The Celebrity Tarot [1/?]

As I continue to learn all 78 cards in the tarot deck, I decided to try something new to help grow my connection to the cards and their meanings. I’ve chosen to connect a celebrity to each card, based on both the meaning of the card and the personality of the celebrity.

O. The Fool - Olivia Rodrigo

The Fool represents you as you strike out on a new journey. They’re filled with adventurous energy and a zest for life. As Olivia Rodrigo’s music career jumpstarts with a fervor, I think she embodies the joy and spirit of the Fool.

I. The Magician - Rihanna

The Magician represents you with all the tools you need to succeed. You have the passion of the Fool, but with a wisdom and growth that comes from time and experience. Rihanna knows what she wants and she goes for it. She succeeds because of her attention to detail, her internal and external resources, and her strengths.

II. The High Priestess - FKA Twigs

The High Priestess represents your intuition, your mind, and your connection to the Other. FKA Twigs shows her heart on her sleeve with her music, and shows that she is authentic to herself. She trusts and knows herself best, which reflects the inner power of the High Priestess.

III. The Empress - Beyoncé

The Empress is a maternal, tender, and divine feminine figure in the Tarot. She is powerful and protective of those around her and those whom she cares for. With the success of her career and her status as a legend, icon, and mother, Beyoncé encapsulates the tenets of the Empress.

-if blair was in her late teens/ early 20s today she’d definitely still be in love with the parisian aesthetic, just a slightly more updated one. she’d also definitely be a big supporter of the pearl jewelry and corset top trend. she’d probably talk trash about all the new nepotism models (only with her closest friends), but be in the front row of every fashion show and posting all of them on her ig story regardless.
