have yummy sweet nectar drinks for shifts!

a blanket over your shoulders can feel like your wings!

wear soft, fuzzy clothes in colours of your mothtype!

antenna headband!

moth themed jewelry and clothes!!

if the fancy hits you, make a snuggly cocoon of blankets or sleeping bags!

make “moth paw” gloves! (take gloves of whatever texture you prefer from magic mits to leather gloves, and put something like velcro strips, little cardboard spikes, or any other texture you like to make little grippy moth gloves!! i used to wear ones like this, but now i prefer my cat paw gloves since i’m a catmoth!)

have a special reusable straw to drink things like you have your probiscous!

try finding some kind of quadrobics style that feels affirming! (it can be difficult for insects, but there’s so many things to try!)

collect lamps, and other calming happy light sources!
