Hi. You are very welcome. I am happy that my fic made you feel better. I wanted to make sure that this story was accurate, especially since you mentioned that you were Mexican. I wanted to make sure that I was able to respect your heritage. I've had a few people tell me I write Sanji very well. I guess I'm a little bit of a simp for him. You do not know how happy you made me by telling me that you like my fic. Enjoy your day or night. And enjoy college. You will do amazing!

Have you served in the military?
unfortunately, no. growing up it was one of my biggest goals. was even talking to a recruiter and working out with him and stuff to prepare. but then a couple of different things happened that basically disqualified me: i fucked up my knee real good playing football (it's still fucked to this day) and i also had a bit of a mental breakdown.
and being disqualified just made me spiral even more tbh. i always compare it to that scene from little miss sunshine. how that dude took a vow of silence until he became a pilot and then found out he was colorblind. that scene hits close to home. ever since i was a kid i basically dedicated my life to becoming a marine (i am fanatical in all things i'm passionate about). and then, right before it was gonna happen, everything fell apart. lmao. the fates have a strange sense of humor.

No matter who likes you, who doesnt. It wont matter cause in the end, it's your validation that will work. Your hard work that comes handy. Your qualities which'll benefit you.
So speak when you shld, be silent when you're in the wrong and reward yourself for even the tiniest achievements.
You completed that essay you've been procrastinating on for 6 hours? Good job! Make yourself a coffee or buy yourself a treat.
Its helps in boosting self-confidence. Really.
So stay true yourself for it is what will matter in the end.
Now go and make yourself some breakfast.

My journey to self-discovery and the vibe movement.
Hellooooo everyone! My name is Mimi and I’m taking a leap into the blogging world! I'm not entirely sure where this journey will take me, but I'm desperate for a space where I can express myself freely and connect with kindred souls.
As I sat down to ponder how to kick off this blog, I felt drawn to share a piece of my long and ongoing journey to self-discovery.
Picture this: it's 3 AM, and I'm once again endlessly scrolling through Tik-Tok while I'm supposed to be catching some z's instead. I was supposed to be clocking in soon, but there I was, sleepless and entangled in my own not-so-great habits. I think a lot of you are going to relate to this but TikTok, as much as it entertained me, turned out to be a bit of a toxic echo chamber for me.
My biggest problem was that amidst the myriad of different people and lifestyles I couldn't escape the constant feeling of inadequacy. Different looks, styles, interests, and beliefs bombarded me, making me question my own worth. I felt this pressing need to morph into someone I wasn't, just to fit in.
Then, like a switch, finally came the turning point—I said "enough is enough" and completely rejected that notion. And thus, the Vibe Movement was born. As of right now, I'm the sole subscriber, buuuuut every movement has its humble beginnings, right?
So, what's the essence of the Vibe Movement? It's a commitment to filter out the noise, to listen to our instincts, and to love what genuinely resonates with us. No more comparisons, no more feeling inadequate – just authenticity and passion. As the sole subscriber to the movement I made the executive decision to call myself the Vibe Curator. Silly? Perhaps. Fun? Absolutely!
Welcome to my Vibe Curation Blog, a space where I'm going to be opening up and sharing the things that light up my heart– from the melodies that move me to the art that speaks to me, and even the quirkiest furniture that adds character to my space. I invite you to join me on this journey. Let's find joy in the little things together.
this is me btw :) gooooo vibe movement!!!
