Show me your friends & I will tell you who you are: "Chrissy Teigen admits she would eat Human Flesh & she's shocked to be in the minority."
The next time MEgain Markle complains about suicidal ideation or "shows up" to speak with grieving parents about cyberbullying & mental health, please remind her of her FRIENDS.
The irony of MEgain: a predator, a bully, and a professional VICTIM who is rebranding as a mental health/digital justice "activist" inviting a disgraced celebrity predator and cyberbully to promote her "brand" is not lost on anyone.
Activist John Stephens was recruited by NOprah before the wedding to shut down media personalities who exposed Markle's red flags. After the wedding, BULLY Teigen on Twitter: "although I've never met Meghan, I'm very protective of her."

In 2019 or 2020, Toronto Papers revealed that MEgain was friends with the owners of a popular LA cannibal club restaurant. Holiday something??
Celebrities publicly promote eating placenta, why wouldn't they consume human flesh. There is nothing new under the sun. Regardless of Chrissy's behavior, she and hubby are untouchable.

Nigeria
Police arrested 11 people and closed a restaurant after two human heads wrapped in cellophane were discovered at a hotel restaurant that had been serving human flesh.
A tip-off led police to the macabre discovery in Anambra, Nigeria, with 11 people being arrested and AK-47 guns and other weapons being seized.
Human flesh was apparently being sold as an expensive treat at the restaurant, with authorities saying that roasted human head was even on the menu.
"I went to the hotel early this year, after eating, I was told that a lump of meat was being sold at N700, I was surprised," a pastor who had visited the eatery said.
"So I did not know it was human meat that I ate at such expensive price.
"What is this country turning into? Can you imagine people selling human flesh as meat," he added. "Seriously I’m beginning to fear people in this part of the world. "
Another local added to the Osun Defender newspaper: "I always noticed funny movements in and out of the hotel; dirty people with dirty characters always come into the hotel.
"So, I was not surprised when the police made this discovery in the early hours of yesterday."
The tabloid reported that two army caps, 40 rounds of live ammunition and 'so many cell phones' were also discovered by authorities.

Obesity: The Science, Culture, and Politics of Fatness in America
In Fall 2023, students enrolled in Dr. Margot Finn's course on the science, culture, and politics of obesity worked in groups to research and write captions for food history materials.
Most of these items were from the Special Collections Research Center's Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive.
These were featured on the Shapiro Library Screens in Bert's Study Lounge.

M. L. Holbrook, Eating for Strength (New York, M. L. Holbrook & co. [c1888]). Library of Congress.
The 1888 edition of Eating for Strength, a popular 19th century work on diet written by Martin Luther Holbrook approaches food in a scientific manner, outlining the dietary needs of various classes of people and looking at the healthfulness of various foods. This book includes information about food and diet in relation to health and work, together with several hundred recipes for different foods and drinks. All of these tables illustrate the protein, carbohydrate, and fat content of some of the most common foods that characterized the diets of that era. This underscores how even over 100 years ago, these three macronutrients were seen as important to monitor in order to curb obesity.

Keeping Your Weight Down (Westfield, N.Y. : Welch Grape Juice Co., [1921?]). Janie Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive.
Published by Welch Juice Company in 1921, this recipe book called Keeping Your Weight Down suggests that Welch's Grape Juice can aid in weight maintenance, and emphasizes its importance in influencing desired health benefits with their beverage. The monochrome-purple book cover showcases an idealized “thin” model covered in loose night clothing, examining a weight scale. Inside, “Pudding and Desserts” recipes are listed in sections with the usage of Welch brand ingredients. Framing grapes as dessert, often eliminated in dieting practices, allows for the luxury of sweets within the strictures of losing weight.

Ruth West, Stop Dieting! Start Losing! (New York : E.P. Dutton & Company, Inc., 1956.). Janice Bluestein Longone Culinary Archive.
Although Ruth West’s Stop Dieting! Start Losing! was a dieting recipe book published in 1956, the artifact has a startling resemblance to modern attitudes about weight, despite the huge body of research conducted on obesity since this time. Today, It’s easy to laugh at slogans like “how to lose 2 to 3 pounds a week” and “16 foods for sex appeal and vitality,” but how different are these claims from those we hear today from diet magazines, social media and even our own medical professionals? Is the rigor of evidence from then to now all that different?

The parquet floor in this kitchen is just one of the extra touches the owners made to transform this kitchen into a room of outstanding elegance. Deciding on wood as the primary material, they chose traditional cabinetry accompanied by unique features such as ample pigeonholes and conventional pull-out fruit and vegetable larders.

When I was a kid, my mother -- along with most of my friends’ parents who cooked -- had a “cookbook shelf” in the kitchen. This was a very 1980s thing to do, at least in California, particularly in the aging-hippie neighborhood where we lived. I used to think it was awesome and would study the cookbook shelves of my friends’ parents, something I’d forgotten about until this week when I realized I wanted to keep some of my books in the kitchen and also that I even had a clean shelf for them away from the food prep areas.
This isn’t all the cookbooks I own and I’ll probably move some out and others in, but I wanted to send Mum a photo of my cookbook shelf since three of the books on it were gifts this year, so I dressed it with cookbooks she’s given me in addition to ones I want to have there, and I think it looks very nice. I’m quite pleased with my little shelf.
( @drgaellon it turns out she had a copy of On Food And Cooking which she passed on to me after I mentioned your recommendation!)
[ID: A photo of a shelf inside a kitchen hutch; it holds several books including On Food And Cooking, the Complete Dehydrator Cookbook, Modernist Cooking Sous Vide, Pressure Cooker Perfection, Cooking Jewish, the Jewish Holiday Kitchen, The Jewish Holiday Baker, Mickey’s Gourmet Cookbook, the Nero Wolfe Cookbook, and Canada’s Best Slow Cooker Recipes.]

THAT'S IT!
IT IS TIME to revisit this since Ignis's birthday is right around the corner.
This was a massive and SUPER FUN project years back (omg time flies) where many FFXV fans from all over joined forces to create this cookbook masterpiece! Contains all of the mainline FFXV recipes.
You can download the PDF version (free!) or order a book version (money goes toward the print house, NOT anyone else). @cooking--with--ignis was our master of coordination and I am still SO grateful they did this!
(Plus I contributed 4 tasty recipes that you should try.)
Happy Cooking!
