Best parts of Nope 2022:
1) Emerald reciting her father’s speech about their history so much that she always forgets to add a generation to account for her being a generation younger, and OJ always reminding her of it. We don’t figure this out until we see her watching a video of her dad saying the exact line. 2) How the small things always come full circle. It was a coin that killed Otis Senior and it was a coin that helped Emerald capture the only evidence of Jean Jacket. It was a balloon that set off Gordy into a massacre and it was a balloon popping that ended Jean Jacket’s massacre. How the Haywood family’s legacy is based in the first captured film, and it’s Emerald’s picture of Jean Jacket that calls back to and expands on that legacy. 3) How unashamedly campy it was to name the horse we saw die first Ghost and the horse that made it ‘till the end Lucky. (RIP to Clover and the other ones sold off to Jupe). Gordy. Gore-dy. Naming Jean Jacket after the one horse Emerald never got to tame. 4) How the movie starts with Gordy’s rampage and makes you think it’s just part of the Monkeypaw Productions intro and that Gordy is just staring at the audience for the shock value, but mid-movie gets recontextualized into a traumatic flashback of Gordy staring at Jupe under the table. 5) How we will never know why exactly Gordy spared Jupe. Did he calm down enough to recognize Jupe as one of his “family”, or even recognize that they were used and exploited in almost identical ways by the production crew and cast? If one of the other actors swapped places with Jupe, would it have been the same? Was the tablecloth just enough of an obstruction to Jupe’s eyes that Gordy didn’t kill him, and would have if the cloth wasn’t there? Did Gordy even actually reach to touch Jupe’s hand, or did Jupe add that detail on and unknowingly add that to his recollection of the event, and thus his belief that he could reach out and understand Jean Jacket the same way?   6) The way OJ was the one to realize Jean Jacket’s “rules” so to speak, being the character who seems the most coded to be neurodivergent; not looking others in the eye unless absolutely necessary, speaking bluntly and as short of terms as possible, using the way he interacts with horses when speaking to others (the “woah there” to the director at the green screen scene and slapping his hand to his leg to get Angel and Emerald to run faster to the car), unable to carry through with small talk in one scene (the movie scene with the white woman asking Lucky’s name) yet staying on topic and proposing a deal in another (trying to make a deal with Jupe while Emerald looks around), who understands what boundaries the animals he works with have and respects them.  7) How it goes unexplained why Emerald and OJ let Angel stick around because there doesn’t need to be an explanation. They just accept him in their group after a while, and they help each other without question. They allow each other into their respective homes for safety, and he refuses to let Antlers use the remaining horses as bait (”They’re horse people”).   8) The scene where OJ and Lucky run from Jean Jacket as the music swells almost like a rehearsed show between the three of them as Jean Jacket returns to the sky and OJ and Lucky split. That in contrast to Jean Jacket returning and OJ and Lucky barely make it out alive, which we don’t find out if they survive until the very last shots of the movie. 9) I Wear My Sunglasses At Night (Jean Jacket Mix). How music played electronically is used as a detection of Jean Jacket’s presence like some fucked up game of musical chairs. 10) How Emerald's father could never look her in the eye after selling off the original Jean Jacket for money, and how he dies by a nickel through the eye, how it’s money that kills him. How staring at something in the eye when you’re not supposed to is intertwined with not looking and paying attention to something you should have, both in the sense of not losing track of your family as priority and in the sense of not losing track of a wild, lethally dangerous animal.

Hope you enjoy <3
The years that followed were a relentless storm for both Nico and (Y/N), each navigating their separate paths with the ghost of their past lingering.
Nico’s championship victory and the soon-following retirement propelled him into the dazzling spotlight of Formula 1, becoming a charismatic figure both on and off the race track.
However, the memory of that final race continued to linger in the back of his mind, a bittersweet victory tainted by the absence of someone he had considered a confidante. Someone he had loved. Of course, he had seen the notifications of her calls once the celebrations had stopped. But whereas at first, he didn’t call her back simply out of spite and having been hurt, the more time went by, the more he feared actually hearing her speak his suspicions of having been betrayed into existence.
Meanwhile, (Y/N) on the other hand, had to face the daunting task of fighting her way back into the world of reporting. Having lost her job at Countdown Magazine , the young woman found herself feeling lost in the working world. The void left by Formula 1 was a constant ache, a reminder of the dreams she once had to forfeit and the pain of not having been there for Nico during his triumphant moment was an emotional wound that refused to heal, casting a lingering shadow on her achievements. However, she found that her luck hadn't completely run out, for after a few unsuccessful jobs, she was offered a position as a reporter for a small, upcoming motorsport journal called The Racing Project.
Although over the years both Nico and (Y/N)  followed a similar career path, their paths did not actually cross until the much-anticipated Las Vegas Grand Prix.
The stage was set, the racetrack buzzing with fervour, as Nico stood filming a live segment in the paddock, delivering his commentary with practised ease. The cameras captured every word he spoke, but his mind was elsewhere. As he scanned the crowd, his eyes unexpectedly fell upon a familiar figure- (Y/N).
Time seemed to halt, the cacophony of the racing world drowned by a flood of memories and emotions. Nico’s heart quickened its pace, a turbulent storm surging within him. The very sight of his former friend, after all these years, sent his thoughts spiralling into a whirlwind of conflicting emotions.
The ex-racer stumbled over his words, a subtle tremor in his voice betraying the storm of emotions raging inside him. “And…and as we witness this….um, remarkable race unfolding before us,” he managed to continue, though the words suddenly felt foreign on his tongue.
Nico couldn’t tear his gaze from (Y/N)’s form, caught between the past and present. The weight of their shared history bore down on him, each moment they had shared flashing through his mind like a movie reel. His eyes conveyed a mixture of surprise, longing and a hint of regret for the years of silence, that had separated them.
The subtle changes in Nico’s demeanour didn’t go unnoticed by the camera and crew. His usual composed demeanour wavered, a fleeting glimpse of vulnerability surfacing in his eyes. The inner conflict that churned within him was evident to those who knew him well, a battle between the duties of the present and the ghosts of the past.
As the blond shrugged to maintain his composure, the words of the commentary became a blur as the realization that (Y/N) was back in his life hit him. He tried to regain his focus, attempting to steer the commentary back on track, but the presence of (Y/N) in the crowd continued to pull at the threads of his composure.
It wasn’t until the segment was finally finished, that Jenson, who had moderated the segment along with Nico and was well aware of the history between him and the female reporter, leaned in and whispered, “I didn't know that (Y/N) is working as a Formula 1 reporter again after her sudden release just before your championship race.”
Jenson’s statement led revelation to hit Nico like a tidal wave. The pieces of the puzzle all of sudden fell into place, and the weight of misunderstanding and regret bore down on him. “Excuse me.” Nico stuttered out, freeing himself of the broadcasting equipment before hurriedly plunging into the bustling crowd, determined to confront the past.
Rushing past crew members and paddock guests, his blue eyes scanned the crowd with restlessness before finally landing on the all-too-familiar shape of (Y/N).
“(Y/n),“ he called out, his voice carrying the echoes of years of silence.
Upon hearing his voice call out to her, the woman turned, eyes widening in surprise, before narrowing again in anger. The air around them was suddenly buzzing with the electricity of unspoken words and unresolved feelings. “Nico,” she replied coldly, her voice betraying a simmering anger beneath the surface.
Nico took a cautious step closer, the atmosphere fraught with tension. “I…I didn’t know. I thought you used me for stories. I didn’t know what happened that day.” his words came out rushed, as he struggled to keep up with his own thoughts. Lifting her chin,  (Y/N) crossed her arms, a defensive gesture as she glared at him. “Well, glad you’ve figured it out by now.” her voice cut through the noise of the racetrack. “I lost my job, Nico. I lost everything I had worked for, and you didn’t even bother to hear me out. You think an apology fixes this?”
Nico reached for (Y/N)’s hand, a silent plea for understanding and forgiveness. “My mind was too clouded by the fact that you weren’t by my side during my victory, to be able to think rationally. I should have known.” he tried to explain himself, voice haunted by the regret of misplaced assumptions.
(Y/N) pulled her hand away from his grasp, a scoff escaping her lips. “Known? I would’ve never expected you to just know. But you should have asked, Nico. You didn’t give me a single chance to explain myself. Instead, you just disappeared.” with the last word, she jabbed an angry finger at his chest.
Nico opened his mouth to respond, but (Y/N) cut him off “ You don’t get to just waltz back into my life after all these years and expect everything to be okay. You have no idea what it was like for me, losing my job and feeling abandoned by my best friend.”
The man’s face fell, the reality of the pain he had caused written across his features. “(Y/N),please. I didn’t know the truth, and I-”
“Don’t,” she interrupted, her voice sharp.”You didn’t bother to find out. You just assumed the worst, and I won’t just forget that.”
The tension between them was palpable as they stood there, the racetrack humming with the distant roar of engines. Whereas (Y/N)’s eyes held a mixture of anger and hurt, Nico felt the weight of his past choices pressing down on him. The heavy silence between them was once again interrupted by her voice, the anger now morphed into frustration. “You made your choice back then.” She sounded defeated. Nico struggled to find the right words, his chest tight with regret. “I messed up. I should have trusted you, and I’m sorry.”
Unwilling to meet his gaze, (Y/N) turned away. “Sorry doesn’t erase the past, Nico. I don’t need your apologies now, I got work to do.”
The gravity of her words hung heavily between them.Once determined to seek reconciliation, Nico faced the consequences of his assumptions. The racetrack, witness to their shared highs and lows, now became a battleground for a different kind of race- a race against time to repair the fractured bond between them. As they lingered in the charged silence, a new layer of tension emerged. The unspoken truth of feelings that had never found a voice in the past now hovered between them. They had danced around something more profound than friendship, an undercurrent of emotions that had remained buried.
Deciding to try a different approach, Nico’s tone softened. “Remember that night when I waited for you in the pouring rain?”
As she turned back around to him (Y/N)’s eyes flickered with curiosity, a hint of vulnerability breaking through her defensive stance. “What?”
Nico’s eyes nervously searched hers, an unsure, almost shy smile on his lips. “I stole that umbrella from Toto and to this day I am unsure of whether I was more nervous about waiting for you or the possibility of Toto finding out I was the reason he got drenched to the bone.”
A breathless chuckle broke through her frown, the sound like music to Nico’s ears. “You stole an umbrella from your boss, just so you could go on a walk with me?” her voice was laced with amusement and disbelief. “Mhm,” he hummed in response, his smile widening into a grin, blue eyes sparkling as he thought back to that very evening. “I actually hid around a corner for like 10 minutes, because I could hear how on edge he was, asking crew members about where his umbrella went.” A genuine laugh escaped (Y/N) at that, eyes glistening as she was hit by a wave of nostalgia. There was another moment of silence between the pair, although this time it felt more intimate.
“You know that when it came to us it was never about the job right?” her voice was barely louder than a whisper and if Nico hadn’t already been paying such close attention to her, he would have surely missed it.
His eyes bore into (Y/N)’s, the weight of her words sinking in. The revelation hung in the air, an unspoken truth that had shaped their past interactions. With her vulnerability laid bare, (Y/N) waited for Nico’s response, the air heavy with anticipation. In that moment the racetrack seemed to fade into the background, leaving only the two of them suspended in an emotional crossfire.
Nico, grappling with the unexpected confession, searched her eyes for clarity. The realization hit him like a thunderbolt. Their unspoken connection had always transcended the confines of a professional relationship, a truth buried beneath the surface of camaraderie and shared passion for Formula 1.
Studying his face, (Y/N) could watch as a  myriad of emotions played across Nico’s face- surprise, regret and a hint of realization.
“(Y/N)”, he murmured, his voice tinged with astonishment and understanding, as his brain struggled to find the right words.
The woman’s gaze wavered, and she nodded, a mixture of sadness and acceptance in her eyes. “You were so focused on the rivalry and the championship, that I didn’t want to complicate things. I thought, maybe one day…” Her voice trailed off, leaving the unspoken “one day” hanging in the air.
Nico’s mind raced, grappling with the weight of missed opportunities and the realization of their connection has been far more profound than he had ever comprehended. “I had no idea. If I had known, I would have-” She cut him off, a bittersweet smile on her lips. “It’s in the past Nico. We can’t change it now.” Shaking his head, the blond reached out, tentatively taking (Y/N)’s hand and this time she allowed their fingers to intertwine, a silent acknowledgement of the emotions that had lingered, unspoken for years. “(Y/N), I wish I had known. I wish I had seen it then.” She met his gaze, the raw honesty of the moment reflected in her eyes. “We were caught in the whirlwind of the Silver War, and I didn’t want to be another distraction.”
Nico’s thumb gently traced circles on the back of her hand, as his gaze locked onto hers. “You were never a distraction, (Y/N).” Nico’s voice was stern. “If anything, you were the constant that I failed to appreciate.”
As they found themselves standing at the crossroads of what could have been and what might still be, their hands lingered together, a silent testament to the depth of their connection. The unspoken feelings that had been tucked away for years now demanded recognition, weaving an intricate tapestry of emotions.
Nico took a step closer, his heart pounding with a mixture of uncertainty and hope. “Do you think we could start over…try to make up for the time we lost?”
(Y/N) looked up at him, eyes meeting his, and he thought to see a flicker of hope in their depths. “Nico-” she sighed clearly conflicted “It’s not that simple. We’ve both changed.”
He nodded a sense of gentleness in his understanding gaze. “I know, but what if we explore what we have now?” he leaned in a little closer, hand reaching up to gingerly cradle her cheek. “Let’s start from here, from this moment. Forget the misunderstandings, the lost chances and see where this takes us.”
The warmth and sheer softness of his touch seemingly eased the mental conflict within (Y/N)’s mind and a tentative smile tugged at the corner of her lips. “Will you steal another umbrella from Toto?” her question was accompanied by a mischievous sparkle in her eyes.
The suddenness of her request made Nico knit his brows in confusion. Taking a second to process the question, this time it was him, who laughed in disbelief.
"Yes.” he chuckled, thumb tracing her cheekbone, loving eyes studying her face as to memorise every single feature. “I'd happily steal yet another one of Toto's umbrellas for you." Underneath his gentle touch, Nico could feel her timid smile grow into a cheeky grin. "Well, then I am happily willing to give us a second chance."
As they stood there, enveloped in each other’s presence, the soft glow of the racetrack’s lights painted their faces in a warm hue, mirroring the warmth that radiated between them. “I never thought I’d feel this way again,” Nico admitted, gaze still fixed on (Y/N) as if she held the answers to questions he’d never dared to ask.
“I’ve missed this” he muttered softly “Talking to you, being here, it feels like coming home.” (Y/N) felt the words dancing on the tip of her tongue but unable to escape. Her heart fluttered as she realized there were no words adequate to convey how she felt. With a quiet resolve, she slowly leaned in, breath mingling with his. Nico’s eyes widened slightly in surprise before softening, understanding dawning upon him. Time seemed to pause as her lips met his in a tender, feather-light kiss. It was a silent confession and a promise for the future.
Drawing back, a rosy hue dusted (Y/N)’s cheeks and if her heart hadn’t already been racing before, it certainly was now upon seeing the lovesick smile on Nico's face.
“Welcome home, Nico.”

RAMCOA/TBMC vs conspiracy theories. If this ends up being too long for one part, I'll make a part 2
Tumblr media
In my intro post, I said this. To some people, especially non-survivors or questioning survivors, it may be confusing to try to differentiate what RAMCOA/TBMC vs conspiracy theories. In this post, I'm going to touch on specific theories and compare them to the realities of RAMCOA/TBMC
TW: RAMCOA and TBMC with definitions and moderate detail, CSA
Section 1- What does RAMCOA and TBMC mean?
Note- I explain RA and OA before explaining MC/TBMC because i split the MC/TBMC explanation into two parts (programming and non-programming)
RAMCOA- An acronym for ritual abuse, mind control, and organized abuse
TBMC- An acronym for trauma or torture-based mind control
Ritual abuse- A combination of physical, emotional, and s/xual abuse meant to control and condition the victim's thoughts and behaviors. It is deliberate and performed the same way repeatedly. RA will typically involve specific abuse performed the same way on the same date every year. For example, a specific "ritual" is performed every year on the victim's birthday. Typically but not always religious, spiritual, and/or political in nature. Typically involves multiple victims and multiple perpetrators. May be multi-generational, performed exclusively within a single family, performed in a cult, tr/fficking ring, or other organization/group that may be religious and/or political and can be very large or very small, performed without the victim's parents knowing in places where children spend time, or more. Many people believe that RA cannot take place without MC, but not necessarily programming. When people think of RA, they think of satanic ritual abuse. It's important to note that RA can occur using any religious beliefs and non-religious beliefs as well. When RA is satanic, more often than not it's the concept of satan being used to create fear, guilt, and conflicting religious beliefs in the child, not satanic worship.
Organized abuse- This is an umbrella term for any abuse organized with multiple victims and multiple perpetrators. OA is deliberate. Every aspect is planned by the perpetrators. This is typically seen in cults, tr/fficking rings of any type, places where children spend time, and any type of high control groups. In the case of places such as churches, daycares, schools, and camps, this doesn't necessarily mean that the entire group/organization practices OA. It may be a specific group of workers. For example, in a large daycare: Most of the staff does their job properly. They take care of the children, play with them, do activities, etc. These workers don't abuse the children and aren't aware of the abuse taking place. However, there are three staff members who are all members of a tr/fficking ring outside of the daycare. They all had all the credentials necessary to work at the daycare years in advance because this was planned within the ring for years. They all applied for the job and got it. While working at the daycare, they take small groups of children into another room and perpetrate abuse that they film for the tr/fficking ring.
MC/TBMC- Acronym for Mind Control/Trauma or T/rture Based Mind Control. There are two types of MC: programming and non-programming
Programming- Programming needs to be started at a very young age in order to work. The child is repeatedly t/rtured to intentionally cause the child to dissociate and develop a DID system that is made to function to perfectly suit the abuser's needs. The child is given cues to perform a specific behavior and bring out certain alters.
Non-Programming- This can be done to someone of any age as it does not cause DID. Typically done to prisoners of war/political prisoners, long-term k/dnapping victims, long-term abusive situations, people indoctrinated in a cult or trafficked later in life or in an organization unable to program someone. It can include willfull compliance in an extremely abusive situation, Stockholm syndrome, brainwashing though abuse and t/rture, t/rturing a POW until they switch sides and become completely loyal to the group that is holding them prisoner.
Section 2- Common conspiracy theories used in the context of RAMCOA explained, debunked, and compared to RAMCOA
Note- All of these terms overlap and are often used interchangeably by theorists. If I say that theorists claim an aspect of one of these theories, it's safe to assume that aspect is a part of the other theories.
Project Monarch- Project Monarch is a theorized CIA subsection of MKULTRA. It was first suggested by Cathy O'Brien, a famous conspiracy theorist. After recalling memories under hypnosis, she claimed she was kidnapped and that her and her daughter were victims of PM. She claimed that PM was made of international child tr/fficking rings, dr/g barons, and satanists who used TBMC to make her and her daughter into s/x sl/ves. She accused US presidents and government officials from several countries of being a part of PM and accused Bush of abusing her directly. Over many years of in-depth investigations, experts criticized her claims for including absolutely no evidence and having many inconsistencies. She claims to have a total photographic recall but remembered nothing about the alleged kidnapping abuse. Her later memories were "recovered" under hypnosis, which has been scientifically proven time and time again to create false memories more often than not. In current days, theorists claim that celebrities are victims of PM.
The Illuminati/NWO- Historically, the Illuminati was a real Bavarian secret society in the Enlightenment era. However, it was ended and banned around 1785. In this context, the Illuminati and NWO is a term used to describe all of the international elite of the world including government and royal officials, celebrities, the world richest families and individuals, elite organizations, banks and financial brances of government, corportations (known as resource control), the education system, all organized religions, the media, and all types of government including secret services, military, police, courts, and prisons. Theorists claim that the illuminati is conspiring to acheive world domination and that they are actively programming every citizen through many methods (none of these methods are used in real MC because they're impossible. also, you can't indirectly program someone through the media and education). They also claim that celebrities sell their souls to the devil and are programmed. This entire theory is rooted in anti-semetism and is still blatantly anti-semetic to this day. You can read about why it's anti-semetic here: https://www.cairn-int.info/journal-revue-du-crieur-2015-1-page-128.htm I think it should be very obvious why this is fake. In terms of MC, some of the ways theorists claim the illuminati programs citizens is subliminal messaging in the media, 5G internet, micr/chips in v/cc/nes, and more. Simply put, programming requires prolonged physical t/rture. I think that says enough.
MK-ULTRA- MKULTRA was a very real thing- in the 1950s and 1960s. It ended in 1964. The MKULTRA subsection that ran the latest (as far as I know) was NAOMI. It ended in the 1970s and wasn't about MC. This one is gonna be short and sweet. If you were born anytime after around 1930-1940, you were not part of MKULTRA.
Section 3- Moral panics and other historical events used to deny RAMCOA and why they shouldn't be used to deny RAMCOA
Michelle Remembers- This was the book that sparked the satanic panic. In 1980, a psychiatrist and his patient wrote a book about the real therapy sessions with the patient, a woman named Michelle (who he later married) who went to him to be treated for depression. After screaming nonstop for 25 minutes and then speaking as a five-year-old, the psychiatrist spent over 600 hours hypnotizing her (I've already talked about why hypnosis is bad). In that time, Michelle "remembered" very extreme RA at the hands of a satanic cult. This was investigated for decades and there was absolutely no evidence. During an 81-day ritual in which Michelle claimed to be locked in a cage, she was attending school with no absences. She had no unusual absences any other time either. The extreme t/rture she claimed to have experienced involved her being t/rtured and c/t with kn1ves, and yet she had no scars. She claimed that during the 81-day ritual, they summoned Satan, Jesus, Mary, and Michael the Archangel who removed her scars. The most recent documentary about this book was this year. This book was used as training material for social workers and law enforcement, and the psychiatrist was called as a consultant in the McMartin preschool trial. This book has been used for years as proof for why you cannot repress and recover memories. But what it actually proves is that hypnosis can easily cause false memories, especially 600+ hours of it. Amnesia is a common symptom of trauma, and even more common for anyone with DID as different alters hold different memories. This book proved absolutely nothing about dissociative amnesia.
Satanic Panic and the daycare CSA hysteria - After Michelle Remembers was published, it was said that there were over 12,000 documented accusations of satanic ritual abuse in America that were investigated and proven false. The Kern County case started the daycare CSA hysteria. In 1982-1983, 60 children in Kern County claimed they had been abused by a satanic s/x ring. It started when two children were coached by their grandparents into saying their parents abused them as part of a satanic s/x ring. 36 people were convinced, but no evidence was ever found. The McMartin preschool trial was the second case. In 1983, a parent accused a teacher at McMartin of abusing her son. The school sent out a notice to the parents to check their children for signs of abuse. The mother was found to be a paranoid schizophrenic and an alcoholic, but not before 360 interviewed children claimed to have been abused at the preschool in incredibly bizarre, inconsistent and impossible manners. The way in which they were interviewed was found to have been very suggestive and confusing for the children. No evidence was found. The case lasted 7 years and costed $15 million, but no one was convicted. There were at least 16 famous cases that made up this hysteria. This is used to say that RAMCOA is just the satanic panic all over again and that false memories are made without hypnosis. What it actually proves is that children have active imaginations and are willing to say what adults and peers tell them to say. The children of these daycare trials had no idea what CSA and SRA were, they were claiming what parents, peers, and law enforcement suggested and coerced them to say. Also, it's been proven that researches were not able to implant memories of REPEATED CSA without the use of suggestion while on dr/gs and/or under hypnosis.
False memory syndrome + the false memory syndrome foundation- The False Memory Syndrome Foundation was an organization made to support people who had been accused of abuse after the accuser developed false memories because of therapy. It was founded by a Peter Fryd who was accused of CSA by his adult daughter, along with Pamela Fryd, Peter's wife AND ST3PSISTER. His daughter is Dr. Jennifer Freyd, the doctor who came up with DARVO and is an expert researcher in the field of betrayal trauma.
A founder of the foundation famously said in court and the media "60% of women s/xually abused in childhood reported that the experience was ‘good for them'".
Another member of the board gave an interview to a pro-"MAP" (i'm using the term instead of the real word because of guidelines) magazine. He stated " *MAPS* can boldly and courageously affirm what they choose. They can say that what they want is to find the best way to love. I am also a theologian and as a theologian, I believe it is God’s will that there be closeness and intimacy, unity of the flesh, between people. A *MAP* can say: ‘This closeness is possible for me within the choices that I’ve made.’”.
Another board member and medical professional stated when talking about therapy for CSA survivors "The real message being sold by these new therapy messiahs is the ultimate cry-baby solution to everyone’s pitiful human problems. It’s all someone else’s fault.”
And ANOTHER board member said “A friend and colleague had an adult daughter in therapy accuse him of childhood s/xual abuse.” She says, “It was my best judgment that this was unbelievable of the person I knew and could only been induced by the therapist.”. She said this while having no contact with the therapist or daughter.
Source: https://news.isst-d.org/the-rise-and-fall-of-the-false-memory-syndrome-foundation/ another good article: https://www.thecut.com/article/false-memory-syndrome-controversy.html False memory syndrome is a term used to describe simply having false memories. It was coined and used to describe people who recovered memories of abuse in therapy that didn't happen. However, according to the British Psychological Society stated that while researchers were able to implant memories of a single abuse incident, they were never able to implant memories of repeated abuse. Memory is highly suggestible and changes every second. Every memory you have has small details that've changed over time. Elizabeth Loftus and Jim Coan were able to implant memories 6/24 participants in of being lost in the mall as a child. Wade was able to implant memories of a hot balloon ride in 50% of participants. Loftus also implanted memories of being attacked by a small animal as a child, nearly drowning and being saved by a lifeguard as a child, and having a physical accident at a wedding as a child. She also proved that people viewing a video of a car crash would remember the crash differently depending on the wording used by the interviewer. Pezdek and Hodge tried to implant memories of a painful en3ma in children, but it almost never worked. NOBODY was able to implant long-term PTSD, somatic flashbacks, total flashbacks, fear of s/x, hypers/xuality, physical symptoms of CSA trauma, strange and overwhelming emotional responses and emotional flashbacks, s/bstance abuse, SH, hypervigilance or disinhibition, trauma disorders and co-morbid disorders, dissociation, etc etc.

Okey it's pretty much sound like thor bashing but did thor ever really apologize to loki at all like 'I am sorry for leaving you', and no in thor 1 ,thor did not apologize for hins mistake, because next sentences after said 'i am sorry brother for whatever I did to you', that definitely sounds like he thinks he have no mistake to loki at all.
And for next film he not even trying understand what is wrong with loki, he just assume loki gone mad because he was jealous and delusional thinking his family didn't love him.
He only came to loki when he need him after that he just throwing him away. In dark world pretty much proof it by leaving his corpse on dying land.
Thor keep saying loki is betrayal him but he didn't realise thor already betraying him long before thor 1. Thor betrayed loki as brother.
Why I said that? Simple, as older brother he should the one protect him younger brother but as we can see loki is the one take care thor reckless behavior
2. Thor with foolish make fun of loki and let his friends to disrespect lokiand lead loki self esteem be low
3. As Prince and brother thor never protect loki physically or mentally, as prince he to open about hism family problem to his friends.
Thor maybe good warrior ot hero but he is not good person. Yes, he have flaws but in my opinion if he can't be kind and protect someone that really close to him in this chase is loki than thor is not worthy of being a brother.
You can say loki is not good brother but thor not good either, he have no right to demand loki to be good brother while himself no want be good brother either
Thor is incredibly guilty of not only not getting it but also never really even attempting to get.
Like, that apology in 2011 is at most a start. It is Thor recognizing that he caused harm but that is not the end of it. There needs to be way more than a singular apology. Now the time needs to be taken to understand what he did wrong and now change so he no longer does harm.
I don't consider TDW Loki betraying Thor, because Loki did fully hold up his end of the bargain and never tried to harm Thor or Jane, but I can accept the characters viewing as a betrayal.
But that's only two times Loki "betrayed" Thor And both times there are involved complicated reasons Loki did what he did. I hate how in TR Thor claims that Loki always betrays him. It's not only a over simplification it's just not true.
Thor can be very kind and can be a good person. But his relationship with Loki is very toxic because he has a need to put himself in the role of being the good one so he never sees his on flaws and mistakes. So the relationship between the brothers can never truly heal.

(Actor) Tokyo Revengers/Reader crack. (The party before the zombie apocalypse started.)
Read pts 1-4 on Wattpad
Reads pts 1-4 on AO3
Tumblr media
17+ (suggestive sexual themes/mature language)
I was on crack and sleep deprived when I wrote this. (Not really the crack part but I felt like it)
I made this photo, printed it out, and put it on a candle. 😂 Taiju's next....
Sanzu and Draken are in love but the reader is living her best life.. ♥️
You held back Sanzu's strands from falling into Ran's toilet. The loud music pulsed through the walls. But they were mainly drowned out by Sanzu's dry heaving.
You really didn't understand why this man decided to keep his hair long. He could have just worn a wig or hair extensions on set like Baji and Ran but he claimed the glue they used on the wigs made him itchy.
Drama queen much.
You held back your own vomit when Sanzu threw up the rest of the alcohol he consumed throughout the night. It was his fault for getting drunk on an empty stomach. Or was it yours since you sort of forced him to come?
"What did I eat that was purple? Y/n... Am I dying?"
You snorted. "No you're alright Zu. You had a grape slush that Draken tried to give to me. It was mainly vodka..You were buzzed already so that's how we ended up in Ran's bedroom."
"We aren't home?"
"Nope.."
"Ugh!"
You laughed at your poor boy who was groaning face down in the toilet. Over the long year of filming Akashi Haruchiyo had become your ride or die/roommate. He didn't get much screen time for season 1 but he was always around. Especially since he had a talent when it came to rigging up all the wires for the lights and sound.
He was the shyest out of all the cast members and usually kept to himself off set. One day you decided to strike up a conversation with him after one of your scenes together. It took time to break him out of his shell but it did him some good and he eventually opened up to everyone.
Plus he needed to get used to talking to everyone since he would have to channel some crazy psycho energy for when the next few seasons started filming.
"Why are you laughing at me Y/n? I saved your ass.. Fucker was just trying to get in your pants again."
You shook your head and clicked your tongue. He was always stingy when it came to you, he respected your whole 'No life but the hoe life' lifestyle, but that didn't mean he liked it..
"I would have let him without the drink. All he had to do was ask."
Sanzu scoffed.
"Disgusting. You know he slept with both Hina and Emma right? They were sure he was the one to give them something.. and there's a rumor he slept with Hanma too."
"You know I make everyone use protection right? Even you. What kind of hoe do you think I am?.... Plus, who hasn't slept with Hanma?"
Sanzu stood up and flushed the toilet before washing his face and hands. "I sure as hell haven't. I don't want to have to get a rabies shot or the clap.."
You snorted but before you could say a word, the devil himself must have heard you talking about him. Hanma barged into the bathroom and eyed the both of you.
"First of all...I don't have rabies! Second, You guys done fuckin in here or what? I need to take a shit!"
You and Sanzu both got pushed out before you could say a thing. Hanma grumbled something about being lactose intolerant and the devil coming out of his ass cheeks.
"There's like 6 bathrooms in this house!"
"And?! If you freaks want to watch then be my guest! I always wanted a blow job while I took a shit... Y/n you down?!"
....... Silence........
"Well fuck me then!"
----------
While Hanma was talking to himself you both returned down stairs. The house seemed to have gotten more crowded since you and Sanzu left to the bathroom.
The first thing you noticed was both Takemichi and Tetta standing on the coffee table. Tokyo by Dwin/Kid Kush played while Tetta tried to twerk with Takemichi. You felt the second hand embarrassed creep up on you.
You already knew Tetta Kisaki was a shit dancer but with Takemichi's dump trunk you figured he knew how to at least move it.
"I need another drink... I hope the twins can make me something strong enough to forget this nightmare.."
You agreed with Sanzu but before you could walk after him, a pair or arms snaked themselves around your waist. By the deep chuckle and smell of their cologne you could already tell who it was.
"Can I help you Keisuke?"
Baji nuzzled his face into the crook of your neck. He was a touchy drunk, usually Chifuyu or Mitsuya would keep an eye on him but when he got too cuddly they pushed him toward someone else.
Judging by the snicker coming from Chifuyu, he was the one to throw you under the bus this time.
"You feel so warm! And you smell so gooood! You wanna dance?! Show these armatures how the real ones do it."
Your eyes scanned the room to look for Sanzu. You spotted him with a drink in his hand standing by the back door. He motioned to you that he's stepping out for a quick smoke break.
You nodded your head towards the coat rack and gave him your 'listen to me' face.
Sanzu rolled his eyes and mouthed back "Okay, mom." and grabbed his coat.
It just started snowing outside when you both arrived that evening. The start of the winter season brought early snow and you didn't want him to catch a cold. You all only had a few weeks off before all the production meetings started up again.
"Y/nnn! Love me!"
Once Sanzu was out of sight you turned to Baji and dragged him towards Takemichi and Kisaki.
"Come on Edward. Let's show ThiccyMitchy how to pop his pussy right."
*Gag* "... I bet it smells like Doritos and fish sticks."
------------------
What happened?
Dancing around with Baji turned into you and Sanzu sneaking back up to Ran's room. You both saw his playstation before you left the first time a decided to later on raid his Minecraft world. It's all he talked about off set..
When you both stepped into the room you found Mikey and Draken already messing with it. Somehow that turned into you all playing and having to take a shot each time you died. Two if you got blown up by a creeper.
Poor Mikey was out like a light after a few shots and fell asleep on your lap... He got emotional when he drank and tried to constantly give creepers a hug because he thought they were just shy.
That was the last thing you remembered before the sun coming through Ran's purple curtains burned your eyelids.
A small shake was what brought you out of the darkness. When you squinted at the person, Rindou gave you a bored look.
"Y/n... Is my brother under the covers with you?"
You looked around and noticed you were indeed under the large blanket that once covered the older Haitani's bed.
You felt a lot of weight on you, also you noticed your pillow was breathing...
Looking back you  noticed you were laying on Sanzu's stomach while he laid horizontally at the head of the bed..
Under the covers was Draken cuddled up on you, clinging to your left side, Mikey was between your legs and his head was on your stomach, and you had no clue when, but Hanma was cuddled up on your right side drooling on your arm.
"The fuck? Uh... Sorry Rin, no Ran here."
Rindou clicked his tongue. "Did you see him at all last night? I turned away for 10 minutes and lost him. Haven't seen him since.."
You thought back to that evening. He was the one to greet you and Sanzu first but after that he was gone..
"Not since--"
Draken groaned. "He passed out so me and Kazutora had to put him in one of the rooms down the hall. The one with the fish tank.. Too many jello shots with Pah and Peh.. Now, Rindou shut up and quit moving Y/n. I was having a dream about our wedding day."
Draken rolled over and mumbled something about giving you 6 kids and a cat.
Rindou rolled his eyes and began to walk out.
"Wait Rin..."
You whisper yelled after him, he stopped to look at you.
"Hm?"
"... Help me get out of here. I have to pee."
You just wanted out of there since you were getting hungry. You knew where Ran hid the good snacks when he had a party.
Rindou huffed but walked back to the bed.
"... Okay... Wait. You all have on clothes right?"
You honestly had to do a double take on that one. Thankfully you all still did, the only weird thing was you noticed Hanma had two dark hair extensions stuck to the side of his head. They were obviously Baji's.
Speaking of ...
While Rin helped get Mikey off of you, a small thud made you both freeze. Baji had rolled off the edge, you didn't even see him under the blankets. He groaned from the floor before he started snoring again.
Rindou gave you the most judgemental look. "Ran's going to need a new bed.. I'm a little offended that I wasn't invited too Y/n. I thought you had a good time with me last weekend..."
You wanted to laugh but just shook your head. " Nothing happened... I think?... I'm sure we all just passed out.--"
"Then... *Snort* why is Baji missing his pants?.. Fuck, he's a hairy motherfucker.."
You looked down and snorted. Baji's butt cheeks were full on display for you and Rindou.
"Oh... Uh, God damn that's a jungle..."
You both started laughing. It only woke up Sanzu and Baji while the rest told you both to shut up with their grumpy voices.
Sanzu looked around and made a face at all the dudes laying below him. He relaxed when you and Rindou waved at him when his eyes landed on you.
Baji got up and yawned before scratching his stomach while you and Rindou tried to keep your eyes off his thang-a-ling.
"Morning guys..." He looked back at the bed and chuckled. "Sanzu, why are you all pink?"
Sanzu covered his eyes and shook his head. "Why's your hairy ass dick out Baji! Y/n's in here with us!"
Baji shrugged before he turned to you and Rindou. He laughed because you both were staring at something interesting on the floor.
Why were you being shy all of a sudden? He noticed you were struggling to keep your eyes above his waist. You bit your lip and looked up at the ceiling just to avoid it.
Smirking he looked around the room for his boxers. They were laying on the lamp that was on Ran's dresser.
"Not like she hasn't seen it before. Made her shake like she was having a seizure last time. I still have the scratch marks on my back to prove it.."
You looked up while Baji winked at you.
"Ain't that right babe?"
Before you could say anything Mikey must have woken up from all the noise. He threw a pillow at Baji.
"All of you shut up! Baji put that damn thing away before it bites someone! You and your fucking 80's porn star bush. Manscape that shit.."
Baji snorted. "It's not even that bad! You're all just made you have baby pubes. And you all know I like to sleep naked. We've woken up like this before." He clicked his tongue when everyone groaned.
"Whatever I have to pee anyways."
Sanzu had gotten off the bed and stood next to you. He and Rindou shared a "good morning" before the younger  left to go find his older brother.
While you looked for your shoes your stomach started growling. It was so loud that it nearly woke everyone up again.
Sanzu turned to you and chuckled. "Wanna go out and eat? I think there's a diner or something near by. We'll call an Uber after so we don't have to walk the rest of the way home?"
You nodded while he took your hand. As long as no one saw you two leaving he'd be able to spend the day with you uninterrupted.
A few bodies laid throughout  the Haitani's house. You noticed Takemichi was still here, along with Kisaki, Kazutora, Mitsuya, Chifuyu, Pah, Emma and Hina. Everyone else seemed to have gone home at some point, safely you hoped..
---------------
Sanzu was right and there was a small diner nearby. It was only a 10 minute walk and you couldn't wait to eat then go home and take a shower. You smelled like sweaty men and tequila.
Settling on a greasy breakfast to help your small hangover, Sanzu did the same but he was mainly focused on his pancakes and drowned them in syrup.
It was quiet for a few minutes until he spoke up. "I wanted to ask if... If you wanna hang out today? See a movie or something?"
You looked up and just nodded since your mouth was full. He waited for you to finish chewing.
"Sure! I don't have anything to do today anyways. What do you want to go see?"
Before he could say anything a few police sirens interrupted him. 3 police cars raced by, followed by a few EMT vehicles.
The diner was quiet while the customers watched the scene from the large windows.
Someone hummed beside you and Sanzu, the waitress had startled the both of you.
The older woman placed down a new cup of orange juice for you before she started refilling Sanzu's coffee cup.
"Sorry sweethearts, I didn't mean to scare you.--"
A firetruck flew by with 3 more cop cars following it. The woman looked up and fixed her heavy framed  glasses. She furrowed her brows and frowned while she looked out the window.
"Oh no. That can't be good..."

Omg @bluesourkiwi
That's my article in a Magazine of my school!!

I have a thought. And I'm sorry it's too long.
From 2021 to 2023, Harry's management has been milking him; two films, 169 continuous shows, Coachella, Brits, Grammys, PR... etc.
Earlier in 2022, I remember a rumor says his contract ends by the year 2023 and that's why he's been doing a lot of work.
Near the end of LOT, TR rumours started, and he was seen a lot with his team members, like he was hanging out with them as if they're in a company meeting. He wasn't seen hanging out with any of his band members although he seems closer to them.
Even that boat trip (which is definitely staged) he is with them and that James Corden guy who is included in every stunt. It's only Gemma and her bf who are family.
His family spent a lot of time in Italy after the last show and he wasn't seen with them at all (or at least we didn't see him) and he completely disappeared for about 5 days.
But when he shows up it's AGAIN with the team (can't be a coincidence!!) and we get the tattoo drama and other crap about Jacqueline. The DailyFail are stupid, but they're not that stupid to claim he's dating her when Xander is literally there.
About 2 months ago, we got an article saying Olivia was wearing H’s old shirt after 7 months of splitting up and then there were like 100 articles about them that no one cared to read.
So, I'm saying; it's either Holivia Stunt is still going until the contract ends, or she's been trying to crawl back in and maybe that tattoo is like a replacement from "getting back together".
1. IF the tattoo does say her name, then maybe it was a part of the narrative or he got it while he was drunk for example.
2. IF it says Olina (which I 50% believe especially it's above the Italian tattoo) then the fans and the tabloids made up a whole story from nothing.
And to be honest, if it was her name she'd have found a way to spread it around. It's not like he wanted it "private" 😂😂
All I know is there is some fuckery happening. I don’t understand it and I don’t want it lol
As to your last statement….1 million percent

Bollywood Films Based on Shakespeare's Plays
(that I can think of off the top of my head)
((because I'm bored and procrastinating))
(((also my thoughts)))
1) Maqbool (2003) - based on Macbeth
Tumblr media
Possibly the best adaptation I've watched of anything in general. The translation into a different culture plus a modern time is seamless. Newer technology is incorporated into the plot devices, prophecies rewritten to be appropriate to the culture and context plus the "witches" are easily believably a part of the story instead of some highly mystical supernatural forces. The kingdom at stake this time is the underworld that was quite active and famously involved with Bollywood itself at the time, brilliant actors in all the roles, and the whole 'Lady Macbeth's children' thing is also leaned into quite well. 10/10 would recommend.
2) Omkara (2006) - based on Othello
Tumblr media
From the same direction, Vishal Bhardwaj. Another amazing adaptation, a lot of the foreshadowing and metaphors are expressed through songs, a staple move for Bollywood so it also adapts well into its medium. Banger performance by Saif Ali Khan as Langda Tyagi (Iago). The ending is changed a wee bit as well, but it's highly significant in how it re-attributes agency that has been taken away from female characters in the original texts quite often. In this adaptation the matters revolve around a local election and the politics at play in the village. The cultural setting is made use of here as well characters are given well rounded personalities and motives that gives a new life to the play honestly. 10/10 because I'm such an easy person to please, I genuinely enjoyed this film.
3) Haider (2014) - based on Hamlet
Tumblr media
Another one from Bharadwaj, I swear I'll move on to other stuff after this. "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark" - I think one of the most important aspect of this adaptation was choosing a setting where the city can be its own character the way Denmark is in the original. In this case, the setting is Kashmir, a valley that has had a bloody and contentious existence. Politically, it is a coveted piece of land where India and Pakistan have both laid their claims. This has led to continuous exploitation, army rule through a special act that allows civil liberties to be done away with and all mistreatment swept under a rug, and Kashmir becoming a battleground where the residents bear the brunt of these political battles. The issue of Kashmir is quite complex, that doesn't even begin to cover it, I will leave that alone for now. Haider is a resident of this valley and his father, a doctor, went missing with no news of him whatsoever. Instead of the ghost of his father he is visited by his father's cell mate, nicknamed Rooh (Spirit) who guides him on how to uncover this plot of people going missing with no news. The film follows the oppression in Kashmir through the lens of Haider while he slowly descends into madness. Ophelia (Arshia) is a journalist, and the play-within-a-play is conducted making use of local theatrical traditions. Great film, definitely worth a watch.
4) Qayamat se Qayamat Tak (tr. From doomsday to doomsday) (1988) - based on Romeo and Juliet (kinda)
Tumblr media
The star-crossed lovers story is technically not exclusive to Romeo Juliet. There are quite a few local stories that take the same form too, and it can be seen as a trope rather than a proper adaptation. However, it is credited with a revival of the Bollywood romance film, and is quite an important movie for the genre in that sense. 7/10 idk, personal biases about romance, it's nice though.
5) Goliyon ki raasleela: RamLeela (tr. A Dance of Bullets: RamLeela) (2013) - based on Romeo and Juliet
Tumblr media
Talking of Romeo Juliet, this one actually does follow the play as an adaptation. It is set in a fictional village, and the lovers belong to two factions who are engaged in an on-going conflict. Though the film is generally not regarded as a good one, i think it does an okay job of putting the story in a modern context and also uses festivals and cultural omens to tell the story. 5/10 it's not that great
6) Angoor (tr. Grape) (1982) - based on Comedy of Errors
Tumblr media
This is a FUN film, hell yeah. Maybe I just have a bias towards comedies, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Makes use of a bunch of running gags, takes common problems of the average Indian household to create comical errors, chock-full of shenanigans. 9/10 I promise it's fun
7) Dil Chahta Hai (tr. The Heart Wants-) (2001) - based on Much Ado About Nothing
Tumblr media
This is as such a story about three friends but it's also about three parallel love stories. This is quite a landmark film in Bollywood because of all the taboos it broke through and for being an important bildungsroman film about friendship and familial relations too. There is your Benedict-Beatrice battle of wits eventually turning into a love story. There is also the story of a womaniser who thinks that people talking about what it's like to be in love are exaggerating or outright lying until he falls in love himself. The most controversial part of the film, however, is the third romance, which has a massive age gap between the third friend and his elderly muse. The two connect with each other through common interests, and the friends have a falling out over the relationship. They come together eventually, each having matured in different ways and with a more freeing understanding of human relationships of all kinds. 9/10 definitely watch this one.
Okay that's all I got for now, have fun ✌🏻

You idiots are that dense and really think Ragnarok said loki is evil just because u hate that movie that much because u prefer the dark world? Wow ridiculous
loll. love how it's "idiots" plural here. i've been assigned plural pronouns by an anon. nonny, i know that my name on here has 3 in it but I am actually just one (1) idiot singular.
I don't think TR is bad bc I prefer TDW. I prefer TDW bc I think TR is bad. why would I come up with a preference first and then retroactively come up with reasons 2 justify it? that doesn't make sense.
as for the substance of your complaint (is it a complaint? I'm not really sure what response ur looking for here. i don't have a customer service line where i can apologize for having the wrong film preferences and refund the time u spent reading my blog. so uh sorry about that), I think TR is problematic for a number of reasons and portrays the characters in a very OOC way. it also systematically degrades and denigrates Loki's character and retcons his backstory (tho it's not nearly as awful as the Loki TV series).
it presents him in a consistently negative light and retcons him to have always been power hungry and shallow and treacherous when that wasn't the case in earlier movies. it presents loki as someone who has consistently been cruel and duplicitous to Thor for no reason and presents his grievances as petty and unfounded. it presents Thor as justified for standing over Loki and torturing him (which wouldn't be ok even if Loki WAS purely evil) and presents everything Thor says to him in that scene as a true and just summation of his character.
@nikkoliferous has compiled a compendium which goes thru the issues with TR much more thoroughly than I can do here. I also HIGHLY recommend the essay What Heroes Do: Queer-Coding, Slut-Shaming, and Heroism on a Trash Planet by @illwynd and @incredifishface  to anyone who is interested. Anon, I know you weren't looking for reading recs (I don't think) but I do suggest you take a look at these. it might help you understand some of the issues ppl have with TR and maybe make you view those of us who disliked it as people with complex and diverse opinions that are grounded in our experiences and perceptions rather than just in a blind desire to hate on something you like to spite you or something.

There's one thing that literally wromg on screen and it's very obvious, like there's no justifying at all but of course they trying justify it and it make showrunner look stupid and cruel
It's even mobius and loki first time in theater room and well it's lead mobius saying na d blame loki for frigga dead and say loki existence is nothing but for step stone
That is literally cruel and torture and showrunner specially Waldron had nerve calling it 'therapy ' and make loki 'look into mirrors' to realize his sins and mistake (loki literally know and understand his sins and mistake, he no need anyone and everyone rubbing it on his face). Seriously season 1 scenes it's filled with stupid and cruel scenes
Seriously what the f&*- wrong with Waldron, I know he didn't watching previous films but seriously? Every single his 'writing ' literally bad, boring and stupid. Waldron make joss wedon and Russo brothers look like the best writers and prosucers in world
Loki literally know and understand his sins and mistake
Tumblr media
And the thing Loki does understand he did wrong. You see it on his face when the reality of the situation hits him.
So, here's the problem with Waldron entire premise. Everything about the show says he has no choice that he'll be killed along with his entire timeline if he choses to do good but then still places all the blame on him for doing wrong.
Mobius judgment and shaming is really twisted when you think about it because from Mobius perspective, what he fully and unquestionably believes is Loki is just acting out what is written for him. It's not his fault it's the timekeepers intent for things to happen that way. Either Loki has free will and could have choice differently or he has no free will and no one has the right to judge him.
Loki didn't kill Frigga, not just in the way others have explain there is no way take the stairs to the left where enough to lead the monster to the room place and Malakath already was there. But in the way this Loki never got to the point and with the tesseract, that moment probably never would have happened. The TVA killed Frigga, this version of Loki who onscreen family and home is gone because of the TVA.
Loki doesn't admit wrong because he doesn't want to buckle to Odin, someone who has done worse and refuses to admit wrong himself. It is a personal conflict at that point and Loki has never been confronted by someone he has wrong in a significant way.
Thor, Volstagg and Sif threaten to kill him, he doesn't object or defend himself. He gets it. Jane punches him, he's more amused. Again, no excuse to people he's wrong in some way, Loki accepts that hate. The family stuff is a conflict because his family also screwed up and he refuse to be the only one who admit wrong.
Peter lost his uncle because of his inaction. Tony suffered torture and say his own weapons used against the US and civilians. These are both inciting moments for them to be heroes, but it's not therapy and the people doing these things are the villains.
Again, what sense does it really make? Mobius: Hey, you're an evil loser only good for causing harm. Now help up catch a someone so we can go on unimpeded annihilating universes and killing people. It's not therapy it is in every way cult indoctrination because all it does is tear Loki down and say the only path forward is obeying the system that isolated him.
Like, Raganrok wasn't a particular good redemption arc either but what it shows is Loki doesn't need this. He doesn't have to have his mother death shown to him and collared and beaten to change. There can be other paths for him to be a hero. True, either is through torture and shame but TR at least it was about saving live and that was it. He saved Asgard he accepted Thor as king no objection. So, yeah, wasn't necessary for Loki to change he was always capable of saving lives and giving his to protect his loved ones

Trailer:  Takumi-kun Series 6: The Morning of the Beginning of a Long, Long Story
Takumi-kun Series 6: Nagai Nagai Monogatari no Hajimari no Asa (2023)
On the day of Shido Academy’s entrance exam, Takumi witnesses Gii for the first time--
On the day of Shido Academy’s entrance exam, Gii (Giichi Saki), who stands out in a crowd with his striking presence, walks past Takumi Hayama in the hallway. Takumi is mesmerized by Gii’s exotic, attractive appearance. When school starts, Takumi is treated like a freak by his classmates because of his fear of touching and being touched by other people. But Takumi manages to get by, thanks to Toshihisa Katakura, his only good friend and roommate in the dorm. However, the peaceful days don’t last very long. In the library, third-year student Kei Aso asks Takumi to participate in the campus “shrine hunt” event with him. Izumi Takabayashi, who’s head over heels in love with Gii, and students who idolize Takabayashi start picking on Takumi. When Takabayashi realizes that his beloved Gii not only shrugs him off but is also interested in Takumi the freak, he gets consumed with jealousy and masterminds an attack on Takumi. Spring comes, and Takumi and Gii are now second-year students. They’re assigned to the same room in the dorm, and their relationship gets much closer. Then Takabayashi makes another move and drives Takumi into a corner. Gii realizes Takabayashi’s plot and tries to save Takumi, however… And thus starts Takumi and Gii’s long, long sparkly story.

Introduction: The beginning of Takumi and Gii’s sparkly days
Over 15 years since the first 2007 film adaptation of the Takumi kun Series, a popular “boys’ love” novel series with over 5 million copies in print, a new series has been launched with a new cast and story. The film is a combination of three titles from the Kanzen-ban 1 (omnibus edition) of the original novels—Akatsuki wo Matsumade (tr. Until I Wait for the Dawn), Soshite Harukaze ni Sasayaite (tr. And Then, I Whisper into the Spring Breeze), Nagai Nagai Monogatari no Hajimari no Asa (tr. The Morning of the Beginning of a Long, Long Story ). It portrays Takumi’s encounter with Gii on the day of Shido Academy’s entrance exam and the beginning of their sparkly days.
Takumi Hayama, one of the main characters, is played by Shion Morishita, a new actor stepping into the spotlight in 2023, and Giichi Saki (Gii), the other main character, is played by Daigo Kato, who is a musician as well as a cast member of musicals Touken Ranbu and HYPNOSIS MIC Division Rap Battle Rule the Stage. Other fresh talent in the cast adds vibrance to Shido Academy, namely Satsuki Nakayama of Kamen Rider Zero One as Izumi Takabayashi; Rio Takahashi, who models for magazine MEN’S NON-NO, as Shozo Akaike; Yusuke Noguchi of Hi☆Five as Toshihisa Katakura; Souta Uemura, an actor popular with teenagers, as Michio Yoshizawa; Ryunosuke Nagashima, who performed in HYPNOSIS MIC Division Rap Battle Rule the Stage, as Kei Aso; Kosei Tsubokura from a play called Promise of Wizard as Kenji Suzuki; and Tsubasa Kizu, who acted in the stage adaptation of Tokyo Revengers, as Arata Misu.
Screenwriter Hiroko Kanasugi and Director Kenji Yokoi, the same duo from the previous film who know the Takumi kun Series inside and out, are back together again. With a new screenplay and a new cast, they light the torch to the beginning of a beautiful, sparkly Takumi kun Series.
