Birmingham’s Luxury Apartments I The Mercian I Moda Living

I was invited to spend a weekend at The Mercian by Moda Living and have a tour of their luxury apartments and today I'll be sharing these beautiful apartments with you so make sure you watch my youtube vlog documenting my stay.

The Mercian is Birmingham’s tallest residential building, its 42 storeys with a roof terrace complete with a 200 meter rooftop running track one of the first in the UK's housing market!

The Mercian Luxury Apartments give an opportunity to live in one of the most exciting areas in Birmingham with easy access to several city locations such as Birminghams Bridley place and the ICC-Birmingham and symphony hall. It was designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the developer is Moda Living who created a modern design that compliments its surroundings perfectly. It consists of 42 floors above ground but only three storeys underground which makes it one of Britain's tallest residential buildings with some extraordinary luxury apartments!

I stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments that was fully equipped with with top-spec tech, including low-energy Samsung appliances, 50" Samsung smart TV and 250MBPS Wi-Fi. To relax you can also and watch something in the private cinema which was an intimate, warm and cosy space. Theres also a spacious co-working space which is perfect for entrepreneurs and those with a flexible working schedule so if you work from home you can use this space and have your own office away from you apartment.

To entertain, The Mercian has a rooftop terrace where you can hold a bbq or if you prefer to entertain indoors you can also use the private dining room where you can dine with your guests and you can even have a private chef come and cook for you whilst you enjoy the epic view.

My favourite by far was the rooftop running track which I believe is the first one of its kind in the Birmingham housing market. The rooftop running track is 200 meters next to the 24hr studio space and gym area.

Did or didn’t, see how the other people seem to be looking up, yet Sabo seems to be looking up and behind? I’d say this implies that he was somewhere at the edge of the place, perhaps not even on the island itself, and thus narrowly escaped the blast.

One thing that supports this theory is that Lulusia Kingdom is near Momoiro Island, which is where Kamabakka Kingdom is, which is where Dragon is, so next time we see Sabo he might have already rowed his way over to his team in a dinghy. Or better yet, maybe Vivi’s with him and will drag his anchor ass all the way there.
