What do you do when you feel incompetent at your job?

Like… I’ve been a model employee for a year and 4 months at this point, well I mean pretty much model. I’ve not gotten any write ups, I’ve not missed any deadlines, and I’ve learned the job pretty fast I think.

But I moved recently. To a new office that has literally just me and one other person from my team in it. The move was unrelated to my position. And just… since I started the process of buying the house it feels like every project I’ve gotten has had some weird twist to it, or has somehow taken twice as long as it should have, and I’m just… starting to feel so burnt out, on TOP of the stress of buying a house and moving states and away from everything I’ve ever known.

And then like, I misread some instructions on how to get autocad for some new duties I’m being trained in soon, and I didn’t get *chewed* out, but I got the :

You “never never never never never never never ever” do that. Speech(she literally stood there saying it like 10 times, I’m not exaggerating), and it was just me and the team lead talking to me in the office.

And I was already feeling awful trying to get the right version and trying to finish a project that our entire team has only done one other one similar to it before and I’m just… I want a different job. I miss actually seeing my coworkers and having a support system within the office space. I think it’s a waste of resources to just have the two of us come in the office on this side of the river…

and just I’m starting to feel like I can’t do this job. Not like I want to quit, but like I’m actually being worse at my job as time goes on. Because I genuinely love(d) this job, but I feel so ISOLATED now. Even with teams and stuff, at least when I could work from home I had my husband and cat and it’s easier to communicate through teams when the rest of the building isn’t sniffling and talking and typing. Just. Ugh.

hi I don't think this duo gets enough love, so here are my fave screenshots of Raph and Leo mirroring each other! :D

+bonus:

look at this frame! don't their poses look similar, even though they're in totally different places?? well, there's a simple reason for it! we can see raph in the driver seat, his left hand on the wheel, while the other one's searching for someting, it's symbolising his active role as leader, while leo stands alongside him, his left hand on a handhold while he gestures with the other, showing him being less active and more of a passive presence, but he's ready on his feet, it's symbolising his potential as raph's co-leader but also him not yet being ready, still gripping the safety rails instead of the driving wheel-

(nah i'm kidding- like, was it just artists drawing similar poses in one scene? oh yeah most definitively! will that stop me from over-analysing? nope! :D this basically wrote itself!)

Something that I think ppl who ship both sukka and zutara don't acknowledge enough is the fact that poor Hakoda met both his kids' future spouses on the same day, in the same place and that place just happened to be prison.

My two favorite things!! RWBY and Sakura! Thanks @thanatos-nightshade .

As much as gauntlets similar to Yang's could fit her beautifully, I just can't seem let go of Sakura using her big ass axes! I also imagined her semblance being "Healing", but she only figures it out later on and all throughout the academy years she'd try to compensate her lack of skill by using these huge exaggerated weapons - little did anyone realize that her abnormal strength to use said weapons was already her own body healing itself as she overexerted her muscles beyond its limits.
