Pretty easily! The biggest issue would be if the other side was paralyzed. The numb limbs would need to be attended carefully to make sure they don't drag, cut open, and develop infection.
So, socks basically.
But missing legs on one side, as in they were amputated or they were not born with them? That's not an issue that needs much creative application! They'd just be unable to hunt alone, is all.
