Pluto: the destruction of the old to make way for the new
Tumblr media
Pluto's energy is all about making profound and deep changes, like being born again. Unlike other planets that deal with more surface-level aspects of life, Pluto's impact goes very deep and touches the most fundamental parts of our lives.
This transformation isn't always easy; it involves intense and tough changes that feel like going through a big change or a restart. It's like getting rid of old beliefs, relationships, ways of living, and even parts of who we are.
Pluto's process of change is compared to the story of the Phoenix, a bird that rises from its own ashes. It symbolizes deep change that comes from our inner selves. Pluto affects the areas of life where we have power struggles, strong emotional ups and downs, and situations that make us face our deepest fears and insecurities. It's in these areas that Pluto works to reveal hidden truths, bringing to light what we've kept hidden or ignored.

Pluto in houses 1-12
What is Pluto in Astrology and why does it matter?
In astrology, Pluto is known as the planet of transformation. It is associated with death and rebirth, and is said to represent the soul's journey through life. Pluto is also said to be the planet of power, and is associated with the sign of Scorpio.
In a natal chart, the position of Pluto indicates the areas of life where transformation is most needed. Pluto is also said to be the ruler of the 8th house, which is the house of death and rebirth.
While some astrologers believe that Pluto is a malefic planet, others believe that it can be either benefic or malefic, depending on its position in the natal chart.
Pluto is said to be particularly powerful in a person's chart if it is located in the 1st, 4th, 8th, or 12th houses. These are the houses associated with the signs of Aries, Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces.
Pluto in 1st house
When Pluto is in the first house of a natal chart, it can indicate an intense and transformative life path. This placement can bestow great power and influence, but also comes with the potential for obsession and control issues.
Those with Pluto in the first house may have a magnetic and charismatic personality. They may be natural leaders, but can also be domineering and manipulative. They may be passionate and driven, but can also be obsessive and fixated.
This placement of Pluto can indicate a life that is full of change and transformation. Those with Pluto in the first house may experience many ups and downs, but they always seem to come out on top. They may have to overcome many challenges and obstacles, but they always seem to find a way to succeed.
This is a placement that often attracts a lot of attention. Those with Pluto in the first house may find that they are always in the spotlight, whether they want to be or not. They may have a lot of admirers, but also a lot of haters.
This placement of Pluto can indicate a life that is full of passion and intensity. Those with Pluto in the first house may find that they are always on the go, always chasing after their next goal. They may never be satisfied with what they have, always needing more.
Overall, this is a placement that can indicate a life that is full of drama and intrigue. Those with Pluto in the first house may find that they are always in the midst of some crisis or another. They may never have a dull moment, but they also may never have a moment's peace.
Pluto in 2nd house
Most of us are familiar with the story of Pluto, the Roman god of the underworld. In astrology, Pluto is considered the planet of transformation, power, and death. When Pluto is in the second house, it can indicate a need for power and control in the native's life. The second house is associated with money, possessions, and values. Therefore, Pluto in the second house can indicate a need for power and control over these areas of life. The native may have a strong desire to transform their financial situation or they may feel a need to let go of material possessions. Pluto in the second house can also indicate a need to transform one's own values or the values of those around them. The native may feel a need to change the way they think about money and possessions. Pluto in the second house can be a powerful influence in the native's life.
Pluto in 3rd house
In astrology, Pluto is considered the planet of death and rebirth. It is also known as the "higher octave" of Mars. Pluto is associated with power, transformation, and regeneration.
The third house is associated with communication, learning, and short journeys. Pluto in the third house suggests that you have a powerful mind and a strong need for self-expression. You are passionate about your beliefs and are not afraid to stand up for what you believe in. You are also a quick learner and have a natural ability to communicate with others.
However, Pluto in the third house can also indicate a tendency towards secrecy and manipulation. You may have a dark side that you keep hidden from others. You may also be overly critical of yourself and others.
Pluto in 4th house
The fourth house is associated with home and family, so when Pluto is in this house, there can be power struggles within the family dynamic. There may be secrets and taboos that are hidden from the public eye, and these can be difficult to confront. There can be a need to transform the home life, and this can be a time of upheaval.
Pluto in the fourth house can also indicate a need to let go of the past, and to make peace with any unresolved issues. There can be a desire to create a new foundation, and to build something that is lasting and meaningful.
This is a time when the family dynamics may be shifting, and it can be a period of growth and transformation.
Pluto in 5th house
In astrology, Pluto is known as the planet of transformation. It is associated with death and rebirth, and is said to be the ruler of the underworld. Pluto is also known as the higher octave of Mars, and is said to represent our primal instincts and deepest desires.
When Pluto is in the 5th house, it indicates a need for transformation in the areas of creativity and self-expression. This can be a time of great change and growth, as we learn to express ourselves in new and authentic ways. We may also be called to let go of old creative projects or relationships that no longer serve us.
This placement can also indicate a need to heal old wounds around creativity and self-expression. We may have been suppressed or denied our creativity in the past, and now is the time to claim our power in this area. This can be a powerful placement for artists, writers, and other creative types.
Pluto in 6th house
Most astrologers consider Pluto to be the higher octave of Mars. Like Mars, Pluto is about power, drive, passion, and the will to survive. But where Mars is impulsive and can act without thinking, Pluto is more strategic. It takes a long time to make its moves, but when it does, the results are usually dramatic.
Pluto in the 6th house is all about using your power to create positive change in your life and in the world around you. You're not interested in simply acquiring power for its own sake. You want to use your power to make a difference.
You're a natural leader, and you're not afraid to take on challenges. You're always looking for ways to improve things, and you're not afraid to take risks. You're also very aware of the need for balance in all things.
You're not afraid of hard work, and you're very good at managing your time and resources. You're always looking for ways to make things more efficient. You're also very good at dealing with stress and adversity.
You're a very compassionate person, and you're always looking out for the underdog. You're very loyal to your friends and family, and you're always ready to help those in need. You're also very protective of your own privacy and space.
You can be a bit of a control freak, and you can have a bit of an ego. You can also be very stubborn and set in your ways. But you're generally a good person with good intentions.
Pluto in 7th house
When Pluto is in the 7th house, it creates a powerful connection between two people. This can be a positive or negative connection, depending on how the two people interact with each other. If the connection is positive, it can create a deep, lasting bond between the two people. If the connection is negative, it can create a deep, lasting resentment between the two people. Either way, the connection is likely to be intense and passionate.
Pluto in 8th house
When Pluto is in the 8th house, it brings intensity, power and transformation to the areas of life represented by this house. The 8th house is associated with death, sex, taxes, debts and other people's money, so Pluto in this house can bring these themes to the fore.
Pluto in the 8th house can also bring up issues of power and control in relationships. This can be a very intense placement, as the 8th house is the house of Death and Rebirth. Pluto here can signify a need to let go of the past, and to start anew.
If you have Pluto in the 8th house, you may be attracted to partners who are powerful and transformational. This can be a very intense and passionate placement, as the 8th house is the house of Sex and Death.
You may also be attracted to partners who are dark or mysterious, as the 8th house is the house of the Unknown. You may need to confront your fears and shadows in order to create a lasting and fulfilling relationship.
If you have Pluto in the 8th house, you may have a lot of power and control issues. This can be a very intense placement, as the 8th house is the house of Death and Rebirth. You may need to let go of the past, and to start anew.

Pluto in 9th house
In astrology, Pluto is considered the planet of transformation. It's said to represent power, change, and new beginnings. And when Pluto is in your 9th house, these themes are likely to play out in your life in a big way.
The 9th house is all about growth, expansion, and adventure. It's where we explore new ideas, beliefs, and cultures. So when Pluto is in this house, you may find yourself drawn to new and exciting experiences. You may be drawn to travel, either physically or spiritually. And you may be drawn to learning new things, either in formal settings or on your own.
Pluto in the 9th house can also signify a desire for transformation in your belief system. You may be drawn to explore different philosophies and religions. Or you may find yourself questioning your existing beliefs. This can be a time of great growth and exploration, both intellectually and spiritually.
Whatever form it takes, Pluto in the 9th house is likely to bring change and growth into your life. Embrace it, and let it take you on an amazing journey.
Pluto in 10th house
Most people are familiar with the planet Pluto, but did you know that it can also have an impact on your life? In astrology, Pluto is known as the planet of transformation, and it is believed to influence the areas of our lives that need the most change.
When Pluto is in the tenth house, it is said to bring about major changes in our career and public image. This can be a time of great success, but it can also be a time of upheaval and chaos. It all depends on how you handle the changes that Pluto brings.
If you're able to adapt to the changes that Pluto brings, then you can use this time to really boost your career. However, if you resist the changes, then you may find yourself struggling.
The changes that Pluto brings can be both good and bad, but one thing is for sure: they will be transformative. So, if you're feeling like your life is in a bit of a rut, then this may be just the push you need to get things moving again.
Pluto in 11th house
Most of us are familiar with the story of Pluto, the Roman god of the underworld. In astrology, Pluto is often associated with death, transformation, and rebirth. It is believed to be a powerful force that can help us to let go of the past and move forward into the future.
When Pluto is in the 11th house, it can indicate a need for change in our social circles or groups. We may feel a desire to break away from the norm and forge our own path. This placement can also suggest a passion for causes and social justice. We may be drawn to working behind the scenes to make positive changes in the world.
Pluto in 12th house
Most astrologers consider Pluto to be the higher octave of Mars. Like Mars, Pluto is aggressive, passionate, and powerful. But while Mars energy is often expressed in a physical way, Pluto energy is more psychological. It's the energy of transformation, and it can be used for good or for ill.
When Pluto is in the 12th house, it can be a difficult placement. The 12th house is the house of the subconscious, and Pluto is a very powerful planet. This combination can lead to a lot of buried anger and resentment. Pluto in the 12th house can also indicate a fear of intimacy. The 12th house is also the house of karma, and Pluto in this house can indicate that you're working through some karmic issues from past lives.
If you have Pluto in the 12th house, it's important to find a healthy outlet for your anger and resentment. If you don't, it can lead to self-destructive behaviors. Pluto in the 12th house can also indicate a need for therapy or counseling. If you have this placement, it's important to find a therapist that you trust.
Overall, Pluto in the 12th house can be a difficult placement. But it can also be a placement of great power and transformation. If you have this placement, it's important to find a healthy outlet for your emotions.

SOLAR RETURN CHART PT.1 🌞

1. What is a Solar Return Chart ?
The Solar Return chart is an important and informative tool , for predicting the year ahead of you, from the start of your Birthday. It can change the people around you, jobs, relationships, school environments, mental/ physical health and so more.
The Solar Return Chart looks just like a Natal Chart but with the difference, that the placements won’t affect you permanently like in Natal Chart.
In a Solar Return chart, your Sun sign will not change but you’ll probably have a different moon and rising signs. These new signs do not replace the moon and rising signs in your birth chart. Rather, these are the signs that you’ll express for the next year.

*Hangster reacting to the Daily Horoscope Predictions*
Hangman (to Coyote): No I don’t care what my horoscope said would happen to me today I don’t believe in that Zodiac bullshit
Rooster (rounding the corner holding the same newspaper as Coyote): Oh Javy you believe in astrology too I love that stuff!
Hangman: You know I’m actually a Libra sun, a Pisces Moon, Aries rising, I was born in Austin General Hospital at 4:36am on a Tuesday, the moon cycle was at crescent moon, Pluto and Uranus were aligned, and the Earth was 3/4 of the way through its cycle around the sun
Rooster: Oh…well Im a Pisces
Coyote (walking away): You know they say people with a moon the same as your sun are highly compatible…

I was reading about Alec Baldwin being reindicted on involuntary manslaughter charges for the killing of another actor by accident on the set of the filming of a movie. I looked to see if complete birth data is available on him and it isn't so I looked to see if he has children whose birth data is available. That's when I found his daughter's data.
Why did I look for the data of a child? It's because when there is something impactful that happens to a parent, unless there is little to no relationship between child and parent, life-changing measurements usually show in the horoscope of the child. It was a good three years before my mother eventually passed when I told my wife, "when this next Saturn Return comes, my Mom will pass away. She'll be between 95 and 97 years old and we don't live forever." My Return came and she passed away a week before her 97th birthday.
Interestingly, Baldwin's daughter has the horoscope of someone with STRONG self-esteem issues related to a problematic father relationship. That aside, if her horoscope is any indication of Alec's future, it looks, well, cloudy at best due to transiting Pluto on the Ascendant, the Saturn Return, and transiting Pluto squaring the Sun. Do these measurements mean that someone's father is going to be imprisoned? Of course not. There is no such thing. What we have to do in astrology is place predictive measurements within the context of the person's life. If she had been someone suffering with a serious illness, these measurements would probably refer to a worsening or reversal of the disease. If she was working in a law firm and had been working hard to become a partner, these measurements could suggest the time when it happens. The idea is that the measurements have life-impacting potential. It's not this measurement specifically means that. They MUST be seen in the context of a person's life, not in terms of what some book says that the measurements specifically mean. Those who are newbies in astrology these days have that "this means that" mindset as if a horoscope is a crystal ball that tells you EXACTLY what will happen. I've seen things online like, "Pluto is getting ready to transit my ______." What's going to happen?" It doesn't work that way and that's why these online astrology pages on Facebook are so useless.
If Alec and his daughter have a good relationship, her measurements are not a good sign for his future. If their relationship is distant, the measurements may refer to something in her personal life.

Why so much radical transformation everywhere, but especially in the structures of society and all systems?
Well, since the beginning of March 2022, Pluto has been in the placement known as the ‘cutting planet’. “According to Marc Edmund Jones, the cutting planet is the planet facing, in a clockwise direction, the largest open space between two planets in the horoscope. It shows the manner in which the person [people] enters into new experiences.” Why? Because, “any planet transiting through the largest open space in the horoscope will first make a conjunction to the cutting planet before it makes a conjunction to any other planet.” So, ‘the quality associated with the cutting planet sets the tone for later activities, as they are indicated by the transiting planet’s subsequent conjunctions.”
In addition, Uranus has been in the placement known as the trailing planet. Between the trailing and the cutting planets there is the biggest empty space of the wheel. “When a planet enters the empty zone, it makes its last transiting aspects to the trailing planet.”
This means that since March, the Moon (every ‘moonth’) and the other planets have experienced a jolt of sorts meeting Uranus last. Some innovation, unexpected situation, radical turn of events or mental enlightenment has impregnated the fastest planets. As they start approaching Pluto, we can expect some kind of ‘death and rebirth’ of those inner planets.
Of course, the Moon (public, people, women, emotional body and psyche) is the one more hit by this effect. But, Venus, Mercury, the Sun and eventually Mars (not until later in next year) will go through this same radically transformative process. Something similar happened in 2020 and 2021, so this is the third round. We still can count on PROFOUND mental changes, value changes, desires changes, essential changes and activity changes to be the expected prescription for the rest of the year, well into next year and beyond.
Are you ready to leave behind your old YOU and the comfortable structures of society and organizational systems of the world? A brand-new world is being created. Or, since we are talking about Pluto, the World is being RECYCLED. I hope you see clearly now that things will get worse before they get better.

Celestial Forces Unleashed: Exploring The Astrology of Natural Disasters
Introduction

Jackass Weekly Horoscopes (January 15-21, 2024)
Since last week was just a test astrology post for Jackass, I decided to include not only the main cast, but also associated crew members.
Aries (March 21-April 19) ♈🔥
April Margera: 3/28/1956
By the time Venus in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces on Friday the 19th, April will have realized that what she wants isn't always what she gets in real life. Therefore, this week will predict an improvement in socialization as Pluto enters her social zone over the weekend.
Taurus (April 20-May 20) ♉🌿
Wee Man: 5/16/1973
Mercury in Capricorn will trine Jupiter in Wee Man's sign, Taurus on Friday, leading to a gain in knowledge three weeks into 2024, whereas the sun enters Aquarius and his professional life on Saturday. Consequently, this pint-sized troublemaker will be ready to conquer his lifelong endeavors throughout the rest of the month.
Gemini (May 21-June 20) ♊🍃
Raab Himself: 5/21/1980; Rick Kosick: 5/25/1967; Ryan Dunn: 6/11/1977-6/20/2011; Steve-O: 6/13/1974
Geminis are known for their curiosity and socialization, but taking time to communicate with loved ones during the week will strengthen their connection with them. Furthermore, their naturally adventurous demeanor will peak on Saturday with the sun in Aquarius and new beginnings arising.
Cancer (June 21-July 22) ♋🌊
Phil Margera: 7/13/1957; Chris Pontius: 7/16/1974
Both Phil's and Party Boy's love lives will receive a boost from the sextile of Neptune in Pisces and sun in Capricorn, and the sun in Aquarius will further change them, physically and mentally. Pluto's entrance into their transformation zones on Saturday the 20th gives them an opportunity to balance both light and dark.
Leo (July 23-August 22) ♌🔥
Preston Lacy: 8/14/1969
Preston will kick off the week with a few life changes with the sun in Capricorn and Neptune in Pisces (e.g., walking once a day) for an eventual mental transformation. Likewise, the sun's entry in Aquarius and Pluto in his partnership zone will both bring Preston new enemies, allies, and possible love interests.
Virgo (August 23-September 22) ♍🌿
Jeff Tremaine: 9/4/1966; Lance Bangs: 9/4/1972; Zach Holmes: 9/11/1991
Mercury in Capricorn trinesJupiter in Taurus on Friday, making for a perfect time to begin new projects, focus on hobbies, and/or visit a movie theater for inspiration. After all, these risk-taking Virgos should begin some healthy habits like cooking or baking now that 2024 is almost three weeks in.
Libra (September 23-October 22)♎🍃
Bam Margera: 9/28/1979; Jasper Dolphin: 9/28/1990; Poopies: 10/21/1986
A possibility of deception befalls these Libras when Venus in Sagittarius trines Neptune in Pisces on Friday, though the sun in Aquarius compensates for paranoia by means of creativity. Therefore, a balance of passion, intellect, and romantic abilities make for one reinvented definition of needs.
Scorpio (October 23-November 21) ♏🌊
Brandon DiCamillo: 11/15/1976
DiCo's creative projects will tide him over for the week because Mercury in Capricorn sextiles Saturn in Pisces on Thursday, giving him endless ideas to plot out. The heart of winter is also a good time for focusing on personal life as well with the sun entering Aquarius and his home zone on Saturday along with Pluto in Aquarius aiding in family conflict.
Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) ♐🔥
Danger Ehren: 11/29/1976; Eric Manaka: 12/9/1999; Brandon Novak: 12/10/1978
Venus in these three people's sign squares Neptune in Pisces on Friday, so a slew of long-buried secrets resurfaces for them to attempt to solve their own problems along with those of some other people. When the sun and Pluto enter Aquarius enter their communication zones over the weekend, Ehren will be the most affected by this alignment due to his recent real estate ventures.
Capricorn (December 22-January 19) ♑🌿
Dave England: 12/30/1969
On Thursday the 18th, Mercury in Dave's sign sextiles Saturn in Pisces, resulting in an ideal day for a chat due to his ease in conversation. Capricorn season concludes with the sun in Aquarius and his value zone and Pluto leaving his sign for Aquarius, giving him plenty of time to focus on wealth.
Aquarius (January 20-February 18) ♒🍃
Rake Yohn: 1/20/1975; Rachel Wolfson: 1/23/1987
Potential growth is in both Rake's and Rachel's favors as Saturday begins their season with the sun moving into their sign, meaning that self-acceptance is the goal for the week and, by extension, their season. As Pluto moves into their sign the same day, this trying period will result from shedding their negative and traditional mindsets.
Pisces: (February 19-March 20) ♓🌊
Dimitry Elyashkevich: 2/25/1975; Johnny Knoxville: 3/11/1971
The third week of 2024 begins on a dreamy note for Dimitry and Knoxville with the sextile of the sun in Capricorn and Neptune in their sign, leading to visions of how the rest of the year will go for them. As the sun in Aquarius and Pluto enter their subconscious zones on Saturday, meditation can alleviate any mental stress, especially Knoxville due in no small part to his countless injuries over the years.

How to Calculate Your Natal Chart?
Calculating your natal chart involves determining the positions of the planets at the exact time and location of your birth. A natal chart, also known as a birth chart or horoscope, provides a snapshot of the sky at the moment you were born and is used in astrology to gain insights into your personality, relationships, and life events.
Here's a step-by-step guide to calculating your natal chart calculator:
Gather Information:
Date of Birth: Make sure you know the exact date of your birth.
Time of Birth: The more precise, the better. The positions of the planets change rapidly, so an accurate birth time is crucial.
Place of Birth: The city or town where you were born is needed to determine the geographical coordinates.
Get an Ephemeris or Use Online Tools:
An ephemeris is a table that provides the positions of celestial objects over time. You can use old-fashioned printed ephemeris or take advantage of online tools and websites that calculate natal charts. Some popular websites include Astrodienst (astrology-seek.com), AstroSeek, and Cafe Astrology.
Visit an Astrology Website:
Go to a reputable astrology website that offers free natal chart calculations. Astro.com is a widely used and reliable choice. Look for the option to create a birth chart or natal chart.
Enter Your Birth Data:
Input your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth into the online form. Be as accurate as possible, especially with the birth time.
Generate Your Natal Chart:
Once you've entered all the necessary information, generate your natal chart. The chart will typically include the positions of the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto at the time of your birth.
Interpret Your Natal Chart:
Your natal chart will consist of a wheel with different astrological signs and symbols. The positions of the planets in the zodiac signs and houses, as well as other factors like aspects, will be indicated. Interpretations of these placements can be complex and are often best done by an experienced astrologer. You can also find online resources and books to help you understand the basics.
Keep in mind that astrology is a belief system and not a science. The interpretations of a natal chart are subjective and can vary among astrologers. It's essential to approach astrology with an open mind and a sense of curiosity rather than relying on it for concrete predictions.

All three are billionaires. Yet, some modern astrology books STILL write that wealth is seen in a horoscope by the condition of the 2nd House. They try to make you think that everyone with Jupiter or Venus connected to the 2nd House in a trine relationship with something indicates that the person "will" make a lot of money. The proof of anything in astrology is seen in collecting large numbers of horoscopes - a minimum of 500 for a particular query. When it's 85% or more of 500 or more horoscopes, it's reliable. It's not reliable because some book from a basqullion years ago says so.
Taylor Swift has a loaded 2nd House but Mercury and Saturn are conjoined by Neptune and Mercury pulls Uranus into the conjunction. Jupiter is one ruler and is retrograde. Saturn, the other ruler is shadowed by Neptune.
Jay Z's 2nd House ruler is squared by Pluto. Rihanna's 2nd House is ruled by a Venus without hard aspects or trines.
When all three were, say, 15 years old and they came to you to have their charts looked at, you are not predicting wealth if all you do is the same thing an astrologer did thousands of years ago. But they do all have something in common, that 75% of all wealthy people have in their horoscopes, and I use over 400 horoscopes to demonstrate it in my book that's coming out called, "Signatures Of Success In A Horoscope."

Hello!! Do you do readings for other people?? Like not just celebrities? I’m curious about my birth chart~ I kinda wanna know what my birth chart says but all I can access are free online tools😅🙈 Like the astrology cafe thing is the most I can have interpretations of my birth chart but that’s it😅🙈
- 🥐
Hi there! To answer the first question, do I do readings for other people? Short answer is yes, but typically in-person as a party trick, if you get what I mean. It's more, how do you say... vibes than a clinical dissection, my reading. And certainly, because this is in no way my profession, any I say is subject to scrutiny. I actually started reading celebrities as a way to better grasp the principles of astrology. Wider pool of candidates and all that. The downside being that a lot of interpretation becomes inductive reasoning instead of deductive, which can lead to biased results. However, it's a good starting point once you move past your own chart. Feel free to send any particular questions to the inbox and I can try to answer them, but once again, I read by more traditional standards and most information online is catered to modern tastes. Nothing wrong with that! But my interpretation may vary wildly based on small features. I don't claim to be more correct, but I probably won't be super helpful in the long run. If you would like some more resources, I can point you in that direction though! I personally use astro.com to generate charts. Click Horoscopes > Go to Free Horoscopes and click All Horoscopes at a glance. Click Extended Chart Selection, and here you can input your birth data, and choose what kind of drawing you want. The default is what you would get on cafe astrology- I change the houses to "whole signs" and turn Uranus-Pluto off.
Another website I've started utilizing is astro-seek, which has a lot of additional resources for interpreting both modern and traditional charts :) The user interface is a little more friendly in my opinion, but I haven't used it very thoroughly to account for all of it's features.
There are also a LOT of free resources and interpretations for aspects/signs in the grand ol' Google machine, and my search history is littered with "x in x sign" or "x in nth house" searches. Take all interpretations with some salt, but between them you can kind of get a flavor for things. Just remember: placements do not exist in a vacuum; a chart is a conglomeration of many parts that show complex people at work.
Finally, books! Peruse your local library and see what they have. I don't have many recommendations on the modern side, but I have a copy of Tetrabiblos by Ptolemy and Carmen Astrologicum by Dorotheus of Sidon (trans. by Benjamin N. Dykes) in my personal library. The first one covers some basic traditional principles, the second is more predictive in nature. Both are very... uh... dense. Not beginner friendly at all, with the Carmen Astrologicum reading like a Bible.
I hope this was helpful in some way :) Feel free to reach out in the future ~
