florida!!!- definitly the best!! florence has the best moments of the album. actually intersting vocals, attitude, style, bocal beauty, and interesting music overall. just want her to sing only, feels like taylor is impeding on florence and i want florence to come back everytime she stops singing. florence actually adds flavor to this, whereas taylor is just...flat and uninteresting??? yikes

guilty as sin?- actually like it!! guitar and drum yes baby. though oh pooor little baby you desire someone else. you are now linking yourself to jesus, you're so guilty but you havent done anything. okay okay but the sound is actually good and i would listen again. the grandiose religious comparisons are a plenty on this album man

Haha one step closer to posting the first chapter of the Tibblings Fic, there are just a couple of characters that needed to be introduced before hand! So let's get started!

Going from left to right btw

Starting off with Valerie!

She's Giovanni's daughter and is going through her "moody Teenager phase". She's angry at the way her life is going after her parents get a divorce and Vanni begins to date Lib. It only gets more akward for her whenever she finds out that Lib is her art teacher. She doesnt want to get in the way of Giovanni's and Libs relationship, and lies to her Dad whenever he ask her if she likes him dating Kib. Whenever she distance herself from Giovanni and Lib she can be quite friendly. She's in charge of year book photos for her school and news paper.

She's a sweet girl with a big personality, but she can become a nervous wreck. Especially around David, who she has a tiny crush on and admires a lot.

Giovanni is Valerie's Dad, Libs boyfriend, and Tibbs very best friend. He's divorced from his horrible ex wife and is in a very healthy and loving relationship with Tibbs sister, Lib. He's trying his best to navigate Valerie's moodiness post divorce. He loves Valerie and let's her know that she comes first before any woman, but he also needs her to try and get along with Lib.

His friendship with Tibbs is one that he cherishes to the fullest. Heck, if he never met Tibbs he would probably be a catholic pastor like his mother wanted him to be. As teenagers Vanni followed Tibbs to whatever rebellious scheme Tibbs had in mind. Drinking Beers Tibbs took from the gestation he worked at? Why not. Smoking MJ in the bed of a truck? Sure, sounds fun! Helping Tibbs run from the cops because of God's know what? Absolutely! What are friends for!

Gracie was also in a friend group with Vanni and Tibbs as teens. After moving all the way from Oklahoma to Hawaii she instantly took a liking to the two boys and they all went and caused chaos together.

She mellowed out a lot after Tibbs left and sparked a romance with Tibbs brother Budd and eventually married him. She finds all aspects of their marriage to be fine except for whenever it comes with her struggle with intimacy. See Gracie is Ace, but in the time period the fic takes place in Gracie doesn't understand that there's a term for how she feels. Which sparks an issue between her and Budd as he doesn't understand Gracies feelings.

Budd and Gracie do however have a kid together named David. And Gracie loves him to pieces and does her best to raise a good gentleman. She works as a pre k teacher and connects to Lib a lot since they both are in the same career field. She still stays in contact with Giovanni and the two meet up for a drink every now and then.

David is a sweet younge man but is a dumb as rocks. He doesn't do well with sit down and listen to what the teachers tell you, he's more hands on. Which is why he can't tell you what 12 x 12 is but he can go on on and on about sports, especially foot ball! Explaining just how to throw the ball just right or the different positions in a foot ball team. He does tutoring to help him get his grades up so he can stay on his school's football team.

He's fairly popular around the school and always sparks up a conversation with Valerie whenever she comes and takes the teams pictures for news paper or year book. Joking around how their basically cousins, much to Valerie's dismay.

He helps Budd out in the bakery on the weekends and after his tutoring sessions and foot ball practice. Coming straight to the store ready to work until it's time to close. It's a routine that Budds been putting him on for years and he's enforced it a lot ever since Budd let David join the foot ball team. Wanting to make sure that David stays out of trouble and not go around doing things he shouldn't. Which it isn't like David would do anything, he knows better then to go out and do dumb things. It's no use trying to argue with Budd over it though, so the only day that David isn't working is on Fridays for his games.

favorite thing about them: it's gotta be his loyalty to the people he loves. sometimes it's even to the point of stupidity, or "you didn't have to do that." but i've never seen anything quite to his level of devotion and committment. all heart ZERO brain on this man. not one brain cell. it's all in the heart.

he's also really hilarious* and like. kinsey 7. nothing will convince me this man is not 100% gay and only married because he's a religious catholic.

(*i don't like most "comedy" because i have an odd sense of humor, and if i want to have a laugh, i'll more often than not put on some liverpool movren content because of how genuinely fucking funny they are together. i always wind up laughing out loud. standup comedians WISH they were movren however he is also funny on his own, albeit sometimes unintentionally...i think)

last--his appearance, duhhh. if i could look like a man i'd want to look like him, this is a known fact. he's got just the right vibe of strong, confident masculinity and the fucking shoulder/back/arm situation is 🔥

least favorite thing about him: ...do you hear me heaving a heavy sigh? lol. i won't go into the graphic details, but the amount of time i've spent being his pro bono defense attorney when it's not deserved! (some things are also not worthy of defending.)

what are your headcanons for the hss prime characters after high school? who goes to college? what do they major in? for any that don't go to college, what do they do instead? any post-high school romance hcs? anything else you want to share?

ok so first of all, my prime world takes place begining in 2014, with Simon being a sophmore when he becomes a student at Berry High so he & most of the other main characters graduate in 2016, with choices hss taking place the year after in 2017, so the only prime students still attending Berry High during the events of choices hss are Mia and Katherine (also pb was wrong for breaking them up and never putting Katherine in choices 💞)

as for majors/the futures of these characters (in no particular order) (also not all of these r as thought out as others) (also also im not doing every a-lister or whatever the fuck hss prime calls them. thats too much man. if u wanna know about em ask about em seperately):

Ezra would take a few courses at a community college so he has at least a little college experience before he signs back on with.... whatever record label the band had signed on w in the story i forgor. he plays guitar for Lisa Valentine and also has his own solo career, but every now and then Kingslayer will put out an album together when they all have the time to. he marries Wes in Vegas while on tour to give Wes an alibi for something, but they've had feelings for each other for a while. Eventually Simon joins their relationship & the three of them raise a kid together

Payton would get a degree in communications and become an events coordinator. every time a friend (from high school or otherwise) says they want to have some kind of event, she always tries to plan it for free or discounted but they convince her to take the money lol also she and her partner are foster parents!!!

for Koh, i love how in choices she decides to do premed in community college!! i think she eventually does her residancy at Edenbrook, where the only attending she respects is one Dr Baxter Lucafont, for the time they stole from a big pharma company to help a paitent that wasn't even their's (also all the doctors that helped them pull it off, but in a different way). also Zaid and Esme. i can see them being friends lol

Kallie gets a degree in library science and becomes a capital L Librarian in Boston, where she and Koh reconnect & start dating <3

also like in choices canon (but this was mentioned in prime a few times as well) Wes' intention is to go to law school and study criminal justice, but it kind of... takes a while for him to do it. while he's in community college for undergrad, he just kind of gets an antsy feeling that he could be doing things to help people now instead of waiting around to get a degree, so he drops out for a bit to do what he can, even if it isnt technically """legal""". he starts looking back into it after he and Ezra get married, but he pauses again when they (+ Simon) have their kid bc he doesn't want to be the kind of dad that his own father was. he does go back to community college during this time, but he does as much of it as he can online so he can be a sahd until their son is old enough to not need him around so much. then he fucking kills it in law school (he doesnt go to one of those fancy schmancy ivy leauges though, just a state university) and becomes an associate at Ricci, Lee, Tanaka

Julian gets a scholarship to do football in college, and while he is good enough to be scouted for professional teams, he isn't sure if its what he wants to do beyond school. he's always been Macho Football Boy, but he's not sure if that's all he wants to be forever, yknow? like he's smart. not Nishan, straight a's, 4.0 gpa smart but he's never at risk to lose his scholarship bc his acedemics are too low. i might change my mind on it later, but i think he might get a degree in physical education (& he's good at it. none of that "run the mile. no i wont tell you how to stretch or keep yourself from hurting yourself. just go as fast as you can" bs, he actually teaches his students how to work out safely and correctly, bc working out can be fun if you know what you're doing)

Autumn would go at Hollywood U, bc while it is mostly a film school, it does have some very good classes in the classical arts and photography. i don't have much of an idea of what she'd do beyond that though. its Autumn! what else is there to say. (also my version of Autumn isnt whitewashed to hell and back like she is by the time she's in choices ill forever be mad about that)

Mia would become a manager. Ezra's manager! i think she'd get her degree at HWU as well. she and Katherine would take a breif break from dating each other but ultimately they'd get married. no kids, but they are the Cool Aunts to their friends kids

Katherine would double major in English and Music and become a playwrite professionally. Mia is her manager as well <3 sometimes she and Ezra will collab on a musical together

Nishan will get as many STEM degrees as fast as he can. dude has like 5 phds and hasnt slept since high school. he eventually gets an author husband who he met online bc said author husband was curious about how some science thing worked so he could write it correctly for a science fiction novel. i literally just invented his author husband so i know nothing about him yet. but i did misspell the word "him" so i think his name will be Jim

Sakura gets a degree in computer science and starts her own indie video game company. its very successful

Ace gets into an ivy league college and gets a degree in political science, then works his way up from local politics to national politics. he's still trying to get Simon to run for president.

Max also gets a football scholarship at the same college as Julian, but he stays with football professionally though. i think he'd be at risk to losing the scholarship due to grades bc he was able to coast through high school thanks to Dad Principal so he enlists Julian to help him. Julian eventually begrudgingly agrees and they tolerate each other until graduation. at some between starting college and graduating, he and Simon will end up back in Cedar Cove together and become.... well friends with benefits isnt the right term because theyre not friends. i think he'd fall for Simon but Simon would be like "ummm.no" and cut the relationship off there

Kara goes to HWU and becomes an actress. at first she and Autumn mostly just ignore each other bc while she stopped bullying her they're not exactly friends. until they get paired up for a project they both have a class in & gradually become friends. and then girlfriends.

and now Simon. my guy. my boy. Si-guy. Slimeon. my son. he graduates high school a little early so he can focus on his gymnastics career and go to the Olympics. he does really good. good enough to place bronze his first year. but also his first year compeating, he breaks his foot real bad about half way through his routine. he doesnt realize until someone points it out to him though, he thinks he just landed a little funny and pulled a muscle. during the time his foot is healing is when he and Max have their weird little gay thing and also he decides that he doesn't want to keep doing gymnastics professionally. it was fun, but he's ready for something else now. he kind of just does whatever he wants, from working in haunted houses, to acting, to joining Ezra on tour and playing the violin during some concerts. mostly though he's Wes and Ezra's trophy boyfriend and dad #3 to their son

Gallery ID : XMadhatster Npc’s i made for the file: Kaylynn Langerak: She is such an important factor in the pleasantview dramatics that she was one of the first i remade. her relationship with the engaged womanizer Don Lothario and the married Daniel Pleasant makes her one of the key elements for drama in pleasantview! after reading her wiki i did started to feel a bit for Kaylynn. she seems like the type who just wants her own family. going for it in the most wrong way which is still no excuse. but seeing how she is apparently a family sim and how she always took care of her family members made me more intruiged in her! Sadly i couldn’t get her to be a maid without fear of breaking the save file Gordon King: only reason i added him was because he is friends with Dustin Broke. i like to think he has more to do with Dustin going into crime and being the rebel he is (especially since they have fought each other when Gordon tried to break in by the Brokes). And for me that made him more interesting factor in the broke story line. sadly just as with Kaylynn not being a maid he isn’t a robber. Since sims 4 doesnt really like to give us robbers or makes it easy to create maids. but still there is a big chance he swipes stuff from your house if you invite him! Bin Family’s: Burb: The burb family is one that has its roots in sims 1 and 2. Jennifer is the sister of Daniel Pleasant. Both being playable children in sims 1. But John Burb was also an playable character in sims 1! so i tried my best to remake them since they have roots in not one but two of my most loved sims games! judging by their bio the burbs seemed to be city people who decided to move to Pleasantview for a nice new home in the fresh air. John’s bio also mentions his love for gardening while Jeniifers says more about how she wanted to be a football athlete but has settled to me fashionable and stylish instead. Lucy on the other hand is a child that seems to get in lot of trouble but people never seem to notice this since she is so sweet looking. Oldie: The adoptive parents of Mary-Sue Pleasant. even though their bio’s say they are loving parents and grandparents they are only aqcuintances in the sims 2 game. i decided to change those relationships a bit to fit their bio. so now they are in good relationship with Mary-Sue and have an decent relationship with their granddaughters and son in law (which they don’t even know in sims 2?). Herb oldie’s bio states that he was a crafty bussiness man, lovable father and good husband but that it took allot of energy and that he lived and exhausted live. Coral bio tells more about her proud accomplishement of being the perfect mother that raised the beautifull adopted Mary-Sue but at what cost? for me it seems that there is more to the oldies then them only being lovable parents and grandparents. i am now working to the end of Pleasantview to Willow creek rebuild. which means that soon i will be done with the pleasantviewers and moving on to the strangetownies! starting with the Smith family!

As a woman i have nothing to gain from a heterosexual marriage except for financial stability. Women in asian household only marry for that one thing. And you know how you look at heterosexual marriage and its always a pretty young woman and a dude who doesnt shower. Feller, this is such a good question I had to answer it right away!!

Present day, I feel like Arthur and Charles aren’t married quite yet... They’ve only been dating for about a year, a year and a half, and while Charles is certain Arthur is The One, he doesn’t know if Arthur feels the same way... Arthur was also engaged once before and had that fall through, so there’s some baggage there that Arthur maybe hasn’t really dealt with yet... Has his own insecurities to deal with...

And I think that’s where Charles feels some insecurities, too. Arthur is bi, but Charles is gay, and while Charles is #woke for a gay man, he still has some insecurities... not that Arthur doesn’t really love him, but rather by dating Arthur, he’s tying him down somehow... Like “if Arthur marries me, then he’ll lose the chance of settling down with a woman and having a normal life” sort of thing. 

I think Charles is also really insecure about if he’s like, good enough for Arthur? Like, Arthur is trans, right. and Charles has only dated cis men before, isnt as experienced with sucking t-dick.... and I think he just worries that he’s just not like, the right person for Arthur. 

And like, Arthur is so outside of Charles’ usual type, he loves Arthur’s daddy vibes but he usually goes for twinks and he still finds himself attracted to these little cis twinks (like John) and he feels so bad about it... They’ve talked about it a few times, Arthur always being like “it’s ok, we’re poly, I love you and want you to get what you want, I know I can’t be everything for you and you can’t be everything for me, and that’s ok. You’re still my best guy.” and Charles tries really really hard to internalize that... like, liking other people doesnt mean he loves Arthur any less...

I think in general, Charles struggles with getting used to being poly... he’s not a jealous person, so it doesn’t bother him that Arthur fucks other people, doesn’t even bother him that Arthur might love other people... but being comfortable with fucking and loving other people himself, not feeling guilty or like he’s being disrespectful to Arthur by fucking cis dudes.... he’s working on that

Otherwise, I think Charles is self-conscious about normal stuff... i think he’s a little insecure about his weight... he played football in high school and maybe in his undergrad, has always been like, Big... but when he was doing sports, he was trim, muscular, still thick but not... as much... tummy.... and thigh...

Now he’s a grad student, doing law school, working really hard on school and he’s still fit, still big and muscular and just fucking solid, but... he’s a little softer around the tummy, has a little bit of a pooch, his ass is kinda thicc and his thighs are a little soft.... he’s still got pecs but they’re not all muscle like they used to be... its hard, when he’s pulling long nights on campus, eating cold pizza and chugging coffee like it’s water...doesnt always have time to cook, isnt a great cook anyway....

I think he also has a complicated relationship with his race and how he grew up. In this AU, he grew up with his mum in a community that was primarily indigenous people... not a reservation, but like a neighbourhood or area, maybe in a city in Montana...

and like, growing up mixed race was hard, growing up without a dad was hard, having a single mum was really hard and she worked so hard just to bring in enough... so he grew up being thankful for everything he had, and now he’s kind of frugal and really needs to like, do well in school to prove that he’s as good as all his peers, who come from ‘better’ backgrounds with more money.... he’s a minority in his program, for being mixed and indigenous and black and gay and coming from low-income family and being a first-generation college student.... so he’s busted ass to get where he is and still busts ass.... and he’s real hard on himself about it, too...

like he studies constantly. He’s always at the library, or at the office he interns at, volunteering with a pro bono legal service, or doing something school related...a lot of times he just goes home to sleep, change his clothes and get back to it... might just come over to curl up and have a good sleep in Arthur’s bed... hates when Arthur lets him sleep in...

luckily, he’s got Arthur (and John!), and they take caare of him, in some ways... Arthur is a fantastic cook, makes sure to cook for Charles whenever he can... They like to take baths together, too, which helps Charles relax after a long day... John helps in his own way, will goad Charles into smoking a bowl with him, which also helps Charles relax... they’ll spend a few hours watching crime documentaries on Netflix (Charles loves true crime!) and Charles will forget about the huge paper he just handed in that he wasnt 100% happy with... sometimes John will even tuck himself against Charles’ side and that warm presence is nice, too...

Pavarotti's wild life of sex and excess

When opera legend Luciano Pavarotti was on his deathbed, he was visited by his ex-wife who he had left for a woman 34 years her junior. But instead of bitterness, the charming star told ex Adua Veroni she was beautiful and persuaded her to rustle him up his favourite meal of spaghetti bolognese, The Sun reports. Adua was not the only woman Pavarotti put a spell on, as a new documentary from Oscar-winning moviemaker Ron Howard reveals.

According to his former manager, Herbert Breslin, the singer loved music, women, food and football in that order. The documentary, simply titled Pavarotti and due for release in Australia later this year, details the tenors attitude to sex, with footage of him telling reporters of the virtues of Viagra: Sex is always good for you if your little friend asks for it. It doesnt matter if it is before or after the show. The best thing would be during the show, on the only table on the stage. It also shows how the 150kg singer demanded mounds of pasta, Parmesan cheese and salami when he toured. His idea of dieting was to eat a meal of chicken, beans and mashed potatoes followed by three scoops of ice cream leaving a fourth scoop in the bowl. HE WAS VERY DEMANDING

Pavarotti became the worlds most famous opera star after his Three Tenors concert in 1994 with Spains Plcido Domingo and Jos Carreras. Soccer fans still love him for his rendition of Nessun Dorma, which the BBC used in its coverage of the 1990 World Cup in Italy. But his roots were humble, growing up in Modena, northern Italy. Mum Adele worked in a cigar factory and dad Fernando, who was also a tenor, in a bakery. He was often looked after by his grandmother and said being raised by women left him very much spoiled and loved. His family was by his hospital bedside when he contracted tetanus at 12 and nearly died. The youngster was in a coma for a fortnight and twice given the last rites. The experience made him appreciate life to the fullest and, despite his mums desire for him to become a teacher, the lifelong Juventus fan set about trying to realise his dream of being a goalkeeper. He failed to impress during trials with Modena in the Fifties but, after going on to have voice coaching, soon discovered his perfect pitch had nothing to do with football. Pavarotti, who married Adua in 1961, initially sang in regional opera houses and thought his big break had come when, in 1963, he was asked to stand in for Giuseppe Di Stefano another Italian opera great in La Bohme in Londons West End.

Pavarotti sang Tonio in Donizettis La Fille du Rgiment at the citys Metropolitan Opera, achieving the astonishing feat of hitting nine high Cs in a row. Superstardom had finally arrived. Adua, now 81, who had three daughters with him, recalls in the film: I fell in love with the man, then I fell in love with the voice. Who wouldnt fall in love with the voice of Luciano Pavarotti? Pavarottis conquests included Madalyn Renee, a stunning and talented opera singer who he met in 1979 while doing a masterclass in New York at the top Juilliard School. She became his secretary in exchange for him tutoring her and passion soon flourished. Madalyn recalls the tenor being mischievous and having a schoolboys sense of humour. She says: He would take delight in the little funny things, the stupid things. I was accompanying him on tour, he had 28 suitcases, he never packed a suitcase in his life. He was very demanding God forbid his handkerchiefs were not where they were supposed to be. The relationship was so all-encompassing because I was the friend, the student, the secretary. He was my mentor, my teacher, my love. I never thought I would end up in a relationship with Luciano but it was hard to see where to draw the line. LUCIANO WAS MY GREAT DEFENDER I remember a recital and I was backstage holding his hot tea and all of a sudden he dragged me out on stage to sing La Bohme, the duet the lyrics include, Do you love me? and I do! They eventually broke off their affair because Pavarotti was still married to Adua. Madalyn calls it a painful moment for me and for him. They did not speak for years. With fame also came famous friends. After meeting Princess Diana in 1991, Pavarotti became more involved in charity work.

After the first of these he met Nicoletta Mantovani, who was working at a horseshow between her university studies. She was 23, he was 57. Nicoletta says: At the beginning I told everyone I was the assistant, but that was not true. Its not easy to say Im in a relationship with a man 34 years older. Luciano was my great defender. He was always protecting me. Soon after they got together, she found out she had MS and feared he would leave her. But Pavarotti told her: Up until now I have loved you. Now I adore you. The couple kept their relationship secret for years until they were pictured kissing on holiday in Barbados. Pavarottis fans were appalled by the supposedly devout Catholic. Furious Adua filed for divorce and demanded $128 million. When Pavarotti refused, she reportedly co-operated with an Italian investigation which led to him paying $14 million in back taxes.

Soon after, Pavarotti rubbed salt in the wound by praising the virtues of Viagra to reporters. He and Nicoletta married in 2003. Manager Herbert Breslin popularised Pavarotti by making him do recitals and sending him on a tour of rural America, where he indulged himself in triple helpings of macaroni cheese. It was a new twist on one of Pavarottis other major passions Italian food. At his heaviest, he weighed more than 150kg. In the documentary a fellow Italian opera singer says that Pavarotti asked him to bring kilos of tortellini, Parmesan cheese and salami with him when he visited him on tour.

On a month-long trip to China in 1986, he asked two chefs from Genoa to go with him and at their Beijing hotel, two rooms were turned into a kitchen as he refused to eat Chinese food. Such trips left Pavarotti feeling lonely so he turned to his big entourage to keep him company, including female company. Adua said that his bravado was a sham and after their split the public opinion of Pavarotti changed and the image of the sublime singer fell. I WASNT THE FATHER I WANTED TO BE Around this time Nicoletta became pregnant with twins the son was stillborn but the daughter, Alice, became a light in Pavarottis life. In the later stages of his career, Pavarotti was hammered by critics, who said his arrogance, once unquestioned as part of his talent, was now unacceptable. He failed to show up at concerts and bumbled his way through shows, cracking jokes to stall for time. Pavarotti continued looking for new collaborators and persuaded Bono to do a song with him, bombarding his Italian housekeeper with phone calls. He eventually turned up on Bonos doorstep in Dublin and forced him into the studio.

In the film, Bono jokingly calls Pavarotti one of the great emotional arm wrestlers he will break your f***ing arm. In 2004, Pavarotti began a 40-concert tour but got criticised by sniffy opera fans for not hitting the notes like he used to. The U2 frontman said the cracks in his voice were a sign he has lived these songs and that he had to break his heart again and again to sing them. In 2006, before the tour was finished, Pavarotti was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, prompting a tumultuous final 14 months of his life. His friend of 30 years, Dr Lidia La Marca, claimed Nicoletta was trying to force him to sign an American will. Pavarotti supposedly confided to Dr La Marca that he was thinking of leaving Nicoletta and changed his will two weeks before he died to cut her out. He died in September 2007, aged 71, in Modena, where 50,000 people filed past his coffin in respect. A year-long legal battle between Adua and her three daughters and Nicoletta ensued over his $450 million fortune. They eventually agreed a settlement. Had Pavarotti been alive, he would have doubtless tried to end the conflict. In a home video shot in his last months, he admits one of his few regrets was that he wasnt the father I wanted to be.
