🐾The Boys with Cats

Kirishima, Bakugou, Shouji, Tokoyami, Izuku x GN! Reader

Don’t ask me why or where this came from- actually I do, I read this post and I couldn’t stop myself from writing this crack post. Idk where these ideas came from- some of it was me just needing something nice to think about in that moment. Request are open as always. And I barely checked over my spelling.

ALSO the reader refers to the boys as Daddy or Pappa- this is in reference to the cat being like their child…. Don’t at me.

🪨 Kirishima 🪨

Kirishima is a big guy little cat. He got the cat from Denki, who got that cat from Shinso after his cat had kittens. You got lost trying to follow that story.

Your cat is orange, a light orange color with dark splotches of brown in the form of strips. And he follows the idea of every orange cat on the internet. Your sweet baby runs into doors, falls off the counter, and got his head stuck in a cup.

Kirishima, to your surprise, names the crazy Cheeto of a fluff ball “Tigger”.

Tigger is no fighter, he’s chased a mouse out of the house before. But on the subject of actually killing it- Tigger has no clue what to do. You’ve seen him pick a mouse up and just carry it outside. He’s groomed a FRICKEN MOUSE BEFORE.

Tigger also flips over at the slightest bit of possible attention.

💥Bakugou💥

You got the cat, Bakugou hated the idea. But guess who’s that cat dad of the damn year? THAT MAN IS.

You name her Nougat.

The sweet fluffy tabby loves Bakugou. She flops down on him and climbs the man-like a tree- to get onto his shoulders.

You have on video Kirishima and Bakugou talking, your baby on his shoulder. Bakugou, while talking, fake shouts his famous line. And your daddy’s girl cat then lets out a loud meow to copy him.

He screams, she's screaming.

💪 Shouji 💪

You and Shouji have a munchkin cat. Her little legs go a mile a minute the second he comes home. Doing a little dance around his feet till she picked up. And then will angry paw at his mask till she can see his face.

At night. She’ll either sleep in his arms or no joke, across his mouth and noise. Why? You both have no clue.

Shouji has a custom-made sweetshirt (there are no sleeves thou) cat carrier. Your little hotdog of a cat lays happily in the pocket, poking her head out whenever she smells something of interest.

🪶 Tokoyami 🪶

You and Tokoyami cat are named Hedone, which means pleasure in Greek. It means a connection between body and soul….Zoo reading into it.

Black Shadow fucking loves her. She makes Hedone do little cat dances, holding her paws and moving them up and done. And to both your surprises, Hedone doesn’t mind the randomly appearing shadow.

🪴 Izuku 🪴

Izuku gets you a cat- it’s a surprise gift for you. Something to keep you company when he has to leave for a lotime.

You, to his utter delight, name the calico kitten ‘Might Might’. The cat is as active as your husband. The minute Izuku walks through the door, Might Might is screaming at the top of his lungs. Alerting the WHOLE house that Daddy is home. And will only stop his meow-like screeching when Izuku picks him up. Or allow the sharp-clawed spitfire to climb onto his shoulder. Ouch.

Hey guys! I’m back with another fruit for thought 🍎. However this is going to be kinda short so I hope you enjoy this bite sized discussion! As you guys can see below, this is from My Hero Academia Smash comics. In this particular comic it shows that Ms. Joke is here to do what she does best, and Horikoshi has showed us not one but two students that we have not seen laugh in mha.

Honestly I thought this reaction was hilarious 😭. Poor Tokoyami though, I feel like his bird head stops him from showing so much emotion. I know this is a funny interaction but it’s kinda sad in a way. I feel like he understands that he can be seen as off putting by others. Even more so by his peers whenever he shows slight emotion on his face like happiness or laughter they seem to say it’s “unnatural” or it’s not like him”. I mean I know he likes to come off as quiet and serious, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t within him to feel positive emotion. It kinda makes you wonder if he’s just too afraid to show any vulnerability in that sense. I wonder if there were moments he wanted to laugh but he couldn’t because he’s too embarrassed and afraid others might be unsettled by it. What do you guys think of this?

P.s: Jirou is so sweet, she can always tell when someone’s uncomfortable about a comment or a joke. She’s not afraid to call the person out if she sees it’s been taken too far 🖤🎧.

Tokoyami would totally be such a good s/o to an autistic person. He would nail the penguin pebbling autistic love language. Tokoyami Headcanon

So, I know we are all wondering what Fumikages bird type is

The mha wiki says it's possibly from a raven or a crow

Uhm, no, this is whether a crow or a raven, both of this bird types have a black beak which is far longer and sharper

But Fumikage has a yellow, much more shorter beak, so here are my three theories:

The Asian Koel

It would fit for several reasons:

It is black

It has red eyes

It's omnivorous

But the beak has the wrong colour, it's more light yellow and the head form is slightly off

2. The Eurasian blackbird

It's black

It has the yellow beak

But it has not the red eyes, it eats also mostly seeds and other plant stuff

3. The Alpine chough

(It's my favourite from all three birds)

It's black

It has the yellow beak

It's omnivorous

The red eyes are missing again but beside that it fits perfectly

In short: I believe Fumikages bird head is from the alpine chough

I also like this headcanon because the alpines are also in france and it would be funny if he could speak french, Aoyama would be so happy

This makes me thinking... is Hawks really a redtailed hawks? Because they are not entirely red and stuff

(I won't do research on him, all my redtailed hawk related headcanons would be gone and i don't want that xD)

WASH DAY WITH MHA

synopsis ↬ mha with a gender neutral curly haired reader on their wash day !

a/n ↬ i didn't see anyone write something like this so i figured i'd give it a go

watch videos of people with your hair texture washing and styling their hair until they become familiar

takes notes on each step of your hair care routine so expect long pages of different hair treatments and conditions izuku

follows you to your beauty supply store or the place you buy your hair products

asks if they can play with your hair or watch you do your hair before wash day

they're so eager to learn and will have your routine memorized surprisingly quick

in their free time, they'll probably buy you more products, combs, and brushes because they noticed you were running low or lost them

carefully help you detangle your hair and apply products since they heard that it's better to comb or brush curly hair with conditioner or hair creams

they'll probably convince you to let them shower and wash it for you. nothing sexual at all, just their fingers massaging your scalp and making sure your roots are cleansed while your ends are moisturized

tell them that they did a fantastic job or else they'll sulk and pester you about it

IZUKU, tsuyu, iida, OCHACO, MOMO, fatgum, twice, toga, KENDO, MIRIO, tamaki, mina, FUYUMI

they probably won't do as much studying as the group above but will still show some interest in your hair

they'd rather have you teach them about it since they know that everyone's hair is different and unique

can listen to you ramble for hours about your routine, favorite moisturizers and serums, and hairstyles you enjoy wearing

they mirror the way you brush or apply products until they can do it without your guidance

ALWAYS asks if you need help: if your arms are too tired or your neck is starting to strain, they're right there to help

they'll always make sure that you're comfortable with them helping so they don't seem overbearing, but they secretly get excited when you say you need help

worried that they'll accidentally brush too hard and rip some of your hair out

when your hair is shedding, you might have to remind them that it's natural for that to happen

they want you to look perfect and happy so the whole routine will stress them out

eventually they would get so skilled at doing your hair that you trust them completely

SHOUTO, TOKOYAMI, sero, bakugou, SHINSOU, aizawa, endeavor, dabi, hawks, chisaki, shoji, natsuo, jirou

all of them would try their best to help but... it would be better if you did it alone.

they have no clue how to help and probably haven't expressed any interest in your hair.

imagine kirishima, tetsutesu, or denki trying to detangle your hair, getting frustrated at a knot, and ripping your hair out.

that's what will happen.

denki would feel like crap for ruining it

while kirishima would blame himself for ruining your beautiful locks.

tomura and monoma would watch you do your hair from afar but might be too intimidated to help.

monoma occasionally asks if he could help you since he's curious and finds your curly hair really intriguing.

tomura... doesn't take care of his hair so why would he be interested in taking care of yours?

you would probably have to encourage him to give his hair love and turn it into a couple's wash day.

he would still be really reckless about his hair but would feel more encouraged if you're there to guide him.

he starts wearing/ keeping stuff that reminds him of you

hcing Tokoyami as a crow is a lil sad if you also hc that he doesn't exactly have a family/is in the foster care system. cause crows are birds that stay with their families for awhile even after they can leave the nest.

however this also means i can fully hc that Hawks feels extra pathetic and guilty cause Tokoyami is like meal prepping for the 3 of them (I'm including Dark Shadow) but Tokoyami's bird brain is like "Hell yea. Family activities" and Hawks is just melting cause hes 23, can only cook fucking pasta, and hasn't cleaned out his pantry in months (which Tokoyami secretly does later)
