I think a line that shows how much Bruno had isolated himself from his family, even before the walls, and how much they simply did not talk about him, is:

They say he saw the future, one day he disappeared.

More specifically, the they say.

They say. Mirabel doesn't know anything about Bruno from her own memories. She was five, she should have remembered something, but she doesn't, implying that Bruno was spending most of his time away from his family and didn't interact with his nieces and nephew much, if at all.

They say. She doesn't know anything about Bruno's visions from what her family's told her. Because they don't tell her anything. They don't talk about Bruno. All she knows is gossip and hearsay overheard around town.

So I rewatched the movie encanto, and I wondered something.

What would Bruno's kids be like?

Hear me out, Alma and Pedro gave birth to the past (Julieta, who heals past wounds), present (Pepa who can control the weather now), and future (Bruno who can see the future)

Julieta and Augustin gave birth to beauty (Isabella, who makes beautiful flowers and plants), brawn (Luisa who is stronger than ten men), and brains (Mirabel who solved the whole family issues)

Pepa and Félix gave birth to hear no evil (Dolores who hears everything), see no evil (Camilo who can change into anyone), and speak no evil (Antonio who can speak to animals and command them)

But what would Bruno's children be if he had any? What would their life be like in the encanto before and after Bruno leaves? Would he have triplets like he was with his sisters since everyone else is years apart? Who would they get along with? What do you think their powers would be? What would their relationship be with the members of the family? What would the villagers think of them?
