When zeus was saying "make sure i never see this one again" i was sitting in my corner snickering to myself and thinking of the last olympian and percy telling off all the gods for not paying child support. You wont be rid of that kid for a WHILE babez

okay I haven't actually seen anyone talk about this yet so I'm going to.
Annabeth must have felt shit once she knew Percy's dad helped him when Athena punished her.
I mean, think about it. she was punished for something she didn't even do, she didn't even know the consequences of (I assume based on how she reacted). and she was punished by someone who she had put her faith for so long, and had been trying to please for so long, it was impossible to imagine doing anything else. the notion of not earning love was strange and foreign to her. and (quick detour here) she may have thought her earned it when she was chosen to go on the quest, something she had been trying to do for a long time. so imagine how it felt to be punished after that.
and then Poseidon, who Percy had insisted never helped him and basically said everything but he can go fuck himself, saved Percy's life. Percy who had been rude and disrespectful to the gods. who knew barley anything about them. Percy who was going on this quest to save him mother, nothing else. Percy who hadn't known about the gods until about a week ago. And then he says that he thinks his dad will help. (sorry I don't remember the actual dialog but that's the gist).
God that must have felt shitty for annabeth.

Having daddy P use the pearl to teleport Percy back to camp was so smart but I thought the whole way the worked was “What belongs to the sea always returns to the sea”. Surely he should have showed up on the beach

the best plot twist in Percy Jackson would be if Posideon and Sally ended up together.

Imagine a child of posiden who's deaf but can still talk to fish because of the vibrations through the water. Like all they have to do is stick there hands in the water to feel the vibrations and then send some back

Aspiring writer
Well, I might as well throw this link out here.
I like to write fanfiction. I update when I can, a lot of it I'm redoing because I started it when I first started writing and I've grown a lot in my writing since then and it makes me cringe. So just bear with me on some of them.
But if you're into Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, Merlin, etc. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Medusa
In a late version of the Medusa myth, by the Roman poet Ovid (Metamorphoses Book 4), Medusa was originally a beautiful maiden, but when Neptune/Poseidon had sex with her in Minerva/Athena's temple, Minerva punished Medusa by transforming her beautiful hair into horrible snakes.
