floor there’s a flash of red lightning and you’re back in bed again, covers tucked in, and a note sitting on your chest. A yellow sticky note. Wow. No telling who wrote this.
The note simply reads ‘can’t have you spoiling the surprise’ which leaves you more confused than before. Did Eobard speed you off the Waverider and back to his latest hideout? Did you just have a night not to be remembered?
You’re answered relatively quickly when you notice what sits on your bedside table.
A ring.
Eobard didn’t just steal you away for a night. Whatever this is, it’s long term.
The sight of Eobard standing in the doorway takes your mind away from the racing thoughts in an almost mystical way.
The Spear.
“You used the Spear on me?”
“More so your team, all I did to you was…” He smirks a bit and gestures to your attire and location. “Never seen a better sight.”
Eobard with his blond hair and the smile that could go from sweet to sinister and back again in seconds is never a bad sight, but your concerns are too big to ignore. Even with that face staring back at you.
“Where’s my team?”
“Alive, passive torture, nothing too big.”
“What, did you make them servants?”
“Kind of.” He nods. “Breakfast?”
“Do I have a choice?”
“I made different eggs, there’s different breads, you have a lot of choices.”
“Funny.”
You stand and follow Eobard to the table where, as he said, there is a multitude of choices for food. Eobard has a smile on his face that shows how happy he is with himself. The Legion probably has everything they could ever want.
But there’s something wrong. Your brain is foggy. It’s like the more time you spend with Eobard, the less capacity your mind has to remember all the things about the Legion and the Legends. Just a minute ago you could remember things like the layout of the waverider, Ray’s morning routine, and Nate’s annoying song choices. But those memories are fading. Where the med-bay is, Ray’s fluff time for his hair, and Nate’s dumb little dances are slipping away.
But you distinctly remember every interaction you’ve had with Eobard. The settings are fading though. Some details make you think the meeting took place on the Waverider, but everything else tells you it happened at Jitters.
“Did you give me fake memories?”
Your hand had absentmindedly gripped onto one of the chairs and your knuckles are now turning white. There’s a foggy shadow that blurs over your vision on the Waverider. You can’t clearly picture anything anymore. That AI’s voice begins to fade. You can’t even remember its name.
“I did.” He admits. “They shouldn’t be changing much. Just a fake wedding and a few little things that I wanted to do, but never got the chance with you on the Waverider.”
“The what?” You ask.
Eobard quirks an eyebrow. “The Waverider. The time travel ship.”
“I can’t-” You clutch your head as your knees give out.
Eobard catches you before you hit the ground. He presses a hand to your forehead and you can faintly see his eyebrows narrow. In an instant you’re back in the bed and Eobard is gone.
Your brain continues to fill with fog. Names slip away from you more and more. You can remember a woman, blonde with blue eyes, but her name escapes you. There’s vague memories of a room, the posters are solid but the walls they’re pinned on are unclear.
You sit up, unsure of what’s eating away at your brain. All you can recall is Eobard waking you up for breakfast like he does every morning. Where did he go, he’s never one to miss breakfast.

Prophecy (John Constantine x GN!Reader)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Pairing:  John Constantine (LoT ver.) x Gender Neutral!Demon!Reader (with two dicks and tentacles) Rating: Explicit Words: 1014 POV: Second Summary: The Big Tober Day 25 - Monsterfucking Note: Reader is not referred to with any gendered words. Reader just has a dick.... well two actually... king shark style.... Tags: demon fucking, anal, anal fingering, biting, tentacles, manhandling, wet and sloppy, double penetration, PWP and haiku at the end
A filthy moan vibrated through the tentacle you had shoved down John’s throat. You could feel his oesophagus bare down onto your extremity. When he seemed to choke, you retracted the tentacle to rest the end on his tongue. John opened his eyes, tears streaming down his crimson cheeks as he breathed around your appendage. “So pretty,” you cooed as your other tentacles caressed his glistening body.
Two of them had suctioned down onto his nipples, pressing down and pulling on the sensitive flesh. Each movement allowed you to feel his cock twitch, which you currently had sandwiched between your two own, a tentacle wrapped around it to keep your cocks snugly together. “Please,” John whispered with his mouth still full. You shut him up by pushing the tentacle back down his throat, reaching as deep as you knew he could handle it. He moaned in satisfaction.
You could smell his arousal, the air in the warehouse thick with the odour of lust. Your other four tentacles held John up in the air, giving your hands all the access you desired to his pretty hole. John sucked so eagerly; it was hard to tell whether the whine was from your tentacle slipping deeper down his throat or from a third finger joining the wet mess inside him. His flushed skin was like a furnace in the poorly isolated, abandoned building. The only light came from the moonlight coming through the windows near the ceiling and the summoning circle below you, where the flames warmed your body. The red light coming from below created erotic shadows on John’s body. You couldn’t hold back anymore and turned John over, your tentacles manhandling him into a bent over position with his ass at your mouth’s height. You bared your triangular teeth to the world, before pressing them into the softness of John’s ass.
John moaned as he felt you almost pierce his skin. He didn’t care if you did. He had been edged so often by now, he would let you do anything to him. He just needed to cum; he needed your permission to cum. His cock was dripping arousal onto the weathered concrete, the cold air helping him to repress the orgasm he had been on the brink of - over and over. “Why are you always such a fucking menace?” He slurred, trying to wiggle his hands free so he could stroke his weeping cock, but your body and all its extremities left no room for him to move.
His taunt was all the instructions you needed from him. You bit down on the other cheek, dragging your sharp teeth down to leave angry red lines. The sound coming from him was primal, desperate and obscene. You lowered him, aligning his fingered-open hole with your cocks. You pressed the tip of the lower one against his entrance. The tapered tip slipped inside easily. You pressed forward, stretching him more and more the deeper you went. The base was too thick for him, but you knew he would be able to take that and much more eventually.
A euphonic song of gasps and moans came from the warlock as you worked him open with your enormity. He was hot around you, his arousal filling your senses. His filthy moans filled your ears. You could smell the precum that was dripping onto the ground. Your vision was focused on where you saw your length almost entirely disappear inside of him. Your fingers digged into his plump ass, your left thumb pressing into the crimson lines you left earlier. All that was missing was his essence on your tongue.
Your tentacles moved, keeping John speared on your hardness as you pressed his back against your chest. Two of your tentacles held him by the knees now, keeping his legs spread. Another two held him below the arms. Another wrapped itself around John’s neck, lightly choking him. Yet another grabbed him by the hair [why did I give you so many tentacles?], forcing his head to turn so you could kiss him. Saliva covered his lips and dripped down his chin as you ravaged his mouth. The two tentacles you still had left wrapped around his middle and moved him on your cock like a toy. Your second cock rubbed deliciously between his cheeks with each thrust. You moaned into his mouth, hands reaching for his nipples. Even the lightest touch to the abused nubs made John whimper.
With the new angle, John took you to the base so easily. The human’s skin was slick from the secretion coming from your many appendages. John felt like he was drowning. He was wet all over in your slick. Tongues danced sloppily as he was filled with your cock. “Another,” he managed to moan against your lips. You understood, one hand letting go of his red nipples to angle your second cock in line with his stretched hole. John’s delighted cry echoed through the building when the tip of your second cock slipped inside along the first one.
John was near-incoherent as you speared him open with both your cocks. His length twitched pathetically against his abdomen, precum joining your juices on his skin. “You can cum for me John,” you whispered into his ear, your tongue darting out to tease his earlobe. He whimpered in reply, something about how you had the tendency to continue, how you were unlikely to stop, how it hurt so good. Your triangular teeth teased his ear as you chuckled ominously.
The warlock screamed like his life depended on it as you renounced mercy and tightened his grip on him. A wet squelch accompanied every thrust into his spit open body. You could feel John tighten around you, the most pitiful moans filling the room as he painted his own body and face white. “That’s it, warlock,” you delighted in his helplessness. Your tentacles manhandled John onto the floor, upper body against the concrete and ass up. “Now let’s fulfil your prophecy.”
You continued on.  You were unlikely to stop.  And it hurt so good.

Sara is a huge flirt, and once she finds out how easy it is to flustered you, it's game over.
She starts out verbally with pick-up lines and compliments, but once she knows you're okay with it, she moves on to little touches
You get kind of depressed when you think she's joking about everything
Sara sets the record straight and you learn that what you had been getting before was just the tip of the iceberg
It gets worse when Sara can make obviously sexual comments and tease you until you're really frustrated

(SET DURING S2 EP10 “Legion of Doom” OF DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW!)
Tumblr media
The Vanishing Point
An awkward silence drifted throughout The Vanishing Point as you stood in the middle of the room, both of your arms crossed over your chest. Part of you didn’t want to move an inch. Perhaps it was the mere fact you were in a room full of complete strangers, all but the blonde-haired man who was a familiar face. Eobard Thawne. Not only a speedster, but your mentor and a good friend. You shifted in your position. The lingering stares from the two other men in the room, Damien Darhk and Malcolm Meryln left you feeling uncomfortable. “Eobard… Care to explain the child standing in the middle of the room?” Damien raised a questioning eyebrow. You looked between the two other gentlemen. Guess they hadn’t quite been informed that of tour presence yet. Malcolm nodded his head as well. “Yes. Because I’m not quite understanding who she is or why she’s here when she clearly doesn’t belong.” He quipped.
Eobard was quick to pick up your nervousness. “Gentlemen…” He placed a comforting hand on your shoulder. “You’ll want to treat this young lady right here with the uttermost respect.”
“Why is that?” Malcolm quizzed.
“Gentlemen, meet Y/N L/N.” Eobard told them. “She’s an intelligent young woman, who happens to also be a speedster like myself. And, she is here because she is going to aid us in our mission of retrieving The Sphere of Destiny.”Eobard gently squeezed your shoulder, before letting go. It wasn't easy for you to remain still; especially when you had never met these people before. But, there was no reason to show any more fear or uncertainty than necessary. So, you took a deep breath, and straightened your back. “Hello…” You spoke, quietly.
“This is your plan?” Malcolm scoffed. “A teenage girl with super speed?” He seemed disgruntled.
"I assure you.” Eobard assured him. "My time spent with her has proven to me she's exactly what we need." Eobard seemed confident.
“Which comes to my question…” Damien stepped forward as well. “How do you know this girl?” You crossed your arms over your chest. While you were open to speak as well, you just didn’t think the time was right. “All you need to know is she’s my student. And I’ve been training her in how to properly use her ability’s.” Eobard replied, simply.
“Training?” Damien blinked.
“Which in other words means, she’s useless.” Malcolm retorted. “She doesn’t know her full potential, which means she’s more vulnerable.” You felt a string pull at your heart. You looked down, hurt by the man’s words.
“Malcolm does a point, Eobard. Your underling can’t be relied upon. She knows nothing about the abilities she possesses. It would be unwise to to bring her into this if she’s not capable.” Damien argued. He knew that they needed someone who could help. Someone powerful enough.
You looked up to see the three men staring at each other. It was understandable if they seemed hesitant about this. But although you were still learning about your abilities, you knew you would be fully capable of what little of your powers you knew to aid them on their mission. They just needed time for you to prove it to them. And you were sure that Eobard would do his best to try and help them see that.
“Gentlemen, I know you have your doubts about her.” Eobard replied. “But I assure you. She is a speedster. She can learn quickly. If you give her the opportunity, she will prove herself to be a valuable asset.”And as her teacher, I will not let her fail.”
“I can’t believe I’m listening to this.” Malcolm scoffed. He shakes his head. With that, the archer didn’t hesitate to leave the room.
Damien stepped closer to Eobard. “You can’t blame him, Eobard. Bringing a kid into this isn’t your smartest idea. Just think about it. I’ll leave you and the girl to talk.” Damien nodded his head, before he too decided to leave.
That left you and Eobard.
Letting out an exasperated sigh, Eobard rubbed his forehead. “They really itch my nerves.”
You frowned. You could tell that Eobard was extremely stressed out about the situation. You looked down. “Eobard… I’m sorry that your partners are hesitate to trust you bringing me along.“ You looked back up, your gaze meeting with the speedsters. “But… Maybe it’s just going to take them some time? I mean, don’t you remember how hesitate you were at first about teaching me how to use my speed?” You tried to remind him. Hoping he’d get your point. Eobard looked at you. He paused for a moment, but soon nodded his head. Remembering back to a time so long ago, when the two of you had first met. “Yes…” He muttered. “I was so unsure. I didn’t think you would be capable of handling that kind of power. But… In time, you showed me how strong you were.”
“Then maybe they just need time.” You told him. “Time to see my strength. Right?” You gave him a soft expression to reassure him.
Eobard let out another sigh. He seemed to understand what you were getting out. Yes. Maybe that’s what they needed? Time. Time to get to know you. To see your potential the same way that they did. “I guess, Kiddo.” Eobard replied. “But as much as I’d like them to, they’re very arrogant. It’s hard to get them to agree with anything I say.”
You couldn’t help but let out a soft laugh. “Arrogant? Geez, that totally doesn’t remind me of someone I know.”
Eobard gave you a quizzical look. “Oh really?”
You shrugged your shoulder lightly. Now seeming to be more comfortable now that it was just you and him. “He’s not that bad though. In fact, he’s a pretty good teacher.” This time, your smile was more genuine. Eobard couldn’t help but manage a faint, but also genuine smile. He always appreciated your compliments. They boosted his ego.
Eobard chuckled. “Well I’m glad you think so.” He walked over to you. You never broke his gaze.
“Try not to stress yourself out too much, okay?” You plead. You knew how Eobard got when he was stressed out and angry. Eobard huffed, stopping within arms length of you. “Y/N…” He began. He placed his hands on the sides of your arms, looking down at you. “You should know my associates aren’t the most…”
“Understandable?” You added.
Eobard nodded. He tilted his head slightly. His bright blue eyes focused on you. “Yes. That’s a good way of putting it.”
“Eobard, it’s okay.” You reassured. “I’m not a little kid that needs to be hovered over. I can handle myself. I understand that my trust must be earned. And I’ll do whatever I can to ensure it is.” You wanted him to know that you would put all of your effort into this mission. “You should know better than anyone that I don’t give up so easily.”
Eobard knew that you had the heart of a fighter. Which is why he couldn’t think of anyone else better to help aid him in this mission. But… Sometimes, that did worry him. Often, he worried that your courage and bravery would be what got you hurt. Or worse, killed. But of course, he could never gather the courage himself to tell you that. Instead, he found subtle and simple ways to express his worries, hoping that one day you might notice. “Of course, I know that Y/N. But I just worry my associates might not hesitate if they see you aren’t fit for this.” Eobard told you. “I just want you to be careful around them. Okay?” His expression softened.
“Of course.” You nodded.
“But I don’t want you to feel frightened by them or intimated for that matter.” Eobard told you. Because he wouldn’t dare let them harm you. “I assure you, I will ensure they treat you kindly.” He reassured you.
You smiled softly. There was something about Eobard that made you feel safe. And even though he was a very powerful speedster, he also possessed a very gentle side to him. That was something you appreciated and admired about him. And over the years, you had caught on to how protective Eobard had become of you. Eobard treated you much like a daughter. He cared deeply for you. And you would do everything in your power to make sure that you wouldn’t disappoint him.
“Oh don’t worry, Damien and Malcolm don’t frighten me.” You remarked. In fact, there wasn’t much that could scare you.
Eobard chuckled. “Didn’t think they would.”
“I’m tougher than I look.” You smirked.
Suddenly, Eobard’s watch pinged, and he looked down at he. Letting out an exasperated sigh, he looked up at you. “Sorry Y/N, but I must be going. It’s urgent.” You looked at him, and nodded. Understanding that he had to go, and to let him know it was okay. “But no worries, I’ll be back before you know it.” He gently gave your shoulder a nudge, before disappearing in a flash of red lighting.
~~
Time seemed to pass entirely…oddly in The Vanishing Point. In fact, you had been unable to determine how long it had been since Eobard had left to attend his business. Sitting on a table, you swing your legs back and forth. As a Speedster, you were used to being able to run about wherever you wanted, and however long you wanted. So you weren’t used to sitting around and doing nothing. Though, you supposed you shouldn’t take the peace for granted. It was nice to have a moment where your mind wasn’t racing with thoughts and feelings. Although, the more that you sat there. The more you felt like things just weren't quite right. It was a bad feeling. While yes being in The Vanishing Point all alone was very creepy, this feeling was completely separate from that. Hopping off of the table, you felt compelled to explore your surroundings. To become more familiar with them.
It was unclear, when Eobard would return from his duties. So might as well make the most of your time, right?
As you were exploring the Vanishing Point, you had stumbled upon a room. A darkened one. As you entered the room, your footsteps had made an echoing noise.
“Hello?! Who’s there?” A frantic voice called.
You stopped in your tracks. The voice, was completely unfamiliar to you. It wasn’t Eobard, nor was it Damien or Malcolm. It was a man, that was for sure. “Hello?” You called out.
You stepped forwards, and as you had gotten farther into the room, your eyes laid on a man. The voice you heard.
Sitting in the middle of the room, tied to a chair, was a man. Your eyes grew. What the hell?
“Please. Please, whoever you are. Don’t-Don’t come near me!” He shouted. You slowly, and cautiously walked over to the man. Who was this man? Why was he here? Tied up. It was clear that the man was extremely frightened. So you had to do your best to try and call him down.
“Hey-it’s…it’s okay.” You stopped in front of him. “I won’t hurt you.”
The man looked you up and down. “You…you’re just a kid.” He muttered. He shakes his head. “Please. Please. Help me. Let me out of here.”
His eyes. You could see the fear and panic in them. This man was terrified for his life. He seemed so desperate to escape. You swallowed. At first, you were hesitant. Why was this man even here in the first place? Was he dangerous? You didn’t know.
“I-“ You began. “Who are you? What happened?”
“My name is Phil. I’m-I’m a director. I was kidnapped by these two crazy dudes!” The man tried to explain. “Please. Please, you gotta let me out man. You have to free me and get me out of here. I think they’re going to torture me or even kill me.”
Torture? Kill?
Eobard didn’t have any part in this did he? Oh you hoped he didn’t.
“Who? Who kidnapped you?” You asked.
“These two dudes. They had these weird guns.” Phil replied. “Kept talking about some Sphere. I don’t know about any Sphere.” He told you.
The Sphere of Destiny?
Was he talking about Malcom and Damien? They kidnapped this man? Why? What did he have to do with any of this. You let out a shaky breath. “You mean, The Sphere of Destiny? Is that what they were asking about?”
Phil nodded. “Yes yes. They kept saying I’m some guy named Rip Hunter. Man. He’s a character from my movie!”
Rip Hunter?
Rip Hunter was a Time-Master, from the 22nd century.
“Rip Hunter?” You quizzed. You took a second glance at him. Really getting a good look at him. His hair and beard were longer. His clothes seemed normal, but the way he spoke. Completely opposite of someone from London. But it was him. It was definitely him. This was Rip Hunter. “What I don’t understand. What happened to you?”
“What?” Rip quizzed. He then shakes his head. “No no. You don’t understand. I am NOT Rip Hunter. I am Phil!” He looked at you, his eyes grew. “Wait. Wait. Is this some sort of test. Oh god. Are you with them?” He seemed to panic.
“Yes.” You answered. “Wait-no I mean… Yes. I’m with them. But…” But you didn’t know about this. “But I had no idea about this.”
“Look, can you just please let me go?” Rip plead. “Just let me go, and I’ll be on my way. I swear. I won’t press charges.”
Your expression softened. This wasn’t supposed to be Rip Hunter. But something wasn’t right. It was like he didn’t even remember who he was. Regardless, you could never deny someone asking for help. “Okay okay. Calm down? I’ll let you out.” You reached down, to untie his bonds.
Rip nodded his head and let out sigh of relief. “Thank you. Thank you.”
Your mind began to race.
Why would they kidnap Rip Hunter?
Why can he not remember who he is?
Well, it seemed that your instincts were right. That things had felt very off. You continued to untie Rip’s bonds, when suddenly you felt a burning sensation in your hands. “OW.” You yelped, letting go of the rope and stepping backwards. What was that?
Rip’s eyes grew wide. “What are you doing?” He shakes his head. “Why did you stop? Keep going! You have got to get me out.”
“I’m afraid she won’t be doing that.” A grim voice came from behind.
Your head turned, and you looked over to see Damien Darhk. The older gentleman gave a smug smirk, as he began to walk in your direction. You held your hand, which still had that burning sensation. “You...”
“It seems the little bird has flown too far away from its nest.” Damien said. Though, he would narrow his eyes at you. “Now, what are you doing snooping around in places you shouldn't?”
You shake your head. “Why does Eobard have Rip Hunter locked up here?”
Damien Darhk simply shrugged his shoulders. “Captain Hunter, is here because he has information regarding on the whereabouts of the rest of the Sphere of Destiny.” He took a step towards you.
“That doesn’t answer my question.” You stared. “Why is he being kept a prisoner?”
“Well you see Y/N, this is what we like to call an interrogation. I’m sure you’re familiar with the concept of good cop, and bad cop.” He replied. “Captain Hunter has been keeping this said information from us, and this is the only way to get him to cooperate.”
“By torturing him?” You scoffed.
“Torture is...a last resort.” Damien told you.
“What about...what about the fact he doesn't remember who he is?” You knew that Damien Darhk and Malcolm Meryln couldn’t be good people, and this seemed to prove that theory. Kidnapping. Torture. These were the ways of villain's. “What did you do to him?”
“See that’s the thing.” Damien chuckled. “Captain Hunter’s memory loss was entirely his doing. His sad attempt of keeping the Sphere’s whereabouts from us.”
“I...I don’t understand...” You looked away.
“If you’re so eager to ask so many questions, then you may want to start with seeking out your mentor.” Damien said. You looked back up at him.
“Eobard?” You quizzed.
Damien nodded his head. “Eobard is the head of this operation.”
So this was Eobard’s idea? To kidnap and torture Rip Hunter? You swallowed. That idea made you feel a pit in your stomach. Why? Why would Eobard ever want to do something so awful?
“So this is his idea?” You asked.
“Mostly, yes.” Damien told you. “Malcolm and I were just pulled along the way.”
“Hey! Hey! I’m still here!” Rip shouted. He looked between the two of you. “Look man I don’t know what the hell is going on here, but let me go!”
Damien Darhk looked to Rip Hunter, and stared daggers into his gaze. “It’s incredibly rude of you to interrupt our conversation.” He then looked back at you. Damien could tell that this had all come to a shock to you. That you hadn’t expected it. Which made sense to him. He reckoned Eobard would keep his wicked ways from his underling. “Look… I can tell this is all a shock to you. May I suggest, maybe confronting Eobard about it?”
“Confront him?” You shake your head. Would he even open up to you, or would he deny it?
“Yes. Because I’m sure if you pushed it enough, he would have choice but to open up to you.” Damien Darhk walked over to where Rip was sitting. “Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some interrogating to do.”
It was more of a demand, then a suggest.
So, you gave Damien Darhk a nod, before flashing off in search of Eobard.
~~
With your mind racing with thoughts, you continued throughout the Vanishing Point. This didn’t seem like it should be a reality. And it certainly didn’t make any sense! Why would Eobard want to keep something like this from you? Why would he kidnap Rip Hunter? As you entered the man area, you gaze landed on that of Eobard Thawne. The older speedster was sitting at a computer, and appeared to be doing some sort of work. But of course at the sound of the echoing footsteps, his head turned. To look at you as you had entered the room. A smile graced his features. “Hello, Y/N.” He greeted. He let out a sigh, before standing up from the computer. “I told you I wouldn’t back, didn’t I?” He gave a little smirk. Eobard walked out from behind from the desk.
You stopped halfway towards him.
“Yeah…you did.” You replied.
Eobard narrowed his eyes. “Is everything alright?”
At first, you were hesitant to answer. You knew you could pretend like things were fine. But what would be the point? So Eobard could keep being so secretive? So, instead you chose to be straightforward and blunt. “I don’t know… Pretty shocked by the fact that a version of Rip Hunter who doesn’t know who he is, is locked up in the other room.”
This caught Eobard completely off guard. He let out a chuckle. “I’m sorry?”
You crossed your arms over your chest, and huffed. “When you asked me to help you find the Sphere of Destiny, I didn’t think it would involve kidnapping and torture.”
Eobard went silent for a moment. It seemed he was debating if he even wanted to reply. But after a moment, he lets out a sigh. “Captain Hunter is not in his right mind right now. He has no true idea of his identity. I merely pushed Damien and Malcolm to ensure that Mr.Hunter wouldn’t become a danger to himself or others.”
That was his excuse?
“I get that but…” You shake your head. “Damien said he rid himself of his memories to keep you all from discovering where the Sphere of Destiny was.” You swallowed.
“Yes, he did.” Eobard nodded.
“But that implies he knows something I don’t.” You replied. It suggested that allowing Eobard and his associates to have the Sphere of Destiny in their possession, was dangerous. That it couldn’t be. Why? Why would it be dangerous?
They wanted to retrieve the Sphere so it could become a treasured artifact. How was that dangerous l?
Eobard shrugged his shoulders. “Mr.Hunter is a Time-Master. Well, more a former one anyways. I’m sure he thought that keeping anyone from knowing where the Sphere was, was the best way to protect history.”
“Eobard..” Your voice became lower.
Eobard raised an eyebrow. “Y/N, please. If you are worried about Captain Hunter’s well-being, then I have no problem ensuring Mr.Darhk, and Mr.Meryln use more…ethical ways of persuading him.”
“That’s not just it, Eobard.” You told him.
Not only, did you feel that Eobard was keeping more than one just secret from you but…but you couldn’t quite explain his behavior. One day, you and Eobard were in the lab. He was going on about how ecstatic he was to present himself to the world. To show them that he too could be a hero, just as the man and hero he admired. The Flash. The next, Eobard Thawne was gone. He had left a note to you, saying he had something important to tend to. That he would be: Back in a Flash. But… But he was gone, for an entire year. No calls. No texts. Nothing. Where did he go in all of that time? What was he doing? You were so desperate to know now.
A frown now graced Eobard’s features. “Then what is it?” He placed a hand on your shoulder. “You can tell me anything, you know that.”
Letting out a shaky breath, you straightened your posture. “Eobard, you left. You left and you were gone for an entire year.”
Eobard looked down at you. “Yeah…Yeah I was.”
“An entire year.” You repeated. But this time, hurt was in your voice. “All you left me was a note. No calls or texts. No indication of where you were or why you were gone for so long.”
Eobard sighed. He could tell by that look in your eyes, that this was going to be a very long and complicated conversation. One that you weren’t going to let go of so easily. He knew you well enough to know that.
“I know and…” He sighed. “I’m sorry.”
You bite the inside of your cheek. Eobard Thawne was your mentor. Your friend. In a way, he was like a father to you, and he just up and leaves you?
“Sorry?” You scoffed. “Is that all you can say…”
Eobard Thawne knew that this conversation would be a very complicated one. One that he would have to help her understand. He knew in his heart, he couldn’t lie to her. He had to tell her the truth. The only issue with that, was that Eobard knew what that truth would do to her. Y/N looked up to him. She admired him. The same way he once admired The Flash. He saw the good parts of him. Completely unaware of the bad parts. The parts that were merciless and ruthless. He didn’t really want to have this conversation with her. But he knew that she wouldn’t stop pushing, until he did eventually her the truth.
Eobard sighed. “No of course not I-“ He let go of her shoulder. “I just…don’t know where to start with this.”
“Maybe with where you went?” You quizzed. You crossed your arms over your chest. What kind of business had been so important he had to abandon her?
“Right.” He cleared his throat.
You knew that Eobard had tended to be secretive with her about things. And in the past, you didn’t ever want to push him about them. But this time, this time you had to. “What could’ve been so important that you couldn’t tell me?“ You shake your head.
Eobard tensed. But he knew he had to tell her. “Okay okay.” He sighed. “I did leave you, yes. But, I left with the intention of coming back. I never meant to leave you hanging. I’m sorry I couldn’t contact you.”
“Couldn’t, or wouldn’t?” You remarked.
“I wanted to contact you.” Eobard told you. “I promise, I did. But don’t things happened. And for months I left unable to reach you.”
“Where were you, Eo?” You uncrossed your arms. All of that time, you had felt so alone. While yeah, you still had your family and friends. But you and Eobard had always shared a profound bond.
“I…I traveled through time.” Eobard huffed.
Your eyes grew wide. He traveled through time? Why? Where did he go? “What? Why? Where did you travel to?”
“The year 2000.” Eobard looked down. “I uh, I went there to um…to see The Flash.”
The Flash? You tried to search your mind for answers. You knew that Eobard Thawne had admired The Flash. And perhaps yes, you did too. The Flash was a great hero, that would he remembered for centuries.
“The Flash?” You replied. “I don’t understand.” You shake your head. “Why would travel so far just to see The Flash? And if I’m not mistaken, that’s years before The Flash even came to be. He would’ve been young then.”
Eobard nodded. That you had been right about. Barry Allen, had just been a child. 11 years old. “Yes, that you are right about.”
“Eobard, you aren’t making sense!” You protested. What sense did it make that Eobard would travel all the way through time, to see The Flash before he came to be?
Eobard nodded. “I know. But… It will make sense.” He let out another sigh. “I didn’t just travel back in time to visit The Flash. I…” He closed his eyes for a moment. “I traveled back in time to kill him.”
Kill him? What?
Now he really wasn’t making any sense! This was absurd! Now, you were believing that he was starting to make things up.
“Kill him?” You scoffed. “Okay. Eobard, that’s not funny. That’s absurd. Why can’t you just tell me the truth? Instead of making up stories!”
“It’s not a story.” Eobard shakes his head. He looked back up to you.
“It has to be.” You remarked. Right? The Flash was his idol. The man who inspired him to even give himself super-speed in the first place. What sense did it make that he would want to kill his hero?
“It isn’t, I’m afraid.” Eobard said.
You looked at Eobard. And suddenly, you saw no sign of deception. Like he was actually being truthful.
“So you traveled back in time in kill the same man you idolize?” You shake your head. “No. No Eobard, stop. This is…this is crazy. Why would you want to kill The Flash? He’s your idol. He’s the very reason you even gave yourself super-speed in the first place! You’re not making sense!”Tears welled in your eyes. “Eobard, please. Just tell me the truth. Okay? I…I don’t get mad. I promise. Just tell me the truth.” You plead.
Eobard placed his hands on your shoulders. “I am telling you the truth but…” He breathed out. “But there is more to it. You’re right. The Flash is the very reason I gave myself super-speed. I idolized him. I’ve spent my whole life wanting to be like him. And when I finally did become like him, fast, well…I wanted to not just be like The Flash.” He sighed. “I wanted to be The Flash.” You tensed up, but kept your gaze on him. “And I was so close, Y/N. So close to presenting myself to the world. Showing them that I could be the hero that they needed. I could be The Flash.” His gaze darted downwards. “Then The Flash showed up. And what did he do? Stole my glory. Stole my crowd.” He clenched his jaw. “Then…then he saved the crowd. The crowd I was meant to impress. He stole everything from me.”
You listened to him. “So, he did his job? What…why want to kill him?”
Eobard looked back up. “The Flash took everything from me, Y/N. He took my chance of being a hero. Of being him. And to make matters worse, I learned… I learned that not only wouldn’t I never be The Flash, but I would destined to be his enemy.”
His enemy? “Enemy?” Eobard was suggesting that he was meant to be some sort of villain. No. No they couldn’t be! Eobard wasn’t a villain! He was your friend. Your mentor. “What? Eobard, that’s insane. You’re not…you’re not a bad guy…”
“Oh Y/N…” Eobard kept his hands on your shoulders. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry for misleading about the kind of man I am…”
“What? No…I…I don’t understand…” You stared
“I am not a hero, like The Flash. I am not full of light and love. But I am the complete opposite, I am the reverse of everything he is.” Eobard told you. “I am full of darkness and rage. And I wanted to kill The Flash, because I hate him for what he did. I hate him, so much, Y/N. I’ve spent my entire life devoted to ruining his. I even went as far as killing his mother just to make him suffer.”
You felt your stomach drop. Suddenly, everything had chanted for you.
The man who had taught you everything you knew about your speed, wasn’t a hero. He was a villain. The very thing you had been training to stop.
Eobard Thawne was a murderer. A super-villain.
Did that mean that everything he had ever taught you meant nothing now?
Does it mean everything has been a whole lie this entire time? Did he even care about you? You didn’t know.
Everything was a lie.
Everything you thought, and knew about Eobard was all a lie.
“No. No. No.” You shake your head. “No.” You felt as if your heart was being tucked at it. A tear slipped down your cheek.
“Y/N-“ Eobard began.
Feeling your breaths becoming more shaky, you stepped back, forcing Eobard to let go of your shoulders. “No! Stay away!” You gritted your teeth. “Stay away from me!”
Eobard Thawne frowned. He could see. The heartbreak and sadness, the feeling of betrayal in your eyes. It made him feel a pang of hurt in his chest. He never meant for this. He never meant to lie to you. He never wanted to.
Eobard had just spent so much time with her, that it made it hard for him to want to tell you.
He wanted you to be happy.
He wanted you to trust him, and to admire him the way you did. Not be afraid of him. Or hate him.
“Y/N, I am sorry for lying to you.” Eobard began. “I never meant to. I never wanted to. It’s just…” He shakes his head. “I didn’t want to hurt you or scare you. I wanted you to be happy.”
“You’re a monster! And a liar!” You shouted. You felt the tears escaping your eyes and down your cheeks.
You trusted him.
You trusted him.
Eobard Thawne was your mentor. Your friend. Someone you looked up to you and believed in. Someone that you found yourself telling things that you didn’t tell others.
And he lied to you. Deceived you.
“You abandoned me!” You felt this overwhelming feeling of anger and rage. “You lied to me! And now you only brought me here to make me do something awful, didn’t you?”
“No. No of course not.” Eobard reassured. “I would never make you do anything bad.”
You scoffed. “Why should I listen to you?” After all, you should just run. Run away, and never turn your back. Because that’s how you were feeling. You never wanted to see him again. You never wanted to speak to him again.
“Because I only want what’s best for you.” Eobard told you.
‘I only want what’s best for you.’
Words you had heard time and time again from him. Before, you always thought it was sweet that he was looking out for you. But how, they meant nothing.
Nothing.
“If that were true, you would have never brought yourself into my life!” You exclaimed. “You would have stayed away.”
Eobard Thawne expected this. He knew that you would hate him. Even be afraid of him for lying to you. He knew that since he had first met you.
It’s why he tried to cherish every moment he had with you.
Because he knew the day would come where he may never see you again.
“Y/N, I only wanted to help you.” Eobard said. When he first met you, you were a young speedster who hardly understood your powers. Spiraling out of control all of the time. Then one day, you met him. And you promised to teach you how to harness your abilities. Train you, help you reach your full potential.
And you did.
And he had never felt more proud knowing he was the one who helped you. He was the one who shaped you into the hero you were.
You had watched you grow in so many ways. And over time, he began feeling an overwhelming need to protect you. Which, wasn’t in his nature. To want to care for someone besides himself. But you… You had reached to his humanity. The part of him who could feel, and care.
Even…love.
You showed him what it was like to be a father. To have someone to care for.
Eobard knew he could never have a family of his own. Not with the things he had done, and the person he was. So, it meant a lot for him to get this chance with you.
“You lied to me! You talk of helping me, but all you’ve done is hurt me.” You croaked. “You took my trust! You betrayed me! You’re right. You are the villain.” You shake your head. “You will never be The Flash. You will always be the reverse.”
He knew that. He would always be the Flashes greatest enemy. But he never wanted him to become yours.
“And I know that.” Eobard said. He took a step towards you. “I’ve always know The Flash and I would be rivals. And I finally accepted it. Embraced it. But Y/N, I never wanted to be your enemy. I only wanted to be your teacher. Your friend.”
You began to hyperventilate. “No. No. You shut up! You shut up! I hate you! Do you hear me? I hate you!”
Those words reached his heart. Because he felt it ache.
“I know…” He nodded. “I know…”
“We’re done.” You told him. Done with everything. The lessons. The training. The friendship. Over. There was nothing he could say or do to fix this. Nothing. “Do you hear me? I’m going to leave and I never want to see you again.”
Eobard gave a sad nod. He could understand that. And what was he supposed to do? Argue. Because he knew it wasn’t a fight he would win.
But you knew what he could do?
Finally tell you how he felt. How you mattered to him.
“And I won’t argue with you.” Eobard replied. You had every right to want to him and he knew that. “I’m not going to fight you. I’m not going to hurt. You….you can go…and….and you never have to see me again.” He sighed, but tried to gather his words. “But Y/N, if you’re going to go then well…I suppose I should tell you, shouldn’t I?”
“Tell me what?” You hissed.
“Y/N… I care about you.” He told you. “I always have. Even if you may hate me or be afraid of me, you need to know that. I have always cared for you in many ways. You have always mattered to me.”
What was this?
More lies? More deception? In your heart, you knew you should go. Leave him behind.
But instead, you stayed. Not knowing why you wanted to listen.
“From the beginning I have always felt the responsibility to look after you, and protect you.” Eobard confessed. “And…and I just never expected this.” He huffed. “I never expected the opportunity to be proud of someone. To see someone grow in so many ways and become successful.”
What?
“Why are you telling me this, huh?” You stared at him. Rage in your eyes.
“Because if you’re going to go, you need to know that. That I am proud of how far you have come. How much you have grown.” Eobard slowly inched closer to. He placed his hands on the sides of your arms. Though, instead of flinching, you froze. Unable to bring yourself to move. “I am proud of you, Y/N. And…” He looked down at you. “You have given me the chance to know what it feels like to be a father. To love someone more than you can ever imagine. To raise someone knowing they’ll be better then you ever were and being okay with that.”
No. No.
You couldn’t be hearing this, right. This had to be a lie, right?
Was Eobard really saying he loved you like a daughter?
“N-No. P-Please. J-Just-G-Go.” You plead. “Please.” You felt your chest pounding and your heart aching.
“If you want me to go, then I will go.” Eobard said. “I care about you enough to want you to be happy. And if forgetting about me is what will make you happy. Then okay.” He nodded. “I won’t get in the way of your happiness.”
“Stop pretending t-to care.”
“I was never pretending.” Eobard said. Though, his tone. It had become…softer. He raised his hand, brushing a strand of hair out of your face.
Your eyes grew wide.
What was he doing? “What-“
“Goodbye, kid.” He said. A hint of sadness in his voice. And… It didn’t sound fake. It sounded, genuine. “I know you will be everything I wanted you to be. And you will be happy. Remember that.” He leaned forward, and gave your forehead a gentle kiss. Before pulling away from you.
In that moment, you felt like everything around you was spinning. And you seemed to make a realization.
He cared.
He cared…
Even through all of his lies and deception, he did care about you.
Eobard went to turn away, perhaps to leave as you had wanted him to. But, for some reason, you didn’t want him to leave you. Not again.
“Wait!”
Eobard looked to you, staring. Wondering what you could have possibly wanted. He figured you might leave now. To get as far away from him.
But in fact, it became quite the opposite.
“Please don’t leave me again.” You croaked. You didn’t why. Why you so desperately wanted him to stay. You should hate him. Fear him.
But now…you felt those emotions becoming buried deep inside of you.
And you only felt the need to be protected.
Eobard narrowed his eyes. You…you wanted him to stay?
If surely seemed like an illusion.
But from the way you weren’t running away, it had to be true hadn’t it? You wanted him to stay.
In a flash of lighting, you ran to him. Hugging him. So tightly, that you had almost knocked him over. But he was strong and could hold back.
Eobard, at first paused.
He was taken back by this.
Eobard looked down to you. The way you were clinging to him like he was the only thing that could keep you safe. It was familiar yet unfamiliar.
“S-Stay. P-Please.” You cried.
Eobard slowly felt himself sink into the hug. Of course he would stay. He wouldn’t ever think of abandoning you again. “Yes.” He whispered. “I promise, I won’t leave you this time.”
He meant that.
He would stay. He wouldn’t abandon you.
While he knew he wouldn’t give up on his quest to retrieve The Sphere of Destiny, there was one thing he knew for certain.
Right all, all he wanted to stay here with you. His friend. His student.
His daughter.
