If nothing works, there might be something that you need to work out with a licensed mental health professional. Never diagnose yourself with the available screening tools that you only took from the internet. It may do you more harm than good. Your psychologists and psychotherapists are there for a reason ☺️

My Quarantine Food Ideas ♥️ Para naman kahit hindi na nakaka dine sa restaurants, may something pa rin na pwedeng enjoy-in. Di lang yun, I also wanted to optimize my immune system by choosing what’s best for my body. Of course, sinasamahan ko siya ng 30 min to one hour basic workout. Hindi lang sa summer dapat i achieve ang “summer body”, dapat all year round na fit and healthy 💪🏻

Alam ko may mga workout plans na yung iba 🏋🏻‍♂️ Para ito sa mga di sanay sa gym, at syempre may konsiderasyon ito sa mga madaling hingalin tulad ko 😂. Dagdagan natin ang healthy meal plans 🥗 🌯🍲 ng exercise para mas lumakas tayo 💪🏻

Beginning the year with a dose of inspiration 📚


2019 was full of blessings but I got emotionally and mentally drained towards the end of the year. I promised myself that I’d stay in the institution for as long as I can because that was what I prayed for. But guess what? I broke it. I know that I cannot please everyone but I felt devalued. When I knew that my mental health was extremely affected, I did what I had to do. Right now, I feel alive and happy again, hoping for a fresh, new start 🍀
