Colored the gull with hot fries. Colored with alcohol markers, a random grey color pencil, some paint marker because i colored a part that was supposed to be white. and i lined it with a pigma graphic 1 marker.

Hour long lighting sketch for an illustration I want to start! I’ve made a habit to block lighting and shading into the sketches for bigger projects. It saves a lot of time in the rendering stage and it’s a lot more malleable than a finished piece.
