Fibromyalgia awareness day! A little poem to help me vent and get things off my chest. Only those who have fibromyalgia will know the daily struggle of trying to deal with the pain and be strong. Heres to hoping they can find a cure or at least help us to deal with the pain. The insomnia is brutal, I wish I didmt have this pain. Fuck fibro and its aching muscles. And its lethargy that no amount of early nights will cure, no matter how many times well-wishers suggest you try it, or aromatherapy or less caffeine or yoga. Fuck fibro and its dry mouth and its stomach problems, the bloating and, the headaches. Fuck fibro and its anxiety and depression, mood swings and brain fog. Star Wars fandom, why

I don’t really get it, how much hate is in this fandom. I’ve just read some comments under the new trailer (Episode IX, if someone still doesn’t know) and I’m disappointed. Every generation has its legend - originals had Leia, Han and Luke, prequels had Anakin, Obi-Wan and Padme, we have Rey, Kylo, Finn, Poe. And we really want to just enjoy watching them without any hate. But no, you can’t write a comment that you actually enjoyed The Last Jedi, because people will eat burn or bury you alive. You can’t like reylo, because everyone including your own friends and family will call you stupid and dumb. You can’t even say you are waiting for Episode IX (which btw, has awesome title, “The Rise of Skywalker”), because somehow everyone thinks Star Wars is trash now.

No. For a lot of people, it is not. For me, for you, for bunch of my friends. So please, if you don’t like it, just let us be. We really don’t want all of this hate to spread.

Instead of leaving it at that he went on trying to start a new discussion, where I politely told him to stop which resulted in him insulting me. Having a bad medical day... My doctor gave me shit about my weight AGAIN, and I had to explain to him for the third or fourth time that I can't just "eat a salad" because I'm literally allergic to vegetables. Not to mention that the weight I lost last year, that he was SO happy about, was due to going through THE WORST experience of my life, but whatever. God forbid he make notes in my chart to remember this stuff... Then I found out that my orthopedist didn't save copies of the x-rays he did recently to the hospital network, so they may be lost. Awesome. At least the MRI images are there. with this damned pandemic and all, my mind is getting way off negative. and I dont like it. no, I dont need to be this energic bird flying through and giving everyone compliments. god no. but I dont like that I go off thinking everything half-empty. you get more judgemental and less understanding, and these are things I do not want to be. not at all.

I guess its a result of being bored all the time, too much time in my head AKA feeding the overthinking and just not seeing people. I love people. people give me energy. I might start a deep conversation with the guy in my local pharmacy, while I collect my birth control, if this shitshow dont end soon.
