You can try to save face in this dunya, you will try to come up with all the excuses in the world to fool people. You might succeseed, you might not.

We all know that there is no escape on the day of judgment.

That also shows you that you might choose a reality that suits you to save face, but the actual reality is known by your subconscious, no matter how much you try to escape it. Again, you can escape so much in this dunya, what will you do in the akhira? how will you save face on that day?

You might think you're weak for taking accountability, you might think you're weak if you show compassion to the people you oppressed, you might think your dignity will evaporate if you accept what you did and you think you'll get beaten by the people who you wronged, but in acceptance, in accountability lies a true bravery, respect and dignity.

I respect people being in their own self discovery journey. I chose to educate myself on my patterns and behaviors, what's stopping you? A freaking ***** is happening and yet you still feel arrogant, entitled and selfish?

I truly want to understand what's stopping our parents generation to peak inside and realize that they are hurt and freaking do something about it. Acknowledge it, accept it, process it and lastly MOVE FORWARD and stop projecting. try it yourself, it works.

Encouraging open communication, providing a supportive environment, and normalizing discussions around mental health can help bridge these gaps. Patience and understanding are crucial when trying to foster emotional awareness and well-being, regardless of the generational context. It's essential to approach these conversations with empathy and a willingness to listen.

don't just hear it, rather listen. Ask questions instead of nodding and acting agreeable :)

the more excuses you make, the less authentic you are. because you're concealing your truth with excuses. that will reflect directly on your authenticity.
